Family’s Most Favourite Hotel in the UK – Unforgettable Staycation Moments Holiday Inn London–Shepperton by IHG has always been our family’s most favourite hotel in the UK. Whenever my son’s school term break or a long holiday begins, this is the first place we choose to refresh ourselves and truly enjoy relaxing family time. During the final days of the Easter Bank Holiday, we once again had an unforgettable stay here, and the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Our wonderful experience began at reception, where a professional and welcoming receptionist, Mr. Waleed, assisted us. He kindly helped register our car plate for overnight parking and informed us that the swimming pool facility renovations had been completed. He also thoughtfully let us know that my son Matt could enjoy the pool until 7 p.m. Thanks to his clear explanation and kind arrangement, we had plenty of time to fully enjoy the excellent swimming pool, Jacuzzi, dry sauna, and steam room. It was a perfect way for both adults and children to relax and unwind. After our swim, we were quite hungry. At that moment, Restaurant Manager Mr. Nadeem warmly approached us and started chatting with my son. Matt was absolutely delighted—especially because Mr. Nadeem remembered him from previous visits. His kindness made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Even while waiting for our meal, we felt cheerful and at ease. At the end of dinner, he took time to speak with us again, encouraging Matt in his studies and sharing that his wife is a wonderful school teacher. These sincere and personal interactions truly touched our hearts. We also followed sightseeing recommendations from other hotel staff and visited nearby attractions such as Walton-on-Thames, which made our trip even more enjoyable and memorable. Once again, Holiday Inn London–Shepperton made us feel welcomed, cared for, and appreciated as a family. This hotel is not just a place to stay—it truly feels like a second home to us. Viviamo piuttosto localmente ma abbiamo deciso di rimanere qui, poiché mia figlia e i suoi amici erano nella casa di vino locale all'hotel, volevamo rendere la nostra ragazza un po' più speciale. Personale we’re very helpful friendly went above and beyond to make our stay perfect Cold water in frigo fans in the room and the weather has been hot. Food we ordered from the menu in our room was great & friends eat in the bar area which was also very good. Raccomanderò e rimarrei certamente qui di nuovo.

Francamente, al giorno 2 ci siamo innamorati del luogo, tutti i dipendenti di tutte le sezioni erano brillanti, tutte le strutture erano pulite, ben mantenute e fino a spec. Piscina interna, piscina all'aperto, 2 saune, piscina con ghiaccio, cortile da tennis, orchard e zona di gioco per bambini. Non abbiamo fatto colazione, ma c'è un bellissimo piccolo bar caffè con pasticceria e per il pranzo serale il principale ristorante gestisce un stile buffet con circa 30 opzioni, così si può provare un po' di tutto. Infine, vorrei solo ricordare che il mio partner ha goduto di un paio di trattamenti nel bagno e ha detto che la sua esperienza era fantastica. Nice cosy cottage room with underfloor heating in bathroom, a bath and separate shower cubicle with overhead shower, a wide range of complimentary soft drinks and snacks. Lots of small but fast spiders, but expected for a cottage with lots of garden space. Service was friendly and welcoming and you can request a golf cart ride to and from different locations on the Beaverbrook grounds. 4 different restaurants to choose from. Breakfast included. Relatively expensive (3 starters, 2 mains, 2 sides, 2 desserts and a bottle of water was £200) but also expected for a place like this. Service was great. Booking a hotel room for the night includes use of the spa, no matter which online platform you book through including trip.com. Spa was a nice experience, though felt more like a health club that had spa facilities rather than a dedicated spa as I thought they would have more than 1 of each type. 1 sauna, 1 steam room, 1 jacuzzi (only 1 button worked), 1 indoor swimming pool, 1 outdoor heated swimming pool and a kids pool. Felt like they could have cleaned the leaves in the outdoor pool. Lots of choice for massages and other treatments. Gym was nice and modern. Towels, slippers and robes provided. Overall a pleasant stay.

I recently visited and just wanted to share how much I enjoyed my time. The highlights for me were definitely the swimming pool and sauna—both were incredibly relaxing and well-maintained. Thanks for a great experience, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Lovely hotel. Perfect location for races but also nice if not. Beautiful scenery and very quiet. Parking easy with lots of space. We were able to check in early which was great before the racing started. Bar area very nice with a relaxing atmosphere. Staff very attentive. Room was very nice in the 2nd floor facing the golf course, so fabulous View. Very clean. Beds very comfortable and the bedding top quality with the best pillows ever. Toiletries are good quality with a long lasting smell on your skin. Towels greasy , white and fluffy. We had large windows like patio doors so could open wide. Only issue was the outside bar ( was no balcony) had loads of covert and dead insects in it. Breakfast. The dining room again had a very relaxing atmosphere was bright and very clean. The food options were plentiful and of good quality and quantity. Coffee from a machine , but used fresh ground coffee , beans when choosing you options. The bar prices were quite good, didn’t feel I was being over charged and the bar staff were quick and efficient. Overall a superb stay.

On top of the top-tier service, the cleanliness of the entire manor is seriously impressive. Every room and common area is kept in pristine condition, and you can really tell the housekeeping team takes massive pride in keeping the place sparkling. Between the spotless interiors, the stunning grounds, and the warm atmosphere, everything about this stay is a total ten out of ten. You’ll honestly be planning your next trip before you’ve even checked out.

I have stayed here for work before but this time I booked for myself and my Husband for an overnight stay. This hotel is lovely, the room was beautiful, overlooked the vast gardens. Everywhere was nice and clean and the added bonus of the swimming pool and outdoor hot-tub was great! Would definitely recommend staying here.

In generale, sono lieto di dire che Voco Lythe Hill Hotel & Spa si è rimborsato più che in me stesso. Lo consiglierei molto a chiunque cercasse una camminata rilassante con servizio di top-notch. Non posso aspettare di tornare!

L'hotel dispone di un ambiente tranquillo. Il personale è efficiente e amichevole e il check-in ha preso solo minuti entrambi i tempi che sono rimasto qui. Questa volta ho controllato online che accelera le cose. È anche bello avere persone piuttosto che macchine per controllare! C'è una scelta di almeno 3 posti da mangiare all'hotel, ma probabilmente gruppi più grandi dovrebbero prenotare. Le camere sono molto spaziose e pulite. Uno dei piccoli nebbiosi sarebbe che preferisco una mattina molto forte e non mi piaceva davvero il soft top sul letto, ma è davvero un piccolo nebbioso. L'hotel non potrebbe essere più conveniente per il Terminal Nord - non dovete nemmeno andare fuori! La prima volta che ero lì, dovevo andare al terminal per chiedere le direzioni, anche se la passeggiata all'hotel era proprio accanto a me.
