Molto convenientemente situato. Il mercato notturno è solo una pietra gettare via. Le letti e le mutandine sono molto pulite e confortevoli. La stanza è spaziosa. La doccia e il bagno sono separati. L'unica carenza è che non c'è porta quando uscire dal doccia.

The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, and the facilities are among the best in Yantai. The service was also incredibly warm and professional. We had a special episode during our stay — my son accidentally left one of his shoes in a DiDi taxi, and we were struggling to contact the driver due to the language barrier. Thankfully, staff member Dragon Xu went above and beyond to help us. He communicated with the driver, arranged for the shoe to be retrieved, and even handled all the related details and costs with great care. That shoe had a very special meaning for our family, and we’re truly grateful for his kindness and dedication. Because of this experience, we’ll definitely stay at the Pullman Yantai Center again with even more fondness next time we visit Yantai.

Esperienza di soggiorno eccellente. Un marchio hotel è vero per la sua reputazione. La mia richiesta di check-in precoce è stata presa in considerazione senza alcun problema. Mi è stata piacevolmente sorpresa, soprattutto dopo un lungo viaggio. Non potevo usare altri servizi come spa, ginnastica ecc. colazione vari e davvero deliziosa! amavo il design della camera balcone e la vista molto! In camera da pranzo era veloce e piacevole.

Vorrei dare un applauso a questo grande hotel situato vicino all'aeroporto, perché ha dimostrato buona comodità per chiunque vuole passare o soggiornare in vacanza a Qingdao, in Cina. E anche io vorrei ringraziare il receptionista al momento dell'arrivo all'hotel, il suo nome è ”Anche”, e lei era sempre così gentile, gentile e sempre sorridente, che faceva sentirsi così benvenuta. La mia esperienza all'hotel è stata molto soddisfacente, perché era molto informata sulle strutture e i servizi che l'hotel doveva offrire ai suoi ospiti. Ci sono negozi, case agricole, prezzo ragionevole e buone condizioni di igiene.Due minuti a piedi possono arrivare al ponte di salita della porta rossa, un autobus o un bus possono arrivare al ponte di un villaggio esterno per cinque minuti.La debolezza è che non c'è riscaldamento, si basano completamente sul condizionamento d'aria e le condizioni di ventilazione sono generali. Il più letale è ..... Quando si lava due notti consecutive, l'acqua è improvvisamente fredda e calda.Il controllo intellettuale della casa è buono, ma a volte non è davvero così buono da usare ..... una grande finestra panoramica, la finestra non può aprire metà ...... Secondo il popolo, è davvero buono, ma anche un sacco di ricchezze

This is first time to stay in this hotel. All staffs are friendly and professional. Room is little out dated but everything is working well. Location is very convenient, there is short cut to subway station which is very good. Breakfast is a lot varieties, meet all need of guest from any region. Overall experience is very good. Will stay in this hotel again for sure.

入住山東大廈讓這次我們五一濟南旅行質量直網上升，讓我們對濟南的印象好了很多。在這個價位裏面感覺是非常推薦的。 ⭐️早餐:大饞丫頭出行其實一開始找山東大廈就是考慮看到網友説早餐很好吃，而且還能邊看窗外黑天鵝邊吃。入住之後發現真的不錯。早餐不僅種類豐富，幾乎可以當正餐自助吃，而且還有很多山東特色，把子肉、甜沫、煎餅等等，又乾淨衞生又美味。吃了這一頓白天不用費盡心思去外面排隊買小吃了。除了早餐，這裏一樓的正餐魯菜也超棒!算是我們此行旅遊吃的幾頓魯菜裏面比較好吃的了。 ⭐️環境：大廈裏面很漂亮，大廳非常震撼，波特曼設計名不虛傳。在房間門口隨便拍拍都非常出片。而且裏面用的酒店香氛很好聞，不知道是什麼牌子的。房間景色也很好，窗外可以看到應該是千佛山景區，視野很開闊。 ⭐️衞生：衞生很不錯，床品什麼都睡得很舒服，平時出去都喜歡鋪一次性床品，這次都沒用。而且天熱了現在用的薄的被子，睡得温度正好。 ⭐️服務：服務更是完美，無可挑剔。真切體驗了一把好客山東。一進門老遠還沒走到前台就已經開始熱情迎接我們了。郭佳慧和李瑩小姐姐不僅入住辦理非常快，還給我們升級了房間。送的旅遊手繪地圖也很實用。房間管家佳平小姐姐幫我們拿着行李一直帶我們到房間熟悉情況。走的那天因為打車不熟悉，李洪泰小哥還幫我們拿着行李到大門口，送我們一路找到了司機。🤭🥰而且裏面的小哥哥小姐姐顏值都好高，看着也是賞心悦目。 ⭐️設施：設施很齊全，房間鏡子還能看電視。床頭還有語音助手。裏面還有免費的蒸拿房和泳池，晚上體驗一下放鬆了很多。用的洗護產品是歐舒丹，也不錯。

