La sua posizione è eccezionale per chi fa riferimebto alla stazione treni (alta velocity). È un bell’hotel pulito, la colazione soddisfa un po’ tutti cinesi e occidentali. Il servizio invece è più che eccezionale. Il personale, tutti giovanissimi, è di una gentilezza unica e disponibilità fuori del comune. Si fanno davvero in 4 per risolvere qualsiasi problema venisse fuori anche al di là del loro stretto ambito. Noi (viaggiavamo in coppia) abbiamo avuto duplice esperienza diretta. Sono anni che viaggio per lavoro e poco per diletto ma posso senza ombra di dubbi affermare che le persone più disponibili da me incontrate. Ve lo consiglio!

Honestly, I wasn't expecting much out of this hotel. It was just somewhere to sleep for the night. I'm only writing this review because the young lady at the front counter named Ada went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were as comfortable as possible. She upgraded us to a bigger room with a humongous bed (bigger than king size) and gave us a bowl of fruit as a gift. That, combined with the quick and timely shuttle to the airport in the morning, made this stay at Holiday Inn Express an excellent one. Would definitely stay again. 💯

According to Trip.com’s grading system, The Madison Hotel is listed as a Trip Plus 4-star hotel, but based on our recent stay, we believe it falls short of that rating. While we had a mostly pleasant experience, there were noticeable issues that prevent us from agreeing with the 4-star classification.
The Positives
- Check-in & Staff: The reception team was friendly, and one staff member could communicate a little in English, which was helpful.
- Room Comfort: Our room was spacious and nicely decorated, with a very comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked well and allowed individual adjustment.
- Amenities: We appreciated the complimentary bottled waters and two soft drinks restocked daily in the fridge.
- Location: The hotel is conveniently located inside Wanda Mall, making shopping and dining easily accessible.
The Negatives (Why It’s Not 4-Star)
- Cleanliness Issues: The room wasn’t cleaned to a 4-star (or even 3-star) standard. We found nail clippings on the bedside mat, indicating poor vacuuming.
- Shower Water Pressure: The water pressure in the shower was quite low, which was inconvenient.
- Breakfast Limitations: While the Asian food options were good, there were very few Western choices. Additionally, the Western cutlery felt sticky and wasn’t properly cleaned.
- Staff Sleeping at Reception: On our second morning, when we tried to check out early, the reception staff were asleep on the couches. We understand they may have been exhausted, but this is unprofessional for a 4-star hotel.
Final Verdict
The Madison Hotel is a decent option, but we’d rate it as a solid 3-star hotel, not 4-star. If you prioritize location and comfort over luxury service and cleanliness, it’s a reasonable choice. However, management should address housekeeping and staff training to meet higher standards.
Would we stay again? Possibly, but with adjusted expectations.

PPeter PietroCheck in and check out were quick. I really liked the furnishings of the hotel and my room. The room spacious. Upon my arrival it was warm and welcoming. Only one negative note for this hotel that makes me take away one star. In the morning I went at 8:27 to have breakfast. But there was no food. Very bad. I recommend this hotel to take away the food after breakfast closing time.

