Hotel a 4 stelle in Illinois, Stati Uniti d'America

Very clean hotel and nice staff. The room was rather small (but good enough for two people) We stayed for four days in total, the nights were very quiet except for one night where we heard bar music playing from several blocks away. The hotel is close to the HMart. The lack of a kettle (in the common area or in the room) is not a deal breaker as you can use the microwave (in the common area). I wished the combination safe was larger, as neither my laptop nor tablet could fit, so we travelled with our devices which made walking very tiring. The bathrooms are nice, well-lit and spacious.

Questo hotel era perfetto! Situato vicino a Riverwalk e basicamente tutto nel centro. Ho avuto la sala di vista del Re Spa River e era sorprendente. La vista era perfetta e il tubo era in punto.

I travel a lot and this is probably one of the top few in the last 5 years. Hotel is beautiful, a nice bar, room big with a perfect floor plan and a view. I will go out of my way to stay there whenever I’m in the area. I’m a Hyatt fan again (Hilton cancelled a room on me after booking, so they’re dead to me.)

Tutto era grande su questo hotel, eccetto che quando ho fatto la bassa in bagno, una parte delle acque reflue sarebbe stata trasversata verso il tetto sotto il tetto, e mi sembrava davvero strano che qualcuno avrebbe risolto un problema di drenaggio e non controllato il loro lavoro.

Nice location, nice pool and hot tub. A little dated.

L'hotel del centro conferenze scolastiche è il più alto hotel stellare nella zona di Champagne.La stanza è grande, l'ambiente è buono, ma è lontano dalla strada verde della zona di insegnamento di Liu Xiang, adatto per guidare.Il servizio dell'hotel è buono e la richiesta è necessaria.Ho dimenticato il contante nella cassaforte. L'hotel deve aiutare a recuperare il denaro. Devo lodare 👍

Abbiamo prenotato una stanza che purtroppo era per le date sbagliate attraverso un terzo. Ci è stato detto dal terzo che ci rimborsano, ma che l'hotel doveva rilasciare la nostra prenotazione. Li abbiamo chiamati subito dopo aver capito che le date erano sbagliate, che era entro un'ora. La prenotazione era per due giorni da allora. L'hotel ha detto che non lo cancellerebbero. Ci hanno pagato quasi 600 dollari per una stanza che non abbiamo soggiornato e hanno chiesto di spiegare in anticipo la nostra situazione, e non ci hanno permesso di cambiare i giorni a quelli che stiamo cercando. L'hotel è bello e il personale è stato piacevole anche se ha fornito le cattive notizie che non intendo prenotare di nuovo con loro.

Il servizio dell'hotel è buono. Grazie per l'aiuto della reception per chiamare l'auto, inviare il furgone veloce, specialmente grazie 🙏, sceglierete di nuovo. L'esperienza di soggiorno è molto buona, vale la pena raccomandare!

This place is excellent if you’re a stressed out business traveler, looking for a good rate, and if you’re willing to manage your own transportation from the airport and back, but the amenities after a long late night arrival waking up the next day, sitting in the hot tub having a swim in the pool and a steam and a sauna along with an icy cold shower afterwards just recharges you after a long business trip, especially if you international like me I wouldn’t necessarily call it family friendly, but it’s definitely good for entrepreneur business travel if you can get a good rate otherwise there are other hotels out there if you can’t get a good rate. The rooms are not specifically special compared to the competition, but it’s an a quieter area and the fitness and aquatic amenities are what makes the difference for me as I have back problems and after a long international flight all I wanna do is get in the hot tub or take a steam or sauna. I’m needing an airport shuttle. I would not recommend this hotel and if you aren’t willing to risk having to pay a premium for a car service or Uber then do not book here. I wish I could stay at this hotel long enough to enjoy all of their amenities as they are really good, but as breakfast is not included, it can be a pricey for what you get when you compare it to other hotels in the area and hotels closer to the airport. Yet as long as I can get a good rate on this hotel, I will keep going back as I frequently travel international for work and just having the peace of the secluded area and the steam room and sauna make it a huge selling feature for me as they really assist my rejuvenation after a long day or more of travel. 

Bon séjour. Les matelas étaient un peu datés et présentaient des irrégularités. Avions demandé une chambre près de l’ascenseur, ce dont il a été tenu compte. Malheureusement celui-ci était hors service.
