Very clean hotel and nice staff. The room was rather small (but good enough for two people) We stayed for four days in total, the nights were very quiet except for one night where we heard bar music playing from several blocks away. The hotel is close to the HMart. The lack of a kettle (in the common area or in the room) is not a deal breaker as you can use the microwave (in the common area). I wished the combination safe was larger, as neither my laptop nor tablet could fit, so we travelled with our devices which made walking very tiring. The bathrooms are nice, well-lit and spacious.

Situato nel centro di Chicago, molte attrazioni sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Grazie agli ottimi collegamenti con autobus e mezzi pubblici, è il luogo perfetto per chi visita Chicago per la prima volta, sia in termini di posizione che di accessibilità. Mentre l'esterno dell'hotel può sembrare un vecchio edificio in mattoni rossi, l'interno trasuda raffinatezza ed eleganza. La cosa migliore è che è vicino a Starbucks Reserve e Harry Potter Chicago, il che lo rende facile da visitare ogni volta che si ha tempo. Un supermercato e alcuni negozi si trovano a 10 minuti a piedi dall'hotel, rendendolo un luogo comodo e pratico per lo shopping. Il personale cordiale e l'acqua in bottiglia gratuita sono stati incredibilmente soddisfacenti. Le strutture erano pulite e i numerosi ascensori hanno reso comodo l'accesso alle camere ai piani superiori senza dover aspettare. Sono così soddisfatto di questo hotel che tornerò sicuramente al mio prossimo viaggio a Chicago. Lo consiglio vivamente!

酒店位於校園南部，沿着六街或四街步行三十分鐘可達綠街，一路可觀賞校園建築草坪及各類體育場館，這個時節温度怡人，風景如畫，如果想開車或乘公交也非常方便，酒店可以免費停車，校園內停車一般用咪表，不過一般出去晚餐的話，過六點就不用付停車費了。公交可以用一元紙幣，車站就在酒店門口。酒店服務熱情，退房的時候按金當場完成沖正，每天打掃很乾凈，房間大，設施也新，洗漱用品除了沒有拖鞋和牙膏牙刷，其他都有了。 免費贈送的歐式早餐也不錯，品種不多，但營養全面，在此一共住了七晚，在有温度的距離中陪伴親人，並享受閑適的小鎮生活，一段非常美好的時光。 順便説一句，香檳的中餐和各類亞洲餐真的太豐富了，每天午餐晚餐都能不重樣的，可以放心孩子在這裏吃得不錯，每餐含税含小費每人不超過20美元，實際上人均14美元就可以吃得很好。

Hotel is in perfect location along the river. Lake view room also has river view. Buffet breakfast is top notch and the food at the Big Bar is pretty good. Wings and nachos were a hit.

I travel a lot and this is probably one of the top few in the last 5 years. Hotel is beautiful, a nice bar, room big with a perfect floor plan and a view. I will go out of my way to stay there whenever I’m in the area. I’m a Hyatt fan again (Hilton cancelled a room on me after booking, so they’re dead to me.)

È bello e pulito. Il divano frontale era amichevole e mi ha offerto anche un cookie. È una bella sorpresa. È stato da Kohler città e questo era vicino all'aeroporto di Chicago e molto conveniente. Ho scoperto che c'è un enorme centro commerciale giapponese 3 min e si può ottenere un grande cibo giapponese.

Il servizio era buono. Ho avuto problemi al check-in con le carte di credito e il personale è stato disponibile. La camera era pulita e il letto era comodo. L'unico problema era che il telefono era rotto e non si chiudeva, quindi l'ho staccato e ho informato la reception. Anche il check-out è stato semplice e la navetta da e per l'aeroporto è stata utile. Il ritiro è presso l'area navetta del Terminal 2 e porti la squadra lì. Se hai un volo molto presto, la navetta potrebbe essere una scelta incerta. Ho anche mangiato al ristorante che era delizioso e il servizio era buono.

We absolutely loved this hotel, the best view in chicago! Staff was amazing we just got engaged and they upgraded our room 11 floors higher and a deluxe king for free! The manager was so kind. Definitely recommend staying here!

Bon séjour. Les matelas étaient un peu datés et présentaient des irrégularités. Avions demandé une chambre près de l’ascenseur, ce dont il a été tenu compte. Malheureusement celui-ci était hors service.

We are still very happy with this hotel. However, the front desk staff named Silly was very unfriendly. Would not go to this hotel again.
