Hotel a 3 stelle in Grande Reykjavik, Islanda

We are really disappointed that there was only 1 toilet for the apartment booked and nothing can be fixed . refunding EUR 70.00 is not what we are expecting, we would rather have a better experience. Nel complesso, l'hotel è stato soddisfacente, anche se ci sono ampi margini di miglioramento. La colazione, tuttavia, era di buona qualità e piuttosto gradevole.

Very good location, clean, complete with kitchen so i can make something to eat as i want. Near bus stop, supermarket, restaurant and shooping place. The reception also very helpfull during answer my request to. Extend with some problem for my card payment. Thank you and i will back to the place on the Next

Struttura ben posizionata in Reykjavik, camere e stanza da bagno ampi e puliti, parquet sul pavimento. Sono in corso opere di ristrutturazione per migliorare l' ambiente. Prima colazione accettabile, personale di sala molto cortese e disponibile.

La struttura è facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici. Si tratta di un hotel self-service, quindi gli ospiti devono assicurarsi di contattare l'hotel se non hanno ricevuto le istruzioni per il check-in. Il personale, sia in hotel che reperibile, è molto cordiale e disponibile per qualsiasi problema di routine. La colazione a buffet inclusa è eccezionale!!!

Il check-in in hotel è stato comodo. In camera, vicino al letto, erano presenti porte USB e Type-C. Spegnere le luci era facile grazie al Bluetooth integrato (anche se il segnale non era molto forte). Era possibile scaricare un'app per regolare l'illuminazione. Tuttavia, le prese di ricarica e le aree circostanti tendevano ad accumulare polvere facilmente, risultando quindi poco igieniche. Non essendoci finestre, la circolazione dell'aria era scarsa e mi sono sentito un po' a disagio al risveglio. Il bagno e la toilette erano separati e venivano forniti articoli da toeletta. L'ambiente era molto piacevole. Era presente un asciugacapelli Dyson (anche se non era molto pulito). Al terzo piano si può usufruire della sorgente termale. Dietro il bancone del bar c'era un angolo cottura con bollitore, tostapane e forno a microonde. Nelle vicinanze si trova un supermercato Xiaozhu. Nel complesso, ha superato di gran lunga le mie aspettative. Ho apprezzato molto le aree comuni.

A good little hostel with the front staff being very friendly. This hostel is not at BSI bus station which is where fly bus airport transfers arrive and depart. It is a 15 minute walk from BSI bus station, but there are many tour buses that stop here. The kitchen and bathrooms were always very clean and you could see someone always mopping or cleaning. The room was very hot so pack light Pyjamas. Also there are no women only dorms!!! I thought I was booking a women only dormitory but men were in there too. One man had booked a man only dorm but obviously they don't have this either. The website and the trip.com descriptions clearly need udpating.

Anche se la stanza è piccola, le camere in Islanda sono simili. Nel complesso è relativamente pulita. È molto vicino a piccoli negozi come chiese e supermercati. C'è il mare da un lato e la chiesa dall'altro la reception è molto attenta. All'improvviso suonò il campanello d'allarme nel cuore della notte e la gente corse fuori. Dopo un po' il corridoio andrà bene

Il soggiorno è stato molto confortevole, ma ho trovato piuttosto fastidioso il rumore delle porte aperte e chiuse dagli altri ospiti; mi sono svegliata tre volte. Spero che possano aggiungere dei cuscini per attutire il rumore. Al piano interrato si trovano anche una lavanderia e un asciugacapelli; è una pensione molto accogliente. Ho apprezzato molto anche il fatto che ogni camera avesse il proprio rubinetto, così potevo lavarmi le mani e il viso in qualsiasi momento.

Maybe it is my fault for expecting hotels in Iceland to have little to no, if not relatively poor service as a whole, but my booking issues with them, the communication leading up to the stay and overall interaction with staff was next to none, Save for the on-site staff that I got to bump into, it's pretty much non-existent. The Booking itself, alongside a mistake with the app, and the hotel refusing to offer direct communication, and lying throughout the whole ordeal when it came to ”calling back” was literal hell. That being said the say was, fine? It's a place to rest, that's all I can say. The breakfast was definitely pathetic, but like the first statement it might've been my fault for expecting something substantial,. Definitely don't get the breakfast, don't use the hot coffee/cocoa machine since it's broken or unfilled half the time. Seek out amenities at the grocery stores nearby instead.
