Hotel a 4 stelle in Mtskheta-Mtianeti, Georgia

I really enjoyed my stay at Luno Cottage! It was beautiful, cozy, clean, and had a complete set of amenities (shampoo and shower gels, toiletries, towels, slippers, tea, kettle). The only thing missing is bottled mineral water but tap water in Kazbegi is very drinkable. You can watch TV (log in to your own Youtube/Netflix), wash clothes with an Electrolux washing machine, and cook with an electric stove. The heaters worked well on a cold night and extra blankets are also provided in case you still feel cold. The living room, washroom, and kitchen are on the first floor while the bedroom is on a loft, where you have a direct view of the Gergeti Trinity Church from the bed. I echo what a previous reviewer said: once you check in you don’t feel like leaving :) The owner was extremely responsive and helpful - the check in process is self service and simple (you add the owner on WhatsApp and he will share instructions there). When I had some issues, I WhatsApped him and he immediately dropped by himself to help resolve them. Lastly, do note that this cottage is located on top of a hill that is a 15 minute steep hike from the main Stepantsminda town centre, where all the shops, supermarkets and restaurants are located. It’s wise to book only if you are prepared to do this hike 2-3 times daily / have a car / plan to stay mostly in the cottage. For me though, the entire stay was well worth the hikes!

The hotel is at good location, right on tge highway. You can walk or take a taxi to ski points or new gudauri. The best part is free sauna and jacuzzi in the hotel. The breakfast, though quite good has less vegan options so be careful. But overall good experience.

La stanza è in realtà un livello di guardia, non posso andare in basso, ma la reception è molto buona. Cercherai di soddisfare il tuo fabbisogno della stanza, e la mia stanza è stata organizzata secondo le mie esigenze verso la montagna di Kazbee.La colazione è buona. (Ho dimenticato di prendere foto della stanza, e le sue foto sono quasi.)

This is truly one of the best places to stay if you decide to visit Kazbegi. The cottage is cozy, comfortable, and has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The location is very convenient, while the peaceful surroundings make it a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the mountains. The host is wonderful, very kind, and always ready to help with anything you may need. We felt very welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. We had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Kazbegi. It’s a perfect choice if you want to relax, enjoy the beautiful surroundings, and have a comfortable stay.

Most beautiful hotel so nice and easy to go everywhere around very nice staff and completely relaxed with nice service everything available in the room .

Il più meraviglioso soggiorno di montagna poteva essere desiderato. Il personale era così gentile e utile che hanno fatto tutta l'esperienza calda. La posizione è top-notch cosa altro potresti chiedere? Vacche pascolando, cavalli correndo, una montagna verde su un lato e un picco di neve sull'altro. Le camere erano senza spazi, completamente attrezzate con tutte le attrezzature, e avevano una splendida luce.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico in questo hotel. Il letto era meravigliosamente comodo e ci ha permesso di riposare benissimo. Inoltre, il personale è stato incredibilmente disponibile e cordiale; ci siamo sentiti subito benvenuti e non c'era nulla che non fossero disposti a fare per noi. La colazione era deliziosa e abbondante, proprio quello che ci vuole per iniziare bene la giornata. Inoltre, tutto corrispondeva esattamente a quanto descritto nell'annuncio. Ci è stata assegnata esattamente la stessa camera mostrata nelle foto al momento della prenotazione, il che è stato molto piacevole e rassicurante. In breve: un'esperienza di prim'ordine! Consigliamo vivamente questo hotel e ci piacerebbe tornarci.

The hotel’s location is great, especially for skiing beginners. It’s not noisy, and there’s parking available. However, the hotel is old, and the bathroom, bed and room aren’t very good, TV is so old and has only old and not clear channels.

I liked everything: a cozy room with a warm radiator, pleasant service, a good breakfast, and free parking. It’s a convenient location for starting a hike to Gergeti.
