The room is very clean and space is very good in Japan standard. The front desk staff are super helpful. I wanted to open a bottle of wine and didn't have a wine opener. When I asked the front desk staff. He tried his best to help and unfortunately there was not a wine opener and I borrowed a beer opener instead. Just a few minutes later, I managed to open the wine using the beer opener and I went down to the front desk to return the opener. When lift door opened, I saw the front staff wanted to get into the lift with a screwdriver and 2 screws in his hand. I was really so touched when I saw him not giving up and still wanted to help me. I am totally zero to Japanese, and I can't remember the gentleman's name unfortunately. I really want to say a big thank you to the gentleman who tried his best to help me. The location of the hotel is good with a supermarket and a convenient shop next door. There a massage chair in the room for guests to use at FOC. I you drive, there is car park on-site and it's free.

Hotel pulito con sorprendente con l'Oceano Pacifico dall'interno della stanza. Il personale è molto utile e offre di portare il mio bagaglio sulle scale. Tuttavia, a causa della barriera linguistica, non mi ha detto che potrei vedere l'oceano e risalire dal sole dalla mia stanza. Non ho visto la bella vista, perché le tende sono chiuse, e non ho scoperto la vista fino a quando non sono andato a controllare, e mi dispiace, perché credo che il risalto del sole sarebbe stupendo. Si consiglia di prenotare in anticipo al ristorante, perché non c'è molto da mangiare e negozi vicino. Il ristorante è piccolo, quindi potrebbe non essere in grado di soddisfare gli ordini di ultima istanza. In generale, un soggiorno molto bello, considerato il bilancio, adatto per coloro che guidano.

the hotel room is nice , best shower even in Japan. but the sink is too low, good size for the child , too low for an adult the hotel has swimming pool, the pool is belong to the gym , normally require the membership ,but you just need to show the counter that you are staying in the hotel they will let you in. if you dont have the swimming suit, they have the swimming suit to borrow which was nice . they don't really speak English, that was a little tough to communicate. they have laundry machine at 3rd floor to use. the breakfast was acceptable , if you are foreigner, like western food , they have croissant, chocolate bread, salad, bacon. it was a good stay.

Within 5 minutes walk from Kochi Train Station to the hotel. Not much eateries in the immediate 5 minutes radius but if you take a 10 minutes walk down or 5 minutes tram ride, you can find an entire street of local shopping and eateries. Do visit the Hirome Market and Kochi Castle which is nearby too! Hotel receptionist do not speak much English but they are super hospitable and easy to communicate via English with them using an amazing translation device they have! Had to do luggage delivery service and they were super helpful! Would definitely stay in this hotel the next time we visit Kochi!

La posizione è remota e devi guidare da solo. Il personale dell'hotel è cortese e proattivo. La hall e il ristorante hanno una vista fantastica👍È un peccato che ci sia un enorme divario con la stanza, il che è un forte contrasto. La stanza è molto vecchia, il bagno è molto piccolo ed è difficile girarsi. Anche la sorgente termale è nella media. La cena è ricca, deliziosa e unica. Si consiglia all'hotel di rinnovare la stanza. È così deludente.

受付の方たちの雰囲気も良くとても親切で気持ち良かったです。 また、朝食で利用させていただいたレストランのスタッフの女性2名もとても親切でご飯も美味しくとても満足しました。 アンパンマンが好きな娘がアンパンマンのおもちゃをいただき嬉しそうにしていました。 ありがとうございました。 部屋の扉の角部分に埃が溜まっていたのが少し気になってしまいましたがそれ以外は清潔で子ども連れでも泊まれるので助かりました。 エレベーターがとてもたばこ臭かったのですが、これは宿泊していたお客さんの問題でホテルの問題ではないと思います。

房間很小但是乾淨，早餐是半自助的，飲料，主食，水果，湯，蔬菜色拉及一些當地特色菜可以自由取食，主菜可以選擇一份，非常好。唯一感覺不太好的是入住當天，因為颱風有大雨，到酒店時是12點，未到入住時間，問前台是否有打掃好的房間可以先辦理入住，方便換一下淋濕的衣服，前台服務員查了一下電腦，説可以付費1000日元辦理提前入住，儘管金額不多，但是感覺不舒服，以前在歐洲辦理入住時，如果有打掃乾淨的房間一般都會提前給房卡辦理入住。酒店按照規則辦事但是缺少人情味

As a solo traveler, JR Clement Kochi Inn was perfect for my needs. The cost performance was excellent, offering great value for money. I only slept there, but the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and the check-in process was smooth. Highly recommended for budget-conscious travelers.

Questo Ryokan è stato un'assoluta sorpresa positiva per noi. Anche se è un po' vecchio e sicuramente lontano (15 km al prossimo supermercato e Conbini), ha una posizione perfetta in questa parte dell'isola. A noi piaceva la vista sul mare e la vista all'aperto che era libera di usare, e il colazione era anche grande e aveva una grande selezione di un tipico ryokan giapponese.
