Hotel a 3 stelle in Cheshire, Regno Unito

Ottimo albergo Dietro l'hotel c'è un fiume... ottimo per una passeggiata mattutina! Mi piace.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui diverse volte nel mese scorso, perché è così tranquillo, confortevole e idealmente situato per quello che abbiamo bisogno. Il personale era così benvenuto dal momento in cui siamo arrivati, Ann, al ricevimento, ci ha immediatamente aggiornato in una stanza più grande quando ha visto quanto ci avevamo portati, ha sempre salutato noi con un sorriso e un benvenuto ogni volta che passiamo. ricezione e è stato molto utile e piacevole parlare anche. Shakir è arrivato poco dopo Natale e ha fatto una superstar con tutti gli ospiti, sembra che possa aiutare chiunque con ciò che hanno bisogno. Egli è così felice di parlare anche e anche incoraggia mia moglie a sedersi con il personale una notte e a partecipare alla conversazione che per noi andava oltre e sopra, perché mia moglie è stata socialmente isolata per motivi di salute. Il personale di custodia è sempre disponibile se necessario e Rumi è stato molto utile e sempre gentile con un sorriso e un saluto. L'hotel è stato chiuso per anni e solo recentemente riavviato, quindi è rapidamente ristrutturato. Il ristorante e il bar sono attualmente chiusi, ma sono sicuro che sarà pienamente operativo presto. L'ascensore non funziona, ma spero che anche presto sarà riparato. In ogni caso, una permanenza molto piacevole e siamo davvero tristi di dover andare. Ci ritroveremo presto

Ben posizionato per il nostro fermo da Cheshire a Macclesfield. Tutto sembrava una nuova struttura molto buona. Sarebbe sicuramente rimasto qui

Le camere sono molto leggere e pulite e letti robust. Nel sito ufficiale degli hotel, si dice che le camere sono climatizzate, ma questo non è vero. Quando abbiamo chiesto al ragazzo di ricevere, ha cercato di convincermi che l’ho letto male e ha cercato di farmi sembrare stupido, ma chiaramente dice che le camere hanno un aircondition, ma solo la ricezione/lobby ha un aircondition. La stanza era molto confortevole, poteva fare con un po'di biancheria, come guardare direttamente negli uffici lungo la strada, a meno che non chiudessi le tende.

Ok, ma devi aspettare fino a tre e poi prendere il cappuccio e rispondere al messaggio del commerciante in e-mail, quindi è gestito online

The Mill Hotel & Spa is in an ideal location, just 5 minutes walk from Chester train station and the centre of Chester itself. So, what is a stay in this hotel like? I stayed in the Business Class Double room with a view of the canal. The room is a fair size, with the king size bed being very comfortable and clean. A big drawback for the room, however, is the lack of air conditioning facilities available. I stayed at the end of July, and whilst the outside wasn’t hot, the room itself was stuffy and opening the window didn’t really help too much. I can’t imagine what it would be like staying here in during a heatwave, which is becoming more common! The room also comes with decent tea and coffee making facilities, along with a desk for working. The bathroom is a good size, but it could do with a bit of cleaning. There are two shower nozzles - the smaller standard nozzle was fine but the rainfall shower nozzle was extremely dirty. It looks like it hasn’t been used in a while - and I’d recommend not using that particular shower if you stay here. The extractor fan vent is also very dusty and obviously hasn’t been cleaned in a while! Over to the spa facilities - they are nothing short of exceptional. This is the real draw when staying here, with the swimming pool and sauna being to an excellent standard. Use of the swimming pool and gym is free to all guests whilst staying here, so make good use of the facilities! I opted for the inclusion of breakfast during my stay, and I’d say it was ok rather than great. The amount of food available isn’t huge, though the likes of the croissants and cooked breakfast are to a good standard. As the hotel is in need of an update - it firmly feels like it’s stuck in the mid noughties - the hotel does excel in the standard of service provided to its customers. Whether that be from the cleaners, the reception staff or the waiting staff, everyone is smiling and friendly. It makes all the difference! Would I stay here again? Yes, I would. I hope they do update the rooms soon enough - they really do need air conditioning! And I also hope the bathrooms were thoroughly cleaned a little more. But everything else was to a good standard and for the price paid (£90 for two people with breakfast and spa facilities included), you can’t find much better than that!

La stanza era pulita, spaziosa e calda. È quello che volevamo per il nostro soggiorno di una notte. Non ho visitato il bar o il ristorante come era con il mio figlio di 12 anni, ma il menu era eccellente e la zona del bar sembrava piacevole. Molto spazio di parcheggio a posto. Sicuramente visitare di nuovo!