Sshy_yangRecentemente sono rimasto all'Hotel Lanuo e ho avuto una piacevole esperienza. Il personale era eccezionalmente amichevole e ha offerto un grande servizio durante il mio soggiorno. La posizione è ideale, si trova vicino alle attrazioni chiave e ai trasporti pubblici. Le opzioni per la colazione erano diverse e deliziose, con qualcosa per ogni gusto. L'hotel è situato vicino a Wusi Square & Olympic Sailing Centre (~15 minuti a piedi). C'è anche un negozio di comodità proprio al contrario. Ci sono molti centri vicino, come Hisense Square.
Camera:
Proprio come le foto descrivono. La stanza è spaziosa e pulita. Tutto sembra nuovo e mi sentivo comodo con la pulizia come se fossi a casa mia. I commutatori di luce erano ben etichettati. C'è una tavola da pranzo con un divano grande per due, abbastanza grande da mangiare comodamente. La pressione dell'acqua in bagno era troppo buona, in realtà fa male a girare l'acqua tutto il tempo. A/C è forte e può scendere a 20C.
Abbigliamento:
3 lavastoviglie e 3 asciugamani per uso gratuito. Puoi anche chiedere al servizio della stanza di portare i vestiti per te una volta fatto. Puoi controllare la disponibilità di questi dalla TV nella tua stanza, e l'ETA di quando sarà disponibile. La colazione era grande e durava molto, quindi era piuttosto flessibile.
Servizio in camera:
Anche se avessi chiesto di fare servizio in camera alle 1:00, potrebbero ancora farlo. Vi danno 4 bottiglie d'acqua al giorno, due paia di mutandine, due spazzole e topaste, un cucchiaio, 5 cucchiaini di cotone, una tazza di doccia e tè gratis. La stanza era ben pulita ogni volta che non c'è davvero spazio per lamentele.
Esperienza:
Ho controllato alle 2 di mattina, c'erano i servizi frontalieri disponibili per accedere e mi hanno anche dato un bicchiere di limone di miele benvenuto. Il controllo in corso era veloce, anche la spiegazione era molto dettagliata.
Quando ordinate di uscire, mandano un robot nella vostra stanza, quindi non dovete andare a raccoglierlo da soli.
Il personale del front desk è stato anche molto utile, sono stato in grado di ordinare i pacchetti di 宝 all'hotel e raccoglierlo. Alcuni membri del personale mi hanno anche aiutato felicemente a chiamare la persona di consegna quando hanno miscelato il luogo di consegna, perché non ho un numero continentale cinese.
In generale, è un hotel molto bello con un rapporto qualità/prezzo.

UUtente ospiteIl personale era molto soddisfacente, e rispondeva rapidamente quando mi serviva aiuto. Grazie a Liu e Ding, sono riuscito a stare molto confortevolmente. Apprezzo davvero il loro aiuto.
Situazione – La posizione è molto conveniente. È a circa un passo a Wanxiangcheng 10-minute e circa 5 minuti a maggio 4 piazza. È stato anche facile catturare un taxi proprio davanti all'hotel.
La stanza era spaziosa e di stile appartamento, che lo rende una grande opzione per soggiorni di più di una notte. Era pulito e i pantaloncini sono stati sostituiti quotidianamente. Il frigorifero era grande e disponendo di una camera separata lo rende particolarmente adatto per le famiglie.
L’unica piccola parte del bagno era che la testa del bagno era molto piccola e un po’ scomoda da usare. Ho portato una testa del bagno portatile che mi ha funzionato bene. E il secco dei capelli non era così buono.
In generale, era un luogo molto soddisfacente per restare. Ho avuto una grande esperienza.

DDark Lord CHo soggiornato all'Hotel Linyi Yihe (Jinjiang) / Hotel Li Grande Teatro River () dal 22–25 gennaio, e ho lasciato sinceramente pensando, “Sì, questo è come un hotel dovrebbe essere gestito.”
Le prime impressioni erano forti: il lobby si sentiva fresco e ben tenuto, e il check-in era veloce con il personale gentile, senza essere troppo formali, la stanza era senza spot e con pensiero, per un soggiorno facile e confortevole. Il letto era davvero buono, la doccia si sentiva nuova e potente, e pochi dettagli come il bagno intelligente riscaldato facevano le mattine invernali molto meno grigie di quanto non fossero. 
Quello che apprezzo più è quanto sia pratica tutto. Ci sono una lavanderia e un giardino, che è un vero bonus su un viaggio breve, e anche le consegne di partenza sono gestite con un robot di consegna, quindi non si termina di sbattersi intorno alla ricezione. 
Nonostante sia vicino al Grand Theatre e ad una strada principale, la stanza si è rimasta piacevolmente tranquilla a notte, quindi il sonno non era un problema.  Colazione è stata un buffet solido, non flashy, ma affidabile e ben gestito, con il personale che teneva le cose alti. 
In generale, si sentiva pulita, calma e competentemente dotata di personale, eccellente valore per i soldi, e io avrei fatto la prenotazione felice di nuovo.
