My wife, in particular, absolutely adores this hotel, and it's easy to see why. From its strategic location in the heart of Bandung to its comprehensive facilities, Aryaduta Bandung truly stands out as a premier destination for both leisure and business travelers.The seamless experience began long before our arrival, with the hotel's impeccable pre-booking and after-booking services. The team was incredibly responsive and helpful, promptly answering all our queries via WhatsApp, which made the planning phase entirely stress-free. This proactive communication continued right up to D-Day, ensuring a smooth check-in process and setting a wonderful tone for our entire stay. It's this attention to detail and genuine care that truly makes a difference.During our stay, every single request we made was not only fulfilled but delivered with remarkable efficiency and a warm smile. The spacious rooms, many offering fetching city or panoramic mountain views, provide a comfortable and luxurious retreat. The outdoor swimming pool is a refreshing oasis, and the well-equipped fitness center caters to all workout needs. For families, the dedicated kids' pool and kids' club with daily activities, along with amenities like a chessboard, billiard, and mini bird park, ensure entertainment for all ages. The direct access to Bandung Indah Plaza Mall is an added convenience, making shopping and dining effortlessly accessible.We were also incredibly impressed by the diligent housekeeping team. A particular thank you to the cleaning/housekeeping guy with glasses; his meticulous attention to detail in making up our room ensured a consistently clean and inviting environment throughout our extended stay. It's the hard work and dedication of individuals like him that contribute significantly to the overall comfort and satisfaction of guests.This visit held particular significance as Aryaduta Bandung proved to be the most strategic and closest hotel for the Pocari Sweat Run 2025. Its prime location provided unparalleled convenience, allowing us to focus on the event without any logistical worries. The hotel is in a really good area on busy Braga Street. There's a lot to do and see in the area. The hotel pool is also a plus and a fun place to hang out and see the sunset. However the rooms are a bit dated and cleanliness could be improved a bit. There's also a problem with noise as many guests like to be loud in the hallways very early in the morning. Overall a good place to stay although a bit on the expensive side.

Our honeymoon stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage from March 31 to April 2, 2026, was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we felt the warm hospitality that Bandung is famous for. 1. The Room (Room 306 - A Must-Request!) Following some recommendations I saw on social media, I specifically requested Room 306 on the 3rd floor, and the hotel was kind enough to fulfill it. The highlight of this room is undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the Dago Heritage Golf Course. Waking up to the misty green valley right from our bed was magical. But the real ”showstopper” is the bathtub. Soaking in the tub while overlooking the lush greenery was the ultimate relaxation experience. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were complete. 2. Exceptional Service & Honeymoon Arrangement I had been in coordination with the reservation team (shout out to Ms. Ririk!) weeks before our arrival. They were very responsive and helpful. Upon entering the room, we were greeted with a lovely honeymoon setup that made my partner, Ayu, very happy. The staff throughout the hotel—from the front desk to the restaurant—were polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. 3. Facilities & Dining The infinity pool is a dream! Even though Dago can be chilly, the water temperature was comfortable enough for a morning swim. As for the breakfast, the variety was impressive—ranging from traditional Indonesian dishes to international selections. Everything tasted fresh and high-quality. 4. Location Located in the upscale Dago Pakar area, the hotel offers a serene atmosphere away from the city's traffic, yet it’s still very close to famous cafes and nature spots like Tahura and Tebing Keraton. Verdict: If you are looking for a romantic getaway or a peaceful staycation in Bandung, look no further. This hotel offers the best value for money with views you won't find anywhere else. We will definitely be coming back!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ (4/5) Recentemente sono rimasto in questo hotel e ho avuto una piacevole esperienza. La posizione è molto conveniente, vicino alle principali attrazioni e facile da accedere. La stanza era pulita, spaziosa e ben mantenuta, con letto confortevole. Il personale era amichevole e utile, soprattutto al check-in e quando ci serviva aiuto. Le opzioni per la colazione erano decente, anche se poteva essere più varietà. Uno dei punti di svolta è che il Wi-Fi era un po' lento a volte, e c'era un po' di rumore dall'esterno alla notte. In generale, è un buon valore per il prezzo e mi premerebbe rimanere qui di nuovo

Tutto è buono in questo hotel. La ama davvero molto e consiglia fortemente a tutti di dargli un soggiorno. Anche se abbiamo incontrato la cucina di pollo non pulito ma è stato cambiato immediatamente. Il servizio di colazione dell'hotel è iniziato a 6.00 a.m. , che è stato particolarmente conveniente e pensabile per gli ospiti che si alzavano in anticipo come noi. Vorremmo congratularci con il direttore del ristorante, Niwan, per il suo eccezionale servizio, che, dal secondo giorno in poi, ci ricordava e ci ha preso in considerazione ogni mattina, senza essere chiesto, e ha preso in considerazione il tè di latte per mio marito. La sua amicizia, attenzione e vera sforzo per soddisfare le nostre richieste o raccomandare i prodotti speciali per la colazione sul menuha fatto la nostra esperienza di cena davvero una memorabile e inoltrabile. Non lontano dal centro commerciale, ma l'hotel non è troppo pulito, sarà piccolo volare in camera (forse a causa di pianta in camera). Il muro è molto sottile e facile da disturbare dal rumore durante la serata tardiva/prima mattina...

Good service and peacefull, the breakfast is good and many types of menus. Air con is cool and quit.
