Hotel a {{star}} a Ohio, ({{countryName}})

Overall was a good experience! Only issue was there is no microwave in your hotel room so when you and your family come back from a nice dinner or just have leftovers in general you have to go to the main lobby where there is only one microwave inside a cabinet for everyone in the hotel to use! Now here’s my real issue….inside that cabinet…not microwave just to be clear…. was a dead roach….we immediately alerted the staff and they were shocked just as we were! Staff said they would handle it so with good faith the next morning my kids were hungry went back down to that same microwave and the roach was still there‼️‼️‼️

Easy check in, very friendly, helpful check in staff. Lovely room, large comfy bed, good bathroom, great shower.  Somewhat disappointed by very limited on site Mexican restaurant food & it was quite poor in terms of portion and lacked any real flavour.  We had issue with getting bed made up and asked on 3 different occasions over our 3 night day. Jen on reception promised it would be done for out return to hotel in afternoon but sadly it was not and in spite of her further requests it was never done.  On check out when I told her it still hadn’t been done she agreed this was not good enough as she had been assured by housekeeping it would be done previous day.  Jen said she was sending 30,000 points to my Marriott account to compensate for our disappointment and they would show up within 48 hrs. That was 28 April , it’s now 14May and still nothing……… I really expected much better from a hotel of this standard. Westin you have let the Marriott group and us down.  You really need to deliver on your promises.  So disappointed ☹️☹️☹️☹️

More so just disappointed in the room itself, looked o thing like the pictures, my shower was a tub shower with a curtain, which was shown no where, the water pressure was awful as well. Everything else Ioved

La posizione dell'hotel è buona. La hall è stupenda. Ma la vista della camera non è buona 👎 l'hotel nel centro di Cleveland è davvero in fondo. Rispetto ad altre case, la reception non è abbastanza generosa, anche la bottiglia d'acqua costa $4 a bottiglia. I servizi in camera sono moderni.

Hotel was ok for airport Hotel in that area. Only Shuttlebus was not ok. Afternoon was no driver available and in the morning had no shuttle service before 5:30AM. Had to take two times UBER on my own cost.

L'hotel è molto bello, il vecchio ricco di jazz, ama il carta da bagno e la luce di soffitto, la stanza è pulita e igienica, l'hotel è situato nel centro di Cliveland Downtown, è comodo per la gita, il servizio del personale della ricetta è molto buono. La prima stanza è vicino al garage con un grande rumore di macchina, Dopo che il prosciutto è arrivato, mi ha cambiato una stanza tranquilla molto soddisfatta.

Non sono stato molto contento di questo soggiorno. Ho soggiornato in posti più economici che erano molto meglio. Non c'erano distributori automatici. Il ristorante in loco ha una capienza molto limitata. Il parcheggio orribile. La nostra macchina è stata scassinata. La posizione è vicino al centro ma non mi ha colpito l'Hyatt. Le camere erano terribilmente piccole. :(

Decorazione carina. Situazione primaria, ma basicamente nessuna attrezzatura. La palestra e il lavandino sono come le microspazi e si sente come la gente vive lì. L'hotel ha un strano aroma e odore come una casa di infermeria. Inoltre non hanno servizio in camera, bottiglie d’acqua all’interno della stanza, e non vendono macchine per snack o bevande. Quindi se siete affamati o sete in mezzo alla notte siete soli.

Il centro e la stazione di turno del viaggio sono ancora molto buoni per dormire!L'hotel è nuovo, il letto è molto comodo e la qualità è molto generosa.Il parcheggio dell'hotel è di 22 cucchiai al giorno, ma l'altra scala di parcheggio richiede sei cucchiai. Di solito consigliano agli ospiti di parcheggiare l'altra. Quando sono andato via, sono le sei del mattino. Non è ancora lucido. Una ragazza va a prendere l'auto al parcheggio opposto. L'hotel ha mandato un guardiano con me per vedere che sono salito per assicurarmi la mia sicurezza!Ha detto che Toledo era un piccolo Detroit, e alcuni posti di polizia non sono troppo buoni! Quindi vogliono venire con me per prendere l'auto!E'un buon hotel.
