La posizione dell'hotel è grande... con nel centro commerciale. Servizio clienti più grosso. Ci hanno persino permesso di controllare in anticipo! Molti ristoranti e negozi vicino.La camera di McDonald, ecc. La stanza era una buona dimensione con un letto molto comodo.Televisione intelligente La colazione è molto buona. Un valore per soldi. È un po'casuale, è difficile trovare (la segnalazione dalla strada è terribile), il personale è amichevole ma limitato in quello che può fare, le camere variano da favoloso a tatuaggio in basso. Molto popolare con le feste di allenatore, quindi il colazione può essere ingrassato (nessun sedile, nessuna piastra o nessun coltello quando ho provato su questo soggiorno). Bene se si può ottenere il prezzo giusto per la stanza, ma non il miglior esempio del marchio Mercure a qualche distanza

arrived around 3pm and checked in at the bar as instructed I received a warm welcome and even had my case carried up the stairs (no lift). I was given room 3, a single which was more than adequate with large single bed (very comfy) separate bath tub and wc plus t & coffee- I was pleasantly surprised. The wall mounted tv worked efficiently, there was sufficient storage and hanging space for my two night needs & the t and milks were topped up as requested. brekky was adequate and I enjoyed my stay. The ten am check out was a bit of a problem on the second morning as my train wasn’t until noon (less than 5 minutes walk to the station). the bus to Stratford, Warwick and Coventry goes from round the corner and the town is 7 - 10 minutes walk across the river bridge and past the pump room. plenty of dining options. good value for money but more a boarding house than hotel. I would return

Very glad I booked in this hotel. I needed a place for a night while coming to see the RSC, and the location couldn’t be better, just across the park. The room was so pretty and had everything you needed, bathtub, soap, iron, a kettle to make coffee/tea, and hair dryer. It doesn’t have AC, but my assistant dog and I were fine with just the fan. (I wonder in the winter?) But it did have towel warm rack- fantastic to dry off the towels and small washed clothes. The check in and out super easy and they’re keeping our luggage until we leave tonight, so I’m super grateful about that. The only thing I’d add to the room is better lighting for the bathroom’s mirror, since I could really see what I was doing 🤣 And maybe a better system to order in the pub, since it was a bit slow… But the food was Ok for a quick bite. Everyone was nice and I’d definitely would come back 🙌🏾

I got to the hotel around 5 pm and there was no one at the reception. I went to the restaurant and a young gentleman said he can help me check in. At first he couldn't find my booking as I had done it through TRIPS.COM. He eventually found it I went to my room. The room had AC which worked fine. I had a good night sleep. In the morning I went to the restaurant for my breakfast and asked for vegetarian option. He asked if I would like vegetarian sausage and how many if so. I ordered two and also asked for oat milk which he kindly brought for me. I then went to the counter to get other vegetarian food (mushroom, tomato, baked beans, hash browns) and toast. I had a good breakfast with coffee and orange juice. There was no credit card blocks and check out was just a drop of the card into a box on my exit. Will recommend this hotel to anyone. Clean and functional.

E'molto conveniente perché ci sono stazioni di benzina, ristoranti (Kendki, Starbuck caffè, ecc.) e supermercati vicino. La bella camera e il bagno erano molto carini con camminare in doccia e in bagno, sotto il letto illuminato che è venuto in giro per la notte che è utile in luoghi strani. Il balcone era privato con una vista sorprendente.Prendeva cibo da cucciolo e da cucciolo e i cuccioli e i pesci venuti da ogni parte per guardare Deb

Questo hotel è in una bella posizione, conveniente per Rugby e il M1/M6. I terreni e l'edificio sono bellissimi, anche se ci sono segni di negligenza. Siamo rimasti in una suite nelle stalle, era stanco, che sapevo dalle foto online, ma il nostro bagno aveva i capelli nel bagno e si chiudeva nel buco. Il pranzo era mediocre al meglio, molti cibi caldi erano usciti senza nessuno guardare, dovevamo chiedere che fossero portati via gli oggetti. Il personale era 50/50 - alcuni molto piacevole ma alcuni disinteressati, uno dei ricevitori non ci ha nemmeno dato le direzioni per la nostra camera correttamente suite. Se qualche denaro fosse stato speso per migliorare le camere e per costruire i miei edifici avrei avuto il piacere di pagare di più, è vergognoso, il potenziale è enorme!

Great location as central. Hotel is nice, modernised and clean. However, wary of infection control and allergy concerns, unsure how the hotel manages this. Noted to have many guests with dogs and were allowed to have them in the common room and dining hall. Are there only specific rooms that are only dedicated to these specific guests? Breakfast was mayhem. Plenty of guests to have their meal but no table area to sit. To add guests with their dogs which is not to our liking. Should there have been a booked/schedule mealtime if they anticipate large volume of bookings. Overall, experience could have been perfect. Staffs are polite and helpful. The hotel is nice except for above mentioned.
