The hotel itself was so good, unless there were not many things to do around there, the locating was 3 minutes from the shin yamaguchi station.

소도시 호텔이지만 시설이 좋음. 룸컨디션 최고점. 직원 친절함. 조식은 가지수가 많지 않치만 맛있음. 역에서 조금 떨어져 있지만 주변에 편의점. 식당. 디저트샵 등 있음. 대욕장이 정말 좋은편임. 재방문 의사 충분히 있음.

This was a good option if you want to visit the fish market and walk through the underground pedestrian tunnel. It is located near the metro and a bus station is located out front that will take you to the locations. A mall is located next to the hotel which has plenty of eating options. Room was small but very clean. Very helpful front desk. Good option.

Il personale è stato molto gentile e amichevole e ha cercato di aiutarci con il problema di prenotazione causata da Trip.com. L'agenzia di prenotazione (Trip.com) ci aveva prenotato come 6 ospiti e ci aveva prelevato in conseguenza. Eravamo 4 adulti e un bambino e erano stati sovraccaricati da Trip.com da 1/3 del prezzo (circa 10.000 yen). Il personale dell'hotel è stato utile, ma non ha potuto fare nulla perché questo era un errore degli agenti non dell'hotel.

La stanza è spaziosa e pulita. Il personale dell'hotel parla in gran parte giapponese, ma si può parlare con loro utilizzando Google Translate. Sono davvero gentili e utili. Si può anche prendere in prestito un capelli rettificatore e curler al lobby. Il Onsen è davvero buono. Raccomando di provare l'onsen qui; forniscono yukata e servizi, che si possono ottenere al lobby. Raccomando davvero questo hotel!

I was able to leave my bike in the entrance area of the hotel, which was very convenient. They also gave me great recommendations for local restaurants. The hot baths are beautiful, spotless, and add a real moment of relaxation. From the outside, the hotel may look plain and a bit “suburban,” but inside it has genuine character and a warm atmosphere. I’m leaving with very good memories.

My flight arrival on the early morning, and reached the hotel around 13.45-14.00. And I wanna leave luggages at the room and hope to hurry to visit another sightseeing on afternoon. But actually the hotel ignore early check-in, so I must paid 1000 yen for nothing to do at the room. I think the hotel don’t get any good mindset to traveler and don’t have any flexible about the rule of conditions. Traveling at japan disappoints and more getting tired to understand their service mind.
