La posizione dell'hotel è molto vicina al centro. Ciò che mi piace di più è il colazione con menù super delizioso e autentico cibo Sunda. Rimango per 6d5n e il menu del colazione cambia ogni giorno. Il ribasso è l'ascensore non abbastanza durante la stagione di picco e u got que abbastanza lungo e non c'è personale per gestire l'ingresso dell'ascensore.

Just one night but truly magnificent experience!
Resinda ini managed by Padma jadi kamu bisa banget kok expect lebih dari hotel ini! Lokasinya enak, masuk kategori luar kota tapi masih terjangkau untuk staycation Jumat-Sabtu. Tidak begitu jauh dari keluar tol. Samping persis ada Resinda Mall dan ada jembatan penyeberangannya langsung dari hotel bikin ga ribet cari jajan dan makan. Di sebelah persis bagian lain juga ada Payakumbuah, cocok yang mau makan tapi gamau nunggu lama.
Kami menginap di tipe Grand Deluxe karena biar bisa connecting room. Yang tipe ini ada standalone bathtub. Desain lemarinya full kaca, amenities pakai Sensatia dan ada mesin Jumpstart Dolce Gusto yang kasih 4 kapsul (hotel biasanya cuma ngasih 2 kapsul). Servis disini juga top banget! Karena anak-anak main bathtub banjir sampai ke luar kamar dan kena karpet. Telepon housekeeping langsung ditugasin petugas buat mopping tanpa babibu (takut kena charge tambahan haha.
Untuk safety juara! Jadi di sini ada 2 kolam (Emerald dan Oasis) itu di tiap kolam ada penjaga. Di kolam Oasis yang ada 2 prosotan itu, tiap prosotan ada 1 orang yang jaga. Belum lagi penjaga bagian lain kayak di bagian playground kering. Menurutku para petugas gercep banget buat menjaga safety dan property hotel. Misal pas foam party anakku ngacir mau langsung nyebur kolam Emerald, eh langsung ditahan sama petugas dan diarahkan untuk bilas dulu. Good job! Asli ya jarang banget ada hotel yang menugas sekian banyak petugas untuk safety dan jaga property kayak gini. Top notch buat Resinda Karawang!
Sarapannya juga berkesan banget. Mungkin karena ini kawasan kantor dengan banyak expat, varian sarapannya internasional banget. Ada makanan tradisional, chineese food, indian food, korean food, sampai japanese food (ada nato segala!) Salah satu hotel bintang 4 yang loyal sih dalam segi breakfast. Pernah datang ke hotel bintang 4 salah satu chain internasional, sedih banget variasinya, miskin banget ngasih protein. Kalau sarapan di Resinda Karawang gampang banget nyari protein. Pas sarapan saya didatangi petugas bernama Mbak Yolanda yang super ramah dan mengakomodasikan curhatan saya soal hotel dan safety. Thx!
Pokoknya meski semalam berkesan banget lah nginap disini. Kalau nanti ada yang mau ngajak nginap barengan lagi saya sih mau aja hehe. Ini pertama kali menginap di padma branch, asli pengalaman kali ini bikin pengen mengeksplor padma branch lain.

Uno dei migliori hotel a Cirebon con eccellenti impianti. Dispongono di piscina, area da gioco per bambini e zona fitness. Inoltre hanno caffè, bar e sala da pranzo con performance musicale di vita. La stanza è davvero spazioso, soprattutto il letto re. Grazie per aver fornito un servizio così meraviglioso che rende una buona memoria per la mia famiglia.

Very happy with the Hotel and the room that we stayed in, we booked the deluxe twin bed and they upgraded our room with the bigger size. We also requested a quiet and nonsmoking room which is we are happy with what we got. They just need to upgrade the towel cause it’s looks old already and do the maintenance of the furniture inside the room cause some of their chair have lots of stains. Breakfast menu not bad, lots of options. Just need to check the plates some of them they didn’t wash properly.
Location it’s superb, very convenient to go here and there. Staff very friendly. Most of all we don’t mind to go back to stay in that Hotel again.

