The location is very good although if I go back and decide to stay in Waikiki again I would choose the Hilton Village instead. The room was lovely and we were allowed to check in earlier and also got upgraded free of charge to a sea view room which was fab! The check in member of staff was lovely and polite ! There is a small gym and yoga class 3 times a week Tuesday- Thursday at 8AM. You can hire free of charge 1 beach item per room per day such as beach chair or surfboard. Also towel hiring free of charge thru the vending machine. Parking is valet only and it costs $50 per day so we parked near the Honolulu zoo for free only 12-15 mins walk from hotel. Overall we are satisfied as we liked the room and location. The magicians at the lobby trying to sell you tickets to the magic show were a bit over the top and I would have preferred to not have to deal with them every time I went past.

Good location to walk to the biggest shopping center but needs 20 mins walk to the main tourist and food area. The hotel staff are nice and kind.

Very nice place to stay, friendly staff and convenient. Only one is elevator, soooo slow.

Divertimento per bambini e famiglie. Splendida piscina a sfioro. Dovrebbero offrire più servizio a bordo piscina rispetto a quello al ristorante. Il servizio potrebbe essere un po' più cordiale, ma nel complesso è ottimo. Le camere sono un po' datate. La hall è bella e la posizione è ottima!

Great hotel for the price we paid! The staff there were very lovely and we had a great and comfortable stay :)

Ho soggiornato una notte perché ero a Oahu per mangiare in alcuni nuovi ristoranti. Il prezzo era conveniente e la posizione era perfetta, dato che si trova proprio di fronte all'International Marketplace. La camera era pulita e spaziosa, ma lo era perché avevo la camera per disabili. L'unica lamentela riguardava il rumore di una macchina del ghiaccio o di qualche rubinetto che si sentiva ogni tanto vicino alla testiera del letto. Ci doveva essere qualcosa dall'altra parte della parete, visto che è una camera d'angolo e non ci sono camere adiacenti. Nel complesso, però, ci tornerei soprattutto per la posizione. I corridoi sono un po' psichedelici, se non inquietanti, ma in un certo senso cool.

La posizione di alto livello, il personale meraviglioso, la storia delle bevande e dei pasti serali è semplicemente grande) la presenza del colazione è anche grande più, molto scelto tra lui e l'Austriaco, ma non ci dispiace che le ambasciate scelgano. Sì, potrebbe essere un po'piu' vecchio di un austriaco, ma i suoi plug sono solo magnifici

I had a wonderful stay here. Every morning, I enjoyed breakfast on the balcony with a view of the lagoon and the ocean — it was absolutely beautiful. The building is a bit dated, but it is undergoing renovations, and even so, the property has five swimming pools, a lagoon, and easy beach access, which I really appreciated. One downside was that I was assigned a room in the Rainbow Tower with a connecting door. The noise from the neighboring room came through very clearly, almost as if it were in my own room, and the soundproofing was poor due to the connecting door. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the main Waikiki area, which felt a little far but still manageable on foot. Overall, I really enjoyed the facilities, the pools, and especially the lagoon.

I have no complaints at all - this might be the perfect resort at this price point. Check-in was smooth, the rooms are excellent (albeit maybe a bit on the small side for three persons, and we did miss not having a barhtub), the view excellent (description said “ocean view” and it was better than expected, even from the Pacific Tower), restaurants both great. The location is perfect, just a few min walk from the Royal Hawaiian Center; and the hotel has its own /small/ beach with really a good view of the sunset. Big shoutout to the very friendly staff at Monkeypod Kitchen as well as the poolside Towel Hut! Would revisit without a doubt!
