The Mark Spencer Hotel

The homeless across the street are a bit scary especially seeing them doing ***** right there in the corner of the sidewalk across the street and around the right corner from the hotel, one morning looked like there was poop (and don’t think it’s dogs poop) on the sidewalk and spreader out, thank god I was able to step over it. Hotel was not bad, a bit old and the elevator is slow. But area is near the Pearl district and shops, just the situation mentioned above that made me not want to stay in that area again.

really like it. amazing. everyone's are friendly. i like the receptionist. boys and girls. u guys did very great job. location also good! will come back again.

The staff was very helpful. Great location. Loved the wine hour

Very nice old style building, historical with 100 years. So pleasant stay. Very friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Nice view from top floor. Location is very attractive to travel.

Good location and very friendly staff. Excellent stay

We rented a room with a kitchen, so very convenient for us, with a baby and an elderly

Decent hotel with a good location. Plenty of room!staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay in Portland.

The hotel was really nice overall, the front desk was really helpful and accommodating, the door man was  polite, and the value was there, especially if you’re doing things downtown in the Pearl District. My only complaint was the bathroom; there wasn’t a way to close the bathroom’s pocket door. Thankfully, being tall, I could reach above the door to pull the pocket door out, but that’s going to be problematic if you’re a shorter person.

Everything is goood and staying there’s make me feel at home.
