Hotel a 3 stelle in Oregon, Stati Uniti d'America

After entering our extremely small room, which I found out was called a standard queen I immediately noticed long hairs in the shower and on the bathroom floor, so obviously the bathroom wasn’t clean very well the baseboards, the floor, and just the overall appearance of the walls in the bathroom and in the room are just pretty beat up and well worn. The door knob on the outside of our hotel room was falling off and the TV did not work. When we came back to our room a few hours later the TV was indeed fixed. However, the brightness was on the lowest setting and I thought I could simply adjust it from the remote, however There was no settings that were accessible from the remote to alter the brightness of the picture so no tv that night as I didn’t want someone coming up to our hotel room at 10 PM. Just the overall feeling of the hotel room is very grungy. We were kept awake until midnight when I couldn’t take the noise coming from the neighbors and had to get up, get dressed, go pound on their door and ask them to keep it down. The noise and the slamming of doors all throughout the night is completely unbearable and there’s no chance of sleeping more than 1 to 2 hours at a time before being awakened by slamming doors or people talking so loudly in the hallways. The walls are paper, thin. The hotel lobby, where you can sit and have a drink or a meal is kept absolutely frigid. We just strongly believe for the price there are so many better options of a cleaner, quieter much better maintained hotel. It also appears that most of the servers at the Lobby bar or rooftop bar are so young and inexperienced  and ask the silliest questions and look so perplexed at the questions that they are asked that it lacks such professionalism. While none of them were rude, they were certainly inexperienced. This was our second time staying there thinking that a second visit would provide different results when in actuality the second visit was worse than the first. So that being said, I could not give this hotel a good review at all.

Descriverei questo come un hotel hipster con un carattere unico per corrispondere alla zona centrale.I miei ragazzi amavano la stanza e il negozio di caffè vicino. Tuttavia, mi sentivo un po' piccolo, soprattutto il bagno e la stanza poteva usare un po' di aggiornamento come più servizi come i rack di tovaglioli e il magazzinaggio per le valigie. La nostra stanza non era vicina a una recente ristrutturazione, così le foto potrebbero essere un po' inganno. Ho anche lottato con il parcheggio trovato molto stressante cercare di trovare parcheggio, pianificare di spendere circa $40 al giorno in parcheggio al giorno se si guida intorno a un sacco. Il parcheggio overnight, che è circa 10-15 minuti a piedi non è sul sito e è solo $20 per notte, ma non si sente sicuro dopo le 10:00 per camminare intorno a causa del problema senza casa nella zona. Non credo di tornare a questo hotel. Non mi sento come se fosse un hotel a 3 stelle, gli darei un 2.5 tra 4 o 5 stelle. Il colazione era un continente al meglio. Pascoli con succo o caffè e frutta. A volte hanno fornito yogurt o farina di ovini e latte di ovini ma niente di speciale e arrivare lì prima delle 9 o possono esserne fuori di oggetti. Portland ha molto divertente da vedere, ma a causa del problema senza casa, cercherò raccomandazioni per le migliori attrazioni e distruggerò chiaramente le aree problematiche. Multnoah Falls sarebbe un viaggio di giorno intero e arrivare lì molto presto, perché il parcheggio è terribile o parcheggiare fuori sito e prendere il tram. L'hotel ha lasciato un'impressione miste.Nonostante le eccellenti recensioni e non sia la scelta più conveniente, siamo stati delusi. Iniziando con i positivi: Situato in un piacevole, verde e tranquillo quartiere, a pochi passi dal centro della città, ci sono molti grandi caffè, piccoli negozi, ristoranti e bar vitivinicoli vicino. Personale gentile e amichevole al di fuori del desk. Interessante design della stanza. Parcheggio spazioso disponibile per gli ospiti dell'hotel. Camere grandi. Ora i danni: Le pareti sottili e i pavimenti disgustosi hanno reso molto difficile dormire. La prova sonora non esiste. Il giovane coppia che si trovava nella stanza prossima si è divertita con loro, il che, purtroppo, ci ha fatto molto incomoda. Inoltre, il frigorifero nella stanza era estremamente rumoroso, non solo faceva umidità al suono quando correva, ma faceva anche rumore costante. Il colazione era eccezionalmente povera: l'unico oggetto “caldo” sembrava essere il caffè e un lavastoviglie, che, stranamente, era stato posto proprio nel centro della zona del colazione. Nella stanza erano due piccole TV, entrambe molto inconvenienti per la vista, e non erano disponibili servizi di streaming. Il personale di custodia era intrusivo entro un periodo 20-minute, hanno colpito la porta tre volte (e anche cercato di aprirlo una volta), apparentemente cercando di uscire, anche se era ancora prima del tempo di checkout.

