A very stylish hotel, which completely met our expectations from its description on this site. Spacious and tastefully decorated rooms with the view on the hills of the city, there is a separate terrace below for those wishing to relax. Very welcoming and efficient reception guys arranged a very smooth check-in for is. There is also a private parking ground nearby (which is an important feature for the hotels located on the hills in this town), but the entry gate perhaps would now allow for the larger vehicles - please check it beforehand. The hotel is generally located upside down (because of the geography of the city) in a way that you are entering the high floor and then descending to the lower floors and there is a staircase leading down the main road (so in case of heavy luggage please ask for the help at the reception).

La cabana è semplicemente sorprendente! Il soggiorno di 4 notti a Cabanas Te Maori è la migliore scelta che abbia fatto per il viaggio. Grande posizione, tutto quello che hai bisogno (mercato, ristoranti, mare ...) è a pochi minuti a piedi. La cabina è ben attrezzata, tutto è così pulito, il design interno è buono (punti aggiuntivi per l'illuminazione), il letto è comodo, gli asciugamani extra sono preparati per cambiare. È una catena di piccole luci sul balcone, molto romantico! La WIFI è buona, la proprietaria, Patricia e suo marito, sono molto gentile e amichevole. Patricia è molto attenta e utile, ha fatto in modo che io mi prenda cura. Mi ha dato buon consiglio e ha aiutato a prenotare un biglietto per la serata (che ho avuto il miglior posto in show!), e mi hanno dato un collo come souvenir prima di mandarmi all'aeroporto, che dolce! Se devo fare un'osservazione per il miglioramento, direi di installare una piccola scatola all'interno del doccia, ma c'è già una scatola proprio accanto al doccia, quindi non importa. Io consiglio molto questo posto e sicuramente ripresero'!

Grande posizione nel bel quartiere di Cerro Alegre. Tuttavia, si arriva bene a piedi sulla strada principale e si può usare autobus ecc. La stanza era moderna e spaziosa e aveva una splendida vista sul porto e sulla costa. Il letto era piacevole e i letti e i guanti freschi e puliti. Il bagno era igienico e il servizio era buono. Il colazione è stato molto delizioso e anche qui è una splendida vista sulla terrazza. Il ristorante offre anche piatti deliziosi.

Good location right on port and metro station. Walking distance to the El Peral funicular, boat trips, Plaza Sotomayor, Right next to a supermarket and restaurants nearby. Hotel is very basic - one bath towel and one bath mat provided per person, no glasses, no frig, one bottle of all-in-one shampoo/soap dispenser at sink and in shower. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was OK (ask for espresso at the desk since the urn coffee was not good). But the hotel is super noisy. Rooms facing the harbor have nice views of the water and ships coming and going. But it's a working harbor and when ships arrive, the loading/unloading goes all day and all night. The windows provide some soundproofing but not enough. Plus, I don't know what was happening upstairs from my room but starting at 6 am every day, there would be this tremendous thumping and crashing all day long. Like someone was dropping giant barbells constantly (but I didn't see a gym I think). Hotel was cheap so I guess you get what you pay for!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Tupa Hotel. The staff was great! They provided transportation to/from the airport. I went on both of their island tours, which were reasonably priced and the groups sizes were small--quite a bit smaller than some of the other groups we saw. And anything you needed, they could set up for you. They made everything so easy! The hotel itself was adequate--an older building that was kept up well. The bed was comfy, the AC worked fine (based on previous reviews, it must be new?), they had refrigerators, a small breakfast buffet, and most importantly everything was clean. The TV & wifi are only in the common area--but on Rapa Nui, who cares?! The location was perfect--in town but also on the ocean. The hotel--as well as all of Hanga Roa and Rapa Nui--felt safe. There were dogs everywhere in the town but they were all too lazy to do anything. Getting around was easy. Overall everything about the island was great, and I would recommend staying at Tupa Hotel while visiting.

