My family and I recently stayed at your beautiful hotel during the Chinese New Year, and I wanted to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude for the incredible experience we had. From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect, and your hotel exceeded all our expectations in every way. The hotel itself is stunning, with its breathtaking surroundings, spacious and comfortable rooms, and the private pool was simply amazing. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional service provided by your entire team. Every single staff member we encountered greeted us with the warmest smiles, making us feel truly at home. We were especially touched by the thoughtful gestures for our child. The staff noticed we were traveling with our little one and immediately arranged a sofa bed, ensuring our family’s comfort. The horse riding and desert activities were unforgettable memories, and we are particularly grateful to the lovely lady who helped us arrange these experiences. A special thank you to Mr. Javaid, who took us on a magical desert sunset tour. The photos we took during that time are some of our most cherished memories from the trip. We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Mr. Ahmed Karim, who went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. He gave us a wonderful introduction to the hotel, arranged taxis for us, and solved any issues we had with such care and professionalism. His passion for the hotel was evident, and it truly made us fall in love with The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah as well. The Chinese New Year celebration at the hotel was another highlight of our stay. The “sky lantern” activity was beautifully organized, and we were deeply moved by the efforts of the staff who learned to say “新年快乐” (Happy New Year) in Chinese. It made us feel so special and welcomed during this important festival. This stay was nothing short of magical, and it was undoubtedly the best part of our trip to the UAE. We will cherish these memories forever and cannot wait to return to your hotel in the future. Thank you once again for making our Chinese New Year celebration so extraordinary. В этот отель приезжаю с 2017 года последний раз был в 22 году . За это время владельцем стал Хилтон, и всё изменилось не в лучшую сторону . Раньше это был Лакшри , роскошь , отсутствие посторонних, высочайший сервис, теперь это рваные лежаки , затёртые полотенца , плюс стройка с двух сторон , причём иногда в море зайти нельзя , грязное. В общем я конечно обескуражен. Персонал конечно хороший , стараются во всю , в остальном …. От былого Вальдорфа осталось только воспоминание, был там последний раз , а жаль ….

La stanza è molto grande, il rapporto prezzo con l'hotel circostante è buono. Vale la pena di soggiornare. Ci sono 10 minuti per camminare vicino alla metropolitana. Il cibo è anche vicino alla stazione olimpica.

Il nostro soggiorno nel Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort non è stato molto eccezionale. Dalla nostra arrivo, siamo stati accolti con vera e propria attenzione da parte del personale incredibilmente amichevole e attento. La loro ospitezia ci ha davvero fatto sentire speciale per tutta la nostra permanenza. Il design elegante, combinato con l'atmosfera serena, ha creato il perfetto contesto per una via di relax. Ogni dettaglio, dalle belle camere alle splendide viste, è stato curato con cura per fornire un'esperienza di assoluto comfort e indulgenza. Il pranzo al resort era un piacere, con ogni pasto come un capolavoro culinario, e la varietà di opzioni si occupava di tutti i gusti, e la qualità del cibo superava le nostre aspettative. Abbiamo lasciato Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort con memorie preziose e un aspirante ritorno. Se stai cercando una fuga dove il lusso incontra un servizio eccezionale, questo resort è la scelta ideale.

Il posto è molto nuovo, le camere sono grandi, il letto è molto comodo e la piscina è molto bello. Il ristorante è buono e le scelte alimentari sono molte.

La mia esperienza a Rixos è stata davvero eccezionale, dalle eleganti camere e da pranzo di classe mondiale alla calda ospitalità e alle strutture di top-notch, ogni momento è stato memorabile. Il personale si è spostato sopra e oltre per garantire comfort e soddisfazione, rendendolo una delle migliori esperienze hoteliere che abbia mai avuto. Molto raccomandato per chiunque cerca lusso, rilassamento e servizio inoltrabile.

Pros: Service is friendly, accommodating and efficient  Rooms are great for the price point Buffet restaurant was surprisingly good , never bored over 5 days Wide beach with plenty of pool areas Sports bar is great, but not all drinks are in the all-inclusive, but has premier league football Cons: If you drive you will have to park outdoors under a tree and your car will be covered in debris, no underground parking House drinks could be better, soft beverages are great though Pools and beach is overcrowded Outdoor bars close too early Restaurants are not included with the all-inclusive except for buffet restaurant, suggest guests staying over 2 nights should be able to book within all-inclusive Overall, was dreading the booking , but was pleasantly surprised.

This was my second stay at The Ritz-Carlton Al Hamra Beach, and once again, it was amazing! We came as a couple and everything was perfect — from the service, cleanliness, and friendly staff to the beautiful room and spacious private pool. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of great options. It’s definitely one of my favorite summer spots, and I’ll keep coming back. Highly recommended for a peaceful and luxurious getaway.

The Sofitel Al Hamra Beach Resort is an excellent choice for a luxurious and relaxing holiday in Ras Al Khaimah. Its beautiful beachfront location, impressive pools, elegant rooms, and attentive staff create a memorable experience. While it's relatively new, and some minor ”teething” problems have been mentioned, the resort is clearly striving to deliver a top-tier experience. It's highly recommended for families and couples seeking a serene and sophisticated retreat.

Il resort è sorprendente. È senza dubbio uno dei migliori resort in RAK. Abbiamo trascorso i nostri nuovi anni e il nostro anniversario a The Cove Rotana e abbiamo avuto un bel tempo. Abbiamo avuto molto cura con tutti i trattamenti speciali. Il cibo in cipolle è fantastico e il personale del resort è così amichevole. Quando abbiamo controllato la nostra stanza, abbiamo visto che la stanza che ci era stata data non aveva balcone né bagno. Ci siamo chiesti un rinnovo perché avevamo pagato un enorme importo per il NYE. Un staff chiamato Tara ci ha aiutato a ottenere l'innalzamento molto veloce. Il tipo di casalinga era il più dolce, ha decorato bene il nostro letto e ha anche messo un tavolo con i desideri d'anniversario!! C'era anche un personale in Breakers Beach Bar, chiamato Min. E' un ragazzo sorprendente. Ho ordinato un mojito e gli ho detto che deve sembrare buono come era per i social media. Egli si assicurava di darmi il migliore, e suggerì anche che mi optasse per il mojito di fragole, e poi disse che non era possibile dare il mojito nel vetro, perché non avevamo al bar, ma al lato della spiaggia, riposando sui letti del sole. Quando ha visto che ero un po' turbato, ci ha lasciato portare il bicchiere sulla spiaggia. In generale abbiamo avuto una grande esperienza e consiglierei molto questo resort a chiunque volesse avere un grande tempo con la famiglia e gli amici.
