What a trip! The rooms are MASSIVE. It's essentially a full apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. The beds are extra extra large so perfect for families. For Western travellers, you may find the bed a bit hard. We were perfectly happy with it though. I personally will recommend Holiday Inn at the resort for those with kids. It's right next to the beginner tracks and that hotel hosts all the children activities and kids club. Though I don't know what the room is like. More from a location perspective. Wanda Jin Suites has 2 buildings. Best to get the 1st building as much closer to the beginner tracks and the service centre to rent ski gears. We were in the 2nd building. I will say from a location perspective, it was inconvenient for us as once you have snow boots on, it's a trek to carry your ski gears back and forth. There are lockers to put your ski gears in so we'll utilise that more next time. You do need WeChat though and if you don't have a local number, it gets difficult. If you're from Australia, just lose the 0 and add 18 at the front of your mobile number and that will get you through. But best to just get a local SIM to save you the hassle. But from a food perspective, they're right outside the building and short walk to the hot springs and the water park which is all included in the hotel fees. Including ski pass and going to the snow playground. At the snow playground, there's snowmobiles for kids to ride on amongst a lot of other activities. But that's extra money. Again, need WeChat. The hotel concierge when you check in will add you into their WeChat and you can ask them questions and they'll help you. Very convenient. It's an amazing place to come with kids. Water park is insane there and my son had a blast. The hot spring was also an amazing experience. Though very cold to get in and out of the hot springs at -20C. There are other activities outside the resort which hotel concierge will help you arrange. They can also shuttle you to the nearby village for more authentic food if you don't want to eat inside the resort. Beaware that the pharmacy at the resort does not have any ibuprofen or paracetemol. Strongly advise you get WeChat. You can book pretty much all the activities through their WeChat mini app. Including ski coaches. There are rogue ski coaches coming up to you to get business so beware. We almost got on a shuttle with a rogue coach that were gonna take us elsewhere and weren't even letting adults come (it was for the kids) and a hotel staff came up and essentially stopped them and forced them to give back the deposit. Book your coaches early. They book out quick. Particularly snowboarding. We also booked an igloo making class for our son and he had an amazing time. Though it's all in Mandarin of course. They have half day and full day camps for kids so parents can drop off and chill for the day. The staff here can barely speak English so bring your AI translator with you. We had less of a problem since I can speak Chinese but my husband often got stuck and needed me or even my son to help navigate around. Make sure you go back to the counter after returning your ski gear at the end of your stay to get your deposit back. We had an amazing time and would consider coming back.

Their attentive care and constant check-ins throughout my stay made me feel truly valued and were the highlights of my trip. The dining experience was equally impressive. The breakfast buffet featured a wide variety of delicious options, and the on-site restaurant served a diverse menu where every dish was flavorful. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed. I will certainly choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Era incredibilmente attenta e pensativa, ci aiutava a organizzare il trasporto e anche a rimandare una parcella in Malaysia. Il cibo dell'hotel è stato delizioso e confortevole, anche se speriamo di avere una maggiore varietà in futuro. Uno dei miglioramenti è che sarebbe bello avere una mappa per rendere la zona più turistica. Ci sono molti negozi intorno all'hotel, ma non l'abbiamo realizzato fino a dopo lo sci. Speciale urla al nostro Governatore Xiao e al mese!!! entrambi erano così dolci e utili l'intero soggiorno 🥹❤️ Veramente faceva tutto sentire molto confortevole e tranquillo per noi. Posso sentire il loro sforzo e cura 100%!! Le risposte erano sempre super veloci (quasi immediatamente) e si sono davvero accolte tutte le nostre esigenze 🥹Sentivo che si prendeva cura del tempo intero 🥹🥹 Plaza corona dare a entrambi alcuni crediti ben meritati! 😍 Se stai pianificando un viaggio a Changbaishan, consiglia questo posto!!

Situato nel cuore della zona turistica, gode di una posizione comoda vicino a tutto. Le camere sono ben fornite di articoli da toeletta e le aree comuni sono pulite e ordinate. La posizione è eccellente e il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo. Il maggiordomo, Haha, è stato gentile e disponibile, rispondendo sempre prontamente a qualsiasi domanda. Nel complesso, un'esperienza davvero positiva. Tornerò sicuramente la prossima volta e non vedo l'ora di vivere un'esperienza ancora più piacevole in inverno.

Our stay at Park Kairos was amazing! The staff are very friendly especially the VIP manager’s service. Location of the hotel is also excellent and most importantly, it is well decorated and clean. Enjoyed our stay in the Korean style room. The staff even prepared a fruit platter for a birthday celebration. Highly recommend!
