중국 처음으로 혼자 여행 온거라서 숙소 체크인부터 떨렸는데요 숙소 이름이 디디에서 검색이 안되서 위치를 그냥 숙소 쪽으로 찍고 갔습니다. 내리면 1층에 써브웨이 있고 루이신커피도 있고 입구는 2개고 어디로 가야할지 헷갈릴겁니다. 그냥 아무 입구로 들어가시면 숙소 아파트랑 연결되어있어요. 저는 몰라서 써브웨이 입구로 들어갔는데 쎂웨이 바로 옆에 작은 입구가 있어요 무슨 아파트먼트 뭐시기라고 영어로 써있고 경비 데스크있고 바로 옆에 아파트 입구 문이 있어요. 그거 경비분이 안열어주시더라구요 제가 열수도 없어서 누구 나오거나 들어갈 때 까지 기다리다 타이밍 좋게 들어가야합니다. 그리고 또 길이 두 갈래로 나뉘는데 왼쪽길로 가서 엘베 이용하시구요. 24층으로 올라가세요. 내리면 바로 오른쪽에 문 열려있는 곳이 딱 한 곳있어요. 거기가 오피스입니다. 거기 가셔서 숙소 이름 대면 사장님이 맞다고 해주실거에요. 그럼 사장님께 여권드리면 주숙등기부터 샤샤샥 알아서 해주십니다. 한국에서 중국여행 필수 어플은 알아서 다운 받아오시겠지만 여기 숙소 사장님께서는 위쳇으로 다 알려주시니까 위쳇 사용한다는거 기억하시면 됩니다. 저는 35층 방으로 배정 받았고 사장님이 방까지 같이 가주시면서 위치 알려주시구요. 키 사용법도 잘 알려주시구요. 방 컨디션은 딱 가격 정도 입니다. 위생 청결에 예민하신 분은 호텔 예약하셔야할 것 같구요. 저는 베드버그나 바퀴만 안나오면 돼서 잘 머물렀습니다. 대신 화장실 배수가 됐다 안됐합니다. 하수구에서 날파리 같은것도 한 두마리 올라오구요. 하지만 헤어드라이기 바람 쎄서 좋았어요 고층이라 뷰도 좋고 1호선 지하철도 가깝고 숙소 밑에 슈퍼,카페도 있어서 위치 좋아요. 대련역도 도보로 13분 정도라 근교 이동하기에도 좋아요. 저는 단둥, 선양 갔습니다. 큰 캐리어 무겁게 오시는 분은 공항에서 지하철로 오시기 좀 어려울거에요. 지하철 올라오는 길이 다 계단이거든요. 짐이 많거나 무겁다면 공항에서 택시 타고 오세요. 아무튼 사장님 호탕하시고 굿입니다. 4박5일동안 잘 머물다 갑니다👍

Location is a little far from the city, there's nothing in Vernice water town. I went there in November. Everything there is closed. There's no water inside the Vernice town. 😂 Location wise it's not reall great. But overall everything is ok.

Great location close to many restaurants and there is a Lawson convenience store just across the road. Our issue was the cleanliness. When we arrived, our hotel room was not clean and the bed was not made, and the front desk seemed confused by this. However, the facilities are decent: there are water dispensers you can refill your bottles with, good wifi, and many tables for co-working. The atmosphere however did not feel like a hostel, as it seemed most of the other guests were there playing games or working remotely, rather than being tourists like us.

從大連高鐵過去，客棧位置很近，而且好找。緊挨着鴨綠江，觀景一線。老闆很熱情，説話痛快。房間舒適，下去就是斷橋和遊船碼頭。老闆介紹的蒼蠅小館兒，確實不錯，味道好，性價比高。從大連看球兒開始，到十一假期，一直在旅途中。所以點評晚了，可是心心念必須得給個滿分好評。離早市近，還去買了螃蟹和皮皮蝦回來客棧自己煮。期待有機會再去這裏入住，賞秋賞雪。再次感謝老闆。也祝客棧生意興隆。

The room is very small, but it matches the description. So expect the bare minimum (good enough to take a shower and sleep, but not suitable for spending your time there otherwise). The biggest problem for me was the poor sound insulation - especially in the early morning (around 5:30), as you can expect to find yourself surrounded by tour groups that are rather noisy. Service was fine, you can store your bags for free. Overall, a decent budget option for a short stay.
