Hotel a 3 stelle in Highlands, Regno Unito

Awful. Initially I was in a double room. Women daily 0540 by loud music which I believe was the kitchen staff starting breakfast preparation. Moved to single room on my final night. The heating on full was the difference between having a cooler box or a freezer. No cable other than power cable for the TV so no reception whatsoever. This was pointed out to the reception desk who told me no maintenance staff were available due to rostering. A coaxial cable would probably resolve the problem. However that was not provided. The staff were polite but had their hands tied on what they could do to resolve the issues. Just an awful experience sadly as the hotel is in a prime position. Polite staff who had to attend to a number of embarrassing complaints from other guests.

Veramente grande Hotel. Più economico intorno anche così non si ottiene davvero quando le persone prenotano alberghi economici e si lamentano che non è 5* 😂. Posizione è sorprendente. Il lago è bellissimo. Il personale è davvero bello. Le camere hanno tutto quello che ti serve e sono abbastanza spaziose. Il cibo è davvero buono, anche se un po' costoso ma ancora buono in porzioni.

The hotel was easy to find, located right by the main road. The rooms were quite small, and with luggage, the space felt a bit tight. However, there was a small outdoor balcony with a table and two chairs, which provided a nice spot to sit and eat. The rooms looked modern and recently renovated. The bathroom was well-designed, featuring sleek black tiles and gold fixtures, and the hot water worked perfectly. One of the best features of the room was the separate sink area, along with a microwave and fridge. This was especially convenient for heating up food or enjoying ready-to-eat meals from the nearby Aldi if you’re too tired to head out. The room also came with a kettle, coffee, tea, and even a chocolate wafer as a thoughtful welcome touch. There is no reception desk at this hotel, so it’s important to have internet access as check-in is fully digital. You’ll receive your room number via email just before your arrival. Make sure to complete the online pre-check-in to confirm your stay and receive further instructions. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient one-night stay.

酒店位置很好就在火車站旁，新裝修的，衞生也不錯，有餐吧和咖啡店，價格也挺實惠。房間內沒有空調，冬天有一個暖氣片，夏天衹有電扇。沒有免費wifi，註冊會員可以享受30分鐘wifi

L'hotel è stato la base perfetta per viaggiare l'isola di Skye! Check-in è stato facile, ci sono stati molti parcheggi (alcune vicine, alcune lontane), caffè e colazione aveva alcune selezioni, abbiamo anche cena all'hotel e era fantastico. Dice che non c'è acqua calda in ogni momento, ma abbiamo avuto acqua calda ogni volta che ci siamo docciati con grande pressione acqua!

La nostra camera disponeva di un bagno moderno e doccia con gel di doccia di qualità, eccetera, con pulizie adorabili. Il personale è fantastico, molto gentile e utile. Mangiamo al bar e il cibo era eccellente con l'accento sulla dolce camicia. Per il prezzo che chiedono, sarete duro per trovare un valore migliore per i soldi. Molto raccomandato. Questo hotel è molto vicino alla strada. Ho una stanza molto piccola e ho un parcheggio gratuito.

The hotel provided an overall satisfactory stay. The location was convenient, and the staff were generally polite and helpful. The room was clean, although the facilities appeared somewhat dated and could benefit from improvement. The breakfast offered a reasonable selection, but the quality was average. Wi-Fi and other amenities worked adequately, though not exceptionally well. Overall, the hotel met basic expectations and provided acceptable value for money. While there were no major issues during the stay, there was also nothing particularly outstanding. It is a suitable option for travelers seeking a comfortable and straightforward stay.

Mia madre e io ci siamo fermati per una notte, volevamo qualcosa di speciale e abbiamo avuto una bella esperienza! Questo hotel può essere vecchio, ma mi è sembrato che fosse parte del fascino, soprattutto perché si può prendere un documento sul desk che vi racconta tutta la storia della sua storia (compreso come Mae West aveva una stanza là!). L’uomo alla ricezione era bellissimo, come il personale del bar, e abbiamo dormito molto in una camera confortevole, bellamente tesa con un grande bagno. Mia madre apprezzava in particolare la Bibbia lasciata al tavolo accanto al letto. Forse è stato fatto da un ospite, ma è stato bello che il personale l’abbia lasciata lì, se qualcuno volesse leggerlo, e ci sono stati pochi tocchi come questo, e abbiamo avuto una vista del giardino che era bella. Il colazione è stato incluso nella nostra prenotazione, e vale la pena!

Overall good stay! Booked close to the holidays so the deal was good! However, the bathroom was mouldy and very congested. Apart from that usual amenities and breakfast options. Very accessible location! The staff were very polite and easy going.
