Cile: hotel con spa nella provincia di Regione Metropolitana di Santiago

This is a good hotel to stay in Santiago, great location, clean/prompt room service, fairly new facilities. But not yet living to the claim of ”the best” hotel in Santiago from my experience. I travelled with my family of 2 seniors, 2 adults and one 2yo toddler. I booked two rooms for two nights - delux king with view (1110) and club level king (1704). After check in, the experience is flawless: prompt room service, extremely friendly and accommodating staff and modern facility. Not to mention the views! However, pre/post check-in experience needs some polishing and made my experience imperfect: - staff did not help at all when we arrived: no one helped us at all when we arrived in a uber (black) with 2 big luggage and a crying toddler at the hotel door. there is a bellboy holding someone elses' luggage and a security-looking guy in black suit standing there near our car. But no other guests they needed to attend to. They both just stared us from when we get out of our car, trying to grab the toddler that's running around crying, getting two big luggages from the trunk until half way into the revolving door. No one opened/held the car door, or even asked if we needed any help, they just stood there staring at us for the whole period! (maybe we were underdressed for the best hotel?) I almost thought their job was not to help guests out of their cars but apparently not the case with other guests. - check out took so long and no special consideration for guests in a rush:They made a mistake in my final bill so I had to go through the line and talk to someone instead of dropping off the keys. even though I mentioned I have a flight to catch I still had to stay in the queue with other guests that are checking in. I was delayed by a good 20 minutes.... there was a long line but only 3/4 counters were used though there are plenty of staff. Everything else was perfect. But being one of the most expensive hotels in Santiago I certainly expect a better experience with the above two points.

Eravamo molto frustrati quando arrivammo, avendo consigliato il nostro volo e l'ETA, e nessuno ci ha portato a prendere. Abbiamo dovuto pagare US$32.00 per prendere un taxi che era pazzo e quando siamo arrivati all'hotel ci è stato detto che i telefoni erano incasinati (come abbiamo cercato di chiamare diverse volte senza una risposta). Avrebbe dovuto esserci una forma di comunicazione anche tramite Whats app o email e non c'era nessuno. I telefoni erano stati abbattuti da dieci quella mattina. Prima che la tempesta iniziasse La sera abbiamo cenato e il servizio di tre persone era molto lento, con molte persone frustrate. D'altra parte, il giorno dopo, per pranzo, abbiamo avuto Monica e lei era una cameriera sorprendente.

Super vicino all'aeroporto. Ottimo per il transito. Il servizio di trasferimento aeroportuale è complimentare e affidabile. Il conducente ha fatto una chiara istruzione per il pick-up, in modo che fossero pulite. Il trasferimento all'aeroporto è stato organizzato all'arrivo all'hotel. La stanza è grande con un tetto alto. Non c'è nulla da lamentarsi della stanza. Non c'è nemmeno un supermercato / ristorante vicino all'hotel.

Comfortabile, camera con splendida vista. La colazione potrebbe migliorare, era buona. Struttura e facile accesso.

Lo que hace el hotel especial es el servicio y atención de el personal, muy amables y muy atentos a las necesidades. En especial el servicio de Lucas que me ayudó a aclarar todas las que tenía sobre el hotel.

Molto comodo, c'è colazione sotto, l'ambiente è buono e vicino è sicuro.C'è un grande centro commerciale accanto a lui, che può andare a fare la strada.Questa è una zona molto sicura.Il viaggio è anche molto conveniente

Questo è stato il mio terzo soggiorno qui nell'ultima settimana, dato che ho usato l'aeroporto come base per i miei spostamenti. L'Holiday Inn è perfetto per questo scopo. Facilissimo da raggiungere sia dagli aeroporti nazionali che internazionali. Check-in semplice. Personale disponibile. Bagno spazioso. Letto comodo. Ottima connessione Wi-Fi. Buona colazione. Bel bar e area relax. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel.

La camera era piuttosto spaziosa e ben attrezzata. Non avevamo pantofole usa e getta, ma abbiamo chiamato la reception e ce ne hanno fornite alcune. Ovviamente, è necessario portare spazzolino e dentifricio. I biscotti standard del DoubleTree by Hilton per il check-in erano deliziosi! Nelle vicinanze c'è anche un grande centro commerciale, nuovo, sicuro e moderno. Non c'è bisogno di preoccuparsi della sicurezza. La colazione era relativamente semplice rispetto a quella che si trova in Cina, ma in seguito mi sono trasferito al W Hotel, che costava 3.000 a notte, e l'ho trovata molto peggiore della colazione dell'Hilton.

It was so peaceful and beautiful, just what we needed. The room was really nice, contemporary and warm. The grounds were spectacular, amazing trees. The staff were really nice and friendly. Specially Christof who gave us a tour of the Palace. Only down side was we pre booked a car to bring us into the city for our next leg. The driver was a complete ****** and near killed us all several times. Not sure this is just the way the locals drive at all.

L'hotel è fantastico nel cuore della città, a piedi dai ristoranti, parchi e centro città. Abbiamo goduto la vista dalla piscina, il loro bar vinicolo e ristorante e un accogliente soggiorno con caffè gratuito e dessert deliziosi. Tutti nella nostra festa che soggiornano a Santiago hanno prolungato il loro soggiorno. Certamente restare qui di nuovo quando tornano a Santiago.
