Place was nice and spacious. Shower was great. Though the heater couldn't be turned on for long it made noises. You can book a private guide from the reception. There was an in house costume store. Seems like you can wear costumes for free?, but they didn't explain it to us. the place is near to a mall which has haidilao. There is also a 24 foot massage place along the path to the mall and a famous almond store. Do try their almond drink it is delicious! I Don't eat beef, but the lamb noodle store along that stretch was also nice. The location is perfect for 1 day in chengde.

La posizione dell'hotel è buona, il parcheggio è molto grande, ci sono molti camion a carica, accanto al centro commerciale, tutto è molto conveniente; Il servizio dell'hotel è particolarmente lodato. Il grande giardino del parcheggio ha aiutato a trovare un posto. La signorina che si trovava sulla reception chiedeva con pazienza quale piano e posizione doveva essere necessario. Infine, raccomandava una stanza di otto piani lontano dall'ascensore. In effetti, era molto tranquillo e dormiva bene. La giornata del colazione è anche molto amichevole, paziente e amichevole. Booked on friends’ recommendation and it did not disappoint! This is our first time in this region and first time ever in a ski resort and it has been a very pleasant and memorable experience. The hotel is in the heart of the ski resort from where dining options and shops are easily accessible. The Family Room is of decent size for 3 people (myself and two teenagers) and had all the usual amenities. Bidets are not typical in the country so don’t expect to see one here. Breakfast came with my booking and we got to try the typical food for this time of day. No Western breakfast available from the buffet. The selection does not vary per day so maybe keep that in mind if you’re staying for more than a couple of days. There are some food options outside but not a lot in the early morning. Most shops and restaurants open at 10am.
Customer service is exceptional and probably what we loved most about our stay. Mr. Lang, the English-speaking concierge, was very attentive and went above and beyond for us, making sure we took full advantage of the amenities such as the free movie tickets and hot spring sessions. He took great care explaining how to rent equipment and pay for ski passes to us noobs and we really appreciate that.

Hotel is close to the beach and staff are helpful but the carpet feels dirty on my feet and there were some yellow spatter marks on the walls in the bathroom. The AC had a hard time getting below 24 so I definitely woke up sweating a few times but they came and looked at it the second day and it was slightly better down to 22. The view and room were nice I appreciated the sofa/ living area but the couch did have several stains. The hotel bar /cafe didn’t have many food options but drinks were pretty good. Breakfast was good and had many options.

La suite è incredibilmente grande, con un soggiorno e un tavolo da mahjong. L'ambiente è fantastico, anche la colazione è piuttosto buona e il personale della reception è molto gentile e ci ha persino offerto un piccolo piatto di frutta. Grazie mille!!! Anche la piscina è molto bella e riscaldata, quindi ci siamo divertiti un sacco. La trapunta in camera è stata sostituita con una sottile, molto comoda. After checking us into our room, he added us on WeChat, which made it very convenient for us to ask questions and make requests. La colazione in hotel è un'ottima scelta ed è stato un vero piacere incontrare per caso il Sig. Stephen Yang, Direttore Generale. È così cordiale e allegro che spiega dove andare e cosa vedere. Questo potrebbe spiegare perché i suoi consigli siano davvero utili per il team di gestione di questo hotel. UUtente ospiteI don't normally bother to write reviews, but this place is truly deserving of one. Our stay at Anaya was amazing to say the least. The place was so beautiful and serene, rivaling many of the luxury ryokans in Japan but with their own modern twist. We stayed in the queen room, and it’s fairly simple but more than adequate and comfortable. The in-room drinks and snacks were delicious, and they provided an additional special treat each day, which was an experience on its own. There wasn't a television, but we never felt that there was a need for one. It was a place where you can truly focus on unwinding and take things slow, but when needed, the Wi-Fi speed is sufficient for streaming on your own devices. The hotel is unique where you can just do everything within their compounds without needing to travel anywhere else. We really loved the Japanese bookstore, which is a must-visit, and spend some time admiring the garden next to it. They provide activities as well, so you will never feel like there is nothing to do. The spas are also highly recommended, which in fact warrants a trip all on its own even if you do not stay at the hotel. One of the spas is a re-purposed factory, and it's a truly unique experience which will appeal to architecture enthusiasts. Food was a little pricey, but you have a lot of options, and the ones we had were great. They even had their own provision shop for you to stock up on snacks and drinks. One of the main factors that truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service from Zhi Hui. She went above and beyond to share her personal contact in order to make sure we were well taken care of, answering our questions promptly and making arrangements for us. She even followed up with us after our departure to make sure we arrived at our next destination safely. The other staff around the hotel, including the restaurants, were also very friendly and helpful. There was even a sweet young lady selling what they harvested from the mountains as well as small snack stores, one of which was operated by a very friendly lady selling Japanese-style desserts. Our interactions with the people all felt really genuine and sincere. The experience wouldn't have been so wonderful if it weren't for our very pleasant experience with the people working in and around the hotel. They normally use a multi-seater buggy to ferry guests around, but when we were caught in the rain, they actually arranged a car to pick us up instead. Anaya Lanya Hotel is simply extraordinary, and we cannot recommend it enough.

