Hotel a 3 stelle in Shaanxi, Cina

La camera è stata rinnovata gratuitamente. La pulizia generale è ok, tuttavia l'hotel è un vecchio hotel che è stato rinnovato e non è molto nuovo. L'insonorizzazione della camera è nella media. Senza tappi per le orecchie equivale praticamente a nessuna insonorizzazione. È diverso dagli altri hotel James Joyce Coffetel. È troppo simile. Forse è perché si tratta di un negozio in franchising. Se vuoi l'acqua, devi fornire il numero della tua camera e confermare il tuo nome. Hai anche bisogno di un deposito per ottenere la carta elettrica È relativamente vicino a Ningyuan Gate. Se vuoi andare a Sajin Street o Huimin Street, puoi andarci in macchina, ma se vai ad altre attrazioni, basta prendere la metropolitana un negozio in cui non tornerò più.

I servizi erano buoni, il personale era generalmente disponibile e gentile. Ambiente molto pulito; in genere ha tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno. Posizione molto comoda. Alcuni membri del personale alla reception sono un po' troppo immaturi e potrebbero comportarsi in modo più professionale. A quanto pare, trovano divertente che tu chieda loro dell'acqua; se glielo chiedi ancora un paio di volte, ti ridacchiano e ti prendono in giro alle spalle; potrebbero persino prenderti in giro se il mandarino non è la tua lingua madre e non lo parli come loro. Ho aggiunto un supplemento alla prenotazione per una notte extra. Se hai bisogno che facciano qualcosa verso la fine del soggiorno, potrebbero sospendere il servizio alla reception finché non gli dai una valutazione perfetta; non mi hanno fatto il check-in in hotel finché non ho lasciato una valutazione/commento positivo per la mia prima prenotazione. Si sono dimenticati che potevo anche valutare/commentare per la mia seconda prenotazione. Praticamente un gruppo di ragazzini. Per il resto, la gestione dell'hotel sembra a posto. Abbastanza pulito, il personale è stato generalmente gentile.

Ottimo hotel con servizi completi, configurazione avanzata ed elettrodomestici e forniture di alta qualità. La camera è dotata di bevande alla frutta e caffè; è pulita e igienica, con una buona posizione, a cinque minuti a piedi dalle mura della città, una fermata dell'autobus davanti alla porta e una stazione della metropolitana a 6 minuti, tutti raggiungibili direttamente alle attrazioni ed è raggiungibile a piedi da Huimin Street. Questo hotel è la prima scelta per i viaggi d'affari a Xi'an. Se soggiornate qui, vi piacerà sicuramente.

L'alloggio è in un'ottima posizione, di fronte al Palazzo Huaqing. Dopo aver visitato il Palazzo Huaqing e aver scalato il Monte Li durante il giorno, siamo tornati al B&B per riposarci e poi siamo andati a vedere ”Song of Everlasting Regret” la sera. Dopo lo spettacolo, il B&B è raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi, il che è molto comodo quando fa freddo. La governante e la caposala sono super gentili. Se volete un'esperienza umana, qui è molto accogliente. Verso le 10 della seconda notte del nostro soggiorno, abbiamo trovato la proprietaria nella hall. Si è scoperto che stava aspettando che gli ospiti tornassero al B&B. Sembrava che i familiari si sarebbero sentiti sollevati solo quando avessero confermato che eravamo tornati a casa dopo una giornata impegnativa. Lo spirito e il servizio di un B&B non sono altro che trattare gli ospiti come una famiglia. Un soggiorno fantastico.

The hotel staff are amazing and very welcoming and kind and helpful. I arrived at midnight around 3:30 but still a beautiful girl was communicating with me until I didn't arrive and she helped me out to get in my room and she provided an upgraded room. Room service is quite good with almost all amenities. The location is amazing around the hotel there are two super big malls and there are several shops and street food to enjoy. Easy to get everything including the transport facility. I enjoyed a lot in my 5 days staying in this hotel and I would highly recommend staying in this hotel if you are planning to travel in Xi'an. I would be glad to come back again during the December break. Thanks!

