Hotel a 4 stelle in Prefettura di Gunma, Giappone

Poiché l'hotel ha più di 100 anni di storia, sembra che la stanza possa sentirsi un po'antica. All'inizio non sono abituata, ma quando si osserva attentamente, scoprirò che i dipendenti hanno molto prudente per organizzare tutto bene 👍  cena ／ colazione è ora. Quando uscite dalla stanza e iniziate a avvicinarsi gradualmente al ristorante, cominciate a sentire l'odore di melanzano. Scoprite che è particolarmente lieto 🤤. Il loro atteggiamento di servizio è davvero buono per 100 punti, quindi sono molto soddisfatto, parlare con me personalmente, Tutti amano vivere in hotel tradizionali giapponesi, questo è il mio secondo hotel preferito 😍

One of the more superior ryokans we stayed in. Awesome onsen, both indoors and outdoors, with excellent service from all staff. Upon entering the car park, staff will come with umbrellas to help with luggage and it was a very very light drizzle. We had dinner in the room and breakfast in the common area but still segregated for privacy. The food was delicious- we had wagyu and enjoyed it very much. When we left, the owner’s daughter was sending us off at the entrance. 100% would return for another stay if we venture to Kusatsu onsen again.

We love this hotel for its convenience and location. It is a perfect stop over, located across a mall and supermarket. Rooms are clean and neat. Check in is above the station mall. Hotel do not offer parking but there are many overnight parking around the hotel.

My stay at Kamenoi Hotel Kusatsu was excellent. The onsen was very clean and quite spacious, making it a relaxing experience. The hotel also has a convenient shortcut that leads directly to the Yubatake pedestrian area, which is a big plus. Both breakfast and dinner were buffet-style with a wide variety of dishes — plenty of options and all very enjoyable. The service was great, and the room was comfortable to sleep in. The only downside is that there were a bit too few power outlets in the room, but it wasn’t a major problem. Overall, a fantastic stay and highly recommended for anyone visiting Kusatsu.

La biancheria calda della neve è stata realizzata ♨️ Il biancheria calda è stata portata dalla zuppa di soppa di biancheria, la temperatura è abbastanza alta. We had a very good overall experience at this onsen hotel. The atmosphere was relaxing, and we enjoyed our stay very much. We especially appreciated having an English-speaking staff member available — it made communication much easier and helped us feel more comfortable during our visit.

L'hotel è stato facile da raggiungere, con l'autobus che conduce in un programma stretto. Il personale era molto attento, amichevole e accogliente senza essere troppo sovraccarico e in grado di soddisfare facilmente tutte le nostre esigenze. Il cibo era sorprendente, con il servizio di nuovo eccellente, e la crema complimentare di ghiaccio era molto piccante. Sarà facile pensare di rimanere di nuovo se torno in Giappone. 11/10.

The food and service in this hotel is absolutely great. We enjoyed onsen. After check out, the host is willing to keep luggage for us and arrange shuttle to skiing resort.The host is very friendly. Thank you.

I stayed at this onsen hostel and had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent—very convenient for exploring the area. The staff spoke English, which made communication smooth, and the place had a nice mix of Japanese and Western atmosphere. Everything was clean and comfortable. That said, I was hoping for a more traditional, authentic onsen experience. Still, it’s a great option for travelers looking for comfort and accessibility.

Era a pochi passi dalla fermata di autobus Minakami Onsen e la stanza era pulita. Non abbiamo avuto colazione lì, perché il prezzo era un po 'sopra per noi (~27 SGD) ma c'è una paniera e un altro F&B, quindi il cibo non era un problema. Forniscono anche PJ e un cardigano da mettere. Anche il personale era bello.
