Hotel a 4 stelle in Giava Occidentale, Indonesia

Recentemente sono rimasto a Aryaduta Bandung e ho avuto una piacevole esperienza.L'hotel ha un senso classico, elegante e ben mantenuto, con un lobby spazioso che dà una buona prima impressione. La camera era confortevole e pulita, con una bella vista sulla città. Il letto era confortevole e rendeva facile riposare dopo un giorno pieno di esplorazione di Bandung. Le strutture erano sufficienti e tutto quello che mi serviva era stato fornito senza alcun problema. Il personale era gentile, utile e professionale per tutta la mia permanenza, e il check-in e il check-out erano semplici ed efficienti, rendendo tutta l'esperienza senza stress. La colazione ha una buona varietà di opzioni locali e internazionali, ha un buon gusto e la zona di pranzo è confortevole anche durante le ore di lavoro. Situato in modo comodo, l'hotel è molto conveniente, con facile accesso alle attrazioni vicine e alle aree commerciali a Bandung. In generale, Aryaduta Bandung offre un buon valore per un soggiorno confortevole e affidabile. Non può essere ultramoderno, ma offre buona comodità, servizio e comodità. Mi riferirei di rimanere qui per un viaggio futuro.

While it is a strong choice for food lovers and travelers on the go, improvements in room equipment and comfort would significantly elevate its value.

The hotel itself is modern, clean, and visually appealing. The staff were friendly and showed good hospitality throughout my stay. However, the room experience was disappointing due to the bathroom issues. The shower area had leaking problems, and the water pressure was extremely weak and inconsistent. After a long day, I look forward to a relaxing shower, but unfortunately, I couldn’t enjoy it at all. The breakfast was another major letdown. While the dining area looked beautiful and comfortable, the food selection was very basic, repetitive, and lacked flavor. Most of the dishes tasted bland and uninspiring, making breakfast something I ended up skipping after the first day. Pros: ✅ Friendly and welcoming staff ✅ Clean and modern room design ✅ Nice ambience and comfortable environment Cons: ❌ Bathroom leakage issues ❌ Poor water pressure ❌ Tasteless and boring breakfast selection Overall, the hospitality was good, but the maintenance issues and breakfast quality significantly affected my stay. I hope the management will improve these areas because the hotel has great potential. 😮💨 A beautiful hotel is one thing, but a good shower and decent breakfast are what make guests want to come back. Unfortunately, both were missing during my stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel itself was in poor condition and appears to be in need of maintenance. The bathroom facilities were not well maintained, and we even encountered cockroaches during our stay. The food quality was also disappointing. On the positive side, the location is very strategic and convenient for shopping enthusiasts, as it is within walking distance of braga street. While the location is a major advantage, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel need significant improvement.

SUPER CONSIGLIATO!!! È passato molto tempo dall'ultima volta che sono stato a Puncak, forse più di 15 anni, sono tornato di nuovo qui con i bambini e ho deciso di soggiornare al Royal Safari Garden, e questa è stata la scelta giusta. Posizione: molto strategica, con mini market, parco safari e punto ristoro. Servizi: completi!!! Non solo camere, ma mini zoo, spettacolo di uccelli, parco acquatico, colazione con animali, parco giochi, sala giochi e tanto altro. Servizio: tutti erano molto cordiali, a partire dalla sicurezza, alla reception, al concierge, al personale del ristorante, alla presenza in piscina, tutti erano molto bravi, cordiali e molto disponibili. Consiglio personale se potete fermarvi più di una notte perché non basterà pernottare, un hotel molto piacevole per una vacanza con la famiglia. It was our first visit to Bandung, and choosing to stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage was one of the best decisions we made. We were delighted to receive two connecting rooms on the 10th floor, offering stunning views of the golf course and the Bandung city skyline. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had an extensive selection, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. A special thank you to the Guest Relations team, especially the two ladies (I believe their names were Isiah and Cia), who kindly arranged a takeaway bento breakfast for us at 3:00 a.m. before our Ciwidey trip. Their thoughtful gesture and excellent service made our stay even more memorable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bandung. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

The access road to the hotel was quite surprising, as the location feels very remote and far from main areas. At first, it raised some doubts, but upon arrival, the concept of the hotel as a hidden getaway became clear. The property and parking area are spacious, and the cool, windy atmosphere is definitely a positive aspect. That said, the room experience did not fully align with the price point or the expectations of a four-star hotel. The deluxe room felt rather small, with very limited space for praying. Several basic details were also missing or poorly maintained: a broken bedside table that was only available on one side, no toothbrush cup or hand soap in the bathroom, and an overall interior that felt dated, with peeling paint visible in several areas, including the room door. The door lock also did not feel particularly secure, which affected comfort. When I raised these issues and requested a room change, the front desk staff responded promptly and moved me to a better room. This quick response is appreciated. However, the explanation given suggested a lack of internal coordination, particularly between housekeeping and the sales team, which ideally should be better managed. On the positive side, the Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable. Dinner at the restaurant was acceptable—nothing outstanding, but satisfactory. There are limited activities available for adults, and due to the hotel’s secluded location, guests should plan their own transportation. Ride-hailing services and taxis are available, but waiting times can be longer because of how hidden the hotel is. Overall, the hotel offers a calm environment, a large property, and pleasant weather. However, in terms of room size, basic amenities, and interior condition, the experience feels closer to a 3.5-star hotel rather than a full four-star standard. With better room maintenance and attention to small but important details, this hotel could significantly improve the guest experience.

Stato qui per 5 notti. Questo hotel si trova in piazza botania opp. Super conveniente per turisti/hotel ospite per fare shopping. Check-in smooth, attento e utile personale. Colazione servita al 6am presto situato sul primo piano. Il grande colazione si è diffuso ma manca ancora il corno della pasticceria. Le camere sono state costruite quotidianamente, come mi piace. Tuttavia, l'hotel luminoso non fornisce in camera acqua minerale fuoco, perché hanno un distributore d'acqua situato in una zona comune vicino all'ascensore. In generale, è stato un meraviglioso esperto e altamente raccomandato.

Comfortable bed, convenient to travel around, affordable price, safe and tip top service by the guest relation officer such as Leo who provide extended services during breakfast. I recommend you experience the bonvoy moment in four points bandung :)

Bedsheets were stained and hairdryer didn’t work for my room. Other than that, breakfast spread was delicious, service and amenities were great
