Hotel a {{star}} a Jilin, ({{countryName}})

Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful during our stay. They were professional and always smiley whenever we got back hotel. Especially yu min 于敏 wang jing王晶, they helped with our smooth check in and check out and my many enquires. Requested for late check out for 30mins and they gave me 1 hour instead, really appreciate for that!!! We were surprised with the little gift pack from the hotel. It’s the local tea leaves and volcanos rock!! It’s something so unique and interesting as a gift! It’s one of the best hotels I would say!! Room was spacious, clean and smart. The layout and lighting of the room make our stay very comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was delivered right to our room in the morning at our specific timing. This saves us effort to make our way to the dining place for breakfast when we can enjoyed it in our room. The laundry room was definitely a huge plus for us. Totally free of charge for washing and drying clothing. The stay was so great and we decided to extend one more night. Location is near the town area. Either flag for taxi or ask the receptionist for help would be a better option. It’s very convenient to roam around the area as taxi is widely available. Overall it was an awesome and enjoyable stay.

This was our second stay in three days - both times because of the nearness to Changchun Railway Station - and again we enjoyed the excellent service (even if your phone runs out of battery, there’s a two day weather forecast on your desk together with water and snacks, s. photo), classic Chinese hard mattresses and pillows (good for our backs) and the history exhibits that remind guests of the fact this hotel was first opened in 1909 in this very building. This time, we did have time for their extensive breakfast buffet and it is indeed extensive: salad, various types of eggs, oats, fruit, cakes, Chinese dumplings, Chinese porridge (the local “hei mi” black rice is lovely), fried noodles, rice, steamed veggies and buns, toast, jam, various Chinese hot dishes, freshly made noodles, ….you get the idea. The only regret we had: they have a coffee machine - for instant coffee…. Lots of lovely teas, but only instant coffee, alas. You can’t beat their price, either: RMB 304 for a twin bedroom including two breakfasts and two vouchers for afternoon tea.

Anche se ci sono molti altri hotel con camere da fumo, ho limitato la mia ricerca a questo hotel che ha mostrato tutti i tipi di camere nella proprietà in essere NON fumatori. Immagina al mio shock quando entro nel lobby dell'hotel. La guardia di sicurezza fumava apertamente nel lobby. Quando abbiamo chiesto la ricezione al conto, ci è stato detto che questo era un hotel fumante. Trip.com, perché contraddice il tuo post web?

這次出行，真的要給維也納國際酒店白城店一個大大的五星好評！ 剛走進酒店，寬敞大氣的接待大廳就讓人眼前一亮，裝修精緻，環境優雅，每一處細節都透露着品質。前台工作人員熱情周到，辦理入住的速度很快，還貼心地介紹了酒店的各項服務，給升級了房間，還贈送了兩份早餐，好感度瞬間拉滿！ 房間更是沒得説，寬敞又乾淨，床品舒適，睡了個超安穩的好覺。智能客控超方便，動動嘴就能開關燈、調節温度。電視清晰度高，和朋友一起看球賽超爽。房間的隔音效果也很棒，完全不會被外界打擾。 酒店的配套設施也很完善，健身房器材齊全，自助洗衣房解決了旅途的洗衣煩惱。早餐種類豐富，中西式都有，味道也不錯。 酒店位置絕佳，周邊有大潤發、歐亞購物中心，吃飯、購物都很方便，離鶴鳴湖濕地景區也近，出行超便利。 這次的入住體驗太棒了，下次來白城，肯定還選維也納國際酒店白城店 ！

La posizione è un po' lontana dal centro. C'è una stazione della metropolitana vicina però. L'hotel è luminoso e moderno. La camera dispone di tutti i comfort di cui abbiamo bisogno. La doccia è buona. La TV è abbastanza grande. La qualità della colazione è un po' deludente.

La stanza ha un senso di progettazione, tema rosso; caffè a orecchie; strutture molto nuove e modeste.Il livello di consapevolezza del servizio del personale è molto alto e può spesso vivere.La strada è molto vicina e conveniente per mangiare.Un hotel di serie Lijiang molto attraente. L'unica carenza è che l'hotel ha appena aperto. Dopo la decorazione della stanza c'è un odore. Non è molto grave. L'apertura della finestra può sopportare il sonno.

L'hotel è nuovo e di buona qualità. La dimensione della camera è buona per la famiglia. I bagni sono di buona qualità - Peter Thomas Roth branding. La TV nella stanza permette di controllare la disponibilità della lavatrice e del secchiatore, nonché il tempo rimanente per la lavaggio/siccare gratuitamente. La prima volta che ci siamo spostati al mercato, ci sono state date le casse per prendere il colazione incluso. La colazione è diffusa! L'unico punto di svolta è che la stanza era un po' stufata, ma mi è stato detto che è perché le strutture per il riscaldamento sono buone!

The hotel offers free pick up service from the train station, which allowed us to connect with a driver called Ting Ting. The distance from Changbaishan railway station to the hotel is about a 10 min drive away. The hotel is clean, offers hot ginseng tea and the room is extremely spacious. The amenities kit is good too, with body lotion provided. Guests services staff are extremely helpful and kind. However, we spoke mandarin with them so I think the experience will be better if you spoke in Chinese. Breakfast at hotel is also a great spread - mainly noodles, rice, and Chinese dishes that tastes great. Coffee machine provided relatively great espresso (for an automatic machine). However, the highlight would be Ting Ting; whom we connected via Mercure. We were tourists without a local Chinese mobile number, so she knew and told us it’s extremely difficult for us to get anywhere in Changbaishan (there is only a local T3 ride hailing app, and Didi is not applicable there). She offered to drive us around for our stay (3D2N) instead, and taught us how to book our tickets for Changbaishan National Park. She also recommended and drove us to dining places that she has tried, and they were indeed great shops with tasty food! Ting Ting also reminded us what we needed to prep to go up to Changbaishan and took us to rent the necessary gear (fleece guard protection for knee, fleece shoes etc) as we did not have the right attire for the -10 and up temp in early March. She is extremely helpful and kind. Highly recommend Mercure and Ting Ting! 美居酒店又干净，房间也很大。早餐也丰富，多样。咖啡机的意式浓缩还很不错。酒店的柜台和工作人员都很友善，服务周到。因为酒店有包接站服务，我们链接了司机婷婷。她真的太好了，我们没大陆手机号，不知道根本去不了哪里。婷婷也教我们怎么购买长白山景区票、怎么玩。然后重要的是她也提醒我们上长白山需要注意的-我们不够防冷和防风的衣裳和鞋子，所以她也带我们去租了。婷婷也介绍我们好吃的地方，真的赞赞赞！

Amo il minimalista di questo hotel. La stanza è spaziosa, pulita e molto comoda. Il ricevitore è molto utile e disposto a fare miglia di più per aiutarci a prenotare per il servizio di corriere. C'è anche un supermercato e un ristorante coreano di fusione proprio sotto l'hotel che è molto conveniente.

Buon hotel solo parcheggio non conveniente per raccogliere e scendere . Colazione ha limitato cibo occidentale ma ok esperienza buona per soggiornare
