Un ultimo minuto di prenotazione per noi e deciso di rimanere all'hotel KSL come abbiamo soggiornato prima. Inoltre, ci è il mercato notturno proprio davanti a KSL ogni lunedì.

Hotel room is clean but quite old. The sheets are clean but the pillowcase looks greyish because it’s worn out. The bed for the queen size one is so hard and uncomfortable that you can feel the hard spring inside the bed. Room is quite spacious and you can even dance there. There is a table and chair that you can sit and do your work. The toilet has hot water and toiletries. The toilet door is wooden and old but has a row of hooks on it, however your clothes will get wet cos the shower is there. Bottled water is provided on the table. There is hot and cold water dispenser outside the room. The hotel is highly secured because you need the card to go to any level, even when you want to go to the ground floor you need to tap your hotel room card.

First time staying this hotel. Self check in was easy. Receptionist was friendly. Bedsheet was clean except that i found quite a few small red ants crawling on the wall.

Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. Rooms are very spacious at 19th floor. As per our request, rooms are near to the lift. Thank you. Breakfast has variety of spread. Guess it is okay. Would like to feedback and suggestions to the hotel. Rain shower in the bathroom are good but waste a lot of water. May be can install normal shower heads too? The toilet floor is pretty slippery for our elderly parents. May be install hand bars for prevent fall would be good for elderly folks. Thank you.

Questa è stata la mia prima esperienza al St. Giles nella Mid Valley. Volevo provare qualcosa di diverso dai soliti hotel del centro città. Questo hotel è ideale per coloro che sono interessati allo shopping, ai ristoranti e alle attività ricreative, con un cinema convenientemente situato all'interno del centro commerciale. Le camere sono leggermente più spaziose rispetto a quelle del centro città. Una differenza notevole è che non forniscono acqua in bottiglia gratuita per motivi ambientali. Tuttavia, offrono un barattolo di acqua disinfettata per la comodità degli ospiti, consentendo loro di riempirsi presso un distributore di acqua situato fuori dal piano dell'hotel. Ho semplicemente usato il bollitore per far bollire un po' d'acqua nella stanza e lasciarla raffreddare. Sono stati forniti la maggior parte dei prodotti da bagno, ad eccezione del rasoio mancante. Nel complesso, è stata un'esperienza piacevole e piacevole. La colazione offriva una buona varietà di cibi da gustare al 6 ° piano.

Service: From the time we checked in to when we checked out, the service we received from different staff members was professional, polite and personable. Our room (942) was spacious, adequately clean, had comfortable beds, a big bathroom and a partial view of the sea, amongst others. It was lovely to have been able to sit by the window with a drink and take in the view while being grateful for the lovely room assigned to us. :) Breakfast: A self-service chicken noodle station was an interesting feature. Although it was self-service, the kind staff at the egg station went out of his way, literally and figuratively, to make me a bowl of yummy noods as soon as he discerned a culinary disaster was in the making courtesy of yours truly! That gesture of kindness, and many others from the rest, made this stay memorable and filled my heart with fondness for this place. BWH will not be a place I'd go to for a time of mall crawls, cafe hopping or even choice eateries. However, it's a place I'd return to for quiet rest, friendly and kind service that uplifts my soul, and maybe to flex my culinary inadequacies. Just changed my mind - I'll leave the culinary portions to the professionals instead. Oh, and do not miss out on the Healing Garden on the 7th floor. It's a lovingly and thoughtfully tendered private garden - one that will put a smile on your face regardless of your age. This is the first time I've been to a pool area that you'd enter after passing caged chickens, rabbits, birds and a garden that grows herbs, fruits, vegetables and flowering plants! ❤️ If you get to meet the brains behind this Eden, Mr Subra, do stop and have a chat with him. You'll be glad you did so. Fun fact - Mr Subra had named most, if not all, of the animals in his garden. Probably even named the arowana on the 5th floor! There you have it - Berjaya Waterfront Hotel - a place of kindness, healing and rest.

L'hotel è vecchio ma la camera è pulita. Il parcheggio nel seminterrato è sporco e ha odore di fogna, ma per il resto l'intero hotel sembra relativamente pulito. Vengono forniti servizi di base, spazzolino da denti, dentifricio, cuffia per la doccia, sapone per le mani, cotton fioc, doccia e shampoo. Solo rasoio non fornito. La posizione è buona vicino al centro commerciale KSL.

We had a great stay at Sunway Big Box Hotel! Smooth check in and check out experience. The lobby and corridor smells good because of the fragrant scent. Location is great as it is close to the mall and restaurants are nearby. Room is big and spacious complete with amenities. One thing I didn't like is, it took so long for them to bring our requested extra pillow and towel. We followed up thrice before we got them. The food for the buffet breakfast were tasty and had a variety of selections. Overall it's a nice hotel to relax and unwind.

Recentemente sono rimasto in un posto e ha davvero guadagnato il suo rating di cinque stelle; l'impianto è stato senza spot e eccezionalmente ben mantenuto. In generale, ho avuto una fantastica esperienza e lo consiglierei certamente.

Camera piuttosto standard, pulita e ordinata. Ho sentito che c'è un bus navetta gratuito dall'hotel al centro commerciale Midvalley ogni ora (su prenotazione) ma non ho potuto provarci. L'unico lato negativo è che il pavimento del bagno può essere un po' scivoloso, ma va tutto bene! Prenoterò di nuovo!
