Non un hotel migliore lontano, ma più o meno pulito, letti sono comodi. Molti migranti, strani contingenti. Colazione buona, ci sono waffles, omeleti, yogurt e così via. In linea di principio, abbastanza. Parcheggio privato, un giorno è stato difficile trovare un posto, altri giorni è stato gratuito. Confrontato ad altri hotel a Calgary, questo è ancora normale, anche se pensiamo che dovrebbe essere più economico

Show that you care! The hotel is new, beautiful and well located. The breakfast room is impressive with its size, tall ceilings, views and terrace. The breakfast itself is great with its variety, including waffles and a delicious South Asian(?) vegetable stew each day. The suites are large and well equipped, and the bed comfortable. Now if only the staff could treat customers a bit better. We paid $30 for underground parking, which was important to us because we got an upgraded rental car and were liable for it. On the second day, the garage was completely full, with more cars entering the garage - thanks to a broken capacity indicator that permanently shows 208 spaces. Staff basically blamed it on the fact that the garage is a private facility unrelated to the hotel. They sent us to two nearby surface lots. One was only available till 8:00 at a cost of $22.52. The second one was a dirt field. 1. I don’t care whose lot it is. You sold me access to it at an extortionate price and did not mention any other options, implicitly endorsing it. 2. Don’t sell more spaces than you have, especially at that price. 3. Know and explain options. Don’t direct your customers to a lot that only sells space till 8:00 for over 3 times the price as the next lot. You are wasting my time. Then at 4:00 am, we were woken up by a loud motor noise coming from the fridge. We had to move it and unplug it (it’s a full size fridge, not a hotel fridge). The clerk’s reaction? “Sorry about that, I’ll tell maintenance.” We had one night parking taken off the bill. No consideration for the hassle both from the parking and the fridge. You can do better. Better policies, better communication and a bit more generosity. Overall, not a good experience.

Il mio soggiorno a Hampton Inn, presso Hilton Calgary Airport North era fantastico! L'hotel è convenientemente situato vicino all'aeroporto, rendendolo perfetto per i viaggiatori. Mi piaceva il servizio di navetta gratuito, che ha fatto arrivare e uscire dall'aeroporto una brisa. La stanza era pulita, moderna e molto confortevole, offrendo un buon sonno notturno. Anche io apprezzai le nuove strutture di lavaggio delle monete, che erano molto comode durante il mio soggiorno. Il personale era amichevole ed efficiente, e il colazione complimentare aveva molte opzioni per iniziare il giorno giusto. Molto consigliato per chiunque viaggia attraverso Calgary!

At first five stars. Once we tried to catch some winks though, we found that we could not get comfortable. The sheets are stiff and unpleasantly unpleasurable. We slept poorly and felt tired even tomorrow (today). The bathroom was clean and glassy.

The place is clean and our hosts are super nice. They speak English and Chinese. Just a 20-minute drive from the airport and it takes you about 80 minutes to get to Banff town. I will definitely choose this place again if visiting Calgary.

Reasonable stay, a little far out from Banff but good public transport close by. Free parking at the rear of the property, a big bonus but parking is available in the underground carpark. Expensive for what was provided. Apartment well fitted out and everything required for the stay is provided, but the most critical item, the safe, was not working, meaning that we had to take passports, cards and cash with us throughout our stay in Banff. Regretfully disappointed with poor sleep throughout the stay, the sound proofing is exceptionally poor, especially from overhead apartments, with wooden floors creaking badly and every footstep clearly heard. Interconnecting doors had poor soundproofing, every sound and talking were clearly heard. Apprciate that the building is timber, but there are numerous ways to improve the soundproofing, but at a commercial cost. Bring a good set of ear plugs, they are essential for sleep. Train leaves the station or passes through Banff at 5.40 every morning, and the driver loves to use his horn on every occasion, no need for an alarm clock!!

Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel con la speranza di esperimentare il Parco nazionale Jasper in comfort e lusso in supporto dal Piramid Lakes Resort come il nostro luogo per riposare e rilassarsi. Dopo 4 ore di guida da Edmonton dopo 3 ore di volo, ci svegliamo alle 2:00 fino all'unità AC, facendo un rumore obsossico. Dopo aver aspettato circa 5 minuti, il rumore subì e ci riprese a dormire senza pensarci. E' stato fino a quando... il rumore dell'unità AC (anche quando si è spenta) è continuato fino alle 5:00 sporadicamente e obnossiamente. Abbiamo cercato di chiamare il dipartimento di fronte per risolvere il nostro problema, e hanno semplicemente detto: “Siamo dispiaciuti per l’inconveniente, vediamo cosa possiamo fare” e non abbiamo mai ricevuto una chiamata in cambio del resto della notte. In speranza di riposare e riprenderci, ci siamo addormentati in vacanza il giorno successivo e siamo svegliati da un richiamo di sveglio che ci ha costretto a lasciare la nostra stanza che diceva ”check-out per tutte le stanze è alle 11” senza scuse o sincerità incluse nel messaggio. Jasper è bella e attraente come il Lago Pyramid. Tuttavia, il resort non ha rispettato i suoi standard. La nostra speranza è che la gestione raggiungerà per risolvere questo.

tutto il personale era, così bello. Abbiamo ricevuto un check-in precoce, per la nostra piacevole sorpresa. La navetta aeroportuale gratuita era un bonus aggiuntivo. I letti erano confortevoli e puliti, come erano le camere in generale. Ho fatto un punto perché non c'era più accesso passeggiabile a più ristoranti, quindi abbiamo usato un sacco di ride di ascensore. Altrimenti. Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno molto piacevole. Grazie!! 😊
