Amazing place to stay. Staff members are very kind and the place is super clean. Hotel arranged tours are also really nice.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Hotel Agra, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully maintained, offering luxurious rooms, world-class amenities, and a serene atmosphere that ensures complete relaxation. A special shoutout goes to Jannat, who truly made my stay unforgettable. She upgraded me to a complimentary suite with a stunning view of the Taj Mahal, which was absolutely magical. She also arranged a complimentary breakfast that was both delicious and the perfect start to my day. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and warm hospitality made me feel so welcomed and valued. The hotel itself boasts fantastic features, including a rooftop restaurant and a gym, both offering breathtaking views of the Taj Mahal. Whether you’re enjoying a workout or dining under the stars, the views are simply mesmerizing. I cannot recommend Radisson Hotel Agra enough for anyone seeking luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. This place has it all, and I will definitely be returning with my friends and family! L'hotel è un po' fuori città e non molto standard del Marriott.. il cibo non è fresco. La camera è bella, piccola ma accogliente. Il personale è sempre pronto ad aiutare e cordiale. Ma controlla attentamente perché i sovraccarichi sembrano verificarsi abbastanza spesso. La piscina è super bella, così come la palestra ben attrezzata. Molti turisti internazionali. Taj Mahal è vicino e carino!

Amazing hotel! It deserves the 5-stars quality. The hotel staff especially has a sense of hospitality. Actively, they were asking customer needs like asking for additional foods at a breakfast venue, giving us cake assorts with a handwriting letter for me, and setting enough drinkable water with eco friendly recycled glass bottle. Passively, whenever we asked by phone, they replied and actioned as soon as possible like giving us additional towels, lending us a wine opener, and letting us know info related to sightseeing around the hotel. When I come to Agra and my friends have a trip to it, I strongly come to and recommend it.

Questo è il nostro secondo soggiorno dopo 2022-23. Questo tempo di soggiorno è stato deludente principalmente a causa della scarsa gestione del servizio. Alla sua arrivo nessuno ha assistito a prendere o portare bagagli nella stanza. Dopo il check-in, ho chiesto l’acqua potabile, ma nonostante le ripetute seguite, ci è voluto quasi un’ora per consegnare l’acqua alla stanza. La maggior parte del personale dell'hotel sembrava essere completamente occupata con la gestione di una cerimonia di matrimonio e con una conferenza che si svolgeva simultaneamente in due diverse aree all'interno della proprietà. Sebbene gli eventi siano comprensibili, gli ospiti interni non dovrebbero essere costretti a soffrire a causa di una scarsa priorità e di una scarsa dotazione di personale. La situazione è peggiore: le tariffe sono più elevate di quelle degli hotel di cinque stelle, come il Taj di Agra, ma le norme di servizio sono molto meno basse di quanto si possa aspettare. Vorrei pensare due volte prima di scegliere nuovamente questa proprietà.

È un hotel relativamente vecchio nella zona panoramica, quindi è pulito e igienico, ma i vari servizi nella stanza sono relativamente vecchi. Con così tanti turisti, la colazione sembrerà di essere seduti in un mercato ortofrutticolo e sarà molto rumoroso. La cosa peggiore è che l'hotel non fornisce acqua minerale in bottiglia, di cui noi turisti stranieri abbiamo più bisogno, perché l'hotel rifiuta le bottiglie di plastica. O bevi l'acqua in lattina dell'hotel (sembra acqua del rubinetto) oppure devi acquistare bottiglie di vetro di acqua minerale più costose a un prezzo elevato (è anche scomodo portarla con te quando vai alle attrazioni)

Good breakfast buffet 3. swimming pool Need to improve things 1. the floor mats smells need to be cleaned. 2. the customer checkout services needs to be improved..I requested for a extension but just allow 30 minutes..need to provide better customer service. 3. customer baggage handling issues..too many people so the baggage counter denied to keep the baggage after checkout.

A beautiful experience at this hotel. The service and attention to guests are among the hotel's greatest strengths. The rooms were exceptionally clean, the pool was large, and the spa and gym were very well equipped. Our stay was made even more enjoyable thanks to Rishikesh, a member of the staff who was extremely kind, helpful, and attentive

Per una notte sono rimasto a Crowne Plaza e ho avuto una piacevole esperienza. Il processo di check-in è stato regolare e il personale è stato cortese, assicurandosi che tutto fosse ben organizzato. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e ben mantenuta con tutte le attrezzature necessarie, il letto era confortevole e si assicurava un riposo dopo un lungo giorno.
