We had such a great time couple days the winds were high, but we didn’t let that spoil our vacation. The sun was out that’s the most important thing in the temperature was in the 70s and 80s and so perfect for people from Seattle Washington rainbows you know it’s a tropical area so the rainbows appear in the sky just so beautiful fireworks on Friday night was outstanding. Looks like all of Waikiki came to look And we stayed in the Tapa building and ocean view just outstanding. The restaurants to Bali was fabulous. The restaurants are on the street level was fantastic and we walked around the city and experience various type of cuisine. This is an outstanding vacation seven days and my wife and I are so glad that we have mobility and at our age so we could really enjoy the beach. Enjoy the catamaran enjoy just walking around the city shopping and so just outstanding. We look forward to another vacation like that. 

Fun for the kids and family. Great infinity pool. They should have more pool side service than going to the restaurant ordering. Service could be a bit friendlier but overall great. Rooms are a little outdated. Lobby is nice and location is great!

Ho un problema con questo hotel. Il potere è uscito. Uso un dispositivo medico per dormire e gli ho detto che non posso rimanere nella stanza per dormire prima di tutto. Non c'è un condizionatore d'aria a Hawaii è molto caldo numero due. Io dormo con la macchina CPAP medica, quindi non posso dormire senza quella macchina. Come mi aspettano di rimanere in questa stanza? Ho controllato l'hotel che mi hanno detto che mi avrebbe dato un rimborso completo e ora stanno tornando a parlare e non rimborsando i miei soldi, è ridicolo.

Stayed here for 1 week,location is great. Right on Waikiki. This hotel doesn’t have its own beach but offers free sitting chairs to bring with you to the beach and towels. Takes 20secs to the beach.Really tall hotel so you can see sunset over the ocean,staff is SUPER friendly. Building is old like all of them on Waikiki,furniture needs updating,mattress is hard but they give you 4 pillows,asked for our room to be freshened up when came back sheets and duvet cover never got changed.Asked next day to freshen up and left sheets same way.Not sure why,cleaning staff spoke perfect English!Mon&Wed they got farmers market downstairs,outrageous prices a Coconut for $20US, a small cup of fruits for $20US,youll also find bracelets and other junk! Overall it’s affordable and central,we didn’t eat on the resort nor used their spa so can’t recommend!

Inoltre, gli hotel alle Hawaii addebitano costi aggiuntivi per il WiFi e il servizio. Questo hotel non pulisce le camere ogni giorno, ma in media solo una volta ogni quattro giorni. Se hai bisogno del servizio in camera ogni giorno, devi effettuare la prenotazione con un giorno di anticipo. Molto senza parole

Wonderful Resort! È in una posizione magnifica e è stato ben designato. Divertimento ogni notte e un'ottima cena nel ristorante. Il personale era così amichevole e si è allontanato dalla loro strada per cercarci. Arrivato alle 6:00, dopo un volo di 10 ore, siamo stati in grado di controllare la nostra stanza e utilizzare tutte le strutture. Tutto intorno alla Grande Atmosfera per coppie e famiglie.

Il panorama è bello, il servizio è anche buono, il design è buono.La carta di camera è un anello, molto conveniente.Questo è buono.Molto bene.Mi piace questo hotel.Raccomandato.Questo piacere è troppo lontano, non c'è negozio vicino, non è molto conveniente mangiare e viaggiare, non c'è scelta. Devi guidare.

Booked another stay the Marriott, my go-to when heading to Oahu. Location is fantastic for the beach, and I don’t mind the walk to the International Marketplace or Royal Hawaiian Center for shopping and dining because you really get to see so much going on. Room was clean and surprisingly even though I booked a city view room, I still had a partial ocean view.

Don’t expect much apart from the location. They should not call their kids paddling pool as a swimming pool, charging resort fee for just providing chairs and umbrella for you to take them all the way, 10mins of walk to a public beach.

Melissa, Jessie and Mr Kalani were all amazing service providers! I had one of the best and most comfortable stays here thanks to them. They are always ready to accommodate and help! They usually start shift around the afternoon to evening time however! The facilities were all great too! Being able to have a microwave and an ice box as well as ask for extra amenities like toothbrushes and body lotion was never too tough a task. Also it is close to 2 big malls -, namely waikiki and international marketplace. It was within walking distance to other big brand names and one can easily join in the fun on the streets. The only downfall was the other customers and how thin the walls were - which meant noises and talking even in the middle of the night. But other than that, it was a great stay. Great for solo travellers too :)

Location was great. Service wise was soooooooo bad. My guest wanted to extend his stay. The person we talked to was nothing helpful at all. His attitude was not the nicest and sounded disingenuous. I couldn’t catch his name too well coz he spoke so fast when I asked for his name - Noah or Noiah?  Please consider changing a more suitable person to help your customers with their needs. Maybe it’s good to look at his gifts / skills and place him somewhere else for the benefit of your hotel. The call with this service staff was extremely unpleasant. Will not consider Hyatt Place again.

Loved the service they have there especially the 24h valet parking they offer. The first room I got was not really well as it feels very dusty, but they were very quick and offered a new room for me. I wanted a balcony and upgraded myself to it. One issue is the minor noise of some kind of engine at night especially when it’s quiet in the room. Definitely will be back to this hotel.

Cona, a est, torna al parco nazionale vulcanico per più di due ore Salute: la verità deve ancora passare Ambiente: le condizioni hardware intorno sono generali. La costruzione dell'hardware globale di Hiro è relativamente vecchia. La notte è nera e non è rotonda. Anche le luci stradali sono poche Servizio: andare avanti, non predefinito con colazione, e anche inviare un buono per colazione. La colazione è un pane e caffè molto semplice, e affrontare le scarpe

Sono sorpreso di un grande hotel vacanze Il tram è in funzione, ma la nave non è in funzione. Il servizio che può essere utilizzato per le interrogazioni giapponesi è terminato in ３ in mese Sono andato a cinque dollari per un autobus in un centro commerciale vicino, quindi sto camminando (più di 20 minuti) La stanza è molto ampia 々 Il flusso d'acqua nel serbatoio non è buono Posso vedere il campo da golf e il mare dalla stanza. Il Condo era in buona condizione, poteva usare un nuovo tappeto e dipinto, ma nonostante questo molto pulito!!! La dimensione del condo era perfetta e potevamo vedere l'oceano dalle porte del patio. La cucina era ben servita con piatti puliti e belli. La lavatrice/siccatore era una fantastica caratteristica che abbiamo usato!! Il personale del desk front era molto utile e amichevole. Parcheggio era incluso e facile da trovare. Condo era vicino al shopping di Kona Inn e la strada di bypass utilizzato per Hwy 11. Sarebbe sicuramente consigliare di rimanere lì!!! Il libro degli ospiti nel condo per scrivere la vostra entrata era così divertente da leggere ciò che gli altri ospiti avevano fatto!!

E'molto conveniente per soggiornare e uscire! Ottimo luogo geografico!Il tramonto davanti alla porta dell'hotel è bellissimo!Anche gli acquisti sono molto convenienti. Dopo aver risvegliato la mattina, puoi andare a fare una passeggiata per la colazione!Entra nella piscina fino alle 11:00! Il massaggio della piscina è molto caldo fino alle nove circa, bere un bicchiere nel bar, e poi rilassarsi nel massaggio è il migliore!

Vicino alla porta del parco nazionale vulcaniano, il prezzo è molto vantaggioso e molto caratteristico.

Questa grande isola è l'unico hotel che vuole tornare.Anche se non ho visto il padrone, sento l'ospitalità del padrone. Le persone che amano gatti e piante sono felici.
