Hotel 3 stelle a Manila

This is my 4th time stay here in Lyf Manila and it never disappoint from the comfort the hotel room gives and the kindness of each staff to accommodate all the request we have. Truly a great service indeed. Personally love the commons space area! Kudos!

I recently stayed at City Garden Suites and would like to share both a commendation and some constructive feedback regarding my experience. First, I would like to highly commend Ms. Zsan for her outstanding service. After being assigned to a room that, while clean, had an unpleasant odor, I approached the front desk again for assistance. Ms. Zsan handled the situation with genuine care and professionalism. She went beyond simply checking the system—she actively coordinated with housekeeping via radio to personally verify room availability. Her initiative, attentiveness, and willingness to help truly define excellent customer service. She made us feel heard and valued, and her dedication reflects the kind of frontline service that leaves a lasting positive impression. On the other hand, I would like to offer constructive feedback regarding my experience with Ms. Acel. As a guest, first impressions matter, and my initial interaction with her during check-in was not very reassuring. When I inquired about the possibility of being assigned to a newly renovated room, I was informed that none were available, without much effort to further check or explore options. This gave me the impression that my request was not fully considered. The following day, when I needed to extend my stay, I spoke with her over the phone and requested an update regarding my concern, emphasizing the urgency as I needed to secure the current room rate online. However, after waiting for around 30 minutes without any callback, I had to follow up myself. During the follow-up, she asked for details I had already communicated earlier, which made it seem like the information was not properly noted or attended to. On the third day, I needed to extend my booking again. To avoid the same experience, I went directly to the front desk. Unfortunately, she was again the one available. Despite my previous experience, I still chose to give her another chance, hoping for a better interaction. However, the experience remained the same. Because of this, instead of extending my stay further, I decided to transfer to another hotel. I hope this feedback is received constructively. Frontline staff play a crucial role in shaping the overall guest experience. While Ms. Zsan demonstrated exceptional service and professionalism, there is an opportunity for improvement in consistency, attentiveness, and proactive assistance. With the right focus on these areas, guest satisfaction can be greatly enhanced.

L'hotel era molto ben situato, non lontano dal Rizal Park, dallo zoo locale, dalla stazione ferroviaria e dalla Baia di Manila. Questa era la mia prima volta a Manila, quindi ero felice di aver scelto questo posto, era confortevole e accogliente. Ottimo anche il prezzo.

Value worth. The ambiance is pretty much rustic with small pool area quite different from other hotels in Manila, it was tucked in an alley (easy access)from Manila Bayview Tower. The staff were smiley warm and accomodating and helpful from the doorman to the cleaners, I guess its becos of good management? They have drinking water, hot n cold shower, we were used to the window type ac noise, not for light sleepers. The breakfast is plated generously. They dont have lifts(but its ok, we were booked on lowest floor (my husband has diabetes) *I have been around hotels abroad(my husband has this app as well)

If you are looking for cheap hotel in the middle of Malate this is the ace. Room is clean and hallways smell clean.

Il mio soggiorno sarebbe stato perfetto se mi avessero dato una stanza con tutti i comfort. La luce del bagno era rotta, quindi ho dovuto accendere la luce del corridoio solo per avere la luce del bagno.

Ho scelto questo hotel per la posizione/prezzo. Se sono sincero, era un po' deludente. La stanza era più vecchia delle foto. Era solo media. Principalmente pulita ma qualche polvere visibile negli angoli. Non molti sockets. La parte peggiore è il numero elevato di persone senzatetto che dormivano in strada dell'hotel. Il mio partner non si sentiva sicuro camminare la notte.

Stavo all'hotel Anex Manila per la sua comoda posizione vicino all'ambasciata degli Stati Uniti d'America a Manila. La stanza era spaziosa e confortevole in termini di dimensioni, che apprezzo. Tuttavia, la pulizia potrebbe certamente essere migliorata. La tenda di doccia e la ruggine aveva tinture visibili, e il pavimento era sporco durante il nostro soggiorno; e ho incontrato un cazzo di cazzo nella camminata, che era deludente; e le attrezzature di base come i pantaloni e un kit dentale erano state fornite solo su richiesta. In generale, la posizione è molto pratica, soprattutto per le nominazioni legate all'ambasciata, ma la manutenzione e la manutenzione devono essere migliorate.

Sono venuto da solo a Manila. Spero di avere un bel tempo. Ho trascorso 28 giorni in questo hotel e ho esplorato le aree circostanti. Al termine del viaggio ho incontrato la mia babae e noi dove abbiamo un buon tempo. Storia lunga breve ... l'hotel era ben valso il denaro, perché la vista era grande e la mia ragazza è incinta. Quindi, è anche una stanza fortunata, immagino. Pagate per tutte le attrazioni. E' stato un punto in basso, ma non è che era tutto a posto e ho avuto buone notti/divertimento tardi... vieni a cercarlo per te stesso.
