Big room, super clean, great views, very good location with many small restaurants and nightlife around. Very copious breakfast with enough seating. Efficient laundry room. One window in the guest room can be opened. The aircon was not noisy! Bed linens of the highest quality. Special thanks to the most helpful staff at the reception. Xiao Pan and Sha Sha earn special points for helping me with a Captcha with Chinese characters! Free transfer from the railway station and back to the airport. 100% recommended.

La camera era luminosa e spaziosa, il materasso molto comodo con la giusta consistenza e il cuscino in lattice ha garantito un sonno ristoratore. La colazione offriva un'ampia scelta ed era squisita. L'hotel si trova a circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla Grande Bazaar internazionale. Ci sono molti piatti e negozi di comodità vicini, quindi non preoccupatevi. La camera è spaziosa e si adatta alla nostra famiglia. Il 6° piano è anche dotato di mini palestra e lavanderia. La colazione è stata diffusa e hanno anche cena fornito da 9.30pm. Mentre l'hotel è pulito e bello in generale, il custode non ha davvero messo a posto la nostra stanza - ha appena cambiato le tute, ha buttato la gomma senza fare le letti. Forse è il loro SOP, ma sarebbe stato meglio se la stanza fosse pulita dopo che siamo tornati da shopping o da tour di giorno.Altrimenti, è un bel hotel a Urumqi prima di esplorare la città.

Questo hotel a quattro stelle vicino all'antica città di Kashgar dispone di funzioni complete di ristorazione e turismo. La sua esperienza è fantastica in questo bel hotel! La stanza era bella e senza spot, con tutte le moderne strutture. ZzedtalibOne reason for choosing Wanda Moments was to see the views of the mountains from the rooftop but it was so so. The mountain view from the room window is awesome.
Another reason is for the Oxygen supply in the room but it was so confusing. We couldn’t understand what the staff is saying. We don’t understand why only one guest get the oxygen supply. The young guys at the reception were not helpful and were hesitant to go up to the room to assist us. Our stay was all in all hectic, going up and down to get assistance.
For tourists from out of China, be warned that the food serving is huge. Rice came in a huge portion, soup in a huge bowl. It was sad to see them go to waste. Perhaps the hotel can tailor the menu down to smaller portions.

UUtente anonimoThe hotel has a great location: a brisk 5-7-minute walk from the metro (exit A). The route itself is interesting: on the left and right are entrances to the Grand Bazaar and plenty of street vendors selling fruit, food, clothing, and souvenirs.
The hotel was unusual for us as tourists. When you open your room, the curtains automatically open, and you hear a voice message in Chinese. We didn't understand what it meant, though.
The room was large, beautiful, and comfortable, with good beds, a huge TV, and panoramic windows. The courtyard view means the windows overlook other hotel windows through a narrow pedestrian walkway with a transparent roof, allowing you to see other guests—and they can see you. Although our silhouettes weren't very clear, we still felt uneasy, so we asked to change rooms. We were upgraded to a room with smaller windows. The sink was separate in the room, and the bathroom had only a toilet and shower. The toilet didn't have a flush button; it flushed automatically and had a small blue light, which was convenient if you want to use it at night in the dark.
At first, we were very disappointed that the room didn't have a refrigerator (minibar), as stated in the room description, as we had strictly chosen a hotel with a minibar. At reception, we were told we could put food in their refrigerator. As compensation, they allowed us to check out a little later for free.
Also cheese yoghurts «Tea Ballet» were offered every day. They were very tasty and of good quality.
There are several robots roaming inside the hotel, but we didn't understand their function either. You can pick up some essentials for your stay on the ground floor (tea, sleeping masks, hair elastics, and other suitable stuff).
We really enjoyed the breakfasts. The selection wasn't huge compared to other hotels, but they were all well-prepared and delicious. The food wasn't too spicy, with pleasant seasonings, good milk tea, corn, etc., which gave the impression of a healthy meal.
We had a few small suggestions regarding the room: it would have been very helpful to have more towel racks in the bathroom and a bit more storage space for clothes. Also, we noticed there were no forks available during breakfast, which was a little inconvenient.
We believe addressing these small details would make the guest experience even better. Thank you for your hospitality!

