Room & Cleanliness: I booked a double room but was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a 6-person family suite! The room was spread over two floors and was incredibly spacious and modern. It was very clean and well-equipped, though it lacked a refrigerator. One minor issue was the lack of a heater on the lower floor, which stayed quite cold, so I spent most of my time on the upper floor where it was warmer. Service & Perks: The staff provided decent service, and although their English was limited, they were very helpful. Check-in was a bit slow despite there being few customers. A huge plus of staying here is the 30% discount on ski passes and complimentary access to the Ski Lounge. Having access to the lounge meant I didn't need to rent a locker for my belongings, which was very convenient. Transportation & Getting There: After arriving at Taizicheng High-Speed Railway Station, walk to the far left towards the bus parking area. You’ll pass ski rental shops and staff holding signs for various hotels. Take the shuttle bus (runs every 15-20 minutes) and stay on until the very last stop right in front of the hotel. Don't make the mistake I did by getting off one stop early at Thaiwoo Ski Resort, or you’ll have a long walk! Ski Access & Facilities: For snowboarding, just take the elevator to the 1st floor, which leads directly to the ski slopes. You can buy passes and rent all your gear and outfits right there. Breakfast is served on the 2nd floor. I stayed in Building C, which is a separate building from the lobby but only a very short walk away. Noise & Atmosphere: The room was extremely quiet and offered great privacy. At night, the atmosphere is beautiful and peaceful, though it gets incredibly cold (I visited in late December). Surroundings & Dining: At the ski area, you’ll find a McDonald’s, and inside the main building, there are noodle shops, milk tea stands, and restaurants serving Xiao Long Bao, wontons, and hotpot. I highly recommend walking over to the Thaiwoo Ski Resort area in the evening. There are plenty of restaurants, clothing shops, live music, and beautiful light decorations—it’s a great spot for photos. Note that Thaiwoo has its own separate ski entrance from the hotel's.

La posizione è ottima, proprio nel centro città. Il personale della reception, la Sig.ra Ella Xia, è molto disponibile ed efficiente. La colazione in hotel è un'ottima scelta ed è stato un vero piacere incontrare per caso il Sig. Stephen Yang, Direttore Generale. È così cordiale e allegro che spiega dove andare e cosa vedere. Questo potrebbe spiegare perché i suoi consigli siano davvero utili per il team di gestione di questo hotel. Altamente consigliato per riunioni di famiglia o vacanze rilassanti in questo particolare hotel.

Questa è la mia seconda volta ad Aranya, e devo dire che è un bel tranquillo appartamento, la stanza ha un'energia meravigliosa e era molto pulita. Abbiamo prenotato la sala privata di primavera calda e siamo stati scoppiati a quanto l'esperienza era pulita e spaziosa e premiata. Il personale era sempre cortese e sempre disponibile per aiutarci con le nostre richieste. Il mio cinese è povero, ma si sono assicurati di aiutare a comunicare e portarmi al negozio di comodità per i miei oggetti e mi hanno ripreso. Il loro ramen è il migliore che abbia mai avuto. E' un meraviglioso istituto e sarò di sicuro di ritorno presto.

Ho impiegato così tanto tempo a scegliere un hotel al Thaiwoo e sono così felice di aver scelto l'AB Hotel! Innanzitutto, il servizio offerto dalla Sig.ra Wang è stato eccellente, è stata molto paziente e disponibile, e la comunicazione tramite WeChat è stata sempre tempestiva. In secondo luogo, l'appartamento dell'hotel sembra moderno e pulito. Non ho notato alcun odore, nemmeno per un hotel che accetta animali. Rispetto al Nanshanli, proprio accanto, credo che questo offra un miglior rapporto qualità-prezzo, dato che si ha una stanza più grande (con cucina e soggiorno). Tuttavia, l'aspetto negativo è che in inverno abbiamo dovuto camminare all'aperto per raggiungere il noleggio sci, che si trova nell'edificio del Nanshanli. Ciononostante, la mia famiglia non vede l'ora di tornarci in futuro!

This stay truly exceeded all expectations. As foreigners visiting Zhangjiakou in December for the first time for both travel and skiing, the overall experience couldn’t have been better — it was absolutely top-notch 👍. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with a sense of warmth and genuine hospitality. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive. They immediately noticed that we were traveling with children and had quite a bit of luggage, and proactively offered assistance, which made us feel very well cared for right away. The dining experience was equally impressive. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options to suit different tastes, and the availability of late-night snacks was a wonderful bonus, especially after a long day of skiing. Overall, whether it was the attention to detail at the front desk, the comfort and quality of the accommodation, or the excellent food and beverage service, this hotel truly delivered on all fronts. It’s absolutely an ideal choice for families traveling with children, and we would highly recommend Atour to anyone visiting Zhangjiakou.

Bad check in service at front counter lady. Seems more occupied with her task than guest service. I have to call and request for our sofa bed to be open. Given we book and indicated a family of 4, unlike other hotels whom immediately arrange all additional required items such as toothbrushs, slippers, towels, water, etc. Here I have to call to request for each items. The wifi doesn't work. I have to physically bring my laptop to the front desk for assistance.. and even that was not able to connect. Breakfast, average as the food are abit hard - hard noodles, hotdogs, breads.. Only cons is location near to ski and restaurants but so are a few hotels nearby. Free scheduled public bus shuttle to/fro train station, have to walk about 7 mins to the bus stop. As a Hyatt member, this is the worse Hyatt Place hotels I stayed. I believe surrounding hotels will have better guest services and competitive price too.

Abbiamo prenotato una stanza con vista sul mare, ma la sua parte principale era una coperta di piscina. La piscina, che si può visitare gratuitamente mentre si soggiorna in questo hotel, è troppo piccola, mica e sovraccaricata da bambini dalla città. La stanza è piccola. Il letto era pulito e tutte le strutture erano buone. Il colazione nell'altro edificio non è troppo cattivo, ma è necessario arrivare presto perché i piatti non sono affrontati. Il prezzo della stanza e del servizio proposto è troppo alto.

SPA è un buon tempo per il tempo freddo ma igiene scarsa, non confrontare con i giapponesi, perché questo è solo un concetto di piscina riscaldata con piscina all'aperto. I biglietti per il cinema sono buoni e siamo riusciti a catturare 1 quasi quotidianamente e ci siamo goditi completamente. Camminare brevemente a LAWSON, negozi, negozi di sci, noleggi, sci academia La domanda è: resterò ancora, Sì!

Questa volta, si trova all'hotel di Don Huan Garden, North Dai Hezhou, e si sente molto bene.L'intero giardino di Yuan è come un giardino del castello europeo, l'ambiente è tranquillo e bello, e è molto bello. Il personale del negozio è molto entusiasta quando si occupa del soggiorno. L'aiuto inaspettato ha aggiornato la suite. L'area è grande, la decorazione è elegante, la luce e l'isolamento sono molto buoni.La camera è molto pulita e i dettagli sono fatti in posizione.Il servizio del personale è molto intimi e intimi durante tutto il suo ciclo, che fa sentire gli ospiti come un ritorno. E'raro incontrare un hotel così sincero, che è fortemente raccomandato ai suoi amici che vanno a giocare sull'isola di Qing.

We travel with a dog and luckily found this location. The room was big and the see view from the balcony is very nice. The whole compound is pet friendly and has a lot of options to walk. The cost was only 5 minutes away and offeres many activities as well as nice places, coffees, restaurants and bakeries to sit, eat and relax. The hotel/apartment stuff was super friendly and helpful. Would come back any time!
