Hotel a 4 stelle in Ohio, Stati Uniti d'America

The location was perfect to get to local attractions, including the zoo, shopping, and hiking trails. The room and hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and good amenities. We had breakfast elsewhere, as there is no continental breakfast, but that wasn’t a big issue for us. The only negative was that the fan in the bathroom was not functioning - or rather we couldn’t figure out how to turn it on. Otherwise, a good place to stay for a night at a reasonable price.

loved the hotel was disappointed in the fee's for parking however i should have checked on that

La nostra stanza non era pronta per circa 1 ora 1/2 fino a quando siamo arrivati qui e dobbiamo essere pronti per una festa all'hotel e abbiamo dovuto portare il nostro bagaglio intorno al luogo e non siamo stati in grado di essere pronti nella nostra stanza per l'evento.

Hotel was ok for airport Hotel in that area. Only Shuttlebus was not ok. Afternoon was no driver available and in the morning had no shuttle service before 5:30AM. Had to take two times UBER on my own cost.

Overall was a good experience! Only issue was there is no microwave in your hotel room so when you and your family come back from a nice dinner or just have leftovers in general you have to go to the main lobby where there is only one microwave inside a cabinet for everyone in the hotel to use! Now here’s my real issue….inside that cabinet…not microwave just to be clear…. was a dead roach….we immediately alerted the staff and they were shocked just as we were! Staff said they would handle it so with good faith the next morning my kids were hungry went back down to that same microwave and the roach was still there‼️‼️‼️

Tutti gli aspetti sono molto buoni, ma perché ho chiaramente incluso la colazione e ho chiesto alla reception dopo l'alloggio, ma ho detto di no. Anche se ho scritto un buono per la colazione sul mio viso, ho prenotato una settimana e ho sposato un giorno 😓

Abbiamo prenotato il Hilton nel centro di Columbus per un concerto all'Arena nazionale. La posizione dell'hotel non poteva essere più vicina!Grande area sul High St. Grandi impianti e personale.La stanza era pulita e confortevole