We chose to book this hotel due to the positive reviews. The free services (pick-up and drop-off) made everything seem sweeter. When we dropped off at Huashanbei Railway Station, the boss messaged me that the car was waiting for us. True enough, we spotted the car easily. The boss even helped to put our luggage in the car. Throughout the short journey to the hotel, communication was hard because we do not speak Mandarin and he does not speak English. When we reached, we were brought to a front desk where we were charged for our next day trip to Mount Hua. The lady at the front desk quickly checked us in, gave us the room card & booked our tickets. The boss then brought us to our room (about 50m walk from the front desk) and showed us the amenities. The hotel on the outside does not look too outstanding. But on the inside, EVERYTHING is wonderful. We got room 8201 with a huge window facing the small lane. No privacy is not a problem as we get to see locals doing their daily life. As we are Muslims, the boss suggested a Muslim restaurant nearby. We did not go due to being too tired. The next day, our journey to Mount Hua was seamless. Everything was arranged, we were dropped off at the bus area and they explained to us clearly. They even waited for us to have our breakfast first before dropping us. We are so happy with the service, watching the locals quietly go on with their lives, that we decided to extend one more night. Extending is easy because there is a vacancy for the room we are in. And changing our train tickets is easy too. We are now typing out this review in front of the big window, relaxing. We love and enjoy everything about the hotel. The good & efficient service, the clean & warm room, the clean toilet with bidet, the clean bathroom with 24 hours hot water to shower, the wash basin with lighted mirror, the beautiful view we get for this room. So much love. Too much that we are sad we have to go back to Xi'an tomorrow. Highly recommended. Will be booking this hotel when we decide to hike Mount Hua again. Thank you so much for everything you & your staff have done for us during our stay. We really appreciate it and will remember this sweet moment for the rest of our lives.

Questo hotel è molto bello, confortevole e molto vicino alle attrazioni. Anche il bar al piano di sotto ha un buon caffè. Gli asciugamani venivano cambiati ogni giorno e confezionati con cura in confezioni singole dopo essere stati disinfettati. Le bottiglie di acqua potabile venivano rifornite ogni giorno. Il Ming City Wall è esattamente l'opposto. Nel complesso è stato un soggiorno piacevole.

I rate the hotel in terms of price and quality. Considering the fairly low cost of renting a hotel room, I rate the stay quite highly. The hotel itself is located quite close to the center, within walking distance of shops, the metro, and some of the main attractions of the city of Xi'an. I would like to separately highlight the cleaning of the rooms, which conscientiously performed their duties every day. I previously had the experience of renting a hotel in Turkey in the city of Antalya, and they cleaned there only when they apparently wanted to. I could hang a sign saying do not disturb, but the staff still came in. Here, cleaning was done every day for a week and only on request (sign) or when we were not in the room, even when we forgot to hang it. Special thanks to the administrative staff at the reception, who helped in every possible way in solving problems. Of the minuses, I will note the following: - for us it was a surprise that there was no refrigerator and safe in the room. I consider this a minus that needs to be improved. - when booking, it was indicated that a razor was included. It was not. - Terrible elevator logistics. This point urgently needs to be improved! You enter the hotel on the first floor, enter the elevator. To go up to the 5th floor, you first need to go up to the second, there go along the corridor to another elevator. On the fifth floor there are 2 elevators that come as they want. In fact, there is one main elevator - the right one, or the left elevator can come, which does not have an exit to the second floor. The constant struggle with these elevators took at least 10 minutes. Because the elevator that was needed stubbornly did not want to come. - One of the advantages is free washing and drying of clothes. But immediately a big minus. The laundry is on the second floor of the hotel. There is one washing machine for the entire department, as well as a machine for drying clothes. Considering the hot weather in the city of Xi'an, people wash there constantly and the queues for washing and drying are huge. Install at least one more machine. This will significantly simplify the life of hotel customers and raise your rating.

Questo soggiorno è stato davvero eccezionale. La camera era impeccabile e molto confortevole, la biancheria da letto morbida e ho riposato benissimo. La vasca da bagno era pulita e in ordine, perfetta per un bagno rilassante, e tutti i servizi funzionavano alla perfezione. Il personale è stato incredibilmente gentile e attento, rendendo l'intero soggiorno molto piacevole. Nel complesso, un'esperienza fantastica, altamente consigliata, e sceglierò sicuramente questo posto di nuovo la prossima volta!

Meglio del previsto. Si trova a soli 200-300 metri dalla stazione della metropolitana, dal quartiere musulmano e dalla Torre della Campana. Le strutture sono piuttosto complete e l'igiene e i prodotti da bagno sono di buona qualità. C'è un piccolo frigorifero, quindi la ristrutturazione non dovrebbe essere avvenuta molto tempo fa. Le dotazioni sono pulite, gli elettrodomestici sono comodi e funzionano bene, non ci sono odori sgradevoli e la pulizia è puntuale. Anche la colazione è buona. Gli unici inconvenienti sono l'odore di decorazioni nel corridoio e qualche piccolo insetto che occasionalmente vola fuori dalla stanza.
