From the Dalian airport, It's just 15 minutes away by car.
And the location is really good to visit to market and shopping places and good restaurants.
Most of all, Nana was really supportive and helpful staff.
I used a single room for 2 days, so I don't know about dormitory room.
But if you are looking for a accomodation with good location and services.
I recommend this hotel.

We couldn’t find the hotel we went too a different building then I called the hotel number, the guy was very friendly and directed us to the right building! The room is very nice and quiet! The location too is nice everywhere we went a Didi was cheap ! A small note is the cleaning can do better! Overall We enjoyed our staying !

Molto soddisfatto, la stanza è molto grande e pulita, e la morbidezza del letto è molto conveniente e confortevole.Camminando a Sita circa un chilometro, anche vicino ad Aming. All'inizio, temevo che il parcheggio fosse troppo costoso, e il posto del centro di lavanderia sottostante poteva essere fermato. Qualcuno era gestito, circa venti giorni, è molto raro nella zona di Xita.La TV super grande guardava molto timido e la velocità della rete era particolarmente veloce.E'sentire che la stanza era un po' calda, haha, la finestra era aperta a dormire la notte.

Situato proprio accanto al Ponte Rotto sul fiume, l'hotel gode di una posizione superba. I cani di piccola taglia sono ammessi e noi abbiamo persino messo il pannolino al nostro cane per mantenerlo igienico. La camera è piccola, ma la zona doccia e WC separata è perfetta per due persone. Il bagno è spazioso e la pressione dell'acqua è eccellente: l'abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo! L'unico inconveniente è il parcheggio limitato; ci sono pochissimi posti disponibili. Tuttavia, la guardia di sicurezza è stata molto disponibile e si è coordinata con noi, quindi non è stato un problema. L'hotel offre un'escursione giornaliera, a cui è possibile partecipare se si desidera risparmiare un po' di energie.

Il 14° piano, con una vista molto buona sul giro (Huigong Square), è molto vicino alla uscita B della stazione metropolitana Jinrongzhongxin, proprio intorno all'angolo, vicino alla banca Chaoyang, che è accanto alla banca Ping An. Molto facile da raggiungere con la metropolitana e gli autobus. L'hotel è pulito, 2 bottiglie d'acqua, custodia quotidiana. Std strutture OK.Colazione OK. Servizi igienici/duche separati, ma nessuna porta per impedire che un po' d'acqua si esploda fuori dalla zona della doccia. Nessuna camera da lavarsi in questo hotel, a differenza della maggior parte degli altri hotel. Le tariffe sono più elevate di quelle di altre città.

VVSTGood location, near to Shenyang Imperial palace and other attractions. Easy to reach by subway🚇, Huaiyuanmen station is the nearest station but you need to navigate to get to this hotel. It is located on the inner road next to other apartments. Once you come out of Huaiyuanmen station, Exit B, U-turn and you will see the main gate to Imperial Palace.Walk across the street into the main gate, keeping to your left. This is the inner road...walk along the road for 200m or so, you'll see a BBQ restaurant in your right and a gated parking area next to it. The hotel is just beside this restaurant. It's easy to travel around using public buses too.
The young pretty lady reception at the front desk was very helpful and courteous.
We stayed here for three nights. But our key card was deactivated on the second day which I don't understand why. The bearded guy, probably the boss activated the card for us after we came downstairs again. Then the next issue was when we opened our room door we were shocked to see that the room was not made up at all, although we had hung the signage at the door before we left in the morning.We came back in the evening, tired after one whole day of touring around Shenyang to find a room not made up and no replenishment of water and basic amenities. We had to go downstairs again to lodge the complaint and he was rather defensive, saying that I should have requested for making up the room at the front desk, in which I asked him what's the use of the signage card for. Thereafter, he took some time to replace the towels, bottled water and other basic toiletries.
In another review by another guest, this bearded guy was mentioned as a humorous man. However, I was taken aback by his comments including mentioning that we drink so much water when we requested for two extra bottles of water. FYI, we have been given lots of drinking water all the while when we stayed in China hotels. This is the 10th hotel that we are staying at during our 20-days trip to North Eastern China.
The only negative remark is the cleaning service in this hotel is unsatisfactory. Although, the next day the room was supposed to be cleaned, I had to pick up the hair and rubbish that was blocking the water outlet and also some food droppings on the carpet.
We're grateful that the hotel management upgraded the room for us. It would have been perfect if they looked into improving their cleaning services and responses to hotel guests.

