The hotel seemed fine when I got there last night. My room was large and seemed clean, but I found hair in the bathroom, and the towel they gave me had large stains on it. There was no kettle, and no phone, so I used my mobile to call them and the staff brought a hot water kettle. I could not eat dinner because the chef was out and there was only fish and chips or chicken and chips (I'm a healthy vegan). The staff were friendly - I'll give them that. The AC was not working well. The worst things were - I gave them a $50 cash deposit, and they gave it back to me the next morning but later when I tried to use it to buy some mangoes, the vendor informed me that the note was out of circulation and I could not use it. I called the hotel and informed the front desk staff who gave it to me. She said she did it unknowingly, and had cc'd her General Manager on the email. It's now evening and there has been no reply from the GM. Meanwhile, I woke up at 5am to a bite on my shoulder - I found a bug on my blanket and squashed it. It was full of my blood. Later I researched its shape and it seems it might have been a bed bug or a flea. The bites are swollen and huge. I showed the bites to the front desk staff and she said nothing. I encouraged her to tell housekeeping. When I got home, and over the next few days, I had more large swollen bites and some little red bites too. Never going back, that's for certain. Not worth the $125/night.

Una strana esperienza qui devo dire.. Sono arrivato alla camera da letto 28 (anche se trip.com ha detto che era 10 letto) e non c'era alcun segno di nessuna altra vita nel dormitorio. La maggior parte dei letti sembrava essere fatta mesi fa e nessuno aveva dormito in loro da quando erano coperti di polvere e di polvere. Sono tornato al ricevimento per chiedere cosa sta succedendo e hanno detto che sono l'unico che ha fatto la prenotazione, quindi l'ho accettato come era. Ma più tardi, quando ero seduta al bar, un membro del personale mi avvicinò e mi disse che ero stato migliorato (perché ieri i dormitori non erano puliti a causa di un grande gruppo di visitatori) così ho finito di passare due notti in un lussuoso burro, La prima notte condivideva con qualcun altro che era stato prenotato per le dorme. La gabbia era bella e senza spot e sono molto grato per l'aggiornamento. La doccia esterna era anche molto bello! Il colazione è stato eccellente con molti da scegliere! Uova, salsicce, feci, pane, torte, yogurt, frutta, cereali multipli, tè, caffè e succo, una mattina ci sono stati pancake. The only downsides to this resort is they don't have any activities or excursions of their own and they direct you to the hotel further along - I snorkelling there which costs $75 - the whole thing felt hurried in my opinion and the trip wasn't Non c'era tempo per fermarci e osservare nulla, sembrava che i ragazzi della barca volessero solo farlo passare e fare il più velocemente possibile.

I stayed here for two nights in a dorm, lodge 1. I had a top bunk and there wasn’t a railing so I was pretty worried about falling out. Also there weren’t any plugs inside the room - only one outside in the washroom area. Apparently the other dorm lodges do have plugs and railings though. Food is only at set times but was pretty reasonably priced! I had the split pea soup for dinner one night (5/5!) and a veggie curry the following (3/5) and a veggie burger for lunch (4.5/5). Complimentary breakfast was pretty basic but good enough! They had soy and almond milk available. There is a cute ethical shop/cafe nearby which is so nice but other than that I don’t think there’s much else within walking distance in terms of shops. The resort had daily activities to get involved with which is a bonus!! The pool was also very nice and the beach is great for snorkelling! My favourite part of the beach house was the shower in the washroom area attached to the dorm/lodge. It was an outside area but secluded and the shower pressure was insane!! And nice warm water. However, the toilet itself smelt pretty bad and I didn’t dare go near it.

W domkach przy Oceanie nie ma WiFi, jest ono tylko przy barze i działa różnie. Domki posiadają wygodne łóżko, kanapę, łazienkę czy zestaw do kawy i herbaty. Przykładowe ceny w barze: piwo - 12 FJD, koktajl 20-40 FJD, pizza średnia 30 FJD. Przy ofercie ze śniadaniem - na śniadaniu czekają chleb tostowy, masło, dżemy, jajecznica, kiełbaski, warzywa, mleko, kawa, herbata, płatki, owoce.

