La stanza era spaziosa, pulita e confortevole, con un letto confortevole che ci faceva sentire tranquilli durante il viaggio. Il personale era caldo, professionale e attento, sempre pronto a assistere con qualsiasi richiesta. La posizione dell'hotel è anche molto conveniente, rendendo facile esplorare la città. I initially requested a room change for a better view, and despite waiting for over an hour, I did not receive any proper response or resolution. When I first arrived at my room, I found that one side of the view was almost entirely blocked by the neighboring building, which was not what I expected. I called the front desk to request a room change, but after 20 minutes with no response, I called again. I was told the team was checking on it. After waiting another 10 minutes without any follow-up, I called once more. The staff seemed to have difficulty communicating in English and repeated that they were still checking. Eventually, I was told that a room on the 16th floor might be available, and someone would come to show it to me. However, no one came. I waited again, then called once more about 10 minutes later, only to be told that the front desk was still confirming and that the new room would not be ready for another 30 minutes. At this point, I had already wasted nearly an hour of my time in Qingdao without any clarity on whether I could even change rooms. As a guest who chose your esteemed hotel for its reputation for excellent service, this experience has been highly disappointing. The lack of communication and inefficient handling of a simple request does not meet the standard expected from the Westin brand. I kindly request a formal explanation of this situation and an appropriate form of compensation for the inconvenience I experienced. Staying here for a night with a deluxe room at 20th.floor where there's a slight corner sea view. love it!. The only downside is the wooden floor is a bit dusty. food served for the celebrity buffet and morning breakfast are delicious and lots of varieties. Overall is a pleasant stay at MGM Qingdao. will definitely be my priority choice for next visit to Qingdao.

La stanza è spaziosa. godere di ogni piede della stanza. E'stato dotato di un divano lungo che ha guardato le strade locali occupate intorno all'hotel, dicendo che la finestra doppia di vetro ha isolato il rumore esterno in modo efficiente. Mi sono divertito di più con le mutandine, e ho involto il collo, che mi ha fatto dormire bene, per tutta la notte. Ci sono centri, ristoranti, servizi attorno all'hotel- comodità! Il personale dell'hotel è molto amichevole e utile. Voglio menzionare anche l'aiuto robot.

The location of this hotel is right next to the airport and there’s a hall connecting to DEPARTURE level. It’s so convenient and comfortable for early flight and late arrival to get rejuvenated by extra time saved on commute. Special thanks to Anna who makes the rest of journey even better. Keep it up! This is one of the best experience I have with Shangri-la especially the service from the front desk is impeccable! Kudos to Erin王婷!! She’s the best!! She made our trip extra special! Birthday cake was prepared for our birthday celebration, even decorated the room with flower and lights! When we request for housekeeping or anything, it gets done immediately which is pretty impressive! Once again, thank you Erin for giving us over and above service during our stay!
