Hotel a {{star}} a Canton Ginevra, ({{countryName}})

We liked most of the hotel. The pricing was reasonable and it was in a nice and quiet area in Geneva. We found the beds to be comfy and felt the shower was excellent with a couple of different settings to get some good pressure. We had two twin beds and the room had enough furnishings in it to enjoy but it is just a place to sleep. The room ran a bit warm for us in late October but having the window open helped. They have a very good breakfast with a good variety of items like Swiss cheese, bacon, cured meats, breads and some good pastries. Coffee, tea and juice is also included and they have a few dispensers in the dining area. Hot water is available here in case you want to make a hot drink and bring it back to your room. When we visited this hotel there was an internet outage in Vernier so there was no wifi available at the hotel for the duration of our stay and our cellular was blocked. The parking garage was also doing some painting so it was tricky to figure out the parking situation and getting into the parkade because there was no signage. We had issues with the front desk because the staff did not inform us of these known issues while we were checking in and we found it somewhat frustrating but when we inquired about these issues at the front desk the staff that I spoke to was rude, argumentative and condescending while the one lady insisted that they told us during check in but we were simply providing feedback that they did not. We had booked a twin room and a double room for our family but the rooms were mixed around and we didn't figure it out until the next morning and just thought it was what it was. My wife and I could not help but notice that the staff in the breakfast area only asked people of colour for their breakfast card. Each time we went up to grab something they were asking someone of colour for their card to prove they were ok to dine in the breakfast area and it happened so frequently that it did not seem to be a coincidence. Staff could improve by asking everyone or simply having a front desk before the dining area where people could check in so they do not have to weirdly single people out. I believe the hotel was charging a 25 CHF fee per day for parking because it is a third party that operates the parkade. They did advise us that we could choose to pay this fee or pay at the machine in the parkade. When we asked about the costs of the parkade the front desk staff nor the parking operator could advise us what the overnight fees would be but someone later shared that we could check the machine when we go to check out and we found a payment schedule and only had to pay 15 CHF overnight. I have attached the payment schedule to this review. There is not much near this hotel but we felt it was a convenient overnight stay as we drove around Switzerland. We enjoyed some aspects of the hotel but there are definitely some opportunities to improve.

Ottimo ubicazione, proprio al di là della stazione di Ginevra. Permette un arrivo precoce, servizi molto carini dal personale. La stanza è pulita e nuova. Grande struttura e accessori per lavastoviglie. Adatto anche per i viaggiatori di business, sicuramente prenotera' di nuovo la prossima volta.

Il prezzo è molto più economico rispetto agli hotel in città Quindici minuti a piedi dall'aeroporto, anche il bus navetta dell'hotel è sufficiente L'aeroporto è collegato alla stazione ferroviaria, sulla macchinetta acquistate autonomamente il biglietto del treno da e per Losanna in giornata Vai nella città vecchia, prendi il tram per 20 minuti, chiedi alla reception dell'hotel di ottenere il codice QR per i turisti per prendere i mezzi pubblici gratuitamente

Tutto semplicemente perfetto. Ottima posizione. Camere sofisticate. La colazione avrebbe potuto essere un po' più abbondante considerando il prezzo. Comunque questa è la Svizzera, o?! Tuttavia ho problemi con le fatture di Ibis. Sembra che sulle fatture risultino sempre meno dell'importo effettivamente pagato. Ovviamente non è colpa dell'hotel ma è dovuto al sistema di prenotazione. Come si può capirlo?

Posizione perfetta, a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. È semplice spostarsi a Ginevra a piedi, in tram, in autobus e in battello navetta dall'hotel. La stanza è pulita e ordinata. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Solo una cosa potrebbe essere migliore. L'isolamento acustico della stanza è inadeguato. Abbiamo sentito dei rumori provenienti dalle stanze adiacenti o dalla strada. La nostra camera è al secondo piano, proprio vicino alla strada. Il rumore dello spazzamento della strada ci svegliava ogni mattina intorno alle 6. Credo che un'altra stanza laterale sarebbe meglio. Non abbiamo richiesto il cambio camera perché eravamo solo per un periodo molto breve.

Great location, regular free shuttle to the airport (every 10/20mins depending on time of day).  You check in at the main hotel, which wasn’t especially clear, but I figured it out.  Great for a quick overnight stay before a flight

The hotel is out of my expectation. The location is really close to the city centre and just next to the central station.

La tipologia della camera, la posizione e il servizio sono tutti molto buoni. Si trova a circa un chilometro a piedi dalla stazione centrale e si può raggiungere a piedi il lago. Il personale della reception è molto cordiale. Tuttavia, i servizi della camera sono molto vecchi, non c'è la presa nel posto giusto, la stanza scatta quando si fa bollire l'acqua e si usa contemporaneamente l'asciugacapelli, e il bagno ha un odore particolare. Nel complesso, spero che le strutture dell'hotel possano essere migliorate.

Abbiamo avuto un bellissimo soggiorno a Kipling Hotel. La nostra camera era meravigliosa - una spaziosa stanza angolare con un bel balcone. La posizione era perfetta, a pochi passi dalla stazione. Ci ha colpito quando i Servizi ospiti ci hanno lasciato una dolce nota di luna di miele e cioccolato - un gesto così pensativo! L'unico problema era la nostra carta chiave che si è mantenuta disattivata. Durante il nostro soggiorno di una settimana, abbiamo dovuto farlo risolvere almeno cinque volte. Nonostante questo problema, ci siamo davvero divertiti.
