Hotel 3 stelle a Fez

Прекрасный отель. Дружелюбный персонал, начиная с поддержки ещё до заселения. Тепло встретили, угостили чаем с печеньками. Тут в любой момент могут угостить чаем и это очень приятно. Персонал хорошо говорит по-английски и готов помочь с любыми вопросами. Отель новый, все красиво и при этом аутентично оформлено. Номер большой, чистый, уютный. Постель удобная, постельное белье белоснежное. В номере тихо, соседей не слышно. Отель находится в Медине, при этом на тихой улочке. Близко к достопримечательностям. Завтрак вкусный, готовят блюда для каждого гостя отдельно: свежевыжатый апельсиновый сок, омлет, кофе, оладьи, местные лепешки, кексики, йогурт и варенья. Некоторые составляющие завтрака меняют для разнообразия. Воспользовались предложением отеля - заказали ужин. Это было действительно очень вкусно и атмосферно. Таджин с ягненком и черносливом просто божественный.

К сожалению, нам не очень понравилось проживание в этом отеле. Мы не первый раз в Фесе, и этот отель однозначно не стоит своих денег. Отель невероятно красивый внутри, но комнаты крошечные, окна выходят не на улицу, а в общий холл, где постоянно находятся гости и хозяева отеля (с раннего утра в холле завтракают и звенят тарелками, а вечером до позднего вечера ужинают). В целом отель выглядит не очень чисто и опрятно, и мы даже спасались от огромного таракана одной ночью. В середине нашего отдыха мы отравились и совсем перестали ходить на завтрак (это был единственный раз за 3 месяца проведенные в Марокко) Также жаль, что в номерах нет чайников и холодильников.

Its abit hard to find because google map is not showing the correct direction. There are 2 staff, the first person was kind and welcoming but the second person i feel like ge doesnt know what a hospitality is. Breakfast always came late. The floor was dusty. The rooftop was great to relax for the whole day if you like and wifi also available. The bed was proper. The bathroom need improvement so that the water can flow to the sewage faster. I used their laundry service, 3 dirham per piece.

Soggiorno fantastico nel complesso. La posizione è perfetta, proprio nel cuore della medina. La camera era molto pulita e l'aria condizionata funzionava benissimo. La colazione era abbondante e deliziosa. L'unico piccolo inconveniente era la quantità limitata di acqua calda, quindi le docce dovevano essere veloci, ma la temperatura dell'acqua era buona. Ciò che ci ha davvero colpito è stata la gentilezza del proprietario. Dovendo partire presto il secondo giorno e non potendo fare colazione, ci ha preparato una colazione da asporto. Era confezionata con molta cura ed era perfetta per il viaggio. Siamo rimasti molto colpiti da questo gesto gentile. Consigliatissimo! La posizione è ottima, proprio nel cuore della medina. La camera era pulita, l'aria condizionata funzionava bene e la colazione era abbondante e deliziosa. L'unico piccolo inconveniente era la quantità limitata di acqua calda, ma la temperatura dell'acqua era buona. Un ringraziamento speciale al proprietario: dato che dovevamo partire presto, ci ha gentilmente preparato una colazione da asporto. La sua attenzione e gentilezza sono state davvero toccanti. Consigliatissimo!

Service de navette pour et de l’aéroport proposée par l établissement: assez pratique lorsqu’on arrive tard comme nous. Facturé 25€ (250 dirhams)inclus la majoration de 5€ pour service nocturne. Chambre propre et literie confortable Salle de bain très petite, douche sans bac, l eau coule directement sur le sol et l’eau met pas mal de temps à s écouler par le syphon: pas trop pratique si vous êtes pressés et que vous devez prendre votre douche l un après l’autre rapidement . Le support de pommeau de douche cassé, il fallait le tenir à la main Produits d hygiène a ramener, shampooing non fourni ( difficile quand on voyage avec bagage en cabine pour 2-3 jours) Service de petit déjeuner basique, dommage pour certains produits commerciaux ( olives noires et fromage quiri ) Crepe et brioche préparé sur place, elles étaient très bonne Emplacement parfait , juste à côté d un de suq de la vieille médina Pour manger il y a plein de restos sur place mais ils sont relativement chers car on est en zone touristique Ne pas hésiter à aller manger dans la ville nouvelle, on y va avec taxi pour 2€ par trajet (4€ a/r) Attention: l hôtel affirme accepter la carte bancaire mais nous n avons pas pu régler 170dirham(17€) par carte car commission trop importante . Que les montants élevés sont acceptés ( à prendre en compte si vous payez en fin de séjour et que vous avez l’argent compté) Wifi gratuit , terrasse sympa mais dommage ne pas y pouvoir prendre le petit dej Dans l ensemble séjour agréable et rapport qualité prix correcte

Amore questo Riad, è così pulito e bellissimo all'interno e al tetto con una bella vista panoramica . Prima di arrivare il riad, mi hanno inviato un'e-mail chiedendo il mio WhatsApp in modo che possano inviare me l'esatto luogo e quindi videoclip per me a sapere come arrivare lì, poiché Google map non funziona quando arrivare all'interno della Medina . Dissero: “Se non riuscissi davvero a trovare il modo, potevano prendermi in una delle entrate della riad. Pensavo di poterlo trovare, ma non riuscivo a chiamarli. Uno dei miei uomini uscì immediatamente e mi aiutava a prendere il bagaglio. I due giovani impiegati sono molto utili e amichevoli, e poiché sono arrivato così tardi, un impiegato (dovrebbe essere chiamato Abdullah) mi ha portato fuori di nuovo, così posso rimbalzare come uscire e di nuovo la prossima volta. L'altro giovane staff mi ha portato anche dove posso trovare un negozio amichevole e conveniente vicino per ottenere essenziali. Li amava e così utile. Il colazione era anche bello. L'AC all'interno della stanza è buono e la pressione idrica e il calore erano buoni anche ! Rmb per portare le strutture perché non forniscono bagni o spazzole dentali. Raccomandare al riad di avere un bastone di gomma nella stanza invece di solo all'interno del bagno.

The contact person is so nice that helped us arrange city tour and transport to another city. Even though we had to leave at 8, which was not the breakfast timeslot, the house keeper prepared food for us to take away. We had so much fun here.

A very beautiful riad in the middle of medina, we are so happy to have stayed here. Mesmerising inner court, authentic-looking room, and a wonderful host Youssef, who is very welcoming and always ready to help. We stayed in the end of December, so it wasn’t exactly warm in the room, and if there was a heater of some sort, that would be just perfect. But then again, it was the 4th riad in a row we stayed at, and it was the warmest of them all even without aircon or heater. With that being said, I’m sure the temperature would feel just perfect during spring, summer or autumn. Thank you again to Youssef and the team, you left us a wonderful memory of Fes❤️

The Riad is right for the price. It's centrally located at the Medina. I got the room at the rooftop. No lift, only a narrowed spiral staircase. You have to carry your luggage up & down. If you are elderly and have issues with your back or knee problem this place is not for you. If you need to talk to the owner of the Riad you have to watsapp him if you have any concerns. I had an issue with my door lock. Luckily, they quickly addressed my issue & changed my door lock immediately.
