Giappone: hotel con bar nella provincia di Prefettura di Hiroshima

Very grand hotel, dated in the age of build. Very clean bathroom and beds. Amazing, grand entrance way. Very close to sightseeing areas and local sighseening bus stops. Excellent view of the city. Lots of personal amenity provided (toothbrush etc). Access to gym/fitness centre is additional (substantial) costs. Lovely staff with excellent English.

此次日本行住過的最好飯店。畢竟是G7廣島峯會的會議酒店，硬件設施和軟件服務都非常棒。廣島站到酒店有免費穿梭大巴，每天七次來回，絕對方便。從客房就可欣賞瀨户內海的日出日落。酒店的早餐太豐盛了，在23樓，邊吃早餐邊觀賞無敵海景。

La nostra prenotazione originale al Mitsui Garden è stata cancellata forzatamente per lavori di manutenzione, quindi questo hotel è stata la nostra alternativa e non ci ha deluso! Servizio: il personale della reception è stato molto gentile e ci ha permesso di depositare i bagagli fino alla sera del giorno successivo! [10/10] Camera: le dimensioni erano adeguate al prezzo, molto pulita [10/10] Posizione: fantastica, a pochi passi dalla stazione di Hiroshima [10/10] Costo: incredibile, considerando che era l'alternativa offerta come risarcimento, è fantastico [10/10] Miku ed io abbiamo apprezzato molto il nostro soggiorno! Ci hanno permesso di fare il check-in dopo le 21:00. Sebbene gli spazi siano condivisi, il futon nella zona lounge era rotto. Sarebbe gradito se pulissero l'area quotidianamente e controllassero questi dettagli. Le aree comuni erano spaziose e dotate di tutto il necessario. Sarebbe utile una maggiore segnaletica per chi parla spagnolo, ad esempio un avviso che indichi il costo aggiuntivo per il noleggio degli asciugamani. Nel complesso, abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole e ringraziamo Eva per averci aiutato con il check-in.

Durante il nostro viaggio in Giappone abbiamo soggiornato in diversi hotel, solo questo corrisponde alla classe dichiarata (4 stelle) secondo standard internazionali, non solo giapponesi. Ottima posizione nel centro della città, personale qualificato e ospite, grande sala luminosa con vista ”urbana” dalla finestra, tutti gli apparecchi elettrici e piombo nella stanza sono in ottima condizione, È evidente che tutti i dipendenti di questo hotel lavorano bene e non solo danno ai clienti ”archi di servizio”.

It is one of the best hotels we stayed in Japan within the similar price range and same facilities (without onsen/public bath). The room is spacious and there is a sky lounge and complimentary drinks for guests to enjoy every night. The staff also speak English which is a bonus for English speaking guests. The location is convenient and you can see the a bomb site from far from the hotel and walk to the shopping street.

The servicev of this hotel is unspeakable. I was there with a friend for the Shimanami Kaido, but Got a nerve trapped and had to rest. I booked a single Room for a night but later decided I needed 2 nights for recovery. I had to change Room from a double to a single Room - and the reception made it clear to me that I had booked for 3 nights 1 + 2 nights - not alterer the original booking from 1 to 2 nights. I made it clear i Only needed 2 nights as my friend returned. The hotel Said itcwould be ok - but when I looked at my bank account 3 nights were charged. When I mentioned that to the reception they Said they did not do a refund - but I would rater have used my Room for a pieceful night of sleep and so would my friend than being ripped of by a greedy hotel.

Sono andato in città per partecipare alla cerimonia di ingresso del mio figlio, quindi l'ho usato. Non c'è TV nella stanza, quindi posso passare un po'di tempo libero nella sala da letto e un po'di tempo straordinario.Ho dormito bene, perché posso vedere che sono molto attento ai beni del letto. La colazione è anche deliziosa, la cucina giapponese è molto deliziosa

We had a wonderful time enjoying the onsen bath, recliner lounge, ocean terrace and beautiful view from our room (Note: trip.com booking of lowest priced room with sea view is not correct as the room is located at the lowest level and you only see trees before the ocean. We need to pay extra to upgrade the room to a better view). There's a private onsen bath tub in the room too. They also provide free coffee, popsicle sticks and yukata at the lobby. Dinner and breakfast has a reasonable spread but most food (especially the fried ones) are pre-cooked and cold. So they don't taste as good. The location is high up the hills. It's not possible to get a bus and then climb up with heavy luggages. The best way is to take a taxi, so be prepared to pay the price.