The Inaki Uhi was a wonderful place to stay for our 2 nights in Rapa Nui. The hotel picks up and returns guests to the airport and welcomes you with fresh leis! This is a family run hotel and the hosts are Ivonne snd Alejandre. Our room was spacious and modern with a small sitting area as well as sleeping area. There is a courtyard area outside the rooms with areas to sit and relax. The flowers there—and everywhere in Rapa Nui—are lush snd beautiful. Breakfast included fruit, juices, yogurt, coffee, and a variety of breads (fresh! There’s a bakery next door). Eggs can be prepared on request. As we were preparing to check out, we waited with our luggage and 3 coats in the lobby for our ride back to the airport-which is about 5 minutes away. We arrived in plenty of time—after checking in, we realized we had left the 3 coats at the hotel. In a panic, i couldn’t find the phone number for Inaki Uhi. We decided that my husband would stay at the airport and I would take a taxi to the hotel. I found a taxi and got in, but the driver didn’t take credit cards so I jumped out to find another taxi. The first taxi drove away. I suddenly realized that I had dropped my phone in the taxi! Using “find my phone” we knew where the phone was but had no way to get to get to it. By now, my husband had found the hotel phone number—only 45 minutes to last tome to board! Alejandro saved the day! We brought the coats and helped my husband find the phone! It was a miracle and we made our flight!we could not have done it without Alejandro’s help!!! Mission accomplished! Thank you!!

Ottimo hotel, l'attenzione del personale molto buona e predisposta. la posizione migliore perché abbiamo camminato dal terminale. camere molto pulite e questo è grato, la colazione ti portano nella camera e per la celebrazione di nuovo anno Avevamo Cotillon e altri regali per noi, lo consiglio completamente e torneremo nella prossima fuga a Vigna.

This hotel is amazingly cozy, it almost makes you not want to leave to explore the city. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful, giving me tips on where to go (and which streets/areas to avoid). Breakfast was so fun, especially since I was often the only one there. The eggs were so good! The rooftop terrace is incredible, this hotel is a must stay for the rooftop alone. The neighborhood nearby is incredibly walkable (lots of hills though, be prepared), with tons of shops, restaurants, galleries, street art, funiculars, etc, everything is nearby. Incredible views. I recommend getting some ice cream from the nearby heladeria (3 mins walk) and eating it on the rooftop, taking in the views.

Abbiamo avuto un super soggiorno all'Hotel Gala per una settimana, il tempo di trovare un appartamento a Viña. La stanza era super spaziosa, con una bella vista. La pulizia era perfetta e il personale super amichevole. Non aspettare un hotel di lusso ma a questo prezzo il valore per soldi è stato eccellente, con un buffet incluso. La posizione è anche ideale, nel centro di Viña, e molto vicino a ristoranti e pasticceria. Grazie ancora, consigliamo il vostro hotel!

È un bel posto, ben situato , con molti servizi , come il jacusi , piscina, vicino al settore 5 della spiaggia di Reñaca , buon accesso al trasporto pubblico. Pulizia giornaliera dei dipartimenti. Personale super servizio , e molto ben predisposto. Abbiamo avuto problemi con la microonde e l'hanno cambiato immediatamente, e qualsiasi cosa di manutenzione lo riparano . Se credo che potrebbero investire di più nella manutenzione edilizia . Il negativo: ondate di brutto odore (non sempre) perché è proprio davanti ai lupi marini. Il parcheggio non è garantito all'interno dell'edificio di dipartimenti e lasciare i veicoli fuori non è sicuro , Cile è molto pericoloso con il furto di auto. Quando siamo stati noi rubati un furgone parcheggiato davanti. Inoltre, le auto che restano fuori, lo stesso hotel mette le zampe sulle ruote e ti dà un ostacolo per mettere sul volante del conducente e lo stesso personale dell'hotel fa ruote per curare i veicoli. Lo consiglio, ma dobbiamo tenere conto di queste cose.
