Grande posizione, molto accogliente personale e la camera è così spaziosa per 2pax..I prenotato la camera da letto gemella e selezionare con vista finestra ur a notte è il mercato Roxas Night durante il nostro soggiorno.. Ciò che vedi sulla pagina è quello che vedi in persona.. 😉 P.S scusa per aver dimenticato di prendere una foto nella mia stanza.. 😁😉

Mia figlia e io siamo arrivati all'hotel circa 10 di sera. Ci siamo recati direttamente dall'aeroporto di Davao. Buona cosa è stata tardi la sera, perché siamo riusciti a fuggire dal traffico pesante nella zona urbana. La stanza dell'hotel era gentile e poteva aiutarci con la nostra stanza. Era gentile a trovare la nostra prenotazione, buona cosa che poteva fare. Abbiamo una stanza al terzo piano, abbiamo due letti, e non abbiamo controllato se la TV funzionava. La pressione dell'acqua nel doccia è ok. Ci sono asciugamani e toletta forniti. Il condizionamento dell'aria funziona bene. Solo un po' di pulizia è necessario sotto il letto. Abbiamo dormito bene e siamo andati a controllare prima del pomeriggio il giorno seguente, perché abbiamo dovuto prendere l'autobus per il Gen San. Grazie GV Hotel per un soggiorno sicuro e sonoro a Davao

The hotel is rather old and not that well maintained, the ceiling of the common area leaks due to no good roof, looks like the upper story was never completed. Wi-fi does not work in the room or on the second floor you have to sit in the hotel lobby. Hotel is generally clean, but under bed, and corners of common areas are covered in dust.
Generally its ok for a few nights at a good price, but hotel is deteriorating rapidly due to lack of maintenance.

The place seems to be residential so the taxi driver had difficulty searching for the hotel since it was situated inside.
The room was not spacious enough as we expected. We have five luggages and we have difficulty in accomodating the space.
The bathroom door doesn't have lock.
The water in the bathroom is very slow especially the shower.
The bed and the bedmaking was presentable.

UUtente ospiteI recently enjoyed a wonderful and comfortable stay at RedDoorz Plus near SM Lanang Davao while attending a work-related event, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! Booking through TRIP.com made the entire process hassle-free, and I truly felt that every penny spent was worth it.
Upon arrival, I was impressed by the security and cleanliness of the property, we also had complimentary bottled 500ml water, and guest kit (tooth brush, toothpaste, shampoo, and bar soap). The friendly staff made me feel right at home, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. I loved having access to free Wi-Fi and a TV in my room, which helped me unwind after busy days. The hot and cold shower was a nice touch, ensuring I felt refreshed throughout my stay.
One of the best perks was the convenient location—just a short walk to SM Lanang, making it easy to grab meals and shop. I also appreciated the option to add breakfast, which was perfect for someone like me who had a packed schedule during the summit. Starting my day with a hearty meal was a real bonus!
The only minor downside was the absence of an elevator, but honestly, it was a small price to pay for such a great experience, especially considering how budget-friendly this booking was. If you're looking for a secure, clean, and welcoming place to stay in Davao, I highly recommend RedDoorz Plus. It’s an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers alike. CChristineAn accommodation that provides basic amenities for business travellers. Got the twin room with queen-sized bed. I booked for a twin room with 2 separate beds since I know that they don’t have cabinets and I’ve got stuff for a week’s stay, I was planning to pit my clothes on the other bed. I was not informed about it unfortunately there are no more available rooms with 2 beds.
My week’s stay is uneventful and peaceful. The bed, pillows and linens were comfy, with hot shower, an earlier model of flat tv, a pair of table and char, and a mirror. I felt safe enough with their keycard-operated locks, a double lock and a safety door lock lever.
Staff were friendly and very helpful, and they talk when you speak to them 😅. Kuya guard is very jolly and helpful. it also has water filter where you may get hot water for morning coffee.
The place is in the center of this business area, with stores such as savemore and 7-11 nearby.
The only thing that disappointed me was the special request which can be made thru Trip.com. Their answers are not definite. It’s always “the hotel will try theor best to provide…” it would be helpful if queries will be given a definite answer to help travelers pack.

SSteven ReginaldThis is the most UNIQUE stay you will ever have. Definitely coming back. Me and my fiance loved it. But let me tell you- we hired a driver to take us there and didn’t read the check in instructions- you CANNOT access this place or find it unless you do. I’ll spare you the details but once there- amazing. Quiet. Views. Can swim safely in the ocean. Rooms are gorgeous. They have starlink internet. You are really staying on top of a fish farm. And they let you catch you own fish for dinner! No entertainment. But you don’t need it. Food is excellent. If you’re a drinker, they have like 4 beers on property so BYOB. Sitting on the chairs and watching the sunset was amazing. Clean. Unique. Worth it. They are new so they are still working out the kinks but I loved it

The bed was incredibly comfortable and I had a restful night’s sleep. The hotel’s restaurant served delicious food and the staff were always friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it to others. Thanks again Nancy 😀

LljhaykimIn generale, il nostro soggiorno era buono, ma ci sono stati alcuni problemi che richiedono un miglioramento.
Abbiamo dovuto chiedere un asciugamano per il pavimento perché non era stato fornito nella struttura della stanza.
La colazione era buona, e apprezzavamo la varietà e il gusto, ma la nostra prenotazione indicava chiaramente 4 inclusioni di colazione, ma al momento dell'arrivo ci fu informato che copriva solo 2 colazioni, che erano deludenti e che si sentiva ingannante.
Durante il nostro soggiorno, c'è stato un terremoto (dimensione 5.5). Surprenante, l'hotel non ha fatto alcuna allarme o annuncio di sicurezza, che riguardava. È opportuno che durante le emergenze siano stati istituiti adeguati protocolli di sicurezza.
In generale, buon colazione, ma occorre affrontare alcune lacune nel servizio e alcune preoccupazioni in materia di sicurezza.