Super sorpresa esperienza di soggiorno! Il servizio di ricezione ha aiutato con entusiasmo e attivamente a aggiornare il tipo di camera. Il più inaspettato è il proiettore nella stanza, la pittura è pulita, la funzione è semplice, il senso dell'atmosfera è pieno direttamente, più comodo di casa. Le strutture dell'hotel sono molto intime, la cabina di carica del letto, le finestre di luci e la velocità dell'acqua calda sono insoddisfacenti, i dettagli sono pieni di sincerità. La colazione è ancora più di quanto si aspetta!I tipi sono ricchi e freschi, piatti caldi, dolci, frutta, ora fai il punto completo, gusto online, mangiare e bere e iniziare il viaggio di un giorno è super soddisfatto. UUtente ospiteI found what looked like an engorged tick or bedbug crawling up my bed. The hotel is pretty and I booked it for 1 night as a luxury treat so I could get a good rest for my layover stop to another destination. My room smelt like stale smoke unfortunately, though I had asked for non-smoking. I paid extra on my booking for breakfast and had to wake up at 6am, eat breakfast at 6.30am and go to the airport at 7.20am. My room had a bathtub so I took a bath before bedtime and went to bed at midnight, I got up to go switch the lamp off at 1am and found this bug crawling up the side of my bed going towards me. I think it's either a tick or a bed bug, the body was full of blood. It had 6 or 8 legs, difficult to see but I took a video which doesn't allow me to upload. I don't have any problems with normal bugs such as spiders, but if it is a tick or bedbug it is a big problem. I was really worried there were more hiding inside the bed, I called reception for help and they looked at the bug which I caught in a glass cup. They apologised deeply and changed my room, so I had to move at 1.30am. I explained I was already tired and have to wake up early. In the new room I was unable to sleep as I kept worrying about bed bugs. I got up multiple times to check my bed. And there was a noisy couple next door talking loudly until very late so I couldn't sleep. For a luxury hotel you should not need to loose a whole night's sleep because you are worried about bedbugs or ticks biting you. Nor should be able to hear noise from other guests through the wall. I was extremely exhausted the next day and did not have any appetite. I asked if they could refund the extra I paid for breakfast because I couldn't eat it, but they said it wasn't possible. So I forced myself to try eat 1 egg and some small rice porridge but couldn't finish it. Really expensive to pay for breakfast and hardly eat, it's a shame they couldn't refund the breakfast considering I had no sleep. For a 5* hotel, I would like to have good rest and peaceful sleep. But it was not like that. The staff were very kind and helpful, but it's not so easy to travel here alone. It was not easy to book a taxi for the following morning to the airport and it took 40 minutes of assistance, the man was very kind and helpful, but the hotel should make an easier system for foreign guests to book taxi. When I first arrived in Jinan airport, I had no idea how to get to the hotel. There is no ATM inside the hotel so you cannot withdraw cash, and you cannot pay with foreign card to book a taxi. The shangri-la website did not provide any details for public transport. It simply said bus transfer was available but did not say which number bus. I would give the details here but I have forgotten the route name and bus number now as it was hectic and I was very tired, sorry. I had to waste a lot of time trying to ask for help at the airport as the staff did not speak English. Luckily someone helped me. The bus will cost 20yuan and take you into the centre where you will see the intercontinental hotel and a large shopping mall on the left side of the bus, get off at that stop, it takes 1 hour. From there it's only 5 minutes walk to shangri-la. For a big hotel they should provide easy instructions on the website to guests. The staff apologised deeply for the bug on the bed, and offered 10% reduction of the room rate. Although when I checked out no refund was given and they didn't mention anything about it, I think they just charged full price. Personally I think 10% is not enough anyway. Nobody wants to change rooms at 1.30am because of bugs crawling on the bed. I didn't get any sleep at all and felt itchy because I kept thinking about bugs and couldn't eat the breakfast. I was absolutely exhausted the following day so I was unable to do anything at my next destination and had to waste 1 day more to rest. Unfortunately not an easy experience at the shangri-la.

