Villa location is good , lots of shops and restaurants and spa nearby.  Room is spacious but has problem with the in-room jacuzzi.  Lots of dirts and debris came out from the water .  Engineers came 4 times but were not able to fix it, said it’s the problem with the pump, ended up we could not use the jacuzzi, hence the price we paid didn’t justify it.  Villa was very inflexible and refused to offer any room rate reduction.  With this price and no jacuzzi, I am sure there’s somewhere better.  Will not return next time.

Prenota un soggiorno 2-night a Villa Fenosa per il nostro compleanno. Ho chiesto una piccola sorpresa per l'occasione, e posso dire che hanno fatto un ottimo lavoro. Ci hanno offerto bevande e frutta benvenuti. Ho chiesto un colazione fluttuante, e mi hanno pagato un'altra DR 150.000 per una sola volta. La stanza era molto spaziosa e pulita, eccetto per l'odore disgustoso quando abbiamo aperto la porta del bagno. Forse era dovuto al design aperto e le piante sono ovunque. Mi aspettavo che la stanza fosse simile alla lista, ma era tutto a posto. In generale, la stanza era buona.

Villa Koura in Tuban, Bali is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for an affordable and cozy stay close to the airport and the Jimbaran area. I absolutely loved my time there—it’s a peaceful little spot that feels like a home away from home. With only 8 rooms available, the villa offers a more intimate and quiet experience, unlike larger, crowded hotels. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it easy to relax and unwind. The location is super convenient—just a short drive from Ngurah Rai Airport, and also close to Jimbaran’s beaches and restaurants. It's a perfect base for travelers who want easy access to both the airport and Bali’s southern attractions. Overall, Villa Koura is a great value for money, combining comfort, convenience, and a personal touch. I’d definitely stay here again!

A really lovely, quiet hotel - tucked away in peace and serenity. It was very close to where we needed to be, in the Nuana development, and only a 5-10 minute drive on the scooter to the beach. The room was really spacious, with a big bathroom and we loved that they have a communal kitchen and dining/lounge area that you can use. If you want to cook full meals, the kitchen has everything you need. The pool was a great size to get in some lengths and Putu and his team were really friendly, helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was good and all in all it was a great stay. We would stay here again for sure!

Abbiamo avuto grandi speranze, ma siamo stati un po' delusi al momento dell'arrivo. Il servizio era eccellente, e la maggior parte della stanza era grande, ma il tubo era una grande ragione per prenotare questa stanza, e era molto costoso. Quando arrivammo, il tubo era in plastica e era ancora bagnato dalla notte precedente, e poi corremmo l’acqua e alla fine dovevamo trovare qualcuno che riparasse il tubo, così che rimanga in piedi, e l’acqua non poteva davvero diventare calda. Alla fine l'hotel ci ha offerto un massaggio complimentare (per entrambi) per ripararlo, ma speriamo ancora che riparano le questioni con il tubo per gli ospiti futuri. La camera e la piscina erano fantastiche! Se siete un paio di persone che cercano un bagno/jacuzzi, consigliamo Sini Vie appena giù la strada da qui.

Quello che mi piace di più è che la colazione e il servizio nella villa sono davvero ottimi. Ci sono molte zanzare, ma posso capire e accettare l'impostazione dell'hotel. C'è un'auto gratuita per andare al centro di Ubud minimarket di fronte alla villa. L'ambiente dell'hotel è davvero fantastico. Sono a Ubud. È una villa migliore in cui vivere.

Everything is fantastic for the room for the staff that attend to us, friendly and welcoming. I would really rate 100 if on the checkout day I didn’t went to the Spa. Really having a bad experience with the therapist who done my spa massage. I paid for 600k which is about the same price in my country I thought I will be enjoying and relaxing especially in Bali. But during the massage the therapist keep busying with her phone replying messages cuz I can feel the vibration while she typing she put her phone on the bed. So every time she too focus on her phone she will just stop for a few seconds and continue after, so i have to wait for her instead. Also i feel the therapist didn't being well train cuz she like just any how massage and unprofessional.

La villa era sorprendente, siamo arrivati tardi alla sera e abbiamo ricevuto il nostro drink benvenuto la mattina seguente. Adoravamo come abbiamo avuto le opzioni alcolizzate alle 11. Il servizio era grande, per una mattina presto l'hotel ci ha anche messo un colazione.  Il pranzo era lungo la strada, ma non era troppo lontano e il cibo era grande in stile buffet Sarebbe sicuramente tornato la prossima volta

Here's a revised version of your review: --- **Great Stay, but Checkout Drama** Our stay at this 4-bedroom villa in Canggu was fantastic! It was perfect for our family of two adults, two kids, and a baby. The villa offered plenty of space, a beautiful private pool, and all the amenities we needed. It’s well-located near cafes, restaurants, and shops, yet still quiet and peaceful. However, the drama started at checkout. They accused us of taking a pool towel and even opened our suitcase in front of our children to check, but found nothing. After insisting they check the CCTV footage, it turned out nothing was missing. It seems the housekeeping may have miscounted the towels, but they refused to acknowledge that. I’d advise anyone staying at a villa to ask for a checklist after housekeeping to avoid these kinds of issues—especially when dealing with children in front of them.

It’s an average hotel tbh.room was okay and we liked the restaurant by the beach. The Bar singer sang very well and enhanced our dinning experience However, we do not recommend the dolphin service here ,the whole point visiting lovina was chasing dolphins but the captain was so unprofessional and seems like he wasn’t interested in helping us get to the dolphins location while other captains there rushed whenever they saw one ,u would think oh since the dolphin experience was bad we can atleast enjoy the snorkeling but no the snorkeling experience was so so bad too , we asked the captain to take us to other snorkeling spots since we can’t see any fish or pretty corals it was literally nothing down there and he refused and claimed that many people snorkels here😑he basically did nothing to make our experience better and Having a good captain is key to seeing the dolphin up close So if Ure just here for the beach n amenities yes but out to the sea big no no