My family sent a box of sports drinks before I left. I made sure to make sure it was delivered on the day of the game. The result was that I, a road ******, filled in the wrong district address. The courier was sorting from the south of the city to a novice post office in the north of the city. Just after the race ended at 4 p.m., the logistics information showed that ”the post office is already at the post office,” but we had to leave for the next city at 5 p.m, and looked at the postoffice address 10 kilometers away on the map, stamping our feet in a hurry. When she heard this, Ms. Park comforted me by saying, ”Don't worry, I'll find a way,” grabbing the keys to her electric car and running out. She returned 20 minutes later, sweating and panting, saying, ”The sorting officers had the wrong zoning area. I went halfway through the warehouse with them to find it!” She thought she could get it now, but she frowned again and said, ”The box is too big to fit in the electric car basket. I'm afraid it will be broken on the road. La stanza è una sola pianta.La stanza non mi sembrava grande, ma era abbastanza utile, principalmente con un piccolo cortile, è molto pratico per lavare i vestiti, e ci sono anche biancheria e zuppa privata.La privacy è buona.
L'estate è venuta a vivere questi due giorni, non è stato molestato da un ladro nella stanza, e l'esperienza è fantastica.
Attraverso il corridoio è il quinto piano, o il punto di piscina calda.Super vicino.
Il ristorante è anche grande, la colazione è auto-servizio, il prezzo è eccezionale, la varietà convenzionale è abbastanza alimentare, e la qualità del caffè è buona.Il ristorante cinese è consigliato per il pranzo, essenzialmente il sistema di prenotazione in pacchi, non c'è alcuna tassa di servizio e il consumo minimo, il gusto del pranzo è buono, il principale ambiente è superb. Se non ci sono cari tipi di frutta marina, il prezzo è abbastanza.E'veramente buono per questo prezzo.Ci sono tavoli di bar per la salsa di bagno.Puoi anche vedere il mare.

Dimensione della camera
La stanza era spaziosa e ben progettata, offrendo una grande quantità di spazio per rilassarsi dopo un lungo giorno sulle corse.
Localizzazione
La posizione dell'hotel è invincibile. Nestled proprio alla base della montagna, offre facile accesso agli ascensori di sci. Se sei un principiante o un skier esperto, apprezzerai quanto sia conveniente colpire le corse prima di mattina.
Pulizia
La pulizia dell'hotel era impeccabile. Da aree comuni alla stanza stessa, tutto era senza spot. E' chiaro che il personale si prende molto orgoglio di mantenere un alto livello di igiene e pulizia, che ha aggiunto al comfort generale del mio soggiorno.
Ambienze
Uno dei punti più importanti per me è stato la disponibilità di una lavatrice all'hotel. Dopo qualche giorno di sci, avere la possibilità di fare lavanderia era un cambiatore di gioco. Mi ha permesso di imballare più leggero e di godere il mio viaggio senza preoccuparmi di correre fuori da vestiti puliti.

Mentre il mio soggiorno era quasi perfetto, ho trovato le offerte per colazione un po' mancanti in varietà. Anche se il cibo era fresco e delizioso, avrei preferito vedere più opzioni sul menu. Alcune scelte aggiuntive aumenterebbero l'esperienza di mangiare e di mangiare a diversi gusti.
In generale, consiglio molto di spostarsi. La combinazione di camere spaziose, ottima posizione, pulizia del giardino e comode strutture rende una scelta fantastica per chiunque voglia godere di una cabina di sci. Se potessero ampliare il menu del colazione, sarebbe davvero una esperienza di cinque stelle!

MMichael Exploring China and BeyondWe booked into the Holiday Inn Suites at ”Holiday Inn Langfang”, this time around.
Our previous visits to this hotel, were not particularly good, with service ”a lack of service”, being the primary reason.
Nevertheless, we wanted to try the ”Suites” section this time, and also see if things have improved.
Unfortunately, we were yet again inconvenienced at check in.
This is the only hotel, in China, in our experience that seem to not be favourable towards foreign guests.
Bearing in mind that we have visited numerous hotels, and have been living and working here for around four years.
Other than the most unpleasant check in process, our overall stay was fairly good.
The ”suite” has a fairly spacious layout, and the rate is relatively affordable.
We were very disappointed to learn that the swimming pool, was not operational (this whilst it's advertised on Trip.com).
We do enjoy the Breakfast at this hotel, in fact, we have breakfast here at least once a week.
Previously, we found that the Dish Name Cards at the Breakfast Buffet, are only in Chinese.
This is still the case, WHY?
As it's an ”International Brand”, hence we expect a level of English as well.
This can be such a lovely Hotel, if only they would work on improving their service levels.
With that said, we received excellent service from ”Allen”, whom tried his best to meet our requirements.
(Perhaps, his management, could learn some professional courtesy from him).
There are numerous hotels around, and if this one wishes to remain busy, best they improve their service, especially towards foreign guests.

Aac88The location of the hotel is great. The rooms were clean and generally tidy. I was surprised to find however that there were no disposable slippers although that maybe a hotel policy to prevent waste but I think they should be made available on request.
Breakfast had a good selection and was worth the cost. Sadly, we did not have time to avail of any of the other facilities in the hotel.
The weak point seems to be the check in process. It took far too long, I do not expect to spend fifteen minutes to check into a hotel with a prepaid reservation. There is no issue with language as I can speak Chinese. I realise that there are extra steps to deal with when dealing with overseas guests but they seemed pretty clueless when I presented them with a permanent resident card and insisted on my passport instead. The fact there was no entry stamp in my passport as it is new confused them even more and I had to waste more time finding my old passport which luckily I had with me. I was then asked various questions concerning my travel history which in over a decade in China I have never been asked before and when I asked why they needed this information there was no definitive answer given. I also received a follow up call encouraging me to leave a review and to join their membership program, this is not expected and guests information should not be used for marketing. I expect that a manager will see this review and should note these concerns and speak to their reception team to rectify this.

Il servizio di camera è molto intimido, ha una risposta alla domanda veloce, il personale è sempre sorridente e molto entusiasta di servirci.
Il servizio di ristorazione è anche molto attento. Il cameriere raccomanda attivamente speciali piatti. Il ristorante è sul lato del mare, mangiare dolci e guardare il panorama del mare, e sperimentare!Torna la prossima volta!