C'è un edificio commerciale proprio all'angolo dell'hotel, ci piace il mercato alimentare all'interno, hanno varietà di cibo come frutta fresca, verdure, pane, torte e tutto!
Mi piaceva il loro colazione, non troppo, non troppo poco, cibo locale fresco cotto in stile buffet, godevo di mangiare la congee con un po' di sapone. Hanno anche tosta con gioielli aromatizzati e marmaladesi, era più di abbastanza ❤️
Abbiamo anche dormito molto bene, tranquillo e comodo.

I should all the staffs are great. Walking distant to Wanda Plaza. To Hetian 2nd street too. Turn left as you walk out to main road. All the way down and turn right. Keep walking and you will see it with the crowd for Hetian night market. Eatery around hotel. Left and right on main road. Very cosy breakfast area.

UUtente ospiteThis is a great hotel! The staff are friendly. The rooms are clean. The service is great as well. I like that my room was a non smoking room and that this is a 100% smoke free hotel. After spending the night in many hotels in Xinjiang, I have not been getting rooms that were designated as non smoking because those hotels didn’t have them even though I booked non smoking rooms. Therefore, I wasn’t frustrated when I was checking into my room at this hotel.
There are two things that I recommend that the hotel do to make the guest experience better.
1. Remove all of the ashtrays that are on top of the trash cans near the elevators on each floor. I asked the staff why they had them if they are a 100% non smoking hotel and they said it’s for guests to throw their cigarette butts away. I told them those should be removed because those being there let guests know that smoking is allowed in the hotel and that when guests throw them away the smoke from the cigarette butts makes the hotel hallways smell bad as guests are throwing them out. Some of the public areas did smell like cigarette smoke, including one of the elevators, which was not pleasant to breathe. China has a lot of people who smoke, very few smoking bans, and has many people who don’t comply with no smoking policies, so therefore, this is my recommendation when it comes to this issue. I also recommend the hotel put more “No Smoking” signs in the public areas as well, as I only saw ones in the elevators and first floor.
2. The dryer for drying clothes is very slow. I decided to air dry them for several hours after they were in there for two hours because I did my laundry late at night and needed to get some sleep. When I woke up, not all of them were completely dry, which was frustrating. I strongly recommend the hotel gets better dryers, even though it will cost them more money, to solve this issue and get less complaints about it.

Il personale è stato cordiale e cortese, e si è preso l'iniziativa di aiutarmi con i bagagli e con il check-in. Sono stati pazienti e meticolosi durante tutto il processo. La camera era pulita e ordinata, l'arredamento era semplice ed elegante e la biancheria da letto era morbida e confortevole, il che ha reso il sonno ristoratore. Il bagno era separato in zona asciutta e zona umida e i prodotti da bagno erano di alta qualità. La colazione era ricca e varia, con piatti cinesi e occidentali, e il sapore era incredibile. L'hotel gode di una posizione geografica privilegiata e i mezzi di trasporto e i negozi circostanti sono molto comodi. UUtente ospiteWe stayed in this hotel for three consecutive nights. The quality of the staff's service and hotel's amenities far exceeded my expectations. Room is spacious, clean, layout of the room very good and room facilities was excellent.

- more than adequate shelf space for new towels
- Well located twin toilet roll holders
- Push button on / off valve for shower mixer tap which is super efficient for use without turning of knobs and unwanted water temperature fluctuations
- room size is very comfortable, more than adequate for walking freely in the room even though there was a writing table and swivel chair in it
- number of electric power sockets provided was far more than adequate
- wash basin counter top space was generous
- kettle area cabinet was also provided
- suitably sized luggage rack
- comfortable bed size and mattresses
- room door has indicator of direction to the elevator
- well located mini fridge
- cordless hand phone charging facilities in room
- superb laundry facilities and unexpected service of staff transferring washed clothes to tumble dryer and delivering dried clothes to our room
- great variety of food provided in the restaurant for breakfast
- hotel reception staff and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful

- hotel is within walkable distance to Liuxing Street
- many shops and restaurants near hotel
- we enjoyed staying in the hotel room when we don't want be exposed to the sun outside
We are more than satisfied staying in this hotel. After we checked out to head to Tekes, we returned to stay in this hotel again for a second time
