I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is extremely convenient, it’s right next to a food street, so there are plenty of dining options as soon as you step out. It’s also just a little over 1 km from West Street, and getting a ride is very easy. There are three bubble tea shops right across the road, including Chabaidao directly opposite the hotel, which was perfect for me. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. They even assisted me in receiving my parcels, which I really appreciated. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable to stay in. One small suggestion would be to improve the breakfast by offering more choices of main dishes. Other than that, everything was great. Overall, very good value for money, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Quanzhou.

First of all; 前台木子服务很好 My experience at Lanou Hotel was truly amazing 🤩. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made me feel right at home. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with a fresh and pleasant scent that added to the overall relaxing atmosphere. The bed was clean, cozy, and provided a great night’s sleep. I also really enjoyed the breakfast—it was fresh, varied, and absolutely delicious. Another great convenience is that the hotel is located close to both the airport and nearby universities, making it an ideal choice for travelers. Plus, they even offer a free airport drop-off service, which makes the stay even more convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Such a great transit hotel. Arrived Xiamen at 10pm and and before that we already contact the hotel through wechat for a pickup service. They pickup us by van which is so convenience since we had 4 big luggages with us. And our flight next morning was easy as well. You can refer their airport transfer schedule & wait at lobby. Def coming back if I need to transit at Xiamen in the future.

Ho portato i miei anziani a Xiamen per un viaggio. L'alloggio era molto buono, anche se l'insonorizzazione sembrava un po' carente. Nel complesso, era confortevole. Il ristorante è proprio di fronte al Civil Aviation Yunxiang Express. Parte ogni mezz'ora per l'aeroporto e costa 31 yuan. Sotto l'hotel c'è una stazione degli autobus. È molto comodo raggiungere varie attrazioni lato sinistro della strada quando esci. C'è una mensa n. 㐅 accanto, non ricordo quale sia, i materiali sono freschi, l'ambiente all'interno del ristorante è igienico e il prezzo non è alto Abbiamo viaggiato in modo indipendente e abbiamo scelto l'hotel giusto L'hotel offre anche tè bianco, wolfberry, datteri rossi e crisantemo.

È stato davvero eccellente! Non solo ci hanno offerto un upgrade spontaneo, ma ci hanno anche permesso un late check-out! Il servizio della reception è stato semplicemente strepitoso! Ci hanno persino fornito una guida con consigli su dove mangiare e cosa fare, che si è rivelata preziosissima. Seguendo i loro suggerimenti, abbiamo provato i noodles Satay... e devo dire che il sapore era talmente buono che ci siamo tornati per ben tre giorni di fila, eravamo completamente dipendenti, ahahah! La camera era impeccabile e ordinata. Il materasso era fenomenale, così confortevole, né troppo morbido né troppo duro, che non volevamo più alzarci! La posizione è poi eccellente, vicinissima a tutte le attrazioni principali. Per gli spostamenti, prendevamo quasi sempre il taxi; una corsa costava circa 10 yuan, praticamente la tariffa base! Un risparmio pazzesco! Xiamen è davvero una città romantica! Torneremo sicuramente! Questo B&B, una vera gemma, sarà il nostro punto di riferimento e, una volta a casa, lo consiglierò vivamente a tutti i miei amici e compagni. Anche i miei compagni di viaggio ne sono rimasti entusiasti! Tutti erano estremamente soddisfatti! Voto: 100 e lode!

We had a wonderful stay at Shangri-La Fuzhou. It truly felt like one of the best hotels we've ever visited. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We experienced an issue with water leaking in our bathtub, but the staff's response was exceptional. As soon as we mentioned the problem, they quickly arranged for us to move to a bigger room in the middle of the night. Their prompt attentiveness and willingness to accommodate us made a significant difference in our experience. We were genuinely impressed with their customer service, which turned a potentially frustrating situation into a positive one. This level of care truly reflects the high standards of the hotel, and we left feeling valued as guests. The amenities were fantastic, and our room was both luxurious and comfortable. Overall, it was a memorable experience that we can't wait to repeat!

Check-in was confusing. After being assigned a room, I went to the 3rd floor where someone unexpectedly tried to take me to a different room that wasn’t mine, which felt uncomfortable. My original room also wasn’t ready at 14:30. I eventually went back to reception and was given another room on the 2nd floor

The staff were very friendly and kind. One memorable moment was when I bumped into a reception staff member at the laundry area. She noticed that I was having trouble operating the washing machine. Even though I could tell she had already ended her shift, she still took the time to help me. She really didn’t have to, and I’m very grateful for her kindness. However, there were a couple of issues during my stay. On the first day, I could smell cigarette smoke in my room, which was quite unpleasant. In addition, the room heater didn’t seem to work properly. Even after switching it to heating mode, it continued to blow cold air instead of warm air. Overall, the staff’s hospitality was excellent, but I hope the hotel can improve on room maintenance and cleanliness to make the stay more comfortable.

L'hotel ha un'ottima posizione e il trasporto è molto conveniente. La strada pedonale Zhongshan Road è proprio davanti alla porta. È molto comodo uscire a fare una passeggiata la sera, godersi il fresco, fare shopping e mangiare. Il servizio della reception dell'hotel è buono, ma il servizio dell'addetto alle camere non è abbastanza buono. Gli asciugamani non vengono cambiati ogni giorno e il lavandino non viene pulito. Spero che l'hotel possa rafforzare la gestione del servizio degli addetti alle pulizie e non trascurare i dettagli.