Innanzitutto, le condizioni della camera erano impressionanti. La camera era complessivamente molto pulita e lussuosa, e la vista dalla finestra era spettacolare, lasciandomi soddisfatto ogni volta che iniziavo o finivo la giornata. Anche la biancheria da letto e la qualità generale della camera mi hanno trasmesso il senso di sicurezza e comfort in stile Westin. La colazione ha superato le mie aspettative. La varietà di opzioni ha reso divertente decidere cosa mangiare ogni mattina. La qualità era così alta che non mi sono mai stancato, anche dopo aver soggiornato per più notti. Il menu offre un mix equilibrato di cucina locale e internazionale, quindi penso che chiunque sarebbe soddisfatto. Ma l'aspetto più memorabile di questo hotel è stato senza dubbio il servizio. Nicky, il direttore dell'hotel, in particolare, ha reso questo soggiorno un'esperienza speciale. È stato sempre cordiale e attento, sempre pronto ad aiutare per qualsiasi esigenza, e il suo servizio genuino ha reso il mio soggiorno piacevole e confortevole. 8852 Serendipitous LifeOverall the hotel staff and service are 4 star. What makes the hotel 5 Star are the rooms and facilities. It is clean, safe, and well maintained. To be fair, I did arrive in early April during the off-season but I was not impressed with the service provided. Staff was consistently difficult to find, or would be crowded all in the lobby. Check-In and Check out was easy and the staff are very nice. International guests be aware, few to no staff speak English or communicate in any other language. The breakfast was not good. Cold and hard food, empty plates, drinks and foods not being refilled, and then having the lights turned off after breakfast was finished being served. Few selections, mainly cheap foods and breads. There are no staff outside, during my time there. No bell hops, no one to guide you to the front desk (Because it is not easy to find at first), no one to help with your luggage. A single staff member stands at the front of the lobby after you enter to greet you. Positives - The room was spacious and very clean. It had most things I needed and the quality of the room and bathroom was excellent. The balcony looked over the courtyard and the ocean which people can see you if you go out but was a nice addition. The island the hotel is on has everything close by and most taxis/Didi’s will pick you up within five minute The area has been developing for many years and is getting better each year. The Qingdao Beer Festival ground are close by (about 30 minutes drive) during the summer, but most activities are in the city about one hour drive away for the rest of the year. For this hotel, the room and facilities are the focus as they are well taken care of and maintained. I am not sure if I would return.

NNatasha PutterI miei figli e io abbiamo trascorso una settimana a Qingdao e siamo rimasti all'Hotel Crowne Plaza, che mi è sembrato un bel posto. La stanza era pulita, ben rifornita di tutto quello che avevamo bisogno, e offreva una vista stupefacente sull'oceano, ci sono stati trattati a pompieri ogni sera dalla finestra, che era un toccamento magico. La colazione è stata disponibile ogni mattina con una buona gamma di opzioni; apprezzavamo la varietà. Personalmente mi sono divertito con il panino del club e le noccioline di carne bovina. Abbiamo dedicato un giorno intero al parco acquatico, dove i bambini avevano un'esplosione assoluta. Anche se alcune parti di esso potevano usare la rigenerazione, non ha ridotto il nostro divertimento. Una delle nostre attività preferite era il crociere intorno al resort su e-bikes a quattro ruote, e sentito come un'avventura privata, poiché gran parte della zona era tranquilla e abbastanza abbandonata, ma che ha aggiunto un fascino speciale. La spiaggia è anche lungo la strada, così si può giocare in sabbia in qualsiasi momento, ci sono anche alcuni uomini che offrono cavalli e sci a jet a destra sulla spiaggia. La spiaggia non è anche troppo piena. L'unico svantaggio è stato la posizione del resort. E' molto lontano dalla maggior parte delle principali attrazioni di Qingdao, quindi ogni viaggio ha richiesto almeno un'ora di viaggio Didi. Tuttavia, l'esperienza era ben valsa, e ci siamo davvero goditi il nostro soggiorno. Torneremmo assolutamente di nuovo.

Ci sono molti tipi di bar per la colazione e l'attrezzatura della palestra è completa. è un hotel che vale la pena consigliare!
