Hotel a 4 stelle in Australia Occidentale, Australia

We will definitely come back. Staff is accommodating and friendly. The King room is so spacious and beautifully designed. Probably the best hotel we have been to with this price range. Only downside is if you choose to arrange own parking the nearest CCP is not great & a bit of a walk.

Nice and tidy - friendly helpful staff. I missed dinner but lucky that has some really yummy sandwiches in their snack fridge was very grateful. It’s not on the cheaper end so I only stay when they have deals but it’s a good quality joint and always get a good night sleep.

Era una camera per la notte. Il check-in è stato molto lento. Impossibile connettersi al Wi-Fi gratuito. Il sito web dice che il ristorante in loco è aperto durante il mio soggiorno. Purtroppo non è così. Ho dovuto attraversare la strada. Non è il massimo quando arrivi intorno alle 20:00 a causa degli orari dei voli e tutto ciò che vuoi fare è rilassarti con il servizio in camera. Devono aggiornare queste informazioni. Inoltre, se fossi in una camera premium, mi dispiacerebbe vedere la loro camera standard. L'aria condizionata non è regolabile (a parte spegnerla completamente) ed è rumorosa. Il letto è molto morbido. La mancanza di tende oscuranti faceva sì che la luce dei lampioni entrasse nella stanza.

staff were really lovely and polite, they upgraded us to a deluxe room! its a 10min walk from the station and not fully sheltered. with a car its fine, just a little hard to find free parking. the bathroom was really bad for 4 star standards... the shower sprayed everywhere but me and the temperature fluctuated often. the bathtub was nice but the hot water wasnt really hot either, and theres no shower head. we only stayed 2 nights so it was not so bad for us.

Oaks Perth Hotel – Pros & Cons Pros - Excellent CBD location, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, Perth Train Station, Elizabeth Quay, and the free CAT buses. - Spacious rooms with a kitchenette. - Comfortable beds, clean rooms, and friendly staff. - Good value for money. - Our Deluxe Studio was quiet as it did not face the main street. - Special thanks to Shani, who was warm and welcoming, and provided us with lots of helpful information that made us feel comfortable throughout our 9 days 8 nights stay. Cons - Bathroom is dated, with no handheld shower and some mold in the bathtub corner. - No on-site parking, but the hotel offers an unlimited-entry nearby parking (just opposite the hotel- raine sq car park) pass for AUD30/day. Overall A great value hotel for exploring Perth. For a quieter stay, choose a Deluxe Studio or a room away from Murray Street.

In generale, l'hotel era ok. Puli, moderno e la posizione era vicino a UWA, dove dovevamo essere ogni giorno. Non vicino al centro o ad altri servizi come i ristoranti, quindi dovevamo mangiare al ristorante o ordinare. La mia principale domanda era che non c'era una stampante disponibile per gli ospiti. A causa dei ritardi di volo causati da cattive condizioni meteorologiche, abbiamo dovuto rimanere più a lungo dopo le ore 10.00 di check-out (fino alle ore 7.30) e abbiamo dovuto pagare un giorno intero (a un tasso più elevato), nonostante il personale non abbia capito la situazione e non abbia prorogato la tassa. 

I love my stay every time I come to Perth I stay at the Quest in East Perth. The staff are so friendly, helpful, happy, accommodating, nothing is ever too much bother and all with a smile. The rooms are so clean from the doors to the walls even the bathroom floors. The linen is white & the kitchens have all you would need and if you get a balcony room it's always a good view or an interesting one at least haha. As soon as you walk in its like they know your name you automatically feel welcome and everything is ready for you. From the entrance at reception to the door of your room smells fresh ”NO Musty smells there!”. Paid private parking or only key accessible locked gates secure parking if you choose at a reasonable price for peace of mind these days. Accessibility is everywhere throughout the Quest. There's a 24 hour mini mart across the road. Transport at the front door all hours, didi at your fingertips. Blink & your in the Perth City centre its a short walk or a free bus ride. Heating & Aircon all at your door of every room so you cant loose the remotes...lol TV in nearly every room with free WIFI. Couches are comfy & all rooms are spacious. Outdoor balcony has comfy & spacious seating. Rooms cleaned daily. Lots of nice street dining only 1 block away & restaurants on nearly every corner or a bar if your thirsty & BWS right on the corner. 2 blocks walk away from the park & 3 blocks walk away from the waters edge. It's got it all in a heritage style looking entrance with convenience at your fingertips all you need do is ask!... you will not be dissapointed! JUST REMEMBER THAT EVEN THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE ARE HUMAN.😊 Thankyou Team Quest you are the best! 👌

Loved the location - if you are okay with stairs, 5min up Jacob's ladder and you're at Kings Park. Or a quick hop up in the morning to get an awesome view of the sunrise over Perth CBD and Swan River, before going back to your room for breakfast! I booked mainly for the cooking facilities, and they were stocked as described (a few pots/pans, plates, bowls, mugs, cutlery, etc). No foil or baking paper so didn't use the oven. They have luggage storage facilities before and after check-out. The bathroom did have a bit of a funny smell, but that might have been a once-off and everything else was clean. Did not use the gym; it was a little small with no windows so preferred getting outside for exercise.

Room is spacious, bath room super spacious too, fitted for wheelchair bound. Provided basic shower amenities-nice and good. Water pressure a bit low. Toilet roll quality can be better quality. Bed can be more firm for a king size bed to have a better comfort rest. Location is good, walkable with a overhead bridge to eateries and shops nearby. Recommended for a short 2D1N or longer for whale tour. Hotel looks new, facilities looking new too.
