A 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità.

Well centralised hotel with malls ard it that are of walkable distance.
Hotel even prepared dumplings for us to celebrate the dong zhi festival
They also set up a small cute decoration with free cake to celebrate our anniversary
Helpful and friendly staffs such as Long Cui and housekeeper that kept our room tidy daily

L'hotel è stato strategicamente situato vicino alle attrazioni (10-20 minuti di auto). Il prezzo è anche conveniente. La stanza era pulita e tempestiva e il letto era comodo. Le strutture dell'hotel sono nuove e intelligenti controllate. Il colazione è stato grande con vari tipi di cibo. L'atteggiamento del personale del servizio front desk è stato buono.

Room is clean and well comforting to stay. Super good location, walking distance to YunTing night market and plenty of restaurants surrounding. However my only highlight is the staffs are not friendly at all! Most of them!! Tbh I don’t expect 5⭐️ service but I don’t feel welcoming when I talking to the staffs (front desk or even the hotel’s restaurant workers!) Unfortunately, I will not recommend to my friend who wants to visit 长白山 in her future trip.

Superb value! This has to be the best hotel for this price range. Daily housekeeping. Amazing location - right in the centre of the city with many malls nearby, there’s even a metro just beside the hotel. The hotel is a bit dated exuding the early 90s charm. But all in a good way. I’d definitely stay here again. Best overall out of the three hotels i’ve stayed in Changchu

L'hotel è a pochi passi dalla stazione di Changchun, a circa 15 minuti a piedi, ma vale la pena rimanere in questo posto. Ci sono in realtà autobus dalla stazione di Changchun, ma non l'ho preso. La stanza e il bagno nella stanza sono puliti. La pressione dell'acqua è buona per avere una buona doccia! Il personale dell'hotel è amichevole soprattutto la sorella maggiore che sta servendo il colazione! È sempre possibile vedere i sorrisi sul loro viso! Il colazione dell'hotel è anche timido! In generale, questo è un bel hotel per rimanere! Non si rimpiangerà mai di rimanere qui. Il prezzo è affidabile e il loro servizio è buono. Oh, sì, non dimenticare! C'è lavatrice e asciugatrice qui all'hotel e è gratuito! 😀

La posizione è un po' lontana dal centro. C'è una stazione della metropolitana vicina però. L'hotel è luminoso e moderno. La camera dispone di tutti i comfort di cui abbiamo bisogno. La doccia è buona. La TV è abbastanza grande. La qualità della colazione è un po' deludente.

The room in this hotel is the biggest room we have stayed in the trip in Northeast of China. The hotel is elegant. . The large room is equipped with modern lighting and electric curtain and also includes nice tea set. Breakfast is vast with many varieties of choices in the nice Japanese style restaurant. There is a concierge lady who helped guests arranging trip too. She is very friendly and supportive . What we like most is the ample space in the room that make us feel very comfortable. You can sip nice tea and be relaxed during the stay. We felt a bit sorry that we had only one day staying here because we really like this hotel. Even we stayed in Jilin only one day, we felt this hotel is very good hotel, and valued for money. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to all travellers who come to Jilin.

When I first started looking for a place to stay in Hunchun, I was a bit unsure about which hotel to pick. The city isn’t that big, so there weren’t too many options to choose from. Luckily, I came across Atour, and I immediately felt at ease. I’ve stayed with this brand several times before, so I knew I could expect a comfortable experience, and I was right! The room was cozy, the staff were super friendly, and everything felt clean and well taken care of. I really enjoyed my stay at Atour Hunchun, and I’ll definitely come back here the next time I visit the city😁💯

Lovely hotel, very well kept and maintained nearby Chang bai shan train station. Comfortable and clean. Stay was ok but service was par at best, they don’t have much experience dealing with foreigners. Also stingy with mineral water couldn’t spare a few more at front desk.

UUtente ospiteThe staff were very kind and we were impressed by their sincere attitude toward the guests. We booked the Gyegok trekking through Trip.com, but as foreigners, we had trouble communicating with the trekking company. The manager helped us, and we had a wonderful time that will remain a pleasant memory.
If we have the chance to come to Changbai Mountain again, we would definitely choose this hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We are truly grateful for the warm hearts of all the staff.
Also, grilling skewers and enjoying a glass of soju in the hotel parking lot was an unforgettable delight.

