Hotel a 5 stelle in Uttar Pradesh, India

The Hotel is located in a rather congested area without a shred of greenery. The check in was quick and the room was kept ready. A few structural fallacies in the room were realised only later by me. The glass  door of the shower cubicle had almost 2.5 inches space at he bottom and an inch on the sides. With the result water would pour out on taking a bath and wet the entire wash room. The shower heads were also blocked and it was not a happy experience having the plumber working in the toilet on a ladder for almost an hour trying to clean the shower heads. Regarding housekeeping , on day 2 of my stay the housekeeping arrived after repeated calls to the reception only at 5 pm and on day 3 they came at 2 pm only on personally complaining at the reception. This was unacceptable since all our towels were already utilised in mopping the wet floor in the washroom. There is only one restaurant in the Hotel where I found the staff very cordial and friendly though the menu could be more elaborate…. it definitely was not up to the industry standard which would justify the costs. In a nutshell you could try the Hotel out provided you are prepared to deal with the few lacunae that exist at this point of time.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Hotel Agra, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully maintained, offering luxurious rooms, world-class amenities, and a serene atmosphere that ensures complete relaxation. A special shoutout goes to Jannat, who truly made my stay unforgettable. She upgraded me to a complimentary suite with a stunning view of the Taj Mahal, which was absolutely magical. She also arranged a complimentary breakfast that was both delicious and the perfect start to my day. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and warm hospitality made me feel so welcomed and valued. The hotel itself boasts fantastic features, including a rooftop restaurant and a gym, both offering breathtaking views of the Taj Mahal. Whether you’re enjoying a workout or dining under the stars, the views are simply mesmerizing. I cannot recommend Radisson Hotel Agra enough for anyone seeking luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. This place has it all, and I will definitely be returning with my friends and family! Anche se vado alle 15:00 per fare le procedure di soggiorno, posso fare le procedure di soggiorno normalmente, anche se vado alle 12:00 Il ristorante è molto bello. Il letto è molto letto e molto comodo. Buon servizio La piscina è bella.Non è il livello che non si nuoterebbe. Il menu della colazione di autobus cambia ogni giorno.Ho vissuto due notti, ma sono felice che sia cambiato. (più male) Il mio amico ha lavato l'orecchio nella stanza, ma non l'ho trovato.Circa due ore dopo la partenza ... Il vento è molto vecchio Il rumore della costruzione è molto alto durante il giorno Time 々 Interrompere l'elettricità (circa 1 minuto per ripristinare, ma la frequenza è molto alta ...) Il pane per colazione non è buono (pane per angolo, salsa, ecc.) dovrebbe essere migliorato.

This hotel is affordable just for a couple of nights, the location is good for tourists who are visiting the wonderful Taj Mahal. The room are not enough clean with old moquette carpets with spots on the floor, greysh and dirty towels. The quality and taste of the food at the restaurant is acceptable but under the International standard.

Questo è il nostro secondo soggiorno dopo 2022-23. Questo tempo di soggiorno è stato deludente principalmente a causa della scarsa gestione del servizio. Alla sua arrivo nessuno ha assistito a prendere o portare bagagli nella stanza. Dopo il check-in, ho chiesto l’acqua potabile, ma nonostante le ripetute seguite, ci è voluto quasi un’ora per consegnare l’acqua alla stanza. La maggior parte del personale dell'hotel sembrava essere completamente occupata con la gestione di una cerimonia di matrimonio e con una conferenza che si svolgeva simultaneamente in due diverse aree all'interno della proprietà. Sebbene gli eventi siano comprensibili, gli ospiti interni non dovrebbero essere costretti a soffrire a causa di una scarsa priorità e di una scarsa dotazione di personale. La situazione è peggiore: le tariffe sono più elevate di quelle degli hotel di cinque stelle, come il Taj di Agra, ma le norme di servizio sono molto meno basse di quanto si possa aspettare. Vorrei pensare due volte prima di scegliere nuovamente questa proprietà.

È un hotel relativamente vecchio nella zona panoramica, quindi è pulito e igienico, ma i vari servizi nella stanza sono relativamente vecchi. Con così tanti turisti, la colazione sembrerà di essere seduti in un mercato ortofrutticolo e sarà molto rumoroso. La cosa peggiore è che l'hotel non fornisce acqua minerale in bottiglia, di cui noi turisti stranieri abbiamo più bisogno, perché l'hotel rifiuta le bottiglie di plastica. O bevi l'acqua in lattina dell'hotel (sembra acqua del rubinetto) oppure devi acquistare bottiglie di vetro di acqua minerale più costose a un prezzo elevato (è anche scomodo portarla con te quando vai alle attrazioni)

La posizione dell'hotel è comoda, le strutture sono complete e il soggiorno è comodo; il cibo del ristorante è buono!Se c'è una stanza perfetta per fumare.Vale la pena consigliare di rimanere, il rapporto costo-benefici è molto alto.

A beautiful experience at this hotel. The service and attention to guests are among the hotel's greatest strengths. The rooms were exceptionally clean, the pool was large, and the spa and gym were very well equipped.
