Hotel a 3 stelle in Québec, Canada

La stanza è pulita e ordinata, il servizio alla reception è premuroso e caloroso, la posizione è buona, comoda per lo shopping e ci vogliono solo dieci minuti a piedi per Chinatown per cena

Whilst the rooms are of a good size and the beds comfortable, the rooms need a lot of updating. The blinds did not fit the windows properly therefore letting in a lot of light at night, the safe did not work, the iron board leg had snapped leaving a sharp burr at one end and the toilet was not fixed properly to the wall. And because there are staff strikes ongoing, reception is regularly left unattended.  In the plus side, the restaurant in the lobby (which is not run by the hotel) is very good!

This hotel exceeded all our expectations! The room was spotless, stylish, and super comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made me feel right at home. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

La camera è molto spaziosa e classica. Molto amichevole personale e sarei sicuramente rimasto lì se fossi a Montreal la prossima volta ...

The location of this establishment was great, you were within a very short drive/walk to the old downtown of Montreal. The place itself I would classify it as a high class motel rather than an hotel in my opinion. The two queen beds we had were great and clean and so was the washroom. The room could have been tidied up a bit more but overall was okay. The hotel does not have room service. Breakfast was included for our stay and it was your standard breakfast, but it was good and you could not go wrong with it. The parking lot unfortunately was very costly, $46 per night and the space was super tight, if you are driving a minivan or a truck, you will definitely have a harder time parking. Overall it's a decent place, if location is all that matters and you are willing to sacrifice a little bit on the service then this place is good for you.

Questo è un hotel più comodo di quanto immagino. Il personale è molto amichevole e la stanza dell'hotel è molto pulita.Considerato che il colazione è gratuito, penso che sia un prezzo molto ragionevole. Ma quando ho usato il fango, l'acqua calda non usciva, l'ultima era l'acqua (due giorni).Sono un po'delusionato perché vivo molto freddo. Ma in generale, penso che sia un ottimo hotel.

Ci siamo ripresi meravigliosamente dopo un lungo volo. L'hotel è molto vicino all'aeroporto. Il servizio è eccellente. Tutti quelli con cui abbiamo parlato alla reception sono stati cordiali, accoglienti e disponibili. Sebbene inizialmente avessimo programmato di fermarci solo un giorno per riposarci e poi proseguire il nostro viaggio per Ottawa, abbiamo prolungato la permanenza di un altro giorno perché ci è piaciuto molto lo spazio. La colazione era molto buona. Non c'erano posti dove mangiare raggiungibili a piedi, ma nella hall offrono alcuni piatti adatti al microonde. La piscina era ben tenuta e pulita, ma troppo piccola per fare qualche vasca. Il nostro viaggio in treno per Ottawa era in tarda serata, quindi dopo il check-out ci siamo rilassati nella hall con i bagagli e abbiamo lavorato un po' sui nostri computer portatili, apprezzando la disponibilità di tutti.

Great location, close to some very good restaurants and a block away from Old Montreal, and close to Metro stations. The hotel is quite expensive for what it offers. It does have a laundry facility, which is nice, but the breakfasts are really substandard, considering the cost. Selecting breakfasts increases the room cost significantly, or you could pay $27 per person for the breakfast. It was standard hotel breakfast buffet - you could get twice the quality for half the price elsewhere. And parking is $28 per day, or portion of a day.

In generale, ero soddisfatto del mio soggiorno a Samsun Montreal. Il posto è pulito, ben situato e confortevole. Tuttavia, un grande svantaggio è che il letto non è stato preparato in anticipo. Questo è stato piuttosto sorprendente dal momento che molti altri ostelli a Montreal, anche più economici, forniscono questo come servizio standard. E ' particolarmente scomodo quando si è su un bunk superiore, perché crea rumore e disturba gli altri. Sarebbe certamente molto più comodo se i letti fossero preparati in anticipo.

Il soggiorno è stato incredibile. I punti di miglioramento sono la preparazione della bottiglia d'acqua e di articoli sanitari come la spalla, la pasta dentale e gli slip per la stanza. Il luogo era pulito e confortevole.