I can sum up my stay in one word: exceptional value.
The room was very spacious with a million-dollar view, all at a very friendly price. There is a washing machine in the room, and hot water was not an issue at all during winter. Just a small tip: avoid showering while the washing machine is running, as it seems to draw the hot water away. At first, I thought there was a food warmer or stove, but this room does not have one. However, the staff kindly allowed us to use the microwave at the office.
The host was incredibly helpful and always replied very quickly on WeChat — so fast that I honestly wondered if they ever slept! 😄
The bedding was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was smooth and flexible; we could easily request cleaning or refills on the days we needed them. If there is one area for improvement, I would suggest renovating some details, such as repainting areas where the paint is peeling and re-sealing the sink edges and other parts of the bathroom.
There was a slight cigarette smell in the room, but it really depends on how sensitive you are. For us, opening the window for ventilation or using a spray solved the issue easily. Some noise from other areas was noticeable, as there is a gym on the same floor, and during our stay it was New Year’s, so there were some party noises. That said, this can happen anywhere and is not something the property can fully control.
Getting there was easy — we took a taxi directly to the hotel address. Check-in is on the 23rd floor, Room 19, where they provide the room number and access code. Wi-Fi is available, and only a passport is needed for registration. For check-out, simply notify them via WeChat.
Around the hotel, there are a few small local eateries within walking distance, though we did not notice a convenience store nearby.
Overall, I would rate this place excellent. I’m not judging it by hotel star standards, but by value for money — and what we received was far beyond what we paid for. Highly recommended!

TtravelandeatThis hotel's location is genuinely brilliant, right in the city centre next to the Zhongshan subway and plaza, and for this price point, you really can't ask for better. The staff were friendly and helpful despite the language barrier (Google Translate sorted us out fine), and the cleaning team were lovely too.
The room was decent and properly clean, I checked for dust and there wasn't any. However, the hotel is quite old, and there was some mould on the ceiling and in the bathroom and shower curtain. It didn't bother me personally, but worth noting, and a bit of spray would be great. That said, Dalian was incredibly humid when I visited in late August, so I suspect this is partly a climate issue. Even my own towels wouldn't dry properly. The place was quite busy, mainly Chinese customers, but they were quiet and discreet.
Practical bits: they provide two bottles of water daily and disposable paper towels (which actually came in handy given the humidity). The room also had a washing machine (bring your own detergent) and you can hang clothes outside on the 9th floor veranda. There's a bus stop right outside with direct services to Xian Lu (shopping and basement food market) and the Transport University area night market, the subway goes straight to the airport, and you're walking distance from the main tourist spots like Russian Street, the old tram etc. Plenty of restaurants nearby too. And two convenience stores on ground floor. This place accepts foreign tourists and check-in was quick and easy. Internet was fast but slower in the evenings.
Honestly, some of the complaints I've read here seem a bit harsh considering what you're paying. You get what you pay for, and at this price point in this location, I think it's fair value. I'd stay here again, especially if travelling on a budget. Thank you, we had a lovely time in Dalian!

