Besides needing staff to cover busy times such as check in and out, the accomodations are excellent. Clean marble bathrooms with white towels. Beds white as snow and comfortable. First time seen house staff friendly and responsive to your needs. Downers Grove hotel have elevators to third floor. Breakfast was standard for first and menu posted for each morning and the eating area was clean and kept maintained by kitchen staff as people dined left tables..Noise free rooms. Individual temperature rooms controls. Wide hallways and have communication friendly rooms whatever these are. Again, communication to the front desk from room was cumbersome as long rings to answer from phones I'm rooms by front desk staff lady. Can perhaps use a two person a peak times or as a balance during the day for better response.

L'hotel è vicino ad alta velocità e il suono è super cattivo.
La stanza accanto alla lavastoviglie ascolta tutto chiaramente!

Good value. Extended stay. Had do not disturb sign out most of the time. The two times I did change it over to have room cleaned nobody cleaned it. Had to got to desk mgr for extra towels, etc. He also came and changed my trash bags since I had food in them. He was helpful and apologetic. Overall was a good experience.

# Buon complimento # per la sicurezza, la luce interna, lavastoviglie, negozi vicini, misure di prevenzione e trattamento dei parassiti, posizione soddisfatta; il rapporto prezzo dell'hotel è molto alto, la posizione è buona, l'ambiente è buono.La colazione è anche molto buona, il personale è molto amichevole, molto economico per il Holiday Inn Express, buon complimento!

L'hotel offre buone strutture come la piscina, e il colazione, anche oltre un soggiorno 4-day, rimane piacevole a causa della varietà delle offerte.Inoltre, parcheggio gratuito è un bel parcheggio.
La notte in cui il hotel si trovava a casa, il bagno era stato riparato e non era stato riparato durante il nostro soggiorno 4-night. Su una nota positiva, quando ho chiesto di usare i pulsanti freschi, li hanno forniti immediatamente.

The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful - we had a small issue with a musty smell in the room we were assigned and she immediately switched us to a new room and made a note for the maintenance staff. Even though the hotel is right next to the airport, there was no issue with noise. (It's a very small airport.) Hotel is nicely appointed and had a good selection of food for breakfast.

KKrista1. The person who checked us in was not warm and friendly. In the past we have stayed at this hotel many times and had great service. This was not the case this time. The staff who checked us in gave us average service and didn't listen very well. When we visit a hotel, it's nice to be greeted with a smile and makes it easier to travel. 2. The hot water was not available when we wanted to take a shower. The water tank on the floor that serviced our room had to be turned up in order for us to take a shower. Hot water tank temperatures should be checked routinely as a matter of business operations at a hotel. When we called to ask for help for the hot water, no one came for more than 15 minutes. So we had to call again, and explain that we needed to shower and go to bed ASAP. This was not efficient service. 3. Room supplies: There was 3 decaff and only 1 regular coffee packets in our room. We woke up at 1:30 a.m. to get ready and noticed this problem. There was no way to get this problem fixed before we left at that hour. The cleaning staff should be more careful to put the correct things in the room. 4. The water in the room burned out eyes and skin. We've stayed at this hotel many times and never had this problem. Perhaps there is something wrong with the water now. 5. The fan on the air conditioner / heater doesn't change from low to high. It's always high and too noisy. When we asked about it, we were told that all of the units on the 3rd floor were like this. It was too difficult to sleep with the horrible noise of the high fan. 6. A unhappy start to our trip.

Aveva la camera ADA e era per lo più a posto (non mi sbaglio mai un bagno), ma era stato sbarazzato dal fatto che non c'era nessun posto dove appendere i vestiti e nessun posto dove mettere i bagni nel bagno. Fortunatamente non dovevo impiccare nulla, ma sarebbe stato un problema se avessi portato vestiti, e per quanto riguarda il posto dove mettermi i bagni, ho finito di mettere il sedile portatile del doccia vicino al bacino e usare quella superficie. Spero che il sedile sia stato pulito un po' tra qualcuno che aveva il suo basso bastone e me l'ha usato come cappello. Per la mia vita non riesco a capire perché la gente progetta camere alberghiere senza preoccuparsi di sapere se effettivamente lavorano per stare dentro. Non mi ha anche fatto piacere la colazione in offerta. L'omelette ingegnerizzata e la giovenca in pacchetto non sono colazione. Non c'era assolutamente niente di sano in offerta, eccetto frutta - che era la roba che il negozio di prodotti alimentari non voleva. Le buone cose sull'hotel includono il personale che si adopera per soddisfare il cliente, una stanza pulita (compresa la carpeta), un posto a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni di Quincy e un sacco di parcheggio. Ma il parcheggio stesso ha bisogno di riparare (stava per lanciare un pomeriggio e i miei piedi e scarpe sono stati inghiottiti a causa dei fiumi che attraversano il parcheggio). In ogni caso, ci sono alcuni miglioramenti che potrebbero essere fatti, ma ho goduto del mio soggiorno complessivo e metterei l'hotel sulla mia lista di posti di soggiorno se ritorno in futuro nella zona.

