Hotel a 3 stelle in Dipartimento di Bolívar, Colombia

El Hotel está retirado del centro, la limpieza muy buena, la atención en el desayuno excelente, cordiales, amables, serviciales

The experience was a mix of both positive experiences and areas of opportunity, in the positive aspects the service provided by the staff was great, kudos to the restaurant staff as they were very welcoming and friendly with us. Reception, a couple of things to mention: We had a delay on our check-in due to the room having some issues related to the door, we were requested to wait for 15 minutes after the 15:00 check-in, and we did, after this time I had to reach back to the reception to check if the room was ready, still, had to wait for another 15 minutes. It was a total of 30 minutes out of schedule from the initial check-in due hotel's fault, we arrived with more than an hour of anticipation. There was nothing but an apology, not even a slight interest in offering compensation for the wait time, which could have been a plus in the customer service experience. On the other hand. we had several technical issues entering our room, as everytime we where off the room for a while the card wouldn't work, this was a consistent inconvenience in every single day, at the point that at our last 2 days staying at the hotel we directly reached reception to get the card fixed as we were already tired from previous days to reach the 5th floor for our room and then having to go down to reception to report the issue with the card, reach 5th floor again and AGAIN visit reception because the card wouldn't work, this could have been activelly addressed with either a room change or a technical review, however, it surprised us that instead of the receptionist offering at least an apologize we were told it was because WE used the card on another electreonic device, which never happened, another thing to point out was that at their main elevator someone popped a pimple at the elevator's mirror, and that disgusting pimple stayed there for more than 4 days, which indicates that the facility cleaning is not optimal, following this though at our room the blackout was stained at a corner, and even with having staff cleaning the room that stain remained from day 1 untill we left, probably someone spilled a drink at the balcony and it dropped at the blackout. Positive things: Restaurant service and overall attitude from the staff, ubication was good, close to the beach and with a nice view. AOO: A more customer-oriented thinking, at least showing interest in going the extra mile with their customers, cleaning.

Decent hotel for the price had to change my room cause my shower was spraying everywhere but when I brought it to their attention they switched me no problem

me queda muy feliz de mi alojamiento en el hotel Baluarte, los todos personal del hotel fueron super amable, el desayuno estaba muy sabroso, Si tenía alguna pregunta el personal del hotel siempre me ayudó con consejos, Este es lugar seguro absolutamente. Me aloje en hotel durante dos semanas y las dos semanas se quedan sin un solo incidente. Estoy lleno de agradecimiento a personal el hotel, y recomiendo hotel baluarte a todos.

L'hotel offre un WiFi che non è molto efficiente in qualsiasi luogo dell'hotel. In caso contrario, tutto è molto bene tranne il colazione che è medio e ripetibile. Il personale è accogliente e sempre disponibile. La stanza è ben organizzata con un ottimo aria condizionata.

L'hotel è stato una delle cose migliori durante il nostro viaggio, tutto è stato perfetto, le strutture molto belle e il personale è stato gentile e diligente.

Se potessi darle più di 5 stelle, le darei. La verità, un ottimo hotel in generale. Il servizio impeccabile, la cena deliziosa, le strutture sono belle e pulite, la stanza ha tutte le comodità, e si trova in un settore molto buono. L'unica cosa che potrebbe migliorare è la copertura WiFi, ma è un minimo di dettaglio.

Ótima localização, atendimento excelente e café da manhã delicioso.

It was good value for money. Not hot water (neither that cold, it is caribean weather just not heated) and a bit far from the main hotspots (i use uber motorbike so for me was ok, is around 1/2$ per trip).
