Cile: hotel con spa nella provincia di Regione Metropolitana di Santiago

The location is very convenient, just about a five-minute drive from the airport, and there’s a free shuttle service as well. Breakfast had a great variety and the staff were very flexible and accommodating. The room cleaning wasn’t perfect, but that’s part of the charm in Latin America. They responded quickly to all my detailed questions, including the advance shuttle reservation.

Amazing hotel right in the heart of town, walking distance to the restaurants, parks and city center. The rooms are on the smaller side but it wasn’t a problem at all. We’ve enjoyed the view from the pool, their wine bar and restaurant and cozy lounge with free coffee and delicious desserts. Everyone in our party staying in Santiago longer have extended their stay. Definitely staying here again when back to Santiago.

La posizione è molto buona, l'hotel è molto caratteristico

Ho soggiornato lì diverse volte. L'hotel aveva detto che ogni camera avrebbe fornito quattro bottiglie di acqua minerale, ma non era così. Diverse camere occupate dal nostro gruppo non ne avevano. Devo lamentarmi del servizio: Il nostro gruppo aveva prenotato una sala privata al ristorante per cena, ma l'hotel l'ha spostata al bar al primo piano poco prima di cena. I tavoli standard sono stati sostituiti da banconi alti con sgabelli alti e la camera era di fronte al bagno, con musica ad alto volume. Dopo le nostre obiezioni, ci hanno spostato di nuovo al ristorante originale, ma non ci hanno nemmeno fornito le tovaglie. Hanno invece utilizzato le tovaglie nere usate per le riunioni diurne e il tavolo da conferenza a U, progettato per facilitare le riunioni di quel giorno e del giorno successivo. È incomprensibile.

La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona, vicino alla zona dei ricchi, molto sicura, la zona per cena non è molto vicina, e l'Uber è molto conveniente al centro della vecchia città. Santiago non è davvero così pericoloso. Ci siamo anche casuali a piedi nella vecchia città. Non faremo il lusso per essere ricchi.

L'hotel è così bella e pulita. Il personale è molto gentile e accogliente. Il Spa è sorprendente che avete un'ora complimentare al giorno per goderlo e altri trattamenti sono disponibili a un prezzo ragionevole. La piscina è sul tetto, è molto piccola ma non ci sono molte persone. Il ristorante sopra è meraviglioso, un po' troppo costoso, ma la qualità del cibo è eccellente. È la colazione degna.

It is a nice and clean hotel. We are very impressed with the clean and the comfort and it’s in good location very convenient to go to shopping center and have a nice restaurants around. It’s highly recommend to stay in this hotel.

這家是比較滿意的一家，服務很好從到門口就一直有人幫忙拿行李，地理位置也很方便，對面過個馬路就有大型mall，裏面有超市，有吃飯的有喝咖啡的。這酒店裡的spa也很舒服，總之這家性價比很高。

Great room and beds and enjoyed breakfast.  But the shuttle instructions were very confusing- it’s quite a walk from outside airport where other services do pick up, and hard to find spot as it’s in the middle of the car park, but well inside the building which made no sense. I waited closer to entrance of car park and once realised it was not coming, had to pay for a taxi which cost $25USD. This was annoying as I booked expecting an easy transit and Aldi because I wasted time and energy after a long flight.
