My wife and I recently stayed at the Hampton by Hilton in Qingdao City and we are so thrilled with our experience that we felt compelled to share. This hotel truly stands out for all the right reasons and provided us with a comfortable, convenient, and genuinely enjoyable getaway. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the spotless cleanliness throughout the entire property. The lobby was bright and inviting, the hallways were pristine, and our room was immaculate. It’s clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work, and it made our stay feel both safe and luxurious. The staff deserves a special mention. Every team member we encountered, from the front desk to the dining area, was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. They greeted us with genuine smiles, were always ready with a local recommendation, and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Their positive attitude really set the tone for our entire trip. Now, let’s talk about the breakfast – it was excellent! We’ve stayed at many hotels where the complimentary breakfast is a bit of an afterthought, but not here. There was a fantastic variety of selections to choose from. We enjoyed hot items like waffles and scrambled eggs, fresh fruits, pastries, and healthy yogurts. The coffee was always fresh and piping hot, and there was a great selection of teas and chilled juices to start our day right. It’s a real game-changer to begin a day of exploring with such a satisfying and delicious meal. What truly sealed the deal for us was the incredible value. The price was very reasonable, especially when compared to other hotels in a similar category that we've stayed at in Qingdao. You get so much more for your money here—the excellent breakfast, the modern, clean rooms, and the wonderful service make it a standout choice. The location was another huge plus for us. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro, making it incredibly easy to get around the city without a car. Furthermore, the surrounding area is vibrant and full of life! We loved being able to step outside and find great restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance. It felt like we were in the heart of the action. Finally, as non-smokers, we greatly appreciated that the entire hotel, including all rooms, was completely smoke-free. It made the environment so much more pleasant. In summary, our stay at the Hampton by Hilton in Qingdao was practically perfect. It offers incredible value, combining cleanliness, exceptional service, a delicious breakfast, and a prime location. We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again and will be recommending it to all our friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful stay

The service was excellent. When I got lost, they even came to fetch me from my DiDi, which I really appreciated. The staff were very kind and friendly throughout my stay. It was my first time in Jinan, and I would definitely recommend this place. The location is great and very foreigner-friendly.🌹🌹

The positive attitude and service performance of the staff ranging from front desk, concierge/security to breakfast restaurant and house keeping is excellent. The classic hotel personal service with a modern twist makes the stay a memorable experience. On my check-in, Ms Xiao Jiao and Ms Xiao Cong gave me and explained briefly the leaflet on the hotel’s suggested tourist attractions in Yantai. They also enthusiastically exchanged small RMB notes with me. They also gave me a piece of mooncake of my choice (and during my check-out too). The restaurant staff is attentive, replenishing food and drinks and attending to requests promptly. Due to my lack of command of Mandarin and accent, the chef cooked the wanton instead of the mackerel dumplings for me, he immediately served me the dumplings when he realised the miscommunication. The next morning, after serving me the mackerel dumplings, he, I think, recognised me, suggested I could add soup and condiments to the dumplings. I find their fleshly cooked dumplings are even better than the dumplings from the most famous dumplings restaurant in Yantai. The concierge staff on 2 days helped me book taxi using her phone app, paying in advance on my behalf as booking via internet cannot be settled in cash. The concierge/front desk lent me umbrella without question. After a delayed and tiring flight, Mr Xiao Gao brought me to my room and explained the mechanics of the switches in the room. There was a hand-written welcome note from Ms Liu, with 2 cups of white fungus/goji drink beside it. The drink together with the note and fruits in the room, not only soothed my dry throat but also lifted the mood. House keeping provided fruits, white fungus/goji drink and dried chrysanthemum/rose flowers (to prepare for drinking) and 4 bottles (500 ml) of water daily, with up to 14 bottles at the lift lobby on my floor, and guests can also request house keeping for more bottles. On my check out day, during my breakfast, they left at the door handle, a bag of goodies, fruits and bottles of water and souvenirs (4 key chains with various types of sea shells), together with a hand-written farewell/bon voyage note from Ms Liu. Well done The Center Hotel staff, you are a pride to the hotel, the hospitality industry and Yantai!

If you want to stay at Taian Mountain 태산 area, I like to recommend this great hotel. Particularlyhotel managers Mr. Fred xu and Mr. Charles zhai's excellent customerservice is unforgettable. When you visit ghus hotel call them than you know the reason. Their customer service is precisely perfect and endless kindness. Hotel has excellent quality accommodation including bed and pillows comfortable and clean floor and full equipped bathroom. Much higher equipped than other 5 star hotel. I will stay again definitely. Do not miss best unique breakfast !

