The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, and the facilities are among the best in Yantai. The service was also incredibly warm and professional. We had a special episode during our stay — my son accidentally left one of his shoes in a DiDi taxi, and we were struggling to contact the driver due to the language barrier. Thankfully, staff member Dragon Xu went above and beyond to help us. He communicated with the driver, arranged for the shoe to be retrieved, and even handled all the related details and costs with great care. That shoe had a very special meaning for our family, and we’re truly grateful for his kindness and dedication. Because of this experience, we’ll definitely stay at the Pullman Yantai Center again with even more fondness next time we visit Yantai.

這是一家三星級酒店。三星級的標準基本上都達到或者超出預期，可以説是三星級的天花板。 酒店給人的整體印象是寬敞，明亮。從前台，到走廊，到客房，到餐廳，所有地方都是寬敞明亮，打掃得乾乾淨淨，佈置得整整齊齊。 這個酒店的位置並不在旅遊區邊上，但是它的位置非常方便。門口就是公交站，往左手兩站路就是岱廟，坐上公交車3路四站就可以到紅門。馬路對面那個公交站是另外一個方向，坐兩站就到泰安火車站，邊上有好多吃飯的地方。再往前坐四站就是天外村，可以坐旅遊班車上山。其實兩站路根本沒有必要坐公交，溜達過去就行了。 因為並不在旅遊景點，這個酒店的感覺更像是一個商務酒店，而不是旅遊酒店。 酒店的餐廳令人印象深刻。早餐品類非常豐富。我特別喜歡那些蔬菜。在外旅遊，大魚大肉主食吃的很多，蔬菜不容易吃到。這個酒店早餐有玉米，西蘭花，芹菜，腐竹，補足了蔬菜水果不足的旅遊周。 餐廳在12樓。坐在餐廳吃早飯，窗外遠遠望去就是泰山。 房間很大，設施齊備，床很舒服，洗澡浴巾也很厚。房間的格局非常合理，睡覺和洗漱完全不沖突。 吃的，住的，交通都是一流的體驗。下一次來泰山旅遊還住這裏。

Andrew alla reception di Dongying Jiahua ha un ottimo servizio. La stanza è molto grande e il letto di 2 metri è molto comodo. Sono molto soddisfatto del mio soggiorno. Ci sono molti tipi di bar per la colazione e l'attrezzatura della palestra è completa. è un hotel che vale la pena consigliare!

Mi dispiace per la recensione, perché la pulizia della stanza è davvero troppo polvere e ha un cazzo di culo al mio bagaglio quando appena entrato. Il ragazzo al divano/porta davanti al turno notturno sempre saluta e sorride. Anche aiutare con il bagaglio. Il bagno a acqua ha qualcosa di verde non è sicuro di mosca o cosa. La signora che fornisce shampoo e ecc è buono anche tardi di notte, non abbiamo niente di doccia che lei fornisce anche quando ci accorgiamo tardi di notte. Il piano del bagno è slipperato anche con il mattone antislip posto sul pavimento, non coperto completamente.

I initially requested a room change for a better view, and despite waiting for over an hour, I did not receive any proper response or resolution. When I first arrived at my room, I found that one side of the view was almost entirely blocked by the neighboring building, which was not what I expected. I called the front desk to request a room change, but after 20 minutes with no response, I called again. I was told the team was checking on it. After waiting another 10 minutes without any follow-up, I called once more. The staff seemed to have difficulty communicating in English and repeated that they were still checking. Eventually, I was told that a room on the 16th floor might be available, and someone would come to show it to me. However, no one came. I waited again, then called once more about 10 minutes later, only to be told that the front desk was still confirming and that the new room would not be ready for another 30 minutes. At this point, I had already wasted nearly an hour of my time in Qingdao without any clarity on whether I could even change rooms. As a guest who chose your esteemed hotel for its reputation for excellent service, this experience has been highly disappointing. The lack of communication and inefficient handling of a simple request does not meet the standard expected from the Westin brand. I kindly request a formal explanation of this situation and an appropriate form of compensation for the inconvenience I experienced. She promptly brought up bottled water, and when she realized I needed a disposable tub bag for the bath, she dashed back to fetch one. Now that’s going the extra mile! ⚠️ THE OOPS MOMENT: · Bathroom Blunder Alright, here’s the not-so-great part: the bathtub had a looong strand of hair (clearly from the previous guest). Yeah, not the end of the world, but for a hotel of this caliber? That’s a basic miss. 🎯 FINAL VERDICT: Stunning room, killer views, and staff like Cici and Anna who truly get hospitality right. But Marriott—y’all gotta tighten up the cleaning checks. If you do, this place would be nothing short of perfection. Still, would I recommend it? For that epic ocean view and standout service? Absolutely. Just maybe give the tub a quick rinse first.
