Hotel a 3 stelle in Kent, Regno Unito

La stanza era pulita, comoda e ben mantenuta. Anche se era una stanza standard, aveva tutto quello che ci serviva per un soggiorno confortevole. In generale, siamo stati molto soddisfatti della nostra esperienza e saremmo felici di restare qui di nuovo. Grazie all'intera squadra per il loro eccellente servizio!

The location of the hotel was ideal for me visiting a retailer at Bluewater however it would be difficult without a car. The is a free to use car park with plenty of space for residents however there appears to be an Indian restuarant being built on the site as part of the hotel building which would cause major issues for residents looking to get parked if arriving after dinner service in the evening starts. The reception is largely unmanned and you need to call a mobile number for any issues. In fairness, when I checked in, the chap on reception told me there was an issue with the hot water but would be sorted within an hour. Sure enough it was. The following morning, getting ready for work, there was no hot water, so I called the mobole number and the chap told me he'll get it sorted right away. Sure enough within 30 minutes it was working. I believe the issue was with the pump as once started, there was plenty of hot water. The room was absolutely as seen in the photos. Lovely large spacious room with a skylight Velux style window, so plenty of fresh air. The aircon unit worked a treat for the warm muggy evening and night. There was an abundance of tea, coffee and some bisuits was was a real treat. There was also a couple of bottles of water which was a nice touch. Overall, I would stay here again and hopefully next time, the onsite Indian restuarant will be open.

A standard Premier Inn... room was clean and modern, the rest of the hotel a little tired but for the price and what I expected it was totally fine. An easy stroll into Canterbury, but you do need to walk through an underpass which some people may find problematic esp. late at night, but I am sure it's safe. WiFi is throttled to encourage you to upgrade... not a fan of this.

What an amazing hidden gem this is. Nestled on a hill top overlooking the marshes with Warehorn church over the road, this pub with rooms is a must for a romantic get away. We arrived early and had a drink in the bar, which is beautifully quirky, a welcoming log fire burning and a wide selection of drinks. We had booked ”Niddy” an attic room with so much to give, a comfy bed, roll top bath, and so much character. The only ****** I had with the room, was the W.C squeezed into the roof space it was a little awkward to stand up and wee, but that's a small thing when it comes to such a great room. Requesting a quiet table for dinner, we were given one in a side area and again we couldn't believe it, it was super romantic and we had the whole room to ourselves. Our waiter Muli was so good, he was attentive but not intruding, and so funny, we haven't had many meals out and he really did make the evening. The food was excellent and the vegan burger was one of the best I have had. The location was brilliant, if you're into walking, cycling, birdwatching or wanting to visit local sites (rye was only 20min drive away) The rest of the staff were also brilliant, and couldn't do enough for us. We will definitely return.

C'era un odore davvero umido, la maniglia della porta era appesa, non era sporca ma solo molto stanca, ma il prezzo era super economico, siamo stati lì solo dalle 2 alle 8 del mattino solo per dormire un paio d'ore, quindi andava bene.

The room had a strong and unpleasant smell, particularly from the carpet. I also believe the room had not been cleaned properly. When I mentioned the smell to reception, they provided a room freshener, which I sprayed on the carpet, and the smell improved significantly. The bathroom lighting was inadequate, with only the mirror light working. In addition, there was no hot water, only cold water, which was very inconvenient. The bed and mattress were of very poor quality and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. On a positive note, the reception staff were friendly and helpful. However, the cleaning and maintenance teams could do a much better job. Basic checks should be carried out before renting out a room, including ensuring there are no unpleasant smells, the hot and cold water are working properly, the lighting is functional, and the bed and mattress are in good condition. Overall, there is room for significant improvement in housekeeping and maintenance standards.

離西站步行10分鐘，路對行李箱不友好。房間大小可接受，樓梯又窄又陡，還好前台小哥幫提了行李上樓。洗澡間僅夠一人容身，沒掛換洗衣服的地方。沒空調，衹有塔扇，小孩熱得睡不好。早餐看介紹是7點開始，實際是8點開始。因為趕早班火車，即使訂房含早餐，也沒的吃。位置距離景點近，旁邊是sainburry超市。

Questo è un posto conveniente, il personale che ho incontrato è stato bello e molto utile. Le camere sono molto standard ma pulite. Mi è stato detto che i nuovi distributori di sapone erano in attesa di consegna, così è stato fornito con una tazza di sapone a mano. Non grande, ma almeno non sono stato lasciato senza. Non è il mio posto normale, perché preferisco un po' più tranquillo, ma con la sua posizione e il mio soggiorno cadendo in un fine settimana il rumore esterno era un po' distratto mentre cercavo di dormire. Anche la stanza assegnata che avevo lasciato anche la stanza per il rumore interno e le porte erano spesso aperte e chiuse. Il parcheggio era confuso al primo posto. Il parcheggio intorno al retro è un parcheggio di soggiorno breve, quindi ho dovuto spostare la mia auto nella multistoria in strada e camminare indietro, ma non gli hotel sono colpa e sono grato che mi hanno detto. Per me mi piace un po'piu' in una stanza, ma per il prezzo che non puoi mettere in gamba

Stunning view of the Straits of Dover and France on the Horizon. Reception was always helpful with advice on the best restaurants and provided extra milk / tea/ coffee sachets for our morning cup of tea/coffee as there was an electric  jug in the room. A spacious room with easy opening windows for a fresh onshore sea breeze. The only ‘problem’ was a below standard shower; as the water came out of the shower rose at a warm trickle. Unfortunately the beautiful bath tub could only be filled with shower water, the bath tub taps did not work, which was so slow it became cold, and several boiled jugs of water had to be added to have a luke-warm bath. On checkout the reception staff apologized for the sub-standard shower/ bath. They said that they are in the process of upgrading rooms, and would have been happy to give us a better room with a better shower/ bath. Overall: a wonderful experience.
