Hotel a 3 stelle in Distretto di Coimbra, Portogallo

L'Hotel Astoria è un elegante arredamento francese nel 1920. Molta di questa moda rimane in tattica, ma in equità, riflette anche la sua età. La posizione dell'hotel sul fiume offre facile accesso alla maggior parte di Coimbra. La città è però essenzialmente una colline gigante, quindi una passeggiata di 10 minuti lungo una passeggiata forte può essere un inconveniente significativo per molti. Il personale è estremamente amichevole e lavora duro per fornire un soggiorno confortevole. Non c'è piscina e gli ospiti possono voler apportare alcuni supplementi (lozione corporea). Questi possono essere disponibili, non mi dispiace mai chiedere. Wifi è disponibile solo in aree pubbliche. Facile da controllare le email, ma non grande per lavorare nella stanza. Sicuramente prenderà in considerazione un altro soggiorno se il prezzo è competitivo con altri hotel.

I stayed in a single room at ibis Coimbra Centro and had a pleasant experience overall. I was especially happy that the hotel fulfilled my request for a king bed. The room itself is compact but well laid out, just the right size for a solo traveler. One issue I did notice was that the room stayed quite warm, even with the temperature dial set to 15°C and the air conditioning on high. It wasn’t uncomfortable, but it’s something to be aware of. The toilet was spotless, and I really liked the wooden floors and the modern shower area. I opted for breakfast during my stay and was pleasantly surprised by the variety available. There were enough options to enjoy something different each morning, and I always left the table full and satisfied. Thank you ibis Coimbra Centro for hosting me!

The lady...is a Lady and she was kind attentive generous and I felt completely welcomed...it was as if I was staying at a living relative. Although the room was small the bathroom was ample. The room gad a query nook area by one of the two window areas...the view of the water was calming and simple, I could hear the birds in the shady trees outside my tall romantic window setting. The whole place was spotless and fresh smelling ...the bed comfortable. All looked new. It was near to everything. If I have to want anything it is a disposable shower cap. She allowed me to take her tea-Kettle to my room for my convenience which added to my comfort. Although we did not speak the same language we understood each other. I would love to return again soon. Un soggiorno meraviglioso a Coimbra! Sono rimasto a The Bagage per una sola notte, ma mi è sembrato così meraviglioso che mi sarebbe assolutamente rimasto qui senza un secondo pensiero. L'hotel stesso si trova in un bellissimo edificio storico che confonde perfettamente il fascino tradizionale con un design interno eccellente. Le alte superfici e le finestre massicce danno alle camere un incredibilmente spazioso e arricchito senso, rendendo il soggiorno particolarmente speciale. Oltre all'eccellente architettura, il servizio era di prima qualità, il ricevitore parlava eccellente inglese, era estremamente accogliente, e ha reso il processo di check-in fluido e piacevole. In generale, questo hotel mi ha davvero sollevato l'esperienza e mi ha lasciato con i migliori ricordi di Coimbra. Molto consigliato!

Buona posizione vicino alla Praça do Alcuni si lamentavano della natura claustrofica della stanza senza finestre, ma penso che sia buona come l'unica volta che ho passato in quella stanza era dormire. Il prezzo è buono e la camera è pulita e con buona posizione sono tutto quello che chiedo e l'hotel soddisfa tutto questo. La gente è amichevole e cerca di aiutare come possono, un plus aggiunto. Rimarrà lì se torno a coimbra.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Coimbra Monumentais.  The location is absolutely perfect being so close to the steps up to the University.  The facilities were fine.  My only suggestion for improvement is to automatically send the check in information rather than asking us to ask for it.  I missed that point in the reservation.  Most of our stays were with Air BnB and they automatically send the information a day or two in advance.  We came to the back door (the 7A address) and had an issue with getting in.  Once in, we were very well looked after.  Thanks so much to Mariannna!

Little hotel by the road side. Parking is free but it’s opposite building. Can park the car in front of hotel to unload luggage first. Staff speaks English and friendly. Room has no free water and fridge. Bed is comfortable n firm enough. The location is close to some attractions. However the room facing road is very noisy even when staff told me is not. Motorcycle n people walking past rounding loudly can be heard even late at night. We had bad night sleep. A room facing inwards would be better!

Hotel con buona posizione, parcheggio grande . Vista della camera sulla città, personale attento, colazione con molta varietà . Camere confortevoli , Un'esperienza da ripetere.

A comunicação entre o alojamento e a plataforma de reservas é manifestamente fraca. Eu fiz uma reserva, recebi um comjunto de documentos (voucher, factura e confirmação de reserva e pagamento), no entanto, em nenhum desses documentos foi incluido o numero do quarto nem o codigo de acesso à chave. Entrei em contacto com a propriedade, informando que iria viajar de noite e chegar de madrugada. Comuniquei essa informação por escrito na reserva. A propriedade confirmou que não haveria problema, porque com o código poderia entrar quando quisesse. Os documentos que me enviaram apenas dispunha de um PIN de 4 digitos que eu acreditei ser o codigo de acesso à chave e ao quarto. Nao. O código não funciou, os telefones de serviço da propriedade nunca foram atendidos. Na cidade contactei outros hoteis que alegadameente estavam completos. Fiz mais de 20 chamadas para os numeros que me disponibilizaram. Conclusão: passei a noite na rua. Paguei e dormi no carro, ao frio e sem qualquer conforto. Apenas me devolveram a chamada já passava das 7 da manhã.
