Hotel a 4 stelle in Hawaii, Stati Uniti d'America

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel dal 29 ottobre al 4 novembre. In generale, il personale era gentile e la stanza era pulita quotidianamente con asciugamani freschi forniti che apprezzavamo. Tuttavia, diversi problemi hanno influito significativamente sulla nostra esperienza. In primo luogo, il bagno accessibile che abbiamo prenotato non corrispondeva alle foto, non c'era una testa doccia a mano, che era importante per noi. In secondo luogo, lo specchio nella hall era notevolmente sporco all'arrivo, con strisce visibili da un vestito bagnato piuttosto sgradevole per un hotel di questo livello. Ho anche segnalato che il vassoio nel bacino si spruzzava dappertutto, soffocava il tetto e il pavimento, e mi è stato detto che la questione sarebbe stata controllata, ma non c'era nulla che risolva per tutta la nostra permanenza. Il sistema a due facce usato per regolare l'acqua nel bagno era anche molto scomodo, e abbiamo avuto costantemente problemi con la pressione instabile dell'acqua calda. Un'importante questione distinta è stata la parcheggio, ho prepagato e prenotato il parcheggio per 5 giorni, ma alla seconda sera tutti i posti sono stati presi, e mi è stato ordinato di parcheggiare in un edificio diverso vicino. Questo è stato estremamente inconveniente dover portare le cose dal terzo piano di un'altra struttura di parcheggio e sprecare tempo supplementare.È emerso che anche se si paga in anticipo, il vostro parcheggio non è garantito nessuno dall'esterno può prenderlo. Quindi pagate, ma finite senza il servizio che vi è stato promesso. In generale, il personale ha cercato di fornire un buon servizio, ma le questioni organizzative, i problemi di manutenzione e il sistema di parcheggio mal gestito hanno gravemente ridotto il nostro conforto. Purtroppo, dopo questa esperienza, non posso raccomandare questo hotel.

Io e la mia famiglia viveremo 3/29-4/2 a Halepuna, e mi sento davvero fantastico.La posizione dell'hotel è molto conveniente. Pochi minuti di cammino possono andare alla spiaggia di Waikiki e al negozio, che può godere di silenzio e andare a dormire in qualsiasi momento.La progettazione della stanza è semplice e qualitativa, il letto è super comodo, e dormi molto profondamente la notte. Il personale di servizio è molto gentile, gestire il soggiorno e la partenza velocemente, rendendo la gente si sente intimida e risparmiata.La colazione è molto scelta, sia nel sapore della terra che nella cucina occidentale, tutti possono trovare il piacere.La piscina e la zona di riposo sono puliti e puliti, l'atmosfera è molto rilassata e i passi possono essere regolati bene durante il viaggio. In generale, l'esperienza di alloggio di Halepuna offre servizi confortevoli, comodi e dettagliati, che rendono il viaggio più piacevole e più facile.

Questa volta ho soggiornato per tre notti e la comodità della posizione era impeccabile. Anche il personale della reception era molto cordiale. Tuttavia, la stanza che mi è stata assegnata accanto all'ascensore non è stata una buona scelta per chi cerca un riposo tranquillo, in quanto la scarsa insonorizzazione rendeva impossibile ignorare il rumore dell'ascensore in funzione.

Renovated room was nice, featuring exceptionally comfortable beds and pillows. The location is excellent, right next to a bus stop, and complimentary benefits like reusable water bottles with cold refill stations and free beach chairs/umbrellas from a partner hotel add great value. Minor quirks exist (e.g., outlet placement, sticky door), but the overall experience is highly recommended, especially considering the competitive price.

Great hotel for the price we paid! The staff there were very lovely and we had a great and comfortable stay :)

I usually book with the Marriott down the street whenever I’m in Waikiki but I opted to try the Hyatt for the first time; it was also a little cheaper than the Marriott the day that I went. I got a King room with a city view on the 7th floor. The room was large, clean and one of the corners of the tower so it had a curving layout. Overall the room was clean, bed was comfortable, A/C was cold. My only little gripe was in the bathroom, there weren’t any shampoos or conditioners or body wash in the tub like other hotels. Can’t say much for service since I was only there for a day but the employees I did interact with were friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay there again.

I specially booked this hotel to watch the fireworks on Friday. The location is really a plus, and it is very close to the fireworks beach. The sea view room has a good view. Outside the window is the yacht dock, and there is the sea in the distance. The night atmosphere is full. Next to it is the Hilton Resort. The surrounding environment is very comfortable. There is also the largest outlet nearby, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. I am very satisfied with the overall experience.

Hotel ubicato all’inizio di Waikiki, a circa 10 minuti a piedi da Kalākaua avenue…è quasi come un villaggio con ben 5 torri di camere…per famiglie con bambini è perfetto…all’interno ci sono ristoranti negozi e anche 2 starbucks. Ci sono 2 piscine principali e un’altra con gli scivoli vicino alla lagoon. Consigliato!

Spent 2 nights at Hotel La Croix on Oahu. Arrived quite early; around noon and figured I’d try to see if I could get an early check in. The front desk employee, Vince, recognized me from my last stay there a couple months ago. He helped my parents and I get into an available room for an early check in.  Room was clean and had a good view of the city which I wish I took some photos of. If there was one downside I think it would have to be the pillows. There were pretty flat and well used but clean. Definitely wish they were bigger and more life to them.  Overall the stay was great. No issues and the manager Craig also suggested some good places to go an eat at.

ダイヤモンドヘッドが眼前に広がる泊まりたかったホテルの一つであり、期待通りのロケーション、設えに満足しました。物価高の為、部屋食で我慢しましたが、夜でも5階から階下の3階プール、レストランの談笑風景を見下ろすことができ、和やかな雰囲気を満喫出来、缶ビールも美味しく頂けました。ただバレーパーキングは60ドル/日と高く、口コミにあるワイキキビーチ沿いの無料路上駐車を利用。初日の土曜日は空きスペースがありラッキー節約でしたが翌日日曜日は無く、少し離れた道路路肩に駐車。こちらも所狭しと路上駐車状態。しかしながら翌朝、駐禁切符が貼られ、ダウンタウンの地方裁判所にて155ドルを納付。NO PARKINGのサインはさすがに判りますが、無料エリアも判りやすいサインが必要ですね。結局35ドルの出費、トホホです。
