We arrived early and were allowed to check in at 12 noon instead of 2 pm – very accommodating. The room, sheets, and towels were clean and smelled fresh. Bathroom was clean, with a small partition separating the toilet and shower. Hallways were tidy and well-maintained. There’s an elevator, which was convenient since our room was on the 3rd floor. Staff were friendly and courteous – from the receptionist to housekeeping, always greeting us with a smile. Great location – within walking distance to Gaisano market, People’s Park, and Roxas Night Market. Close to Sta. Ana Wharf, perfect for island hopping trips. Recommendations: It would be nice to have more toiletries provided (like toothbrush, toothpaste, or slippers). A kettle or small water heater in the room would be convenient for guests. Some soundproofing improvements could help reduce hallway noise for lighter sleepers.

The best I think at the center of davao. I always want to book this hotel but they are sold out most of the time. I like it coz they have netflix now. One thing i want them to improve is the sheets… the blankets are too thin for my liking. But overall, its the best!

The shower has weak water pressure and the sink is clogged. Hopefully they can fix these so the guest can have a better stay. The location is good since it’s close to many dining places.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was spotless. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained, making for a very pleasant and relaxing stay. Highly recommend!

The shower has low water pressure and it takes time to finish showering. The door swipe key is not working for the third time. My son went to the receptionist for 3rd time, and same problem, still not working. They give me the keys at the 4th time. The room is not sound proof. I can even hear the other room cellphone ringing and the alarm keeps on sounding.

Il personale è molto vicino e considerato.L'ascensore non funziona quando sei dal quarto piano. Il piano sotto i letti ha bisogno di sgranatura. Rimarrebbe ancora a causa della sua affidabilità, vicinanza al mercato di Bangkerohan, la cattedrale di San Pedro, e facile accesso a molte opzioni alimentari a prezzi accessibili e il trasporto pubblico.
