Hotel a 5 stelle in Uttar Pradesh, India

Hotel is good with all amenities near by But service very very bad or did not expect this from this hotel Very very very slow service n does not respond until 2 nd call Check out cleared but nobody come to help with the luggage even though it was mentioned they will send the support person in 5-10mins n until second reminder reception did not bother to send the guy. After the breakfast nobody there to respond what we need even mentioned they were little reluctant the 2 ladies( one in white shirt n other in red shirt) in the breakfast section. After couple of reminders we got what we need . Thanq for the guys in breakfast session for their prompt response n attention for what is required for my 78years old mom n made her comfortable for her choice of food . Food is good with all sorts of breakfast choices Strange thing which I noticed first time is during check out reception place nobody bothered to ask how was the stay 😃  Finally guys ( red)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Hotel Agra, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully maintained, offering luxurious rooms, world-class amenities, and a serene atmosphere that ensures complete relaxation. A special shoutout goes to Jannat, who truly made my stay unforgettable. She upgraded me to a complimentary suite with a stunning view of the Taj Mahal, which was absolutely magical. She also arranged a complimentary breakfast that was both delicious and the perfect start to my day. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and warm hospitality made me feel so welcomed and valued. The hotel itself boasts fantastic features, including a rooftop restaurant and a gym, both offering breathtaking views of the Taj Mahal. Whether you’re enjoying a workout or dining under the stars, the views are simply mesmerizing. I cannot recommend Radisson Hotel Agra enough for anyone seeking luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. This place has it all, and I will definitely be returning with my friends and family! Hyatt doesn't need a review anymore. Everything was perfect.

L'hotel è un po' fuori città e non molto standard del Marriott.. il cibo non è fresco. La camera è bella, piccola ma accogliente. Il personale è sempre pronto ad aiutare e cordiale. Ma controlla attentamente perché i sovraccarichi sembrano verificarsi abbastanza spesso. La piscina è super bella, così come la palestra ben attrezzata. Molti turisti internazionali. Taj Mahal è vicino e carino!

We stayed at Taj for two nights with our kids and we loved it. They welcomed us with full Indian traditions and check-in was seamless. It was awesome experience at every step from their front desk to house keeping. Food was great. Speacial thanks to their house keeping staff Omveer who put smile on my 6 year old son with his beautiful gesture by lining up his toy cars which my son absolutely loved. Will definitely stay at Taj again.

Amazing hotel! It deserves the 5-stars quality. The hotel staff especially has a sense of hospitality. Actively, they were asking customer needs like asking for additional foods at a breakfast venue, giving us cake assorts with a handwriting letter for me, and setting enough drinkable water with eco friendly recycled glass bottle. Passively, whenever we asked by phone, they replied and actioned as soon as possible like giving us additional towels, lending us a wine opener, and letting us know info related to sightseeing around the hotel. When I come to Agra and my friends have a trip to it, I strongly come to and recommend it.

Had a wonderful stay, nice rooms, decent location, my stay was so great due to the staffs they are so welcoming and helpfull. And they have 2 dogs Max and Maya which is damn cute. The roof top restaurant is insanely pricy in my opinion, 17USD for friend rice which taste just ok nothing specially and plus we in india so like im just shocked.

Questo è il nostro secondo soggiorno dopo 2022-23. Questo tempo di soggiorno è stato deludente principalmente a causa della scarsa gestione del servizio. Alla sua arrivo nessuno ha assistito a prendere o portare bagagli nella stanza. Dopo il check-in, ho chiesto l’acqua potabile, ma nonostante le ripetute seguite, ci è voluto quasi un’ora per consegnare l’acqua alla stanza. La maggior parte del personale dell'hotel sembrava essere completamente occupata con la gestione di una cerimonia di matrimonio e con una conferenza che si svolgeva simultaneamente in due diverse aree all'interno della proprietà. Sebbene gli eventi siano comprensibili, gli ospiti interni non dovrebbero essere costretti a soffrire a causa di una scarsa priorità e di una scarsa dotazione di personale. La situazione è peggiore: le tariffe sono più elevate di quelle degli hotel di cinque stelle, come il Taj di Agra, ma le norme di servizio sono molto meno basse di quanto si possa aspettare. Vorrei pensare due volte prima di scegliere nuovamente questa proprietà.

Soggiornare all'ITC Mughal Hotel è stato un vero incanto! Dal momento in cui ho messo piede nella proprietà, sono stato accolto con calore e ospitalità impeccabile. L'atmosfera dell'hotel trasuda lusso ed eleganza, con ogni dettaglio minuziosamente curato per riflettere la ricca eredità Mughal. La camera era spaziosa, meticolosamente pulita e adornata con servizi di lusso, garantendo un soggiorno confortevole e piacevole. L'esperienza culinaria ha superato tutte le aspettative, con una vasta gamma di deliziose cucine che hanno stuzzicato le mie papille gustative. Il personale ha fatto di tutto per soddisfare ogni mia esigenza, fornendo un servizio personalizzato con un sorriso genuino. I lussureggianti giardini dell'hotel e la straordinaria architettura hanno fornito lo sfondo perfetto per il relax e l'esplorazione. Senza dubbio, l'ITC Mughal Hotel ha fissato lo standard per le sistemazioni di lusso, guadagnandosi la mia entusiasta valutazione a cinque stelle.

La posizione dell'hotel è comoda, le strutture sono complete e il soggiorno è comodo; il cibo del ristorante è buono!Se c'è una stanza perfetta per fumare.Vale la pena consigliare di rimanere, il rapporto costo-benefici è molto alto.
