Guest-oriented good service and helpful communication, especially on the day of arrival. The hotel sent an email message giving detailed directions how to get there from the Changchun Railway Station by foot. I thought that extra caring service is notable because without it it wouldn't be easy... One drawback, the front desk staff is not English proficient.

Great hotel, the service by Ms 苏 was great. I would also like to highlight the service by Mr 李可鑫 by being accommodating and helpful during our late night check in. Comfortable room and great facilities.

L'hotel è situato vicino a Nordpoi (15 minuti a piedi) e a topmarkt集 che non è così vivace come previsto. La stanza permette di guardare il sollevamento del sole al comfort della vostra stanza. This is my second fantastic stay at this hotel! What a great experience I have had. The hotel is great and the people are awesome! They are doing what is beyond their duties to help my stay like home. I LOVE ❤️ 💕 this place! I would rate millions of stars if I could. During this stay, I ate at the restaurant a few times. The food and the service are fantastic! I have already decided to come back each year since this is just like my home! Thank you, all the hotel staff! You made my stay a memorable experience! We booked two rooms, request to be side by side or same floor but the hotel not manage to arrange it. We reach at 10.30pm, by the time get room key and wanna enjoy the free porridge, the staff said the time is over, just 5min pass 11pm. It will be good for the staff to let us know the porridge going to close while we doing check-in. I order the room have window, unfortunately the window is facing corridor!

Nice, modern, and clean hotel. Friendly staff and very helpful. I would stay again. The bed was a little hard for my western standards, but not terrible. Smart room features was a nice addition. Location was good, easy to walk to food and taxi pickup was quick.