UUtente ospiteCome bagagliaio tedesco che viaggia attraverso la Cina su un bilancio, ho soggiornato in molti ostelli e alberghi di bilancio e Fuyuan Inn a Dandong è stato onesto uno dei migliori soggiorni di valore che ho avuto durante il mio viaggio.
La posizione è assolutamente perfetta. essere direttamente vicino al fiume è stato uno dei migliori posti di soggiorno qui. Si può facilmente camminare lungo il fiume, godere delle viste, e è particolarmente bella di notte. Esso rende anche molto conveniente esplorare Dandong.
Da quando sono arrivato, mi sentivo incredibilmente benvenuto, i proprietari erano incredibilmente gentili, caldi e utili, e anche come viaggiatore straniero mi rendevano tutto molto facile. Quello che mi sorprendeva è che il proprietario mi ha persino dato un giro libero intorno alla zona, che è stato un gesto così generoso e mi ha reso molto più memorabile e personale la mia esperienza a Dandong.
Un'altra cosa che apprezzo davvero è che mi hanno lasciato scegliere tra una stanza da fumare e una stanza non da fumare un piccolo dettaglio, ma mostra che si preoccupano del comfort degli ospiti.
La stanza stessa era molto pulita e molto meglio attrezzata di quanto mi aspettassi per questa gamma di prezzi. Tutto si sentiva molto pulito, organizzato e ben mantenuto.
E sinceramente, per il prezzo, non posso lamentarmi di una sola cosa: è un grande valore per i soldi.
Il più grande accento, però, era certamente i proprietari. Sono alcuni dei più amici che ho incontrato durante i miei viaggi veramente cura, accogliente, e incredibilmente ospite.
Se si arriva a Dandong e si desidera un posto conveniente in una posizione perfetta sul fiume con camere senza spot e ospiti sorprendenti, prenota Fuyuan Inn. Io rimarrei al 100% qui.

UUtente anonimoFirst of all, the location was superb, no joke there. The mall was connecting to the condo. And the mall was also connected to the metro line.
However, the AC was horrible on the second floor. At first, we asked the owner through wechat. The owner saw I was opening at 16 degree and kinda like rudely said, don't open too low, just put it at 21. I was confused af ngl. Then, we contacted again, and a person came to our unit to try and fix it. Though I don't think he fixed anything. It was a duplex, the first floor had normal functional ac, but the second floor could not feel a single thing. Don't get me started when after u shower, the air ventilation was ****. So the second floor was hot af.
The toilet was alright, just a lil advise to put a hook or something, cuz we could not hang any of our towel, clothes inside the bathroom.
Finally, we booked a 5 people room, but there were only like two hangers in the closet. Like bruh? How could all of us hang our towel? We ended up buying hangers.

1. Puoi vedere la città acqua di Venezia tutto il giorno tutta la notte dalla stanza, e il sole dal tuo letto (se puoi svegliarti) e sentire la campana del tempo 🔔 puoi sentire che sto prendendo tempo per viaggiare anche se sei sul letto 😌 🛏️ .
2. Sono un (senza cura) viaggiatore solo che perde il mio borsa di passaporto, dopo aver chiesto al proprietario dell'hotel di aiutarmi, hanno contattato qualsiasi numero possibile e l'hanno trovato in 30 minuti con un pick-up per me... tornare a me nella stanza dell'hotel senza alcuna tassa aggiuntiva. La scelta migliore per un viaggio solo è scegliere questo hotel.
3. Alla vista stupenda dalla stanza dell'hotel, un minimalart è al primo piano. E si può camminare al punto di mare a qualsiasi momento, solo 1 sezione 🚦 davanti all'edificio dell'hotel.
4. Ho trovato il Dalian ring bus di sera ma è la migliore soluzione per raggiungere tutti i bellissimi punti marini, si può entrare e uscire dal bus molte volte si desidera con i costi 20¥ al giorno (8:00-16:30) e la fermata di autobus della città acqua di Venezia è davanti all'edificio dell'hotel, l'hotel prezioso e conveniente!
5. Poiché questa è la mia prima visita a Dalian, ho chiesto molte domande su cibo raccomandato, aria condizionata... il WeChat dell’hotel mi ha risposto immediatamente ogni volta.