We had a great stay. Staff was friendly and accomodating to our needs including carrying out heavy luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs. They even allowed our visitors in which I find very rare. They also carried our food up to our balcony which was great. We had the Sunset suite at the very top - awesome view! Our room was nice and clean, super nice air con in the room and lounge area. Really nice kitchen area with a massive new fridge. Very convenient with the supermarket up the road and beachfront to chill. The ocean was sooo nice and hot to swim in. Downfall: Some of the levels smell like damp, wet carpet and was really bad . Some of our dishes were so dirty and their were cockroaches in the toaster, microwave and jug. Would be great to have a volley ball net on the beach and some activities on offer for guests such as horse riding & snorkelling etc. Also some entertainment would be great as the music next door was the only entertainment we got but sometimes it was far too loud that we couldn’t sleep. There was no fire show or kava ceremony and we were looking forward to that! The food at the ghost ship bar was really good especially the pizza and curry dishes! Be good if reception could help guests find the best taxi prices as some Of the locals that stand on the road really take advantage of travellers and charge you the world. We did have a great stay in the end! I would recommend this if you want to stay near town, the airport and want to experience outside of Denarau. Denarau did get boring for me sometimes so I liked this experience this time around.

Il personale era amichevole.Abbiamo prenotato una villa di famiglia attraverso Tripadvisor Plus per 2 notti. Il nostro volo sull'aria Fiji era programmato per arrivare al 6AM di mattina. Hanno tenuto la stanza per noi e era pronto quando siamo arrivati al 7AM. La stanza era al livello del terreno. Il personale ci ha trasferiti in una villa più vicina al pranzo e alla piscina perché mia moglie cammina con un cannone e una distanza di cammino più breve è meglio per lei. La stanza era pulita e spaziosa.

We really enjoyed our stay at Crusoe’s for a week. The resort has a beautiful view, looking directly out over the reef - including from our room! The resort is fairly secluded, but we enjoyed exploring the beaches surrounding the resort for a number of days. We enjoyed the complimentary activities, including kayaking and snorkeling on the reef at high tide, as well as other organised activities with the resort, including a tour of the neighbouring village. It was also very special watching the sun set over the water at happy hour at the bar down at the water’s edge, Taki’s! The staff were a real gem and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable, as well as culturally enriched. A staff member kindly organised for a private dinner for us at the beach on our last night there, which was very special! The only thing worth noting is the wifi is fairly limited in its coverage of the resort - but we found we rarely needed it with that view! Thank you Crusoe’s for our stay!

We stayed for only 1 night on our way to rakiraki, but we cam back 2 times just to have lunch and dinner. The rooms are very fair for the price. Clean, small but with love for details. They are not new and quit basic, but I was positively surprised. Unfortunately there is no real beach, but again, if you like good food, stop there, spend a night, enjoy the beautiful porch with ocean view and have a tasty, fresh and original meal.

Il personale era carino e il posto era buono. Solo una nota - E 'un lungo cammino dal centro della città di Suva e altri negozi e cose sembrano essere almeno 15-20 min passeggiata. Il pranzo era di 4 pezzi di pane bianco, 2 uova fritte e tazze di giochi di fragole consegnate alla porta su una piastra con un bicchiere di latte. Non è il colazione ideale per me, perché non mi piacciono tutte queste cose e sono intollerante al lattosio. Non c'era acqua per una sera e tutta la notte, quindi abbiamo dovuto “docciare” con un bicchiere d'acqua che non è un problema per me, ma forse qualcosa di cui essere consapevole perché non sono sicuro quanto spesso succede in questo luogo. Non è stato un cattivo soggiorno, ma a causa del colazione non mi fermerò di nuovo.

Avevamo già avuto l'idea che le camere sarebbero date dalle recensioni, così tanto si aspettavano e non erano furiosi sul nostro soggiorno, considerato il prezzo per cui possiamo fare 4 stelle come sondaggio con un upgrade. Siamo stati al piano terra e non abbiamo avuto problemi nella nostra stanza. La pulizia era piuttosto buona. Uno dei puliziatori che avevano tornato a lavorare lì negli ultimi mesi era davvero sorprendente al suo lavoro. Il ristorante era davvero buono, non ci sono state denunce, quindi ci siamo mangiati un po'. Il sito di Rosie era anche molto utile quando abbiamo prenotato le attività. Ma il personale è quello che rende questo posto così grande atmosfera. Il bar staff Eroni (Rhonda) e Vasiti erano stupendo. Super utile per dare consigli e cosa cercare.
