Hotel a 3 stelle in Contea di Kaunas, Lituania

Spacious and beautifully designed room, with an oddly cramped bathroom. Shower soap bottle was empty when we checked in which was super inconvenient. Lighting would be nice if it wasn't motion-controlled and constantly went on and off while sitting in the room.

The hotel is next to Kaunas coach station & 10 mins walk to train station. The room is clean & breakfast is good. Old town only a few bus stops away & Akropolis Shopping mall is 15 mins walk. Will come back to this hotel.

L'edificio è a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Kaunas. La stanza è abbastanza piccola, più di quanto sembrava nelle foto. Non c'è spazio sufficiente per muoversi o aprire la valigia. Si noti che non c'erano piatti nel bagno, quindi non si poteva piatti il secchetto. Gli unici involucri della stanza erano dietro il letto (non utili perché non c'era spazio per poterlo spostare) o alla fine in un spazio abbastanza inaccessibile. La pulizia della stanza potrebbe anche migliorare.

Stavo per una notte e sono felice della mia scelta hotel. Bellamente moderno e vicino al centro di Kaunas e proprio davanti agli autobus e alle stazioni di treno. Molto buona opzione se avete un bus o treno presto il giorno dopo. Buffet colazione era piuttosto buono. Ho scelto il caffè, le uova fritte, i salmoni fumati e un paio di pasticce deliziose. Ci sono anche un bar/restaurante sul tetto. Puoi andare lì e controllare la vista della città. Il personale era amichevole. Viaggiavo in Asia e mi sorprendeva di non trovare slips nella stanza 😅 e non aspettavo altro nella stanza oltre a una bottiglia di acqua minerale, 2 asciugamani e un asciugacapelli. Suppongo che sia stato curato per i fan di basket che vengono a guardare i giochi nell'arena vicina.

Bella stanza, buon hotel, parcheggio con tariffe per auto elettriche.

Bello appartamento.Interno freddo.Le strutture sono più che sufficienti (microonde, frigo, TV, asciugacapelli, utensili da cucina, ecc.) trovo un po' freddo. Tornerò se visitarò Kaunas di nuovo.

My recent stay at Kaunas City Hotel was okay overall, but there were a few noticeable downsides. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful during check-in. However, the biggest issue was the noise insulation between rooms. I could clearly hear conversations, TV sounds, and even footsteps from neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep. While the hotel has some positive aspects, such as free parking in the heart of the Kaunas City, the lack of soundproofing really impacted my experience. If you're a light sleeper, this might not be the best choice. With some improvements in this area, it could be a much better stay. For now, it was just average.

This time, I stayed here as part of a journey tracing the footsteps of Chiune Sugihara, and it did not disappoint. The hotel faces the main street, with restaurants and shops nearby, making it convenient for sightseeing. The rooms, with the stately construction characteristic of historic buildings and modern comfort, were perfect for relieving the fatigue of travel. What left a particularly strong impression was the courteous service of the staff. They willingly answered questions about Chiune Sugihara and their deep knowledge of history was impressive. If you visit Kaunas, I highly recommend staying at this hotel.
