Hotel a 4 stelle in Jilin, Cina

Il personale era molto gentile e ci colpì con la loro sincera atteggiamento nei confronti degli ospiti.Abbiamo prenotato il trekking Gyegok attraverso Trip.com, ma come stranieri abbiamo avuto problemi di comunicare con la compagnia di trekking. Il manager ci ha aiutati, e abbiamo avuto un tempo meraviglioso che rimarrà una memoria piacevole. Se avessimo la possibilità di tornare a Changbai Mountain, sicuramente scegliere questo hotel. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e ben mantenute. Siamo davvero grati per i cuori caldi di tutto il personale. Inoltre, il parcheggio dell'hotel ha fatto un piacere inoltrare barbecue e un bicchiere di soia.

The hotel has a good location and the staff deliver good service. Sadly, the air conditioning was out of order across the entire building, and we were not informed about this in advance. Even with the AC turned on, the room temperature stayed at 30 degrees. A solution was offered eventually, yet we were far from satisfied with it. We hope the hotel can come up with a better solution in the future.

The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel. Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel. Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts. Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!! Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen. Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea. In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb! I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too! The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team! They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

Ho avuto un soggiorno sorprendente a Floral Bahe. L'intero posto è eccezionalmente pulito, e la posizione è incredibilmente conveniente, solo a pochi passi da molti ristoranti. L'ambiente è tranquillo e tranquillo, rendendolo perfetto per una via di rilassamento. Impression: The hotel is so cute and really kids oriented. Its newly built and opened, hence not all taxi driver knew about the location. In Trip.com - English, the name is Sunggari Club Hotel. But if you want to ask taxi driver or bus, you should mention Sungouli instead and search in Amap using chinese name given in Trip.com. Location: West slope of Changbaishan. If the weather permitted, you can see the peak of Changbaishan from far away but very nice view. It was more happening at night around Swissotel area and more shops and restaurant around that area. Hotspring located in Clubmed building not far ifrom Swissotel and Burger King. The shuttle bus will only drop and pickup at Swissotel and not Clubmed, so you have to walk back to Swissotel once you finished with the hotspring. Pros: 1. Kids friendly - decorations, play area, room. All so cute and pretty. 2. The room package inclusive of the entrance vouchers and activities - skiing, deer place, hot spring, special event, breakfast. So it is really worth the money. 3. All the staffs are so friendly and helpful - even tried their best to communicate with us in English. 4. There is laundry room with washing machine and dryer and the detergents to wash and dry your clothes. Cons: 1. The hotel supposed to be kids friendly, but smoking is allowed inside the hotel. We've requested non-smoking room and we've got it. but the problem is, it is not non-smoking floor. Shockingly, there is smoking area in the hallway of the rooms besides the elevator in every level. So the smell will travel to the entire hallway and into the room. Since it was winter and heavy snow, we can't really open the window to let the smell get off. It was so suffocating. Really frustrated in regards of this as I strongly suggest for the hotel to consider implement a strict rules not allowed smoking in the premise and have a dedicated smoking area far from the room and eating place to promote safe place for the kids. 2. Even the hotel considered new, the toilet bowl still old-school, not automated as most of the new airbnb/homestay that we went. So for Malaysian, no bidet is the big concern 😅.

Ho letto le recensioni diffuse prima di prenotare questo hotel qualche mese fa, e la mia esperienza di soggiornare qui 3 notti ha supportato queste eccellenti recensioni. È possibile noleggiare attrezzature sci (anche in abbigliamento) proprio al seminterrato convenientemente dopo aver finito di mangiare. Le classi di sci possono essere acquistate proprio lì, con i prezzi di sconto del canale, quindi si evita la difficoltà di fare queste cose al Centro di Servizio Ski. C'è un Tesla Model Y pronto a portarti dal pavimento dell'hotel fino alle corse di sci (l'accesso a sci-in e sci-out è stato chiuso durante il mio soggiorno lì ma nella maggior parte dei casi si può farlo) L'hotel è situato a pochi minuti di distanza da sci, quindi anche senza l'assistenza di trasporto, è gestibile mettendo su sci lenzuola e camminando indietro e avanti con la vostra sci. La camera che ho prenotato ha una camera da letto con 2 letti matrimoniali e una sala da pranzo con TV e tavolo da pranzo e una cucina con bacino e forno (ma non ci si aspetta ancora di cucinare cibo). Oltre alle proprie strutture di cena e a una piccola vendita al seminterrato, ci sono molte opzioni per mangiare e negoziare sulla strada principale, appena fuori dall'hotel. In generale, la Nuova storia è una storia felice e mi aspetto di tornare tra un anno o due. (Il mio consiglio per coloro che possono permettersi programmi flessibili, cercare di venire qui in lenta stagione come ora fuori dalle finestre Xmas e cinesi Anno Nuovo, la neve è ancora abbastanza buona, ma le folle non esistenti e si può ottenere davvero buoni affari in soggiorno, Anche se il biglietto per ascensore non è ancora economico, 430 RMB a o circa $60-65 al giorno. We really enjoyed our stay here a lot. The staff were very helpful and friendly in helping to make it an enjoyable stay. It guest laundry room is really busy in the evening, if you are in a rush can just consider washing it and hanging it up in the room. The climate is very dry and the wet clothes help to maintain humidity in the room. Most of the clothes dried by the next morning. Location was about 10 minutes drive to the 二道白河镇。other than the location, everything else was great and the hotel is new. Also special thanks to 丁相龙 who have agreed to convert my HSR pick up to sending us there at 5am in the morning. We are truly thankful for the gesture and the extra mile taken.

Spacious rooms and free laundry area with detergent. It’s quite deserted but easy to get cab to go around other places. Nearby hotel there is a hidden gem 米线, we had our dinner there for the 2 nights we stayed in this hotel, highly recommend! Hotel breakfast was decent as well, although the soy milk and coffee all taste quite diluted.

La posizione è ottima, proprio accanto alla stazione della metropolitana e a molte opzioni di ristorazione, a pochi passi anche da due grandi parchi. La camera è nuova e pulita, anche se più piccola di quanto mi aspettassi. La colazione ha una buona varietà e la sala da pranzo è comoda e spaziosa. Il servizio è per lo più buono, cordiale e disponibile.

Qui’Questo hotel di ristorazione è stato il soggiorno più soddisfacente di tutta la nostra visita in Cina 8-day attraverso Harbin, Changbaishan, Xuexiang e Yabuli. Abbiamo soggiornato in un'unità di residenza familiare, che ci ha consentito di vivere insieme confortevolmente sotto una famiglia. Il resort è estremamente pulito e ben mantenuto. La nostra unità includeva anche una tavola mahjong e una primavera privata calda, che rendevano il soggiorno molto piacevole. Anche se il prezzo non è economico, è certamente valente il denaro.
