Giappone: hotel con bar nella provincia di Prefettura di Niigata

川に近いと思ってロケーションに期待してこちらのホテルにしました 川沿いではなかったので少し残念です 部屋はキレイだったので何も不満はないです 周りに何もないので夜遅くにチェックインする方は コンビニへ行っておくなど気をつけてください 夕食もラストオーダーは早く終わってしまいます

We had an amazing time at NASPA New Otani — this hotel is a fantastic choice if you’re visiting Yuzawa, especially for a winter getaway! The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay, making us feel right at home from check-in to check-out. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing. The location is ideal for winter sports lovers with ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes and easy shuttle service to Echigo-Yuzawa Station, which made getting around a breeze even in snowy weather. The onsen and bathing facilities were relaxing and just what we needed after spending time outdoors. The buffet breakfast and dinner had plenty of variety and were really enjoyable, with something for everyone. While the hotel is set a little away from town, the free shuttle made it convenient to explore the area if we wanted. Overall, it felt like a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and superb service — highly recommended!

L'hotel è un'atmosfera con una bella miscela di vecchi e nuovi. Situato a pochi passi da Uonuma no Sato e con un servizio di navetta complimentare da e da Hatago Isen a fronte della stazione Echigo Yuzawa. La stanza è grande e vi è una bella zona da tavola riscaldata. Il bagno è bello, ma come con i alloggi tradizionali come questo, può essere piuttosto freddo soprattutto nella zona del bagno in inverno. Il pranzo è stato servito in forma bento nella nostra stanza, e mi è un po' deluso che non sia un pasto seduto in modo appropriato nella zona principale. Il bento comprende due onigiri generosamente dimensioni, appetiti e quattro elementi principali, tra cui un pesce spazzolato, pesce grigliato e wagyu brasato. Il bagno di notte è anche molto bello e ama il bagno con il giardino nevescoso. Il servizio è in generale buono e ci sono snack e bevande disponibili in sala per gli ospiti.

Il posto è molto vicino alla stazione Gala Yuzawa a 8 minuti a piedi. Il posto è grande con personale attento. Ci è un servizio di navetta disponibile dove si può chiamare l'hotel per prendervi. Il fondo è che non ci sono ristoranti disponibili vicino, quindi devi andare a Echigo Yuzawa. Puoi avere il servizio di navetta. Sarebbe stato grande se ci fosse un colazione supplementare. Ci è una tassa di 300 yen per il bagno.

Hotel was generally clean except for the front area where shoes need to be removed.. the floor mat was wet but it wasnt changed, so its kindaof gross. Amenities are not great either. No lotion, no facial products, only basic toiletries and toothbrush provided. No kids yukata provided too for my child. Food was very average - both breakfast and dinner. No variety, everyday its a type of shabu - 1 day pork & beef, 1 day beef, 1 day fish. My kid got very bored of the food. Bed was comfy. Pillows were crap and only 1 pillow each.. View was quite nice, could see e neighbouring mountains. Location is very good, 5 to 10mins walk from e echigo yuzawa train station. There are quite alot of food at the train station. While this is supposedly a ryokan, its just another dormy inn. Dont expect too much - considered decent.

L'hotel offre un autobus da Echigo Yuzawa, quindi è molto conveniente via Shinkansen da Tokyo. Mi piace la progettazione della stanza, mi sento come una epoca di show-era giapponese con una miscela di sci occidentali allo stesso tempo, come la ODYSSY dello spazio cinematografico. Sono stati inclusi locker per tenere tutti i nostri attrezzi in piedi. Ci sono molti ristoranti da scegliere, il miglior pasto è la paella di bicchiere con l'opzione di aggiungere carne extra a Edelweiss. La vista del ristorante Kiyotsu è stata maestosa, doveva vedere il sci di prima avi mentre ci divertivamo. Eravamo nelle corse molto dalla mattina al tramonto perché c'era sci di notte! Dopo un giorno di sci, riposandosi all'aperto, guardando il giardino di neve, era surreale, tutte le dolori e le dolori appena scomparsi. Siamo andati a Naeba per sciare, ma abbiamo ricevuto molto di più di quanto mi aspettassi. Grazie a tutti i membri del personale per l’esperienza meravigliosa. Ci ritroveremo presto e pianificheremo già un ritorno.

Quando ho controllato con la ricezione, hanno detto che il livello 10 era in fase di rinnovamento e che la mia prenotazione non mi dava scelta. Questa è la prima volta che mi è stato detto che non ho scelta per la configurazione del letto. Le camere non sono prove sonore. Possiamo sentire voce dalla prossima stanza.  La stanza è spaziosa secondo la norma giapponese, e la posizione è buona, vicino a Bandai Pier e shopping di moda. Possiamo camminare alla stazione ferroviaria in 10 minuti.  Avete goduto il nostro soggiorno.

The hotel itself was nice, but the staff at the ski resort was horrible, the rentals are also not well maintained. The boards are not waxed, which makes it difficult to work with as there are a lot of flat routes which are difficult to avoid (Pony and village road were the flattest slope Ive ever seen in my life, I had to unstrap and walk and the board just wouldn't move). Ski resort staff were unfriendly and the rental staff was the worst, there was a lady there that was cold and rude. The only reason why the rental shop is surviving is probably because the equipments are salomon branded and that there is no other option.  I would visit again but only because the routes are fun, Myoko long run was the best, but I would never want to rent from the shop again. The food was very very good. For breakfast, you could choose from western or Japanese buffet. Western buffet is highly recommended, the omelette was the best ive eaten in my life and there was a diy risotto which was great as well. For dinner, there were 4 options, either buffet, steak, Japanese or shabushabu. All requiring reservations which is tough if you are checking in the evening as some might not be available. Highly recommend the steak, the food was good and the staff were amazing. Japanese was the hardest to get a reservation for but the food was quite underwhelming. The room was clean and ski lockers are also provided but it's tiny and can barely fit 2 boards. But I wish that in the toilet in the common area, you can adjust the tap temperature as the water is freezing cold. Amenities wise, bottled water are provided daily, also, yukata was provided but you can only wear them to the onsen which was extremely troublesome as I had to change multiple times a day.  The hotel provides shuttle bus services to and fro jyoetsumyoko station which was easy to book. The bus drivers were also friendly and helped out with the luggage. In summary, for a 5 stars hotel, it didn't live up to expectations, ski resort and rental staffs were unwilling to help and unfriendly. Also, some of the staffs could not speak Japanese which is puzzling for a hotel in Japan. If not for the amazing snow and slopes I would never come back.

La stanza era spaziosa. Ma l'hotel è in generale vecchio e alcune parti di esso si sentiva come andare in Corea del Nord. Ma era carina e adattato alle vibes della vecchia città. L'hotel ha fornito una navetta gratuita dalla stazione echigo yuzawa. La stanza aveva solo tazze di tè giapponese e nessuna spazzatura. Parti della stanza avevano cobweb e simili al ricevimento. Hanno prelevato 150 yen per persona al giorno per ricevimento, indipendentemente dal fatto che fossero o meno utilizzati. E questo prelievo non ci è stato detto attraverso trip.com o durante il check-in. Il personale non ha capito l'inglese. Abbiamo dovuto usare il traduttore per comunicare. Il pranzo gratuito fornito era bello per la prima notte, poi è diventato meh. E hanno strettamente proibito agli ospiti di portare le loro bevande a cena, perché avevano un menu di bevanda. 350 yen + tassa per un bicchiere di coke. Il personale era gentile e gentile.
