Hotel 3 stelle a Quezon City

Much cleaner than their Tomas Morato branch, and I really liked how clean the room was. However, the fire alarm suddenly went off around midnight, waking us up because of the noise. I contacted the reception/admin through Viber, and they explained that it was triggered by heavy moisture. They did apologize, which I appreciate, but unfortunately, I still didn’t sleep well after the incident. Overall, I loved the cleanliness of the room, but the midnight fire alarm really affected my stay.

We absolutely loved the vibe and ambiance of the hotel, which makes it even more disappointing to say that our entire experience was ruined by the poor service. We arrived early to ask if early check-in was available. We completely understood when we were told that check-in starts at 3:00 PM, so we left for lunch and came back exactly at 3:00 PM. Since we had already completed the check-in process earlier, we expected to receive our room key without any issues. Instead, we were told that our room was still not ready. What made the situation even more frustrating was seeing other guests who were just checking in receive their room keys while we continued waiting. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we were finally given our key card—only to discover that it didn't work. We couldn't even enter our room and had to return to the reception, where we waited for almost another 30 minutes while the staff tried to figure out what was wrong. The most disappointing part was that I had to follow up multiple times before anyone offered us another room. There was very little communication, no sense of urgency, and no apology that made us feel our time was valued. We booked this hotel specifically because we were attending a concert and wanted a comfortable place to rest and freshen up beforehand. Instead, because of the delays, we had no opportunity to shower, change comfortably, or even rest. We ended up going straight to the concert feeling exhausted and frustrated, which completely defeated the purpose of booking the hotel in the first place. Our room was at Richmond Eastwood. While I understand it may be managed separately, the staff from Richmond were the ones assisting us. Unfortunately, it genuinely felt like guests who booked directly with Richmond were given better treatment and priority than those who booked through this property. Whether or not that was actually the case, that was certainly how the experience made us feel. When we checked out, the staff gave us a complimentary cake, which we appreciate as a kind gesture. However, by that point, the damage had already been done. The delays, inconvenience, and frustration had already ruined our mood and our overall experience. While the cake was a nice attempt to make up for what happened, it couldn't undo the time we lost or the experience we were hoping to have. It's unfortunate because the hotel itself has so much potential. The ambiance is wonderful, but great facilities mean very little when the service falls far below expectations. We left feeling disappointed and would think twice before staying here again.

the location is perfect and its close to everything. the staff were really polite and prompt. the area is clean aswell, the only downside is the sound proofing

Il mio bambino aveva così tanto divertimento e piaceva davvero la piscina all'interno. La stanza era molto comoda, e l'aria condizionata funzionava perfettamente, perciò ci permetteva di dormire in modo salido tutta la notte. Il buffet di colazione aveva scelte alimentari limitate, ma era ancora piacevole.Quello che mi piaceva più è l'atmosfera della zona di cena, tranquilla, rilassante, e la musica instrumentale che giocava in fondo rendeva l'esperienza ancora più piacevole. In generale, abbiamo avuto un bel tempo e saremmo felici di rimanere qui di nuovo. 😊

Il personale è la cosa migliore in questo hotel, specialmente le turni notturne. Se ricordo bene i loro nomi erano Leann & Kat (ricevitori frontali), la custodia, i ragazzi in verde sul lobby frontale e anche la guardia di sicurezza che ci ha aiutati nel parcheggio erano grandi! Vera ospitezza Filipino. La prima notte era terribile il letto era duro e fa un rumore forte ogni volta che si muove. Ho visto in altre recensioni che era la principale denunce su quell'hotel. Ho fatto una denuncia sui desk front next day (morning) e il ricevitore ha appena sorriso e l'ha sgridato. Quando sono tornato la notte ero pronto a lasciare e trasferito in un altro hotel, ma i ricevitori (Leann & Kat) mi hanno fatto provare e scegliere le diverse camere che era meglio, il letto è ancora duro, ma le foglie lo hanno reso più morbido e la camera era un po 'aggiornata. Sono stati così carini da quando la mia famiglia viveva in prossimità, mi consigliano di rimanere perché il personale era tutto carino. Ho prenotato attraverso Trip.com, il trattamento era veloce. Ci sono altri hotel vicini, mgt dovrebbe aggiornare le loro camere per competere, ci sono solo 1 socket nella camera & forniscono 1 estensione, letti sono molto incomodi, bagno nucce non drenano, acqua è sulla pista, acqua in camera hanno molle, Le strade di Halls non hanno AC, la TV ha solo “Cignal” canale non ha accesso a Netflix o youtube. Oltre al ristorante in fondo al piano terra e al personale amichevole, non c'è niente di speciale in questo hotel.

La mia famiglia è rimasta qui ogni volta che siamo a Manila. Il personale si sta ospitando e alcuni sono diventati nostri amici. Abbiamo sempre scelto di rimanere qui perché è molto convenientemente situato vicino alle case dei miei fratelli. Il centro commerciale e i ristoranti sono solo un passo che ci fa un vantaggio. Ecco perché siamo sempre tornati qui. Un plus è la pulizia della stanza, le letti e gli asciugamani profumano freschi.

I arrived in the evening and spent and hour trying to find the place . There is NO illuminated sign post indicating that the hotel is beyond the entry road. Sincerely, it’s pathetic. Bad management. I finally found the entrance, and met a whole filming crew for a TV show that occupied every square meter of the road. I accept …a coincidence. The building is large and attractive. But I was annoyed with trying to find the place. Got to my room, no water. However a kind gentleman brought me two bottles. This is an upper class hotel in theory…. Got down to breakfast late due to me being so tired. Kind and considerate staff which meant such a lot. Now I know how to get there, would I stay again ? Yes. But they must do something about the sign posting

Stayed at Camelot Hotel for our Christmas party and loved its vintage charm. The wooden furniture is well preserved, and the nostalgic lobby with Camelot-era décor gives it a unique feel. Plus, the location is great—just walking distance to HYDRO and Starbucks. Very convenient and memorable stay.

Il prezzo era così grande. Era un buon soggiorno. Medyo può mga tintura a crack ung cr. Le strutture sono solo sapone e tessuto. Spero che meron sanang shampoo a spazzola dentale. E tovagliola kaakaad, ma li chiamiamo e tovaglioli nabigay naman ang. Finora buona esperienza. Prenoteremo presto se vogliamo un soggiorno più economico ma buono.

Il personale era molto amichevole, ma ci sono stati molti servizi descritti qui che non erano disponibili, come la piscina e la palestra. Il nostro AC in camera non si sarebbe rotto neanche all'inizio, e ho dovuto chiedere a qualcuno di entrare per farlo iniziare (a quanto pare non c'erano abbastanza batterie nella telecamera AC!) Inoltre, il fronte dell'hotel era in costruzione, quindi non potevano fornire un parcheggio, che era scomodo. In cima a questo, ho chiesto di checkout tardi la notte prima, che la persona del desk front ha detto che sarebbe possibile perché l'hotel era un po' vuoto, ma la mattina dopo, la persona sul desk front ha insistito che dovevamo pagare PHP 450/hour per checkout tardi. In generale, tuttavia, mi piaceva la stanza e il divano di fronte della notte e vorrei sicuramente visitare di nuovo una volta completata la costruzione.
