Il personale del servizio frontale era cortese e accogliente, e il resto era molto utile durante la nostra permanenza. La nostra camera era molto confortevole, soprattutto con l’illuminazione che lo rendeva confortevole, anche se non aveva una finestra.

Overall, offers excellent value for money. If you're looking for an affordable yet comfortable place to stay with a central location, friendly service, and thoughtful perks like free breakfast, I highly recommend it. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip.

Room is big and clean. The staff are very accomodating. Location is in the heart of the city near to the attraction of davao city. Highly reccommended for all the travellers in davao city.

An accommodation that provides basic amenities for business travellers. Got the twin room with queen-sized bed. I booked for a twin room with 2 separate beds since I know that they don’t have cabinets and I’ve got stuff for a week’s stay, I was planning to pit my clothes on the other bed. I was not informed about it unfortunately there are no more available rooms with 2 beds. My week’s stay is uneventful and peaceful. The bed, pillows and linens were comfy, with hot shower, an earlier model of flat tv, a pair of table and char, and a mirror. I felt safe enough with their keycard-operated locks, a double lock and a safety door lock lever. Staff were friendly and very helpful, and they talk when you speak to them 😅. Kuya guard is very jolly and helpful. it also has water filter where you may get hot water for morning coffee. The place is in the center of this business area, with stores such as savemore and 7-11 nearby. The only thing that disappointed me was the special request which can be made thru Trip.com. Their answers are not definite. It’s always “the hotel will try theor best to provide…” it would be helpful if queries will be given a definite answer to help travelers pack.

The place seems to be residential so the taxi driver had difficulty searching for the hotel since it was situated inside. The room was not spacious enough as we expected. We have five luggages and we have difficulty in accomodating the space. The bathroom door doesn't have lock. The water in the bathroom is very slow especially the shower. The bed and the bedmaking was presentable.

Location is good near to everything. But their wifi is terrible. I cannot recommend this if you are planning to work in their rooms.

Il doccia ha una bassa pressione idrica e ci vuole tempo per finire la doccia. La chiave di swap della porta non funziona per la terza volta. Mio figlio è andato al ricevitore per la terza volta, e lo stesso problema, ancora non funziona. Mi danno le chiavi alla quarta volta. La stanza non è una prova di suono, posso sentire l'altra stanza chiamare il cellulare e l'allarme continua a suonare.

Mia figlia e io siamo arrivati all'hotel circa 10 di sera. Ci siamo recati direttamente dall'aeroporto di Davao. Buona cosa è stata tardi la sera, perché siamo riusciti a fuggire dal traffico pesante nella zona urbana. La stanza dell'hotel era gentile e poteva aiutarci con la nostra stanza. Era gentile a trovare la nostra prenotazione, buona cosa che poteva fare. Abbiamo una stanza al terzo piano, abbiamo due letti, e non abbiamo controllato se la TV funzionava. La pressione dell'acqua nel doccia è ok. Ci sono asciugamani e toletta forniti. Il condizionamento dell'aria funziona bene. Solo un po' di pulizia è necessario sotto il letto. Abbiamo dormito bene e siamo andati a controllare prima del pomeriggio il giorno seguente, perché abbiamo dovuto prendere l'autobus per il Gen San.
