Been in this hotel for second time b4 covid with my family. All is good. Second time check in with my family. As usual they don’t maintain e hotel. Room i take is 2 bedrooms big n spacious clean. Still ok. Toilet ok but a bit of smell. Swimming pool under maintenance so disappointed for my kids. Breakfast noting much just fried noddle and fried rice. Porridge. Definitely not coming back here agian

The place is just a short 5 to 7 miins walk away from city square. We went early but they were not able to let us check in hence we put our luggage at the counter there. The male staff was especially friendly and nice.
However, I wouldn't recommend staying there for long term (aka 3D2N) as it's very noisy at night, especially when the neighbours main room doors slammed as they close the doors and its so hard to sleep at night. We couldn't have a good night's sleep till about 1am even tho we rested early about 10pm, so the sleep quality is compromised.
The bed was also sunk in, and there is one bed light on the right which spoiled.

Very bad experience from this hotel specially room toilet shower was broken as I open shower it fell on me thanks I not got any injury or blood on my head I can sue or call police if I got hurt on my head with shower two times I call reception for repair nobody came then again call 3 time boy came it's really very very shocked I got save from head injury I need my refund from this hotel kindly refund the amount I already again don't want to book kindly refund amount as soon as possible not half full amount

All good just that suite room is kinda small in size, but the living room is very spacious and toilet bowl has no leg space because the glass door for shower room is exactly next to the toilet bowl.
maybe can make room bigger and reduce the size of living room and definitely leg space at toilet bowl area needs to be enlarged or replanned. The buffet spread was super delicious and variety of spread. Each n every one of the staff at different department was absolutely friendly, helpful and well mannered! Thumbs up to all and the excellent service provided.

Musky smell in the entire building, dim lighting and pretty shady looking from the outside. Small room. Bedsheets weren’t very clean and some stains were visible. Toilet is bare minimum.

Booked deluxe room.. for 2 nights and 2 rooms. Room are ok.. but 1 of the room toilet need to climb to access you can see in the picture 2 and 3.. tv was down for 1 of the room as they had black out in the apartment. The windows are small. No lift access so if your room is located in level 3 .. need to climb up the stairs. The only thing i would say good is the hot water pressure during bath.

Abbiamo soggiornato nel Deluxe Twin con vista sul mare L6 (recentemente ristrutturato), la stanza era molto spaziosa n molto pulita. I mobili erano nuovi e la stanza era stata recentemente ridipinta, con un forte odore di pittura. Il sistema di spruzzatura del bagno non funzionava bene, poiché il flusso d’acqua era debole n lentamente. Tuttavia, la vista sul mare durante il tramonto era bella. Un appartamento ben situato nel centro di JB. La camera è molto spaziosa ma i colori delle foglie di letto non sono molto affascinante e le mutandine non sono molto comode come hotel. Dovete fornire la spazzatura e la pasta di denti. La testa da bagno è troppo breve per la persona più alta. Il servizio del locatore è buono. Chiedo più rulli da bagno, il locatore mi fornisce e non mi ha pagato alcun costo aggiuntivo. Ha una bella vista balcone sul piano alto. Il cone d'aria è deludente non può adattarsi alla temperatura più fredda per mantenere la stanza abbastanza fredda.

DDaniel Wee2Questa è stata la mia prima esperienza al St. Giles nella Mid Valley. Volevo provare qualcosa di diverso dai soliti hotel del centro città. Questo hotel è ideale per coloro che sono interessati allo shopping, ai ristoranti e alle attività ricreative, con un cinema convenientemente situato all'interno del centro commerciale. La mia intenzione era principalmente quella di cenare e rilassarmi. L'hotel è pulito e situato proprio all'interno del grande complesso commerciale, offrendo un concetto di soggiorno. Le camere sono leggermente più spaziose rispetto a quelle del centro città. Una differenza notevole è che non forniscono acqua in bottiglia gratuita per motivi ambientali. Tuttavia, offrono un barattolo di acqua disinfettata per la comodità degli ospiti, consentendo loro di riempirsi presso un distributore di acqua situato fuori dal piano dell'hotel. Ho semplicemente usato il bollitore per far bollire un po' d'acqua nella stanza e lasciarla raffreddare. Sono stati forniti la maggior parte dei prodotti da bagno, ad eccezione del rasoio mancante. EEsther ChiaSono stato al Legoland in precedenza al livello 3 della camera del Regno nel giugno 2022 e sono felice di essere al livello 6 della camera di avventura questa volta. La mia ragazza era super eccitata a esplorare la camera, aprire il tesoro nascosto e guardare la TV. Situato vicino al parco tematico, al parco acquatico e all'acquario, e può camminare attraverso l'acquario per accedere a un piccolo centro commerciale con numerosi piatti e supermercato di grandi dimensioni. Il parcheggio è complimentare per gli ospiti e il colazione ha una buona varietà, anche se deve essere presto e nei fine settimana ci sono assegnati 45 minuti per il colazione (che non si impongono se il ristorante non è troppo pieno). Il sistema di filtraggio dell'acqua e del riciclaggio è collegato al bacino per l'acqua potabile. In generale, una bella giornata per un anno di pausa prima dell'inizio del nuovo mandato scolastico.

KKaelyn Kang SFI’m surprised to find Fives Hotel is beyond my expectations. First time staying at Fives hotel and it has so much more to praise. Firstly, location is good as it is located opposite of Komtar shopping centre. You can cross the road from Komtar shopping centre by a traffic light. Secondly, safety is excellent as there is a security guard manning the entrance. You need access card to take the lift to access your room. There is a convenient store just right at the side of the hotel lobby. We stayed in a family room with 1 queen bed and 2 single beds. Breakfast is sufficient to fill your stomach. All in all, it is a relatively good hotel for its pricing as jt includes breakfast. Lobby smells good. I would strongly recommend all to give Five a try. I’ve stayed at most hotels near CIQ area, this is better that the hotel next to Fives. 😊

JJennyLa posizione è a pochi passi da Bukit Indah, circa 30 minuti di auto per il centro commerciale di Aeon Bukit Indah, ma è piuttosto tranquillo. I negozi al dettaglio non funzionano, quindi dà vibrazione a una città morta, ma ci sono ristoranti che funzionano proprio accanto al porto. Molto accogliente e utile. ZZuzureezEverything is good….. Hotel did managed to secure us a room we requested.For the price paid it meets our expectations.Pool was great for kids too…
Connections for television needs improvement.But its a lot better.Last time it used to be grainy.Now we can watch youtube only Wifi is slow so hang alot.