UUtente ospiteSono stato a Schaumburg per una conferenza di 2 giorni e ho scelto di rimanere in un luogo più economico perché mi sono recata da sola e mi è stato davvero necessario un posto decente per rimanere.
Quando sono arrivato, mi sono salutato e mi sono dato le mie chiavi.Mi sono avvicinato alla porta laterale, quando era più vicino alla porta.
Non sono i hotel a disagio, ma le persone fumavano in aree che conosco non erano destinate al fumo.
Il secondo piano ****** di ***. Sono grato che non veniva dalla mia stanza, tuttavia: la stanza assegnata non ha nulla di pulito. Ho portato pulizie da casa solo in caso, la stanza non era pulita. Ho dovuto pulire i contatori, desktop e scuotersi di sopra. Erano sporchi e timidi, e io avrei chiesto al personale di venire a controllare la stanza, ma ho deciso di non farlo.
La mattina dopo sono andato al divano per chiedertelo.
Il servizio di manutenzione non era pulito fino a quando non me ne sono andato. Il personale del desk front era sul dispositivo cellulare e dovevo ricevere la sua attenzione. Era gentile e cortese, ma mi ha detto che le camere erano pulite una volta alla settimana. Ecco perché la mia stanza assegnata puzza il modo.
Mentre sono un amatore di cani avidamente amato, i cani che uscirono dalla strada quando cercavo di entrare erano enormi.Questo signore aveva due e non poteva controllarli.
Non ricordo che questa catena sia così laxa sulle strutture, sul professionalismo del personale e sulla pulizia.

UUtente ospiteGood location within walking distance of Litchfield attractions. I appreciate that the place was fairly clean, although the cigarette burns on the vanity top were a real turn off. I also had a problem with stepping into the bathtub to take a shower - the floor of the tub was so slippery that my foot slid back and the only thing that prevented a bad fall was my other leg slamming against the side of the tub to arrest the fall. I was very nervous the entire time of taking a shower. The hotel needs to do something about this dangerous safety issue. It's basically a bare bone establishment that offers minimal amenities, which I'm normally happy with. But... Sadly, when I checked in with a prepaid reservation, the desk clerk tried to put me in a room that had no refrigerator or microwave. I had just double-checked the reservation that morning to ensure I would have the conveniences I needed, and the clerk informed me that fridges and microwaves were only available with ”Queen Deluxe” rooms. BS. The clerk was at least smart enough to put me into another room that had what I was paying for, but I did not appreciate his attempt to con me.

UUtente ospiteSearched for a motel that was 'pet friendly' and had other features that included a reasonable price for the night. This motel came up and I booked it. There was NOTHING online related to there being any 'pet fee'. Upon check-in, the attendant asked if I had dogs and I responded, 'yes, I have 2...a 40# and an 8#. She then went on to tell me $35/each. I questioned this and she said 'policy'. I asked for a manger, was informed she would be there at 7, and when I came back at 7:30, I was told, 7 the next morning. I spoke with manager in the morning and the manager also stated 'policy'. I asked if we could split it ($35 would still have been too much). I asked if it was their policy to have happy guests and she replied 'yes', then I said she violated policy. My Reasonable $109 room, ended up costing me almost $200 when $70 pet fee was added. I have in the past paid $20 for my dogs, but this is ridiculous! I will NOT be staying with this chain going forward. I should have brought my dogs to the breakfast buffet so I could at least have gotten something for my money.

BBethany RobbenI have stayed here several times before within the last year for business & this hotel is a decent value; amenities included are free breakfast for 2 guests per room, free wifi, access to hot water 24/7 during your stay, pool, & fitness center. The main reason I have stayed here frequently within the past year is because I work at TJ Maxx in Fairview Heights, IL & I live 40 minutes away & is 1 of the closest hotels. The main things to keep in mind are rooms don't include a microwave or mini fridge because it's an older hotel, but there is a microwave in the downstairs kitchen area the front desk staff are more than happy to let guests use. This hotel also faces a major highway where many people commute to/from St. Louis, MO frequently, so rooms can be very noisy if your room is on the right of the highway facing traffic & you're not used to sleeping through it like me, you may not the best sleep quality. Breakfast is good & guests can choose from scrambled eggs, sausage, juice, yogurt, bagels, potatoes on some mornings, cereal & whole milk, etc.
