Check in was quick and welcoming. Accepts foreigners. The room was very clean and shower worked well. Location is good too. The breakfast was good with plenty of options….except not a single cold beverage. Juice, milk…all hot. one cold drink option would be appreciated.

L'hotel è situato a una distanza ragionevole dalla compagnia che ho visitato e vicino alla porta di diversi negozi. Apprezzo che la stanza possa essere aperta mediante l'apertura delle finestre invece di un uso costante di aria condizionata. Personale amichevole, anche se molto pochi parlano inglese. Purtroppo, nessun canale televisivo inglese disponibile.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, situated right next to Sanfang Qixiang and conveniently connected to the metro. Recent renovations have kept the interior fresh, with rooms appearing brand new. Other previous reviews online mentioned water leakage concerns, but evident efforts have been made to address this, with new waterproof materials applied in bathrooms and around windows. Cleanliness is maintained at a high standard by dedicated staff. Overall, a highly commendable hotel.

帶娃入住平潭國惠國際酒店，體驗感滿分！前台小姐姐人超好，幫我們升級了75㎡的寬敞房型，小朋友簡直能撒歡跑！得知有小孩，酒店特別貼心地準備了全套小童用品：浴袍、浴巾、拖鞋、洗漱用具，這份細緻太加分了！ 酒店整體環境乾淨明亮，一樓工作人員態度都非常親切。室內淘氣堡人少清靜，是小朋友放電的好地方。不過，我家寶貝最喜歡的還是室外游泳池！水質清澈見底，早上就看到工作人員認真清理，讓人遊得安心。泳池分區合理，有淺水區、深水區和水上親子樂園。工作人員還會主動提醒：這裡有免費的網紅透明小船、槳板和泳圈可以使用，真的超級贊！ 酒店位置也很便利，自駕到壇南灣約20分鐘，周邊外賣選擇豐富。強烈推薦給帶娃家庭！從服務到設施，再到親子細節，這裏都做得非常到位，絕對是親子度假的優質選擇！

Very good service and happy to use it every time

The hotel is overall clean and cozy. Areas requiring improvement is the toilet door which is quite heavy to slide sideways. Moreover, the staff service in the morning buffet session needed improvement. For example, the waitress was too fast in cleaning up the plates when we were still eating which caused disturbance. The staff who refilled the porridge did not clean up the food she spilled. Furthermore, the staff responsible for cooking the noodles pulled a long face. I don't mean to be picky but the staff service definitely require improvement in order to claim itself a 5-star hotel.

Had a lovely 3 night stay over Christmas break. Took a 3 hour high speed train from Shanghai. The hotel offers free pick up service from the train station with reservation made in advance. Everything was very smooth. When we arrived at the hotel, my kids enjoyed the buggy ride from the main lobby to our villa, where there was a nice tea, fruit, and pastries waiting for us. The hotel is very close to the National park. It’s about a 30 min walk to the south entrance where you can get tickets for the bus that takes you around the park to the hiking trails and bamboo raft trip. Remember to bring your passport. We forgot but our photos were accepted as ID. On our way out, we had some pictures taken on-site. We forgot to book in advance but the staff were very accommodating. We do not speak mandarin at all but we were able to get by with Google translate, WeChat, and some of the staff are English speaking. Overall, the Villas are very nice. The pictures look exactly as shown. A true 5 star. Would highly recommend.

民宿環境不錯，裝修得很温馨，窗邊的大浴缸給孩子泡了個澡，很舒服。還有專門的小童活動區，孩子玩得很開心。早起趕去花竹，看到了很美的日出！早餐種類挺多，味道也不錯。走的時候民宿還給了伴手禮，各種小零食很好吃。 不足之處：民宿熱水不太熱，洗澡水温一直是温温的，天比較冷，沒洗上熱乎乎的熱水澡，和房間價位不太匹配。民宿附近的虞公亭沙灘、小皓灘塗都很一般，比較小，沙子也不太好，和霞浦南邊的高羅沙灘、大京海灘沒法比。

這應該是我為數不多主動為酒店寫點評。選擇錯峯入住閩江飯店兩日玩轉泰寧，太幸運了！ 飯店周邊就很美，推開陽台門就是與大金湖相連的湖系，宛若一面仙鏡，倒映着藍天，湖邊的綠樹和青山，蟲鳴鳥叫，自然宜人。 酒店鄒經理在入住前就聯繫上我，避開五一假期，她主動為我升級了房型，提供了交通方式，詢問抵達時間，還未到就感受到了閩江人有分寸的熱情和做事情的認真仔細。早晚餐在詢問過我的要求後，送到房間的是一碗精心搭配好，超預期的牛肉麪，分量十足且味道濃郁的肝脾肉活肉牛肉粉/麪，晚餐的魚頭湯鮮美豆腐嫩滑，本來兩天的徒步本以為會瘦，也是妄想了，哈哈哈。 到大金湖鄒經理安排了商務車接送，走的時候也安排了車前往動車站。非常滿意也非常感謝鄒經理，祝福你和閩江越來越好！下次有機會一定會和家人朋友再來泰寧，大美泰寧有緣再見！