Fantastic location to travel around. Bus Terminal is connected. Impeccable facilities and superb services! Due to the location, a bit of traffic noise is inevitable. Would come again and again.

”Ha avuto un bel soggiorno all'hotel internazionale Lanou. Il personale ha fatto la differenza! Grazie a Xiao Xiao, Mei Mei, e la ragazza gentile con gli occhiali che mi ha aiutato a tradurre e mi ha accolto con una bevanda rinfrescante. Il loro servizio era eccezionale! Un paio di note rapide: Mangiare: il colazione è grande, ma quasi completamente cucina cinese.Ci sono meno opzioni internazionali, quindi è perfetto se si gode di sapori locali. Posizione: Situato su strada, ma il metropolitana è a circa 1 km. È un po 'di passeggiata, ma un taxi molto veloce o Didi passeggiare ai punti principali. In generale, una scelta fantastica per l'ospitalità amichevole!

THE SMART ROOM was marvellous. Clean and spacious and of course smart. Breakfast was little disappointing as once 930am most food finished and the replenishment was slow despite breakfast only ends at 1030am Other than that the hotel us good place to relax. The surrounding despite beautiful with nice building but was rather quiet and like dead town. I would rather enjoy and relax in the hotel.

Location: The hotel is located near Wusi Square & Olympic Sailing Centre (~15 mins walk). There is also a convenience store just opposite. There are many malls nearbys, like Hisense Square. Room: Just as the photos describe. The room is spacious and clean. Everything looks quite new and I was comfortable with the cleanliness as if I was in my own home. The light switches were well labeled. There is a dining table with a big sofa for two, big enough to have meal comfortably. Bathroom water pressure was too good, actually hurts to turn on the water all the way. A/C is strong and can go down to 20C. Amenities: 3 washers and 3 dryers to use for free. You can also ask the room service to bring the clothes down for you once it’s done. You can check the availability of them from the TV in your own room, and the ETA of when it will be available. Breakfast was great and had a long duration so it was quite flexible. Room service: Even if I asked for room service at 1pm, they would still be able to do it. They give you 4 bottles of water per day, two pairs of slippers, two toothbrush and toopaste, a comb, 5 cotton bud, a shower cap and free tea. The room was well cleaned everytime there’s really no room for complaints. Experience: I checked in a 2am, there were front desk staff readily available to check me in and even gave me a welcome honey lemon drink. The check in process was fast, explanation was also very thorough. When you order take out, they will send a robot up to your room so you don’t need to go down to collect it yourself. The front desk staff was also very helpful, I was able to order 淘宝 packages to the hotel and collect it. A few staff even happily assisted me to call the delivery person when they mistook the delivery location as I didn’t have a mainland china number. Overall, it’s a very nice hotel with a high price to performance ratio. You will feel well rested and taken care of.

In primo luogo, vorrei ringraziare il personale incredibilmente amichevole che ha organizzato una stanza d'appartamento per noi al 34° piano con una vista impressionante sul Mar Est-China, anche se siamo entrati alle 1:00. C'era anche un cesto di frutta nella nostra stanza all'arrivo, che vorrei sottolineare come un toccamento molto positivo, perché ti fa sentire apprezzato come ospite. In generale, il nostro soggiorno presso l'International Haiyi era meraviglioso; l'appartamento era senza spot e le strutture erano esattamente come descritto. What’s more, the location is very central on the beach promenade, so we were able to enjoy the light show from our apartment every evening or take a mere 10-minute walk to the beach. Per una famiglia di tre adulti, questo appartamento è assolutamente bello, soprattutto perché ha due bagni e una cucina completamente attrezzata. L’unica cosa che suggerisco di migliorare è che il numero due di camera sono separati dal soggiorno con pareti di vetro, e poiché queste non sono completamente sonoro, si può sentire persone nella camera da letto dal secondo. Un altro settore per il miglioramento è che, sebbene ci siano cortine per il muro di vetro tra il soggiorno e il numero di camera 2, vi è una sezione di vetro vicino alla porta della camera che non può essere coperta dalla cortina, il che significa che la stanza è inondata con la luce che passa dalla stanza. Abbiamo anche notato durante il nostro soggiorno che l'acqua calda corre molto lentamente, purtroppo –, anche se questo è più basso all'edificio stesso. In generale, abbiamo apprezzato il nostro soggiorno presso l'Haiyi International e ci riserveremo questo hotel per la nostra prossima visita a Qingdao, grazie al personale amichevole, all'eccellente posizione e alle strutture.