SSH.1The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel.
Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff
during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel.
Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts.
Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!!
Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen.
Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea.
In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb!
I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too!
The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team!
They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

UUtente ospiteHotel is within a small resort that is newly opened. Amenities are complete and restaurants and other F&B are available within the resort. Only inconvenience is that cars are not allowed into the resort so we have to trek to the gate to call for a ride.

NnurelyaImpression: The hotel is so cute and really kids oriented. Its newly built and opened, hence not all taxi driver knew about the location. In Trip.com - English, the name is Sunggari Club Hotel. But if you want to ask taxi driver or bus, you should mention Sungouli instead and search in Amap using chinese name given in Trip.com.
Location: West slope of Changbaishan. If the weather permitted, you can see the peak of Changbaishan from far away but very nice view. It was more happening at night around Swissotel area and more shops and restaurant around that area.
Hotspring located in Clubmed building not far ifrom Swissotel and Burger King. The shuttle bus will only drop and pickup at Swissotel and not Clubmed, so you have to walk back to Swissotel once you finished with the hotspring.
Pros:
1. Kids friendly - decorations, play area, room. All so cute and pretty.
2. The room package inclusive of the entrance vouchers and activities - skiing, deer place, hot spring, special event, breakfast. So it is really worth the money.
3. All the staffs are so friendly and helpful - even tried their best to communicate with us in English.
4. There is laundry room with washing machine and dryer and the detergents to wash and dry your clothes.
Cons:
1. The hotel supposed to be kids friendly, but smoking is allowed inside the hotel. We've requested non-smoking room and we've got it. but the problem is, it is not non-smoking floor. Shockingly, there is smoking area in the hallway of the rooms besides the elevator in every level. So the smell will travel to the entire hallway and into the room. Since it was winter and heavy snow, we can't really open the window to let the smell get off. It was so suffocating. Really frustrated in regards of this as I strongly suggest for the hotel to consider implement a strict rules not allowed smoking in the premise and have a dedicated smoking area far from the room and eating place to promote safe place for the kids.
2. Even the hotel considered new, the toilet bowl still old-school, not automated as most of the new airbnb/homestay that we went. So for Malaysian, no bidet is the big concern 😅.

LlilsheepNewly built, and nice hotel. Has great self-service laundry and nice gym. Located in Erdaobaihe Town, the hotel is a bit further outskirts so not within walking distance to the Cloud Market but everything is only a 10 min taxi/didi ride away. Also provides free pickup from the high-speed railway station (Changbaishan Station), which is also only 10 mins away.
We got the big family room which was great for 2 adults and 2 small kids.
Breakfast is a decent mix of local and western staples, even some local honey and yogurt. just don't eat the cereal.

Il servizio è per lo più buono, cordiale e disponibile.

EEsthaL'hotel è eccezionalmente pulito, che ha fatto una grande impressione. Hanno fornito eccellenti consigli per attrazioni e pranzi nelle vicinanze, e hanno lasciato il loro modo di guidarci su come arrivare lì.
La camera stessa era un po’ più piccola di quanto ci aspettavamo, ma non si detraeva dalla nostra esperienza generale. La cottura dello spazio è stata in realtà aggiunta al conforto del nostro soggiorno, e ci sentivamo a casa. Uno dei punti di vista per me è stato il pantaloncino dell'hotel, che era incredibilmente morbido, spesso e confortevole, offrendo un bel toccamento di lusso e relax.
Un’altra bella sorpresa è stata la concezione del hotel di fornire un porridge gratuito in serata. Dopo un lungo giorno di esplorazione, è stato un trattamento caldo e confortevole per godersi prima del letto. Inoltre, l'hotel è ben attrezzato con comodi strutture come lavastoviglie e asciugamani, che è sempre un bonus quando viaggiate per un periodo prolungato.
Per gli amanti del cibo, vale la pena ricordare che l'hotel è a pochi passi da Xining Garden子, un famoso ristorante locale di dumping. La vicinanza ci ha reso facile godere di alcuni dei migliori dumping nella zona senza dover viaggiare lontano.
In generale, l'hotel ha offerto un grande equilibrio di comfort, comodità e servizio, rendendolo una scelta meravigliosa per chiunque visita la zona.
