I would definitely return here. Overall, very good value for money.   The breakfast daily and the staff were truly exceptional.  The room was good, everything worked and in-room dining that is 24/7, was excellent.  We arrived at 2am and the food, at that time, for famished travellers was truly appreciated. Thank you Holiday Inn.  You have excellent staff and hope you are valuing them.  Staff farewelled us on our last day!!   I did not give five stars for cleanliness as the toilet seats could/ should be cleaned better.

The hotel is good, and the service was very nice. There was a wide spread of options in the buffet. The initial room we were given had a damp smell, but as soon as I reported it, the staff promptly swapped it for a better one. Overall, it was a good experience.

Returning to this location after eight years, I was hoping for the same 5star experience I once enjoyed. Unfortunately, it’s not quite what it used to be, and the property is beginning to show its age. On a positive note, the staff were warm and courteous throughout—from the reception to the restaurant team. Their professionalism and friendliness was a highlight of the stay. The restaurant manager Nazim was helpful. However, the room was disappointing. Upon entering, there was a strong musty odor. When I mentioned this to the front desk, I was told all the rooms have this smell and that it would dissipate in about 10 minutes—but unfortunately, it lingered. It seems guests may simply become accustomed to it over time. Not me.. lol. The Colony restaurant offered a decent breakfast, though dinner not that much. It felt overcrowded and cramped, and the buffet menu was not the greatest, with food quality was just average. The key strengths of this location remain its convenient setting, friendly staff, and ample parking. With some updates and improvements, it could once again live up to its former reputation.

Il mio soggiorno cominciò con una nota deludente. Sono arrivato al lobby domenica pomeriggio e mi sono aspettato quasi 40 minuti prima che qualcuno mi raggiungesse. Anche se ero chiaramente in linea, un paio di altri ospiti si sono avvicinati al desk e mi hanno assistito prima di me. Mi aspettavo che il personale di concierge o di front desk avesse notato la situazione e aiutasse gli ospiti nell'ordine in cui arrivavano, ma purtroppo non è successo. Una volta finalmente accolto, mi è stato assegnato un quarto al quarto piano. In generale non ho aspettative particolarmente elevate per quanto riguarda l'ambiente delle camere d'albergo, poiché ritengo che spesso non variano in modo significativo in ogni hotel, indipendentemente dalla loro classificazione stellare. Ciò che ho trovato particolarmente insoddisfacente è stato il prezzo dell’hotel. I prodotti disponibili in camera, come un bar Snickers prezzito a 155 e un pacchetto di Lay’s prezzito a 55, ***** con patate e bevande carbonate, sono stati elencati a più volte i loro prezzi al dettaglio normali. Il marchio era così eccessivo che mi faceva chiedere se l'hotel volesse davvero consumare questi oggetti o semplicemente cercava di imporre una spesa inutile e inflata. Lo stesso vale per il trasporto.L'hotel ha citato 1800 più le tasse per un sedimento all'aeroporto.Ho prenotato un Uber per lo stesso viaggio per 699.Costringere bene oltre il doppio del prezzo di mercato e poi aggiungere le tasse su di esso è assolutamente assurdo. La comodità dell'hotel può ragionevolmente arrivare a un premio, ma questo si sentiva meno come un servizio premium e più come un tentativo di trarre vantaggio dagli ospiti. Il pranzo complimentare, tuttavia, ha offerto una vasta gamma di opzioni e probabilmente è stata la parte più redditizia del soggiorno.

This was my 1st stay for 2 nights and I really enjoyed this Hotel Madurai Kitchen food /hotel service /and very friendly staffs . The security was awesome .Makes you feel very safe in this Hotel . Location was great too .Close by to all the important places to visit . Everything was great . Thank You Marriot Madurai . Hope my next stay I can have a room which has a better view rather than partial brick walls although I did not mention to the Reception

Stayed 4 nights at The Residency Towers, Chennai early May 2026. Hotel looks grand and clean. Very convenient location if you are a shopper! 'Off' pick drive to International airport about 20 mins. Staff are very kind, polite and helpful. Staff at main door entrance always greet with a smile and are willing to collect your luggages. Breakfast spread with commendable! Many options from South Indian (fresh and on the spot) made dosa, roti, Mediterranean food staple like hummus, pita bread, healthy sandwiches, juices, filter coffee! pastries, cakes, porridge.. more than one can ask for! Special mention about Mr Deeraj. Deeraj made every effort to make my stay memorable after I had issues in the first room assigned to me. Dheeraj personal inspected the next room and assured to make my stay a good one, and he definitely did! Dheeraj visited me in the restaurant to speak to me personally about my dissatisfaction about the first room which is very commendable in ensuring guests are well taken care of. Dheeraj even gave me an upgrade! which was very kind of him. Another mention is Anand who collected my luggages. He was on full spring and energy in his work! He has very good working etiquette. Another shout out to Krish and Ashwin from the restaurant! They were very sweet and friendly to make our mealtimes enjoyable and their lightheartedness full of spirit really made my day! Myself and my husband had a truly wonderful time at The Residency Towers, Chennai! We will surely return. My only comment is, I expected all rooms to have been updated and renovated as advertised on their website, but unfortunately only couple of floors.

My initial stay at this newly launched hotel was excellent. The modern facilities were in perfect working order, and the room was impeccably clean and comfortable. It was a promising start that convinced me to return. Unfortunately, my second stay was profoundly disappointing and raised several concerns. The first room I was assigned had a strong, unpleasant odor. While I appreciate the staff promptly moving me to a second room, it only partially resolved the issue, as a faint strange smell persisted. The second room had multiple functional problems: * Non-Functional Power:** The USB ports and power sockets on the wall faulty. * Inconsistent Hot Water:** The water heater took an excessively long time to heat up, disrupting my routine. * Purify water contamination:** There's particles and oil from the purify water. It seems contamination from central filter. Most alarmingly, at approximately 6 AM one morning, a **very loud alarm sounded from the door area.** This was highly disruptive and concerning, as it was unclear whether it was a security breach alarm or a triggered fire alarm. The lack of any immediate information or follow-up from the hotel staff regarding this incident left me feeling unsettled and concerned about the emergency protocols. While the front desk staff were helpful in changing my room, the combination of maintenance failures and a confusing safety alarm indicates a significant lapse in operational standards. For a new hotel, this is troubling. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to ensure the safety and comfort of all future guests.

The room is a total disappointment. Check in on 3-June-2026 for room 2066 (not to sure), change to 1004 and on 5th night, change again to 1020 due to beeping noise as the door is unable to close properly. My colleagues, Rasal PM and Muhamed Ali (2064 to 2020) either have only hot water and disappointing room.

Abbiamo goduto il nostro soggiorno in estell resort. Siamo stati aggiornati a nuove camere di gestione. Era fantastico. Attrazioni, giochi sono stati goduto da me e i miei figli. Un posto meraviglioso per i bambini di stare e di godere.

Stayed at The Residency Towers, Rameswaram for 3 nights from May 9th to May 12th. The hotel is conveniently located near the temple and other key attractions. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. Some of the staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We also had dinner at the hotel once — the buffet was excellent. The security personnel and hotel driver were very friendly and even helped us arrange local transportation for sightseeing. The rooms were neat and clean, with housekeeping done regularly and efficiently. We also used the swimming pool, which was clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and we truly enjoyed the experience.