L'hotel è molto aperto e non tutti confondono, si estende in realtà in 4 edifici in una zona della città. Il tipo di ufficio frontale è stato molto utile e mi ha fatto entrare nella mia stanza presto alle 9:00 e la stanza è stata fenomenale!! Sono sicuro che vale la pena di avere la suite con il jacuzzi e il balcone. Probabilmente la più bella suite esecutiva che abbia soggiornato e mi estendo il soggiorno e ritorno anche un'altra volta. Questo hotel è molto nuovo, due ascensori, e le camere sono piene.Questa volta ho prenotato una stanza personale, mi sento proprio bene e comodo.L'atteggiamento del servizio personale è molto buono.Lo spazio della sala è molto grande e molto adatto per passare in terrazza; la colazione è molto scelta

Questo hotel puzza come la mattina di Natale a causa dei fuochi d'artificio e dei diffusi, una caratteristica molto cool che non ho visto altrove. Molto bel personale di fronte, finestre aperte, luoghi di fuoco, e nonostante la costante riparazione non c'era alcuna caotica pressione/foraggio o pittura, hanno tenuto tutto molto professionale. Ci sono tre proprietà di Marriot, tutte accanto a vicenda in questo settore, questa Residence, il Fairfield e la corte. Tutti condividono lo stesso parcheggio, si sente sicuro, anche se si arrivano alcune auto a grande velocità e questo hotel è proprio fuori strada, quindi alcune persone si lamentano del rumore auto. Non mi sono accorto / pensato così tanto. Per qualche motivo, i tassi di notte sono aumentati da quando sono rimasto qui, da circa 108 dollari a oltre 170 dollari, prima delle imposte. A questo nuovo prezzo è ancora un hotel solido, molto pulito e professionale, ma penso che sia troppo costoso rispetto alle strutture.

Questa è la mia preferita Marriott in metropolitana di Portland. Le ragazze del desk front sono super cool e grande energia, molte snacks, il quartiere è molto tranquillo e sicuro parcheggio. Ma la mia cosa preferita è la progettazione della stanza stessa, la configurazione del desktop molto efficiente (la sala re attraverso la suite esecutiva, ogni stanza ha queste), le finestre aperte TUTO IL MODO! Così si possono ottenere tonnellate di aria fresca, e molte opzioni di streaming Netflix / Amazon Prime Video / PlutoTV / Youtube / Pandora. Fairfield è davvero vincente al gioco di servizi, e l'hotel è impeccabilmente pulito in tutto. Questa proprietà del lago Oswego è fuori dalla zona centrale, quindi non si può ottenere i strani passeggiando intorno a gridare tardi alla notte, che è un interessante ”carattere” di altri hotel nel centro. Quindi stai quasi facendo il miglior affare in città. Sono sicuro che sono felice di trovare questo hotel e sarò presto di ritorno.

The ladies working the front desk in the mornings are absolute angels. I can't say enough nice things about them. I don't know if they're the owners of the place but they are the most kind, considerate, mindful, down to earth beings I've met in a very long time. The staff are always so very kind, motherly, considerate and concise. I stay here often since i work on the bridge nearby and I've always had an enjoyable, relaxing, carefree, and unobstructed stay here. Clean rooms, hallways, amenities. I've never had anything to complain about whatsoever. I've said it once before that everybody there deserves a raise because they are an absolute dream team by the way they make the entire hotel run so efficiently and effectively, and go out of their ways every time to make sure my stay is always a breeze. Thank you all so much for everything. Keep up the good work, and keep your heads up high, always.

After a long drive from San Francisco, it was such a welcome surprise to see how clean and modern the Holiday Inn Express was. From the moment we entered the lobby, we were impressed. The receptionists were professionally dressed and treated us like welcomed guests with their warm, friendly attitude. Muriel, who handled our check-in, was outstanding, as was Sergio, who we spoke with later. Employees like them make Holiday Inn a fantastic place to stay. Our room was spacious and immaculately clean. I had requested a quiet room when booking, and it was ready when we arrived. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The morning breakfast was abundant and delicious, with many different items to choose from. With all that said, thank you, Holiday Inn, for a memorable stay.
