Clean , good location and polite staff

We had a very bad experience during check in. Despite explaining that we were very tired & hungry (as it's already almost 8 in the evening), and we just need to check in immediately & have dinner; the staff at the reception denied our confirmed & paid reservation at trip.com. The staff knew that we were very tired, and we even offered to guarantee reservation with our credit card (just so we get the room & can have dinner); but he insisted to keep us waiting until he can get the response from trip.com. After waiting for so long, he said that still no responses from trip.com and he just asked us to wait forever. I got really upset after a long argument with him; and i have to strongly argue with him to give us room & we paid with our credit card for a new reservation. WE NEED A ROOM! I showed him the amount I paid for the Seaview Room charged in USD. (I just realised the next day that he charged me the wrong amount instead of calculating it to USD amount with the correct convertion). So i was charged a wrong amount as I was too tired to check how much he charged me. After a long argument & waiting, he finally gave me the room key; and said sorry for the waiting. They said that they will upgrade the room as an apologies. Just when we were in the room, I found out that they DID NOT upgrade the room. That's exactly the room I booked at trip.com; just I had to pay again with my credit card with a much higher rate! I was to tired to argue with the staff, so I no longer care after calling them saying they didn't upgrade us! This staff didn't even try to change the room; after we said this is not an upgrade. We PAID for this room category at trip.com. Nobody apologies for these so many mistakes from the staffs or management. When we checked out, the manager asked me how was our stay? He was not even aware that WE HAD ISSUES that they denied our paid & confirmed booking! Trip.com finally settled this issue with the hotel, and the hotel returned our overpaid credit card charged. Trip.com apologies a few times, they made many efforts to call us a few times. But the hotel & the management acting as if nothing happened! Is this really how a 5 stars hotel service? Luxury what? They treated us like a homeless person begging for room! So UNACCEPTABLE! I have never experienced staying in a 5 stars hotel with such a BAD service like this! This is the worst in our history of travel! This place must keep their act together! Learn hospitality BETTER! Overall, we were very disappointed, & this place is far from Luxury Collection, it's a CHEAP collection!

Per una notte. Buon hotel spiaggia. I turisti sono pochi, probabilmente a causa della vicinanza di Israele. Il vostro alcool non può essere trasportato, hanno in hotel. Per confronto - una bottiglia di vino spugnante nel negozio costo 12-15 dinar, in hotel - 60! Bevi sotto la finestra dell'hotel).Puoi accettare, ma solo se hanno qualcosa. Sì, va bene. Colazione è una buona scelta. Dinner è andato fuori dall'area dell'hotel.

Tutto bene, ma il problema non è quello di fornire requisiti, per esempio, ho contattato il ricevitore di mattina e ho chiesto di pulire le stanze e di sostituire le scarpe. La sera ho chiesto le scarpe e il dipendente ha risposto, e la mia richiesta non è stata fornita.

L'hotel è bellissimo e grande, ma le piscine sono molto piccole e non piacevole, e la spiaggia del mare è molto piccola. Il personale è meraviglioso e utile

Questo hotel, in grande rinominazione, la stanza è obsoleti, non pulita per certo, sono entrato e sono stato super stanco dopo 12 ore di volo tutto il suddenly falling sleep right when I wake up to use the bathroom I find it’s full of urine and the doccia piena di sabbia, ho chiamato il servizio della stanza alle 3 di mattina e li ho chiesto di pulirla, specialmente non potevo usare il bagno, ho dovuto pulirla me stesso, perché mi ignoravano, Il colazione è stato grande ha molta scelta diversa, soprattutto io gli dò 4 su 10 non posso credere che abbia la franchising intercontinentale.

Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno all'Hotel Alena a Aqaba. Dalla nostra arrivo, il personale era incredibilmente gentile e utile. Ci hanno permesso di controllare in anticipo e anche di aggiornarci in una stanza più spaziosa, che è stata una bella sorpresa! La posizione dell'hotel è perfetta, tutto è a pochi passi, compresi ristoranti, negozi e le principali attrazioni della città. La pulizia, il comfort e il servizio eccezionale hanno reso il nostro soggiorno davvero piacevole. Raccomandiamo molto questo hotel e sicuramente rimarremo qui per la nostra prossima visita ad Aqaba!

Un hotel eccellente, accogliente e piccolo. Tutto è nuovo e il personale è molto attento alla pulizia. La barriera corallina è bellissima e ci sono immersioni. Le colazioni sono varie. La cena è a buffet da 15 dinari e per pranzo si può ordinare qualcosa dal menu. E questo è probabilmente il problema principale dell'hotel: non c'è nessun posto dove andare; la #civiltà# più vicina è a 30 minuti a piedi. Un taxi per Aqaba costa 8-10 dinari. Non c'è alcol in hotel! MA l'hotel offre di accompagnarvi al negozio di alcolici per 10 dinari andata e ritorno, dove potete acquistare alcolici e consumarli legalmente sul posto. Vi presentate con una bottiglia di vino per cena e il cameriere vi corre incontro con un secchiello del ghiaccio e dei bicchieri. È comodo! Ci sono sempre lettini, una grande piscina profonda e una jacuzzi! Il personale è eccellente e un ringraziamento speciale alla direttrice, Svetlana!

Das Bedouin Garden Village liegt ca. 15 Minuten Autofahrt unterhalb von Aqaba, ganz in der Nähe des Berenice Beach Club. Zum Meer und Strand sind es nur 150 Meter. In der näheren Umgebung findet man ein paar weitere Guesthouses mit Restaurants sowie ein Restaurant/einen Imbiss am Strand. Der Strand selbst verfügt zudem über kostenlose Sonnenschirme. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Atmosphäre im Garden Village sehr ruhig und relaxed. Das Ambiente bietet viele schattige Plätzchen welche zum Verweilen und Entspannen im Schatten einladen, teilweise aber könnte man die Polster der Bedouinen-Sitzecken mal waschen oder putzen. Es war zwar nicht dreckig, allerdings auch nicht 100% sauber. Im Bedouin Garden Village befindet sich eine Tauchschule mit freundlichem, lustigem aber auch kompetenten Personal und guter Ausrüstung. Die Tauchgänge waren sehr entspannt und dennoch interessant, selbst für erfahrene Taucher. Das Frühstück war leider relativ einfach: es gab Fladenbrot, Frischkäseecken (allerdings lagen diese lange in der Wärme), Marmelade und einen Teller mit Hummus, Ei, Bohnen, etwas Obst und etwas Gemüse. Satt gemacht hat es trotzdem. Die Mittags- und Abendkarte ist leider auch nicht sonderlich umfangreich: es gibt viel Gefrorenes (Fisch, Hamburger, Calamari), ein paar Salate und ein paar Hähnchengerichte. Satt wird man, schlecht schmeckt es nicht, allerdings auch nicht besonders ”wow” - angesichts der abgeschiedenen Lage, ist die Auswahl an Restaurants vor Ort allerdings begrenzt. Die Zimmer waren einfach aber dennoch funktional eingerichtet mit Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank. Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft um ein paar Tage in ruhiger Umgebung abzuschalten.

Роскошный отель! Свежий ремонт и обстановка! Запах отеля - восторг! Потрясающее качество постельного белья и есть выбор подушек. Классный пляж с белым песком, но вода освежающая. Потрясающие завтраки и ужины в ресторане. Тирамиссу лучше , чем на родине десерта:) была ситуация когда понадобился градусник, а на помощь подошел медик отеля, провел короткий осмотр.
