Check in process was a bit of a hassle. Had a hard time connecting to the admin staff who did not respond to my phone calls. Their instructions given very vague & had to spend almost half an hour wasting time searching for the lift lobby to access the apartment. Worst still, the stay was also disrupted by the leakage of the bedroom aircon unit … water dripping sound disturbed my rest throughout the night. Other than that, location was convenient as R&F Mall just downstairs & minutes away from CIQ.

Overall, the apartment was beautiful and clean. Though the service by the hosts left quite a bit to be desired.. 1) Ventilating Fans in toilet were not usable but they did offer to send in a technician to fix it, 2) water pressure of both showers were horrible, it felt like it was a tiny drizzle in the shower, 3) on our check out date, we didn’t have water at all so we couldn’t freshen up. Messaged the host and they said they’d check and get back to us but they didn’t get back to us at all.. had to test it for ourselves before knowing the water was back.. 4) messaged the hosts after check out to thank them for the experience and to provide feedback but no replies whatsoever😪

Convenient place, easy access to the parking and lobby. Deal with the agent directly very smoothly. A lot of variety food and etc.

Facilities is abit run down but is still well maintained. Netflix wasn’t working but they managed to help resolve the within minutes. Check in and out was a breeze with the help of the agents.

Recently stayed for two nights and it was simply fantastic. The value for the money was excellent,the location close to R&F mall and CIQ was convenient. The cleanliness of the property was well maintain the facilities was outstanding with a beautiful pool.the only thing I need to feedback the bed was uncomfortable to sleep. Overall I’m very impressed.

Dishonest room size. Its not 100m2 as claim, more like 45-50m2. Book with caution. Good thing they have washing machine, bad thing no dryer only outdoor hangers.you need to bring your own washing detergent or powder, but toiletries they do provide abundance. A lot of food around the vicinity. But not so easy to get a cab/grab out. Near CIQ so will jam

Location is good, near to places to eat. Free Netflix is a good add-on. Place is spacious and design is good. Just one of the aircon is not working or configuration don’t work.

Hotel is conveniently located near the customs. There is a mall for shopping within the hotel and it’s easy to walk to downtown JB central. Good food around too. Will stay there next time.

The air conditioner in the master bedroom was leaking even after the technician came into check. The toilet was also quite dirty.

Good to have 2 bathrooms so no need wait. View was seeing apts as is in the middle blk. Only one thing is to note, is at the kitchen near sink area while washing, noticed a mini baby roach out of a tiny hole at side, but I pressed with a tissue off.

The unit superb. Nice and comfortable 10/10. However during my stay (public/school holiday), they said insufficient parking space. Which required me to park cars at the mall parking area and it cost me rm20-25/day (total loss around RM110). Do consider this as possibility during your stay.
