Hotel a 3 stelle in Troms, Norvegia

Il colazione è stato favoloso, con molte opzioni tra cui non ‑ glutine. La stanza è di dimensioni decente e molto pulita. La posizione è conveniente in circa 15 minuti si può raggiungere molti negozi e ristoranti. Se torno a Tromsø, rimarrò certamente al Dock!

I would rate this budget hotel 2/5. The location is its main advantage, conveniently situated close to key attractions and transportation. However, the overall experience was disappointing. The service was poor, I was charged twice for my stay, and the refund process takes time. Luckily trip.com helped me to liase, and I received reply from hotel very soon. I can see hair in sink and stain on pillow case when i juat entered the room. For a budget hotel, the price was extremely high and did not match the quality of service or facilities provided. The rooms were basic and lacked amenities, making it feel overpriced and not worth the cost. While the location is excellent, the subpar service and lack of value for money make it hard to recommend this hotel. There are likely better options in the same area at a more reasonable price.

Era solo un hotel in cui ho soggiornato durante il viaggio di ritorno dalle Lofoten a Tromsø. Non avevo grandi aspettative, ma è stata una piacevole sorpresa. La camera era in stile scandinavo molto minimalista, con tutto ciò che ci si aspetta, ma anche molto semplice. La vista dalla finestra era sul mare e sul cielo che si fondevano in un tutt'uno, molto diversa dai colori vivaci delle Lofoten che avevo visto negli ultimi giorni; offriva un senso di tranquillità. Era un ottimo posto per riposare, ma la città era molto tranquilla e priva di qualsiasi vivacità, forse questo è di per sé un vantaggio.

Rimasi a Atme Have e lo trovava pulito, comodo e confortevole. Il ponte in legno, attaccato come una veranda, era un bel posto per rilassarsi e godere dell’ambiente. Amiamo la cucina condivisa completa, pulita e molto conveniente per preparare i pasti. Sfortunatamente, siamo stati sfortunati e non abbiamo visto l'aurora durante il nostro soggiorno, ma il posto stesso era eccellente e ben mantenuto.

Di recente ho soggiornato allo Smarthotel Tromsø e mi sono trovato benissimo. La colazione era davvero buona, con un'ampia varietà per iniziare la giornata. La mia camera era pulita e confortevole, anche se un po' più piccola di quanto avrei preferito, ma ha fatto il suo dovere. Una cosa da tenere a mente durante l'inverno è che Tromsø è molto buia per gran parte del giorno, quindi potreste dormire più a lungo del previsto. Nel complesso, consiglio lo Smarthotel Tromsø per un soggiorno comodo e soddisfacente.

Le strutture sono molto buone, ha una cucina e un'area comune. Inoltre fornisce tè, caffè e snack gratuiti. Tuttavia la cucina comune chiude alle 22:00, il che è un po' scomodo. Anche il WiFi è un po' debole, a volte il telefono non riesce a connettersi.

La signorina è molto buona, perché siamo arrivati tardi da Parigi, quasi alle undici. La signorina è molto paziente nel guidarci su come check-in e poi perché è tardi a chiedere alla signorina è il più vicino supermercato. È immediatamente inviato il suo ubicazione. È anche molto paziente nel telefono dirmi dove sono le microonde. La chiave di questo hotel è molto vicino al supermercato!Due minuti a distanza, chi ha la quantità di oro in Norvegia!!Poi il ponte è la cattedrale artica, e il punto di raccolta di tutte le attività può arrivare per dieci minuti!In realtà, vivere in un buon hotel! La Norvegia è davvero felice e molto felice!

Our best stay for the trip. The room is very big, clean and fully equipped. Good location, walking distance to the ferry terminal and 15 mins by bus to the airport. The bus stop is just the next street of the apartment. Shopping, groceries, eateries are all nearby. Lucky to see the northern light on the first night outside our apartment. Strongly recommend all to stay when you are in Tromso.

The hotel is located near the Polaria which is a site one may see the Northern lights. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. There is a supermarket just down the road. There are 2 rooms on the 2nd floor with a few stairs down from the lift lobby. You may consider to put up a request to the hotel for no stairs if you do not want to bring the suitcases up and down the stairs.

Great hotel for it's price. Especially when tromso is such an expensive city. Like seriously expensive. The check in process was seamless and quite convenient. A passcode is sent to me prior to arriving and I just needed to key that in. Only problem was that the hotel was located on the top of a hill. So it was painful trying to get to it from city center.
