Hotel a 3 stelle in Grande Reykjavik, Islanda

We are really disappointed that there was only 1 toilet for the apartment booked and nothing can be fixed . refunding EUR 70.00 is not what we are expecting, we would rather have a better experience. È un hotel molto soddisfacente. L'unica cosa negativa è che l'addetto alla reception è un po' razzista. Si diceva che fossero le 12 quando siamo arrivati ​​in hotel, e poi ho chiesto alla reception se potevamo entrare nella stanza presto? Ha detto che dobbiamo aspettare fino alle 3 e non c'è posto per noi. Abbiamo accettato quello che ha sentito e siamo usciti per pranzare. Quando siamo tornati dal pranzo glielo abbiamo chiesto di nuovo in punto, e lei continuava a dire che non c'era posto per noi, quindi ci saremmo seduti lì, mentre aspettavamo sul divano, c'era anche una coppia straniera che venne a trovarci, e lei diede loro subito una stanza molto arrabbiata quando ci ha visto. Quando ci ha visto, era imbarazzata e ci ha chiesto di prendere la chiave ed entrare nella stanza. Penso che questo tipo di atteggiamento nei confronti del servizio riduca davvero il prezzo di un hotel così buono.

Very good location, clean, complete with kitchen so i can make something to eat as i want. Near bus stop, supermarket, restaurant and shooping place. The reception also very helpfull during answer my request to. Extend with some problem for my card payment. Thank you and i will back to the place on the Next

Struttura ben posizionata in Reykjavik, camere e stanza da bagno ampi e puliti, parquet sul pavimento. Sono in corso opere di ristrutturazione per migliorare l' ambiente. Prima colazione accettabile, personale di sala molto cortese e disponibile.

Hotel ben situato a un prezzo conveniente a Reykjavik. Ci sono molti parcheggi gratuiti disponibili davanti all'hotel. Le camere sono semplici, ma hanno tutto quello che hai bisogno per una notte. La vista della strada dal piano terra sembrava un po' strano. La camera era un po' troppo piccola per essere un po' piena.

I bagni pubblici sono divisi in maschili e femminili. Sono molto puliti. L'unica cosa negativa è che il ventilatore nella stanza è molto rumoroso e il vento è troppo forte. Ho chiesto alla reception e mi hanno detto che non è possibile ripararlo. La posizione è molto comoda. È nel centro della città. La cosa più interessante è che c'è una cucina nella hall al primo piano che può essere condivisa. Puoi usare un microonde e un frigorifero. Ho portato con me il mio piccolo. A good little hostel with the front staff being very friendly. This hostel is not at BSI bus station which is where fly bus airport transfers arrive and depart. It is a 15 minute walk from BSI bus station, but there are many tour buses that stop here. The kitchen and bathrooms were always very clean and you could see someone always mopping or cleaning. The room was very hot so pack light Pyjamas. Also there are no women only dorms!!! I thought I was booking a women only dormitory but men were in there too. One man had booked a man only dorm but obviously they don't have this either. The website and the trip.com descriptions clearly need udpating.

È molto importante che ci sia un ristorante che funziona dalle 6:00 alle 22:00, perché in Islanda, trovare un cibo dopo le 17:00 è il chelene che è ancora ... Parcheggio gratuito. Ci è un supermercato vicino (500 metri a piedi). Anche vicino all'hotel è la fermata dell'autobus all'aeroporto di Reykjavik (50 metri) per chi non noleggia una macchina. L'acqua nel bacino puzza di grigio, ma l'Islanda è il paese delle fonti geotermiche! )) L'hotel P.S. dispone di una piscina gratuita con acqua calda geotermica + sauna.

Il soggiorno è stato molto confortevole, ma ho trovato piuttosto fastidioso il rumore delle porte aperte e chiuse dagli altri ospiti; mi sono svegliata tre volte. Spero che possano aggiungere dei cuscini per attutire il rumore. Al piano interrato si trovano anche una lavanderia e un asciugacapelli; è una pensione molto accogliente. Ho apprezzato molto anche il fatto che ogni camera avesse il proprio rubinetto, così potevo lavarmi le mani e il viso in qualsiasi momento.
