The location of the hotel is great. Just outside, to the east side of the old town (古城), with a few minutes' walk. Near a bus stop too, where we can get to most places pretty conveniently or a good pick up spot for taxi. Our room is pretty spacious and well-lit. Big bed. The column where the TV hangs on it's kind of a weird design but ok. They provide a sufficient amount of supplies for the bathroom. Hair dryer is like dyson. I was pretty shocked by that. Definitely a plus. Most of the room is pretty spotless, except the floor can be swept more clean. We found some plastic pieces and a few hairs stuck on the floor, but it's tolerable. We just dealt with it ourselves. Front desk staff are patient and friendly. I think it's worth the money to get their breakfast. It's made fresh every day and has pretty good healthy selections. Self-help laundry machines on 5th floor. We are satisfied with this stay!

Centrally located within Gu Cheng with lots of eateries around! Food is not an issue when you’re around this area and all are good food! I can’t express further how much i love the location. However, it is not really accessible by car so you have to drop outside and walk approximately 300m in to reach the hotel. And I feel they should have more washer and dryer facilities in the premises. All is good and i’ve got nothing to complain about. i love the place, the serenity it provides amidst the buzzing streets and cleanliness they upkeep!

Ho portato i miei anziani a Xiamen per un viaggio. L'alloggio era molto buono, anche se l'insonorizzazione sembrava un po' carente. Nel complesso, era confortevole. Bisogna comunque fare le ricerche online in anticipo in modo da poter consumare direttamente al negozio, il che è comodo ed economico. I camerieri sono molto professionali, i loro movimenti sono puliti e veloci e l'esperienza del cliente è particolarmente positiva. 👍 Nel complesso è molto bello e un posto rilassante. Sono particolarmente grato al personale per la loro guida paziente e professionale di ieri. Faccio loro un pollice in su silenziosamente. 👍 È fantastico, il prodotto originale è esattamente uguale alla foto, i colori sono molto vivaci e belli, ed è fantastico! Lo stile decorativo del negozio è molto semplice ed elegante, ma presenta anche alcuni piccoli dettagli, molto adatti per scattare foto.

Ho già saputo da un soggiorno precedente che la ricezione non conoscerà l'inglese per la navetta aeroportuale, quindi ho avuto il servizio clienti aeroportuale per parlare con loro utilizzando questa app. La ricezione mi ha dato un conto WeChat, quindi è stato più facile coordinare il pick-up aeroportuale. Per il trasferimento all'aeroporto, ci sono state molte persone che aspettavano circa le 5:00, quindi si raccomanda di dare abbastanza spazio in termini di tempo, dato che la navetta è ogni 20 minuti, ma la gita è solo circa 5 minuti. We highly recommend this hotel. They provide a free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. The distance is only about 10 minutes from the airport. Since we were transiting in Fuzhou, we intentionally chose a hotel that was close to the airport. The hotel is clean and modern, and one of the main highlights is their receptionists, they are truly friendly and caring. The hotel is also not far from the market; it only took me about 7 minutes to get there. Within a 15-minute walk, I was even able to find a halal restaurant. I highly recommend Lanou Hotel. If I ever have the chance to visit Fuzhou again, I would definitely stay here again.

As the restaurant was about to close last night, The hotel staff helped us to book Didi to zhanggang neighborhood which so many eateries and we tried few dishes = the fish ball, pork buns, beef bone soup, pork stew with rice and we bought some longans from street vendor

Both room service and the service in café of the hotel were super awesome! Very responsive to all the requirements we had! Nice setting for a stay. They also have gym with a table tennis table there, where we spent a fair amount of time!