Questa è la mia terza volta che sono stato in questo hotel. E'bello stare nella sala esecutivo. Purtroppo, è difficile dire che è grande per il prezzo.
Le strutture e i servizi sono pochi per un hotel a quattro stelle, ma non c'è posto migliore per stare qui in cirebone.
Il pranzo è un pasto locale, non basta per gli stranieri.
C'è una piscina, ma non posso nuotare perché non posso indossare un costume da bagno perché è un paese islamico, quindi non c'è nessuno nella grande piscina.
Il personale sorride sempre e si sente gentile.

Always a Great Stay – Even Better This Time!
This is my fourth time staying at Aston Sentul Hotel, and I’m happy to say it just keeps getting better. I noticed several upgrades since my last visit, especially in the friendliness and attentiveness of the hotel staff — they truly made the stay more welcoming.
The biggest improvement for me was the breakfast. Compared to my previous stays, the variety has increased significantly, and everything was delicious. It’s clear they’ve put a lot of effort into making 9it a better experience.
Another pleasant surprise this time was the complimentary dinner buffet. Just like breakfast, it offered a wide range of tasty dishes — a great value and very enjoyable.
Overall, I’m really impressed with the improvements and the consistent quality. Will definitely be back again!

This hotel is a bit old, with a rather dated interior design, but it’s still quite comfortable. The room is clean enough, and the swimming pool is nice too. However, the shower room by the pool isn’t very clean.
The hotel’s location is very strategic ,right in the city center, close to popular food spots, and also very near Cihapit Market.
For breakfast, it’s fairly complete, with lots of Bandung specialties like cireng, lumpia basah, and cilok.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

The 2nd day, I asked to move rooms. They helped us! My suggestion is to vacuum every room after each guest checks out. This is because of the use of carpets.
For breakfast, everything was delicious and varied. Thank you for your hospitality.

At first, it raised some doubts, but upon arrival, the concept of the hotel as a hidden getaway became clear. The property and parking area are spacious, and the cool, windy atmosphere is definitely a positive aspect.
That said, the room experience did not fully align with the price point or the expectations of a four-star hotel. The deluxe room felt rather small, with very limited space for praying. Several basic details were also missing or poorly maintained: a broken bedside table that was only available on one side, no toothbrush cup or hand soap in the bathroom, and an overall interior that felt dated, with peeling paint visible in several areas, including the room door. The door lock also did not feel particularly secure, which affected comfort.
When I raised these issues and requested a room change, the front desk staff responded promptly and moved me to a better room. This quick response is appreciated. However, the explanation given suggested a lack of internal coordination, particularly between housekeeping and the sales team, which ideally should be better managed.
On the positive side, the Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable. Dinner at the restaurant was acceptable—nothing outstanding, but satisfactory. There are limited activities available for adults, and due to the hotel’s secluded location, guests should plan their own transportation. Ride-hailing services and taxis are available, but waiting times can be longer because of how hidden the hotel is.
Overall, the hotel offers a calm environment, a large property, and pleasant weather. However, in terms of room size, basic amenities, and interior condition, the experience feels closer to a 3.5-star hotel rather than a full four-star standard. With better room maintenance and attention to small but important details, this hotel could significantly improve the guest experience.

We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung for 5 days and 4 nights while exploring Bandung. The hotel’s breakfast service began at 6.00 a.m., which was especially convenient and thoughtful for early-rising guests like us.
We would like to specifically compliment the restaurant manager, Mr Niwan, for his exceptional service. From the second day onwards, he remembered us and thoughtfully brewed milk tea for my husband every morning without being asked. His friendliness, attentiveness and genuine effort to meet our requests—or recommend special breakfast items on the menu—made our dining experience truly a memorable and unforgettable ones.
Having stayed at several five-star hotels across Indonesia, we can confidently say that Mr Niwan stood out. He made us feel sincerely welcomed and delivered excellent and outstanding service throughout our breakfast experiences. His professionalism and warm hospitality reflect the high standards of Four Points by Sheraton.
While all staff members were pleasant and helpful, Mr Niwan was exceptional in going the extra mile and greeting guests with a sincere smile consistently. He is definitely a credit to your team and a good example of how well Four Points Sheraton Bandung has trained and developed its staff.
