Hotel a 3 stelle in Troms, Norvegia

I would rate this budget hotel 2/5. The location is its main advantage, conveniently situated close to key attractions and transportation. However, the overall experience was disappointing. The service was poor, I was charged twice for my stay, and the refund process takes time. Luckily trip.com helped me to liase, and I received reply from hotel very soon. I can see hair in sink and stain on pillow case when i juat entered the room. For a budget hotel, the price was extremely high and did not match the quality of service or facilities provided. The rooms were basic and lacked amenities, making it feel overpriced and not worth the cost. While the location is excellent, the subpar service and lack of value for money make it hard to recommend this hotel. There are likely better options in the same area at a more reasonable price.

Mio marito e io abbiamo prenotato una camera Superior King Plus (che dovrebbe avere vista sul mare) per 4 notti. Abbiamo controllato tardi e abbiamo ricevuto una stanza al 6° piano che guardava una strada principale e una stazione di benzina. La stanza era anche incinta e una succhia sporca, e il personale era utile e ci trasferì in un'altra stanza al decimo piano dalla seconda notte, che aveva una vista migliore, ma un odore sgradevole. Fortunatamente potevamo sbarazzarci di questo aprindo le finestre per un po'. La nostra mattina scorsa l'hotel ha avuto un'incidente e siamo rimasti bloccati nell'ascensore con un volo da catturare. L'hotel è anche un po' più lontano dal centro della città rispetto ad altri hotel. Dopo aver detto che il servizio del personale di ricezione era in gran parte molto buono e un po' compiuto per le parti non così buone.

Amore l'hotel intelligente, facile check-in. Posizione perfetta con autobus, terminale di traghetto, negozi, centro commerciale tutti entro 5 minuti a piedi. La stanza è anche spaziosa. Certamente valore per soldi. Raccomando a tutti di rimanere quando siete a Harstad.

Le strutture sono molto buone, ha una cucina e un'area comune. Inoltre fornisce tè, caffè e snack gratuiti. Tuttavia la cucina comune chiude alle 22:00, il che è un po' scomodo. Anche il WiFi è un po' debole, a volte il telefono non riesce a connettersi.

Ci è stato detto che l'ascensore era fuori servizio il primo giorno di check-in, era terribile portare il bagaglio fino al quarto piano, ci siamo trascorsi tre notti, purtroppo l'ascensore non era riparato il giorno di check-out. Ma il personale è amichevole e i cookie forniti al bar del snack sono buoni!!

Il Quality Hotel Harstad è un hotel molto bello e moderno, con un'ottima posizione e un'atmosfera accogliente. Il personale è stato estremamente cordiale e disponibile durante tutto il nostro soggiorno, il che ci ha fatto sentire davvero a casa. La camera era pulita, confortevole e ben progettata, perfetta per un soggiorno breve o lungo. Tuttavia, un paio di piccole cose potrebbero essere migliorate: non c'era un frigorifero in camera, il che sarebbe stato utile, e la connessione Wi-Fi avrebbe potuto essere un po' più veloce e stabile, soprattutto per lavoro o streaming. A parte questo, tutto è stato fantastico: un soggiorno piacevole nel complesso, che consiglio vivamente!

I recently stayed at Smarthotel Tromsø and enjoyed my time there. The breakfast was really good, with plenty of variety to start the day. My room was neat and comfortable, albeit a bit smaller than I would have preferred, but it served its purpose. One thing to keep in mind during the winter is that Tromsø is very dark for much of the day, so you might sleep in later than planned. Overall, I recommend Smarthotel Tromsø for a convenient and satisfying stay.

They have the best view for breakfast! We got to see northern light at the hotel area. The environment in this hotel is really good.

Rimasi a Atme Have e lo trovava pulito, comodo e confortevole. Il ponte in legno, attaccato come una veranda, era un bel posto per rilassarsi e godere dell’ambiente. Amiamo la cucina condivisa completa, pulita e molto conveniente per preparare i pasti. Sfortunatamente, siamo stati sfortunati e non abbiamo visto l'aurora durante il nostro soggiorno, ma il posto stesso era eccellente e ben mantenuto.
