Beautiful hotel. Grand entrance with chandelier. Easy check in. Warm welcome from staff. Hotel staff Assisted with every request and made the holiday pleasant. Room had beautiful river and city views. Was actually better than the pictures online. Breakfast location: High ceilings and full windows overlooking the city and river. Spacious. Great selection of different cuisines. Highly recommended. Will definitely visit again.

Changbai Mountain Landscape International Eco-Exchange Center — where “eco-exchange” really means exchanging knee joints for enlightenment 🐕🦺❄️ This old dog picked this place as a first-timer to Changbaishan because on paper it reads like a dream: ✔️ 5-minute walk to the Changbai Mountain VIP entrance ✔️ Hot springs inside the compound ✔️ “Eco-exchange” — which I later learned refers to exchanging comfort for character development Location? Prime marrow bone. 🦴 Reality, however, is a scenic winter obstacle course. The hotel is thoughtfully scattered across three separate buildings — one for check-in and breakfast, another for hot springs, and because suspense is important in life, the Food Plaza lives in yet another building. In winter. On ice. With wind that slaps. Not exactly age-old-dog friendly. I waddled. I shuffled. I negotiated with my knees. At one point I believe my soul lagged behind and had to catch up. To offset this Arctic triathlon, the staff are available 24/7 on WeChat, responding faster than I can type “why did I choose this hotel?” Efficiency deserves a respectful tail wag. 🐾 Now let’s talk Food Plaza, the hotel’s redemption arc. The food is genuinely scrumptious, warming, and emotionally supportive after being bullied by Changbai winds. Takeaway is allowed — which means you carry it yourself. Eco-exchange again. This dog fetches his own dinner. 🥸 Then there’s the hot spring schedule. Opens at 13:30. When the mountain is closed and the hot spring is closed what exactly is an old dog meant to do? Stare into the snow? Question life decisions? Age visibly? Ah yes — write this review. ✔️ ⚠️ Now, the bone that refuses to go down smoothly. Despite having a relaxed stay, I felt continuously pressed for a 5-star review — on departure day from the first meeting in the lobby to gentle reminders all the way up the bus. At that point, it stopped feeling like hospitality and started feeling like an exam I didn’t sign up for. It made me sad, actually — because it suggests staff performance may be chained to guest reviews like sled dogs pulling corporate KPIs. Trip.com, if you’re listening: no guest should ever be pressured to review. The moment reviews are pushed, ratings stop being honest and start being decorative. This old dog is an independent reviewer. I don’t bark on command. I don’t roll over for stars. And the harder the push, the more my paw hovers over the lowest rating out of pure principle. Il nostro soggiorno a Park Kairo è stato fantastico! Il personale è molto amichevole, soprattutto il servizio del manager VIP. La posizione dell'hotel è anche eccellente e, soprattutto, è ben decorato e pulito. Godetevi il nostro soggiorno nella stanza coreana. Il personale ha anche preparato un piatto di frutta per una festa di compleanno. Molto consigliato!

L'ambiente dell'hotel è di prima classe, è molto comodo prendere un taxi nelle vicinanze, quindi è molto comodo andare ovunque. La camera dell'hotel era molto confortevole ed è stata la migliore notte di sonno che ho avuto durante un viaggio di più giorni. La cosa più importante era che la temperatura era moderata e la camera era molto spaziosa. Il servizio alla reception è molto professionale, paziente e molto efficiente. Soprattutto il senior manager dell'hotel, Crystal, parla un inglese fluente, il che rende ancora più difficile lasciare una buona impressione ai viaggiatori fuori città. È molto premuroso che l'hotel consegni frutta.

Le strutture dell'hotel sono molto lussuose e il servizio è attento. In particolare, siamo rimasti commossi dal servizio molto premuroso del manager Xiao Zhai. Ci sono sorprese ragionevoli e inaspettate ovunque nell'hotel. Ci sono frutta di benvenuto e piccoli regali quando entri nella stanza. La colazione è ricca e deliziosa con un'ampia varietà. Dopo cena puoi andare in palestra e nuotare. L'acqua della piscina è molto limpida! Consigliato nuovamente e vale la pena provarlo!

Il hotel è vicino al ristorante sciistico. Non c'è bisogno di aspettare gli autobus per camminare per il ristorante sciistico, il villaggio sciistico e anche la primavera calda. Questo hotel è molto utile. Una notte è troppo meno per noi di godere di tutto. Ha avuto un sorprendente sonno. Ho un bagno. La camera è grande e con una vasta vista sulla zona sciistica. Veramente bella 5 stelle.

La nostra famiglia di 4 aveva un meraviglioso soggiorno di 2 notti a metà dicembre. Il servizio di grande importanza è iniziato anche prima del nostro soggiorno, poiché abbiamo 2 concierge personali Xiao Zhang & assegnati a noi. Abbiamo chiesto di collegare le camere via Trip e Xiao Zhang & ci ha contattati direttamente via WeChat. Non solo ci hanno aiutato a raggiungere le camere di connessione, hanno anche dato consigli e hanno aiutato a organizzare il nostro bagaglio da inviare all'hotel mentre un conducente privato (costi aggiuntivi) ci ha scelti dalla stazione ferroviaria per iniziare immediatamente la nostra tour di Changbaishan. E' stata la prima volta che la nostra famiglia ha cercato di sciare e abbiamo chiesto al nostro concierge di organizzare un allenatore privato (costi aggiuntivi). Immediatamente dopo l'arrivo al cappello di sci, l'allenatore ci aspettava e ci condusse attraverso l'intero caotico processo di raccolta e di indossamento delle attrezzature. L'hotel ha accesso diretto e illimitato alla primavera calda e ha anche una grande esperienza da non perdere (Non dimenticare di imballare il vostro costume da bagno!) Ha anche una piscina di pesce dove noi immergiamo tutto il corpo. C'è anche un bellissimo Paradiso per animali diversi che si possono nutrire. In generale ci sono molte attività per tutti e sicuramente consigliamo l'hotel a tutti che vengono a Changbaishan.

Questo hotel ha una posizione eccellente e comodi trasporti. Le camere sono spaziose e ben attrezzate e i letti sono comodi per un buon riposo notturno. L'atteggiamento del servizio è cordiale e premuroso e il rapporto con gli ospiti White Joe James è educato e professionale. La scelta della colazione è ricca, nel complesso si tratta di un'esperienza di soggiorno piacevole e confortevole, molto adatta per viaggi d'affari o di piacere.

Doppio albero Hilton è un hotel fantastico con servizio professionale dal personale di terra. Breakfast buffet e cena al ”LUSH” TUDO GIORNO. La biscotti di firma a due alberi è sempre il nostro preferito e grazie per il libero Valcano onsen e per la libertà di girare indietro e avanti alle attività sciistiche.
