La stanza era eccellente, buoni interni, spazioso fodera di ingresso, ristorante e camere. Camere con ottima atmosfera e era senza spot pulito e temperato. Bagni e toletta e altre strutture erano eccellenti. E'piu' di quanto si potesse aspettare in questa piccola città di erode.Adoro stare qui in un viaggio d'affari. Delizioso cibo aggiunto al lusso.
As always everything was good from the beginning... the check in till check out. The breakfast which wasn't quite the usual during our last stay there were totally opposite this time... understood there was a face-lift refurbishment work carried out at the restaurant the last time and as such it was excuseable..This time around the hotel had exceeded our expectation for both the service standard and eloborate buffet breakfast readied for the guests. We would like to thank all the restaurant staff in particular the restaurant manager SK Allarakha for making every morning as a start of a pleasant day with all the courteous services extended to us by him and his lovely team..This has prompted my family to celebrate my 60th birthday in the morning of 16/1/2026 before their departure for flight.Thank you for a great and courteous service shown to my family and i.We will definitely choose to stay at the TRT again the next time around. Way2go all... Cheers!
Amazing service throughout our stay. Polite staff and an excellent buffet spread for breakfast (didn't try the lunch or dinner, as we were out).

One let-down was that I had booked 2 rooms with one king-size bed. However, this was not available anymore so I was given 2 rooms with 2 small beds.

UUtente ospiteThe staff are welcoming and friendly. The room is clean, and the upkeep is good. There is plenty of choice with relation to breakfast and other meal options. Room service is a little disappointing. I could never reach them, the line always went to reception and they had to connect me. Average wait time even for a simple pot of coffee is 30 minutes. Aside from this, I like my experience at Holiday Inn. I’ll choose to stay there in future too.
UUtente ospiteReturning to this location after eight years, I was hoping for the same 5star experience I once enjoyed. Unfortunately, it’s not quite what it used to be, and the property is beginning to show its age.
On a positive note, the staff were warm and courteous throughout—from the reception to the restaurant team. Their professionalism and friendliness was a highlight of the stay.
The restaurant manager Nazim was helpful.
However, the room was disappointing. Upon entering, there was a strong musty odor. When I mentioned this to the front desk, I was told all the rooms have this smell and that it would dissipate in about 10 minutes—but unfortunately, it lingered. It seems guests may simply become accustomed to it over time. Not me.. lol.
The Colony restaurant offered a decent breakfast, though dinner not that much. It felt overcrowded and cramped, and the buffet menu was not the greatest, with food quality was just average.
The key strengths of this location remain its convenient setting, friendly staff, and ample parking. With some updates and improvements, it could once again live up to its former reputation.
HHonser TanMy initial stay at this newly launched hotel was excellent. The modern facilities were in perfect working order, and the room was impeccably clean and comfortable. It was a promising start that convinced me to return.
Unfortunately, my second stay was profoundly disappointing and raised several concerns. The first room I was assigned had a strong, unpleasant odor. While I appreciate the staff promptly moving me to a second room, it only partially resolved the issue, as a faint strange smell persisted.
The second room had multiple functional problems:
* Non-Functional Power:** The USB ports and power sockets on the wall faulty.
* Inconsistent Hot Water:** The water heater took an excessively long time to heat up, disrupting my routine.
* Purify water contamination:** There's particles and oil from the purify water. It seems contamination from central filter.
Most alarmingly, at approximately 6 AM one morning, a **very loud alarm sounded from the door area.** This was highly disruptive and concerning, as it was unclear whether it was a security breach alarm or a triggered fire alarm. The lack of any immediate information or follow-up from the hotel staff regarding this incident left me feeling unsettled and concerned about the emergency protocols.
While the front desk staff were helpful in changing my room, the combination of maintenance failures and a confusing safety alarm indicates a significant lapse in operational standards. For a new hotel, this is troubling. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to ensure the safety and comfort of all future guests.
VValentine56My wife and I stayed there for 3-days in mid July, overall stay was good and pleasant and we take this opportunity to thank Mr Ramar (Manager @ Cilantro) who was not only polite and professional, he went the extra mile to help us out in a complex situation that arose on our 1st day.
A well deserved PAT for Mr Ramar in exhibiting his professionalism
But I cant say the same for the Travel Manager Mr Balaji who vehemently refused and not even seeking any other avenues or alternatives to assist us, totally
no empathy shown at all bearing the fact that we being tourists cant access to all your facilities
This we consider a major setback as its reflects horrid customer service

They need lots of improvement in service and the rooms need some renovation as the wardrobes n carpets look old. it will also be better if they use some room freshener or candles with fragrance as the room doesn't have a pleasant smell. Overrall, it's not that great for a premium hotel.
HHem GargI had called up the hotel before hand and told them that we will be reaching at around 4 AM in the night please keep room ready , but on arrival they took full fifteen minutes to check us in first they said they only have disable friendly room , I said it's not done , then they reluctantly gave me a normal room, saying that it was meant for some other customer , really said and above all they said the invoice will be mailed , I have called up thrice still no invoice received

KKing RuthWe were looking for hotels close the airport and found another Novotel at Chamiers. Beautiful interior and design. Clean room and bathroom. Reception staffs and housekeeping staffs were excellent in service. The location is perfect and closer to city centre. We are definitely returning to stay longer in the future. Highly recommended to everyone visiting Chennai 🙏
PPraveenKrishnaI highly recommend this place for families with children. The location is excellent and the ambience is extraordinary. The resort's theme is Rajasthani and is very well-maintained. The hospitality and food are good, although there are a lot of flies, which can be a bit bothersome. The resort has a swimming pool suitable for children of all ages, but please be cautious as the pool area can get slippery. The resort also offers daily programs which are posted near the reception area to keep everyone entertained. It's not just a place to stay for the night, but a great spot to spend quality time with your family and relax.
