Location in quite area,lots of food restaurants close by, no noice of cars or other guests, metro station in 10 min walk with suitcase exit D, 3 stairs + 8 stairs, not exit A as you hve to cross road 4 lanes,breakfastbuffet,coffee nachine,meat with bones fried,boiled,scrambled eggs available, cakes too

The front desk service has been very friendly and helpful. They were so helpful when I tried to order something on Taobao as foreigner. The bathroom needs maintenance, eg regrout. I think there's no communication between the cleaning and maintenance. The cleaning should have picked up the grout needs to be patched. The outdoor garden is nice and a place to chill. It's very close to the street food and a supermarket. It has a traditional feel.

La camera è in ottime condizioni, con un ampio bagno con doccia. La posizione è ideale, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla baia, e c'è un minimarket proprio accanto all'hotel.

The positive attitude and service performance of the staff ranging from front desk, concierge/security to breakfast restaurant and house keeping is excellent. The classic hotel personal service with a modern twist makes the stay a memorable experience. On my check-in, Ms Xiao Jiao and Ms Xiao Cong gave me and explained briefly the leaflet on the hotel’s suggested tourist attractions in Yantai. They also enthusiastically exchanged small RMB notes with me. They also gave me a piece of mooncake of my choice (and during my check-out too). The restaurant staff is attentive, replenishing food and drinks and attending to requests promptly. Due to my lack of command of Mandarin and accent, the chef cooked the wanton instead of the mackerel dumplings for me, he immediately served me the dumplings when he realised the miscommunication. The next morning, after serving me the mackerel dumplings, he, I think, recognised me, suggested I could add soup and condiments to the dumplings. I find their fleshly cooked dumplings are even better than the dumplings from the most famous dumplings restaurant in Yantai. The concierge staff on 2 days helped me book taxi using her phone app, paying in advance on my behalf as booking via internet cannot be settled in cash. The concierge/front desk lent me umbrella without question. After a delayed and tiring flight, Mr Xiao Gao brought me to my room and explained the mechanics of the switches in the room. There was a hand-written welcome note from Ms Liu, with 2 cups of white fungus/goji drink beside it. The drink together with the note and fruits in the room, not only soothed my dry throat but also lifted the mood. House keeping provided fruits, white fungus/goji drink and dried chrysanthemum/rose flowers (to prepare for drinking) and 4 bottles (500 ml) of water daily, with up to 14 bottles at the lift lobby on my floor, and guests can also request house keeping for more bottles. On my check out day, during my breakfast, they left at the door handle, a bag of goodies, fruits and bottles of water and souvenirs (4 key chains with various types of sea shells), together with a hand-written farewell/bon voyage note from Ms Liu. Well done The Center Hotel staff, you are a pride to the hotel, the hospitality industry and Yantai!

PAKR PLAZA TAIAN is a brand-new establishment, and it shows. The modern and sleek design throughout the hotel creates a fresh and inviting atmosphere. The amenities are not only modern but also in pristine condition, which added to the overall appeal of my stay. My room was well-appointed and tastefully decorated. Great room. Fantastic amenities. Quite a lot of bling and modern design. Great views. Also a very functional laundry room. Highly recommend.

I recently completed a weekend stay at the Lanou International Hotel and would like to provide detailed and constructive feedback, particularly as I have stayed at this property several times in the past. While the hotel continues to benefit from an excellent location and a generally comfortable environment, several aspects of this visit fell considerably below the standard I previously experienced. To begin with, the condition of the bathroom facilities has noticeably deteriorated. Fixtures that were once in good working order now appear significantly worn, with visible signs of ageing and inadequate maintenance. The shower fittings, tiling, and general bathroom infrastructure all seem overdue for refurbishment. This decline was unexpected, given the hotel’s formerly reliable standards. Secondly, the professionalism and attentiveness of the staff—especially during the breakfast service—have diminished. Staff members frequently appeared disengaged, and the overall service felt disorganised. Routine tasks such as clearing tables promptly, maintaining a tidy service area, and interacting with guests courteously were not consistently met. This impacted the overall dining experience. Additionally, the hotel appears increasingly ill-prepared to accommodate international guests. The breakfast selection is limited in terms of food variety typically expected by international travelers, and basic utensils such as knives and forks were often unavailable or had to be specifically requested. This lack of consideration for diverse guest needs detracts from the hotel’s appeal to a broader clientele. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. The hotel has strong underlying strengths and has provided much better experiences in the past. With improved maintenance of facilities, enhanced staff training, and more thoughtful catering to international guests, the Lanou International Hotel could readily return to the higher standards it once offered.

the view is nice , and breakfast is fantastic.the front desk staff very useful. They help me go arrange meeting room for a urgent meeting. especially a guy I can't remember his name, he guide me to the nice food n place.

Location: The hotel is located near Wusi Square & Olympic Sailing Centre (~15 mins walk). There is also a convenience store just opposite. There are many malls nearbys, like Hisense Square. Room: Just as the photos describe. The room is spacious and clean. Everything looks quite new and I was comfortable with the cleanliness as if I was in my own home. The light switches were well labeled. There is a dining table with a big sofa for two, big enough to have meal comfortably. Bathroom water pressure was too good, actually hurts to turn on the water all the way. A/C is strong and can go down to 20C. Amenities: 3 washers and 3 dryers to use for free. You can also ask the room service to bring the clothes down for you once it’s done. You can check the availability of them from the TV in your own room, and the ETA of when it will be available. Breakfast was great and had a long duration so it was quite flexible. Room service: Even if I asked for room service at 1pm, they would still be able to do it. They give you 4 bottles of water per day, two pairs of slippers, two toothbrush and toopaste, a comb, 5 cotton bud, a shower cap and free tea. The room was well cleaned everytime there’s really no room for complaints. Experience: I checked in a 2am, there were front desk staff readily available to check me in and even gave me a welcome honey lemon drink. The check in process was fast, explanation was also very thorough. When you order take out, they will send a robot up to your room so you don’t need to go down to collect it yourself. The front desk staff was also very helpful, I was able to order 淘宝 packages to the hotel and collect it. A few staff even happily assisted me to call the delivery person when they mistook the delivery location as I didn’t have a mainland china number. Overall, it’s a very nice hotel with a high price to performance ratio. You will feel well rested and taken care of.

Arrivammo all'appartamento molto tardi, circa alle 1:00, e ci sentiamo stanchi, ma purtroppo siamo stati accolti da un membro del personale con un atteggiamento piuttosto brutto, che ci ha lasciato con una povera prima impressione. L'appartamento è spazioso e accogliente per cinque di noi, ma è visibilemente vecchio, con un notevole indosso e lacrime in diverse aree. La vista sul mare dalla finestra è piacevole, anche se non è una vista completa 180-degree, perché è parzialmente bloccata da un'altra torre. La cuttery non è stata fornita nell'unità e deve essere richiesta dal desktop frontale, che è stato un po' scomodo. Tuttavia, il servizio è in generale buono: un robot fornisce ordini di pasto direttamente all'unità, e anche i parcelle possono essere ricevuti presso il lobby, anche se gli ospiti devono raccoglierli personalmente. Due volte, quando dovevo andare presto e non potevo andare a colazione, chiese una scelta di ritiro, e prepararono gentilemente uova cotte e frutta, che era molto apprezzato.
